I love Winding Brook. Unlike some of the leasing offices that i’ve been too, the Winding Brook staff is so kind, attentive, and will always welcome you into their office with enthusiasm. Any time that i’ve had a question or minor concern, I was met with fantastic customer service. On top of all of that, the staff takes care of us! From breakfast tacos in the morning, to pumpkin spice frappe’s and halloween cookies, the leasing staff is always thinking of creative ways to give back to the residents who live here. The community itself is very quiet and safe, which is refreshing. If I could recommend Winding Brook a million times, I would!

This community is awesome! Everyone here is super friendly. Adam and Georgia in the leasing office are always there to help and they always return my calls. Im really happy here.

Moved here from Colorado and the experience has been awesome! Front office has done an amazing job at keeping up with the communication around the community. Houses are perfect and affordable.

Property manager Nicole and leasing agent Gina are VERY helpful and professional. Never had a concern that didn’t get address. Maintenance manager Richard is awesome and prompt to work issues that came up. I will recommend this community to anyone going to San Antonio.

Excellent brand new community ! I have had only good experiences here , I bring a lot of my clients and haven’t heard a single complaint . You get a brand new home , really good price , at a really nice area in town . Gina and Nicole are just wonderful to work with , they will go above and beyond to make this your home . Recommend it 100%
