    The maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful but it took way too long to get the job done not happy at all with you guys promptness on getting things done very happy with the maintenance guys work he was great.

    Its is not. All low income it is however based on your income and for those who just like the area and the location you can always pay for rent its for the fair and equal housing giving everyone an opportunity for fair and equal housing as a US citizen

    Omg I’m so excited to see that I have moved In I had some amazing help that was followed by woodmont apartment this unique person is the best I love his energy, and I love the way how he interacts with my kids. On motivating them to grow and be stronger. But he came to me and offered to help me move in and he said he had an lot of energy so I mean we have gotten done pretty quick but on top of that this person has mounted my tv on the wall which was pretty dope at least when I moved here I see someone is not like these others and I’m proud of woodmont apartments making me feel like I’m at home..

    Natisha H. Was very helpful and very kind!! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the application process. I was in and out. I came Friday got approved by Tuesday. The office was clean an welcoming. She offered me a refreshment. (Which I so needed) seeing that I had just got to off work. If I could give her personal stars it would be above 10. Ask for Tish.

    I have been Living here for a few months now and I dont have a problem with the apartments , They are Very Clean and modern in the insides as well on the outsides for the most part the grounds are kept. The Trash area is the worst but that is part of the residents fault Not throwing your trash in the compactor as well as having your stuff tossed around the area such as couches and much more. The kids play at the park and not much noise after 8 So i Love my stay here so far I wish the activities they had for the kids were on the weekends as well as weeknights at least once a month a movie night so my kid can attend. But we Love it I have some rude neihbors who you can here what they say from the walls So RUDE ..

    I’ve been here since they built them just stay to yourself and no worries. It’s something everywhere you go but Gary and his staff always took care of me and I thank and John the maintenance man for making sure I’m ok. Yes it’s not perfect but when you have respect you get respect. Thanks you guys♥️ ~#1534

    I’ve stayed here for 4 years and I’ve had no problems the staff are such wonderful ladies so sweet and understanding when needed and I thank this for the safe and stability they give me and my visitors . Maintenance are such wonder workers over never said a day for a work order to get done they get right to it .! Thank you for the Blessing me and my family a place to lay our heads

    People with kids dont have no respect to tell them thats other people down stairs. or to tell them be a little quiet. plus dont play on the stairs. . other people dont wanna hear loud noise in the morning. WHER IS THE SECURITY GUARD. PLUS ITS FIGHTS OVER HERE TO. NO GOOD..WHEN WILL THE LEARN.

    The only thing I do suggest, since there are so many children at this facility, there should be more traffic control because the children arent paying enough attention to traffic... Especially once the summer hits and more fun having/neglectful adults show up... From a frequent visitors eyes...

    I have been living in these apartments since they have opened. I love these apartments and the staff especially my favorite maintenance mgr Dewayne and a young lady that has grew on me Stephanie our office mgr. If anytime I do have a problem these two always make sure to do their best to settle it. Yes, in the beginning weve had (apts) some hard times but I stayed positive and continued to have faith that our community would get better and what a tremendous outcome we have overcome. Im a firm believer of being patient and keeping the faith and knew that woodmont apts would have a positive turn around. I thank the company for trying until they got it right and they have. Ive been living in this community since 2011 and soon will be my 3rd time transferring. I also love Elizabeth too she is always helpful as well. I love her personality. She is always smiling just like Stephanie. The only thing I can complain about has nothing to do with woodmont but I wish they would do something about the apts across the street because my apt was broken into and others as well. I feel we have too much bad company coming from the apts across the street.(in my opinion) Which brings me to thank the nrp group for protecting us from those types of things. We also have a wonderful team of security! They always greet you with a smile! They are awesome! OK I think Im done lol but if your looking to move into our community and be apart of the woodmont family come on come all because you wont regret it. I promise you!

    Excellent staff, great customer service and friendly. Always compete work orders. I believe that everyone goes iver and beyond Please consider a pay increase to keep these kind of employees on board

    Its a wonderful place to call home. The entire crew always greets you with a smile and is extremely accommodating to our needs, as well as quick to resolve any issues that may arise.

    Very nice apartment to live in the apartment leasing agents are very nice and answer all you question and very helpful the mantience are very nice and come on time and fix everything in a timely matter I will recommend woodmont to anyone who is seeking a place to live and a safe environment
