My company loves Boxer Property! We have leased from Boxer for 3 years, we love our current location the best @ 2500 E. TC Jester. Ms. Jazzmine Hill is the greatest! She is extremely knowledgeable about the facilities. Her personality is stellar, extremely pleasant. Moving to our current office was a breeze with her support and expertise!

I have been at this property for less than a year. Jazzmine Hill the leasing representative has made my leasing experience awesome. She is very competent in her position. She is always smiling and has a great personality which makes it very easy to work with her. I think the building looks great and I enjoy the convenience of this location.

We are 6 months into our lease after an extensive build out to our specs. We are very happy with our office space and the building staff. Special recognition to Jet, the building Tech and Scott Talbert, the building manager. Both Jet and Scott are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. A fellow manager in our office space recently recommended to a colleague from another company that he and his team should relocate to this building, when their lease is up this Fall, based on his experience here and the convenient location of the building to 610, 290, 10 and 59.

Jillian Uresti is the best! Not only is she professional, but she is also personable, and outgoing. She was very informative during our site tour. She helped me make a final decision that would change my business for the better. She didnt brush me off because I was only in need of a smaller space (which is what happened with other realtors, brokers, and properties). Im more than pleased with the level of service I received from Jillian. While I have not moved into the property yet. My experience thus far is great. The building exterior as well as interior is very clean (no bugs, webs, dust, etc.) to be seen. The glass throughout the building is well kept also. I look at all these minor things when visiting a property and this location was by far the best. Im happy with my choice and pray much success for Jillian as she deserves it. Thanks again Jillian. Keep looking for the signs :-) I know I sure will. :-)

I am transitioning to 2500 E TC Jester from another Boxer Property building. So far I am pleased with the property manager and leasing agent. They are patient, kind, and responsive! Great customer service.

What a remarkably smooth transition into my new office. Boxer staff were courteous, helpful and supportive. What I thought was going to be a stressful move and transition has gone very very well. Love our new space.

I have been a tenant here at 2500 E TC Jester and we have been through several property manager and no one has been as attentive as Jazmine, In the past the managers have not responded to my needs nor have they been as willing to work with us as Jazmine. Boxer made the right move by bringing her aboard hopefully they do not move her from this location.
