Ive been living at The Zoey Apartments for a year now, and its been the best experience Ive had in any apartment so far. One of my favorite features is the beautiful rooftop, which I use daily to eat dinner and watch the sunset with friends. The community here is strong, with plenty of events ranging from scavenger hunts to pool parties. Even though I dont own a dog, I love seeing all the puppies around—there are so many dog owners here!Maintenance is quick and efficient, addressing issues promptly, which is a huge plus. The recent addition of a ping pong table and a shuffleboard table was a sweet surprise and adds even more to the communal vibe. However, I do have a couple of suggestions: I wish the pool had a volleyball net and was open later, and the same goes for the rooftop. Extending the hours until at least 11:00 p.m. would be fantastic.It would also be amazing if the management could add a pop-up projector screen for occasional movie nights—that would take things to the next level. The apartment floor plans are cozy, with plenty of cabinet space, which I appreciate.When I first moved in, the security was a bit of a concern, but over the past several months, theyve made significant improvements, and I feel much more secure now.Overall, The Zoey has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wholesome and comfortable place to live.

Lovely community! I toured here with my daughter who is going to be leasing. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. The application and entire process were easy to complete. They have a gorgeous pool and rooftop lounge that I cant wait to hang out in when I visit. Would highly recommend! James is absolutely fantastic such a heaven sent.

Been very fortunate to live in this community for the last 7 months. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure it stays clean, plans community events every months, and is extremely helpful any time a hiccup arises. Have yet to meet a bad neighbor here. Not to mention, my dog loves the big grassy area behind the building to run and play. I’ve lived in a different apartment every year for the last 7 years and this is the only one I’ve considered living in for longer than 1 year.

I toured this property while looking for my first apartment on my own. I was so blown away by what I saw. The management staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. The community is gorgeous and has multiple spaces for their gyms. The rooftop lounge is what made my jaw drop though. The views of downtown Austin are incredible! I really hope to move in later this year!!

I have lived at a bunch of the ever-name-changing Austin apartments. The Zoey Is exceptional as a safe, well-maintained, and friendly community.The maintenance team is prompt, communicates clearly, and sticks with an issue until its solved. The front desk team is informed and accessible. Public spaces and amenities in the apartment, including hallways and elevators, are maintained and issues are promptly addressed. Security is also a decent compromise between secure and obstructive - not an easy balance to strike on Riverside.Onto the fun stuff: the amenities. I go to the gym at odd hours, and the gym here was a major consideration for me. The space feels safe even in the middle of the night, and the equipment is in good condition. Its never too crowded.The rooftop here is definitely a standout. The skyline view of downtown Austin and the sunset is phenomenal! The rooftop is sort of the community hangout spot and people are very friendly and casual. I do wish the roof and pool were officially open a bit later. The courtyard and pool spaces are also lovely to hang out in, especially with coffee from the complimentary coffee bar. Theres also a new ping pong table which is super fun! The mail room is secure (not something Ive ever had at another Austin apartment).Overall, this is my second year here and Im so happy to have found this place to live.

We stayed here in an airbnb for 3 nights. The location is in a weird part of town and far away from the cool austin parts, but we enjoyed how big the apartment was and everything is new! We also enjoyed the state of the art gym equipment and pool.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Angie during my recent apartment search, and I cant recommend her enough! The rest of the seemed good, but can’t say with certainty. From the moment I met her, Angie was not only professional but also incredibly warm and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her knowledge of the property and the surrounding area was impressive and very helpful in making my decision. Angie’s efficiency and dedication made the leasing process seamless and stress-free. She truly cares about her clients, and it shows in her meticulous attention to detail and her eagerness to go the extra mile. The apartment is in an area some call ‘bad’ simply because it’s east of 35. I have lived in Austin since 2001, and things are a lot better now in lower socio-economic parts of town that used to be high crime. Angie is a local of Austin 29 years. It turns out so she knows it very well and is a true asset to the complex and a major reason I had a great tour of the spot. Dope pool and amenities too.

The best tour Ive had. Donna made me feel right at home and gave me a thorough and honest idea of the area. For anyone coming from out of town, this place is a 5 min drive to the airport, next to a stellar restaurant (1618), 10 min to downtown, and right by the live music scene. Everything I was asking for amd more. Give this place a view, its a hidden gem!

The Zoey is a beautiful breathtaking apt complex. I love all the amenities that there is too offer. Great big pool with comfy chairs to sit in inside the pool. A very well equipped gym. Very clean and beautifully landscaped complex. And The staff and Property Manager Juana Santana was more than welcoming and very helpful with touring of the complex and very informative.

I moved here in December. I toured many different apartments in the area and I was hopeless until I found Zoey & fell in love immediately with the apartment, the facilities and the neighbourhood. Zoey is located in a relatively safer neighbourhood. I am giving 5 stars for the whole experience as well as for my move in experience. I moved in in 1 day and all that was possible thanks to Juana! She was very helpful right from the beginning. I’ve never had an issue in my apt not solved immediately. She would always go above & beyond to help. Everyone in the office is really sweet & helpfulOverall I love the people at Zoey and if I would DEFINITELY recommend to a friend!
