We had been having problems with our freezer not cooling. After having another company come out to take a look and not fix anything, we decided to call Doc Danielson. Cliff came out and was very knowledgeable and after checking and fixing a few things, was able to solve our problem. We will definitely keep this company in mind for future appliance repairs!

Ive been using this company for annual maintenance and repairs for over ten years and every interaction with them has been extremely professional. They offer quick service, great communications, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. My most recent repair was a refrigerator that wasnt cooling, and Lanay (customer service) made sure to get someone scheduled to come out quickly. Cliff diagnosed the problem, and ordered parts. Tyler (owner) came out himself to install the new part on a holiday, just to make sure I didnt have to go an extra day without a working refrigerator. During all of this, Lanay kept in constant communication with me. All the employees Ive dealt with are knowledgeable, treat my appliances and home like their own, and go out of their way to explain what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.

I had such a great experience with Doc Danielson repair and care. Emphasis on care ! It was my first time hiring a repair company and they were upfront about the cost and quick to get someone out to my house. Called them on Tuesday and my dishwasher and ice maker was fixed by Friday. That included ordering parts. I was shocked how simple the whole process was and won’t hesitate to call on my next repair!

I recommend Doc Danielson Appliance. They were very responsive sine I placed the call first time to repair my leaking dishwasher. They called to get details and explained what they will do in the visit and the cost. Fonzy (the technician) texted me 30 min before the visit. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He tested the dishwasher and showed me where it was leaking. He placed order for the replacement part as it was not in the stock. I had wait couple of days for him to come back. But the whole process was seamless. Highly customer service-oriented team! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The best in DFW! This company is the epitome of professional service. I have used them a few times now and refuse to use anyone else.A+ Certified Appliance is incredibly organized and they use great tools to let you confirm your appointment. They even send out info so you can see who is coming to your home or office (SEE ATTACHED: pictures and personal information of the technician), arrival times are updates via text, etc...I havent read the other reviews, but Im positive the majority are right in line with this one.Dont hesitate to call this company to service and fix anything. They are terrific!

I called Saturday morning after all three of the baffles came off. They were able to make an appointment for just a couple of hours later. The dryer was repaired, cleaned and serviced. No pressure for extra services. They tried to clean my dryer vent, which the previous owner apparently had never cleaned but they didn’t have the right equipment. He could have done what he could and charged me, but didn’t. He tried. Told me about it, took the price off the original quote and recommend someone. He was in and out quickly. Dryer looks and works like it is brand new! Service tech was on time, friendly and professional. I so appreciated the honest service!

Actual repair will require a second trip after part is ordered and received.Part 2: the part came in Monday as expected and Chris was able to come earlier than my scheduled appointment on Tuesday. He replaced the temperature sensor and tested the oven. I learned a few things about my oven display. Like Cliff, he was organized, efficient, professional and pleasant. All the people with whom I had contact werereal. Even the emails and texts had personable responses. Great people - great company! I recommend them without hesitation.

It was an absolute great pleasure to meet Scott Freeman as he didnt waste any time getting to work and walk me step by step of what the problem was with my oven, he and his work partner Cliff came back out to install the new one and these two men knew exactly what they were doing and even took the old oven out for me. Gloria, with whom I scheduled the appointment, was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. My issue wasn’t that urgent so I was impressed she still wanted to try to book me that same day. Jeremy was on time, courteous, efficient and personable. The second technician (Huber) who came out to install the part that had to be ordered was just as good as Jeremy and also took the time to explain their maintenance plan to me, but did not try to hard sell me when I said no.I highly recommend these folks if you are having trouble with your fridge or any other appliances.

They were super professional and did a great job. Also very clean and respectful of my home. Called for a refrigerator leak. They answered right away and Tyler was polite and professional and set an appointment for me that afternoon. The technician (Talon) was polite, professional, knowledgeable and on time. He got right to work and found the issue quickly and got it fixed fast. I called Doc Danielson Appliance Repair this morning. The very pleasant customer service person, Jeremy, told me they had a technician with availability within an hour for a dishwasher repair (machine still working, but making a new grinding noise when starting). I scheduled the appointment.Talon arrived on time, was professional and pleasant. He thoroughly explained what he saw, made a couple recommendations, and completed the option I selected - in less than hour (!). My kitchen area was left clean and tidy. My dishwasher now is as silent as before. I highly recommend this business.

I have used this company a few times now and I must say, I absolutely love and greatly appreciate the honestly!They went way out of their way to find the parts for my “ancient” dryer, so I didn’t have to buy a whole new one. I asked several times if I should just get a new one and each one of their staff members (including one of the owners) told me that this dryer has many more years in it if we can get the parts, which they were successful in doing! I am so happy that they were able to fix my dryer and I don’t have to get a new one.Also, they have an incredible maintenance program, where they come out to check up on your appliances to keep them in tip top shape to prevent breakdowns.Everyone at this company, that I have encountered, is incredibly professional, kind and honest. Great communication, timely appointment and on time technician. I scheduled everything with Tanya and, after working out an appointment time, I was sent a confirmation email with the name and picture of the technician assigned. I really liked this small, but unique difference that set this company apart from others we have used in the past.I was happy to receive a text message that the technician was on the way. Our technician, Jeremy, arrived and was professional in appearance and manner.I will update this review soon as we had to order new for the repair (ice maker in our freezer stopped functioning and losing it’s parts, a mess!). Once the repair/second visit is complete, I will be able to discuss more about the repair process (prep, work, cleanup). As of now, I am very happy with the beginning pieces of communication and first diagnostic visit.

Super professional staff. They went above and beyond to get our refrigerator fixed. I had extended warranty on my Samsung refrigerator, however, I could not get the right provider at the right time from assurant. I had to pay out of pocket to get our refrigerator working. I found A+ on line, read their reviews and decided to give it a try. They are exactly how consumers reviewed them ! You call their phone number, you get what you expect from a professional service provider.You are communicated what to expect, time of service, cost estimates of service and parts .Appointment was never postponed ( unlike the previous provider which was chosen for me) actually they will ask you if they could come early to your place ( if it is possible) .Overall, I am very happy with the service I got from them - they gave me max estimate of about $500 for parts and labor- Replaced only the part that was defective - I ended up paying only $171 and they came to my house 4 days earlier than the appointment time because they were able to get the parts .I recommend this good people for your service needs.

We had a control board in a 13 yr old oven that was shot. A1 properly diagnosed it, removed and sent it out to be rebuilt. We thought it would take weeks, but literally within a week they were back out and Ariel had it installed for us. Everything works great and and didnt cost quite as much as we thought it would. Their communication and service was excellent!

The issue was inconsistent flame & flow of gas needs to be adjusted, due to lack of service and dirt accumulated over 2 + years.Service technician arrived on time, but did not bring / carry the right screw set to remove all parts of gas burner and hence service was done from outside and issue was not resolved. I paid for the labor $140.00. Issue was not resolved.customer service team called me and sent another person on next day.this gentleman got all tools, did a detail clean and explained the issues .No additional cost for the second trip.I appreciate the service.Happy Holidays

I made sure that Talon had ice cold water and a fan. Talon was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

I called to ask about having our dishwasher fixed and while explaining what was wrong, Tyler knew exactly what was likely causing the problem. We had recently replaced our disposal and he explained theres a piece of paper that seals the disposal and has to be removed prior to attaching the hose that goes to the dishwasher. By not doing so, it will cause the dishwasher to not drain. That is exactly what was wrong and we were able to fix it on our own. This could have been an easy $100 service call that they would have fixed in under 10 minutes, but they chose to do the right thing and gave us the change to fix it on our own and save us money. This is the type of honesty and customer service that creates loyal customers. Ill definitely be reaching out to them in the future to repair anything that goes wrong with our appliances.

Much to my surprise, Tyler Adkins, the owner showed up to repair our clothes dryer that had failed from lint built up in the dryer causing it to overheat and shut down. Tyler was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional in quickly disassembling, diagnosing, repairing and cleaning up the lint from inside the machine. Since we have a service agreement with them, one of their specialists will be returning for a full inspection and cleaning of both our washer and dryer.I highly recommend this company. The ice maker on my refrigerator had quit working due to a leak it had developed internally near the water valve. I contacted A+ Certified Appliance and set up an appointment for the next day. David arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. And, even though I had provided pictures showing the incoming water valve was the source of the leak and he had brought a replacement, David realized that the valve was actually just fine and the problem was simply the tubing which was all he replaced. Such honesty is both refreshing and endearing since a disreputable service technician would have also been happy to replace the valve unnecessarily. Ill certainly be calling them back for any future appliance issues and recommend them highly as the entire process was seamless, forthright, and professional.

2020 review: Today Ariel came out to perform the Preventative Maintenance for all of my appliances. Chris was there to assist her as needed but she pretty much had it lock down. Both Chris & Ariel were very professional and did a good job. Sadly, I will have to have my ice maker repaired & I’m hiring them to take care of that, too. I also plan to have them come out next year for my 2021 Preventative Maintenance. A+ Certified has been a great value for my money.2019 review: Chris, with A+ Certified Appliance Repair, came out today as part of their Preventative Maintenance program. He checked out my washer, dryer, gas cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. He tightened, lubed, vacuumed, etc. as appropriate for each appliance. He shared helpful tricks and tips for me to use to do my part to make my appliances last as long as possible. All in all, I thought it was a good value for the money. Thank you, Chris for the exceptional service.

The top unit on my double oven went out. Using Angies List, I described the problem and was told I would get quotes. Right away companies started calling. The first one just wanted a $100 right away, and asked me nothing about the issues, model number of the oven - nothing. I pass. A+ actually took my model number, serial number, discussed what the likely issue was given my description and what the parts and labor would likely run - obviously subject to verification when a technician actually came in person. Unfortunately, my 14 year old maytag required a part that was no longer available so it was not repairable, but at least the tech got in and out quickly so they werent running up the clock.
