    Chalaun is amazing! She is so kind and helpful.     Staff are really fun and friendly there. Easy to work with. Maintenance is usually backed up but they still get the job done. The office staff usually have fun events hosted every month and they also provide free coffee. Neighbors are usually friendly as well. :)

    We lived here for 2 years. We didnt have many problems. The only problem we did have was about our covered parking space which was handled apart from that it was a solid living experience. They also keep up on pest control and garbage. Also its near everything ,food gas, the mall, auto care, police dept, urgent care, dental, etc. I can go on about the convenience of the location. But if you dont drive There really isnt any public transportation.

    I have lived here for 3 years. I just transitioned from a one bedroom to a two bedroom/two bath. Kristi, Amber and Elle are always so nice and accommodating. They are willing to help you address any concerns you may have. They always make you feel welcome and truly care about their residents. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Fernando is awesome. I love living in this cute complex. There is always good parking for guests and you get a covered spot as a resident. I am looking forward to living here for years to come!

    Just moved in and really enjoy the great care and customer service from the Chalan and Elle in the front office, they have been very helpful and nice during the move in process and making sure I get the attention I need. Justin in maintenance came by for some minor issues and was very quick and professional. He left the workspace clean and tidy after he was done. Apartments are very quiet and close to a lot of shops.

    My family and I moved in to The Wimbledon apartments this past weekend & it has been amazing so far! All of the management ladies Kristi, Amber & Elle, have been great to work with! They made our move so easy and smooth! Very polite, professional and friendly staff! Our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is lovely! Great layout! Definitely my favorite apartment complex so far!

    I’ve lived here for a year now, and the office manager Amber has made all the difference. By far the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Amber Is always so nice and prompt. All maintenance issues are solved by end of day. Absolutely a great place to live. I highly recommend moving here and definitely suggest talking with Amber about all your needs!

    Rene came by for a maintenance request. He handled it in a timely manner. Was very tidy and informed me what was going on. I cannot appreciate a maintenance man more than him, he would be the only one I would want back into my apartment. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

    Overall I would say my experience at this apartment complex is positive.Pros:Management: Specifically, Elle and Amber have always been helpful with any questions/maintenance request I have had and have been able to provide me the answers/help I needed.Maintenance orders: Very quick response time - my requests have been filled within 1-3 days of putting in a maintenance request.Cons:The east gate is permanently closed. This is more of an inconvenience, but is manageable.Thins walls: I can hear the next door neighbors muffled voice.

    I was helping my brother relocate, he drives trucks and wanted something nice, Kristy, Amber, an Elle made sure everything was taking care of even tho hes always on the road.     Me and my wife have lived happily here close to 2 years. The management here is very helpful and always willing to help in any way they can. Amber and Elle are the ones you should talk to here they have always helped with any troubles we’ve had. When we first moved here we didn’t like the apartment we were in and they made it easy for us to change apartments quickly.

    I have lived here for 2 going on 3 years. Living here has been a great experience, the leasing staff and maintenance has been great. Always on time and is willing to assist with any issues that may arise. Wimbledon is a great place to live and now that my family is growing we just signed a new lease for a 2 bedroom. If you are looking for a place to call home Wimbledon is the place to live.

    Been living here since 2016 first in a one bedroom which to me it has been the biggest one bedroom apartment Ive ever seen and I loved it! Now Im in a two bedroom and I really love the space.Staff is very nice and always helpful when I need something, the maintenance is very good, and they get there work done. Love the fact that everything is so close by and you are able to get to where you want with in minutes.

    Came by the apartments for an October 1 lease start and the community look nice. I was approached by chalaun who was knowledgeable about the community and answered all my questions regarding safety, amenities, pets. If getting this much support from the leasing off in the beginning I’m sold on this is the place.

    My family and I have lived here since May of 2014 and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. They have helped us when we we’re in dire need. I developed serious health issues last year which put me on short term disability for eight months and my wife lost her job due to COVID. The office staff has been caring, understanding and truly concerned about our wellbeing. The current office manager, Amber, is absolutely amazing. We don’t feel like just another tenant here.

    I have lived here since the Spring of 2017. It has been a VERY wonderful experience. The Manager(s) and staff have always gone out of their way to make sure that we have everything we need. The Maintenance team is pretty amazing as well! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a good place to call their home.

    We moved in, in August 2020. This place has been a God-send! The office staff from the get go has been amazing! Our most recent “need”....On a Friday around 5:30, we got home and the lock on our entry door had malfunctioned. It was stuck and wouldn’t lock from the outside. I called and the office staff assured me that the maintenance guy would be over. The issue was resolved in under and hour. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is it! Thank you Amber and team for all of the assistance you’ve provided this far!

    I have lived here for more years than you can count with both hands. I stay because it is the central area of my work, family, childs school, and shopping areas. I have seen when its good, and when it gets bad. Let me just say that every time new owners buy the complex, it gets rough for a bit, however, it gets much better as they make much needed improvements, and necessary changes. If there is a problem I can call the office, send an email, or go in person, and rest assured my problems are always taken care of!!! The new management team is really doing their best to do more for our community, and they host fantastic events once a month. Im so excited to see what is in store for the future of the Wimbledon!

    Hello, my name is Michael De Tomasso. I have been living here at Wimbledon Apartments since 2013. I have been Blessed from my Lord having Him place me here. Whom ever hired these men & woman should feel Proud of yourselves. I can’t complain of the problems I have had because I haven’t had many. For the ones that I did have were taken care of instantly. My only complaint has nothing to do with the staff. It’s the the pavement with their crooks & crannies. So as far as I’m concerned I hung my hat, lay back as enjoy the rest of my life here at Wimbledon @ Lewisville..

    This was the most affordable complex we found in Lewisville that was walkable for a non-driving, disabled family member. Each tenant poses different challenges for management, but we were quite impressed with attentiveness of the staff to his particular needs, and concern for his wellbeing. Our one complaint was maintenance needed to be called multiple times for recurring issues (toilet, etc.) that were never permanently fixed.Amber was always excellent with our family member and we found her and other complex staff to be helpful and fair. After 3.5 years, the market rates out-priced us (no fault of complex) so we just moved the family member out for other options. Overall, the experience here was good.

    I am giving the apartment complex 4 stars because I love my apartment itself, and I feel like that is the most important thing. I love the big living room of my two bedroom and I sleep comfortably. However, I do not like a lot of things. First of all, we have no pantry...which is weird. We basically have to put all of our non-perishable food items in the coat closet (which has one shelf). The guest toilet does not flush everything...that is obviously a maintenance issue that can be fixed , but it bothers me that it was that way upon move in. My worst problem is the parking...I cannot even fathom the parking. I love my home, but I do not think I would have moved into this place if I knew ahead of time. Our apartment came with a free carport...which is awesome...but there are two residents and two cars where I live. So one of us has to park in the visitor parking...which is atrocious. There are two visitor parking spots near the building I live in (which is at the front) and the rest are on this tiny sketchy street way in the back. Ive learned to get use to it, but if I ever go grocery shopping and dont have the spot, then it is insane. The front office is also very hard to get ahold of...it makes me wonder if they are understaffed.

    Office staff and maintenance crew is reliable, and polite. Obviously not a perfect place to live, its an apartment complex. Even with maintenance running around full time, trash piles up, and I see them all the time picking up trash and working hard. This has nothing to do with the apartment management or staff, this problem originates from residents that dont follow their lease agreements, and let their children run around like little demon bastards. I have literally watched residents (and children) semi-dismantle the back west gate so they can use it as an entrance. This kind of behavior, honestly, is just plain disrespectful. The gates are there to protect us, assholes. Again, I reiterate, my apartment has had very few actual maintenance problems. I have only had pests once, and pest control was at my door the day I requested it. If you live in these apartments and have bedbugs or roaches, guess what? You dont clean enough. You have chosen to live in your filth, hence the bugs. Seriously, roaches dont hang out in areas they cant eat. Bed bugs dont hang out in a room that gets vacuumed every other day. Heck, I have a cat, and rabbit, meaning I leave food out for my pets, and I STILL do not have a bug problem. After calling the office just this morning to have my kitchen lights replaced, I looked at the reviews online for this complex. Most of them arent good. Let me go ahead and assure you, I am a current resident, and I am 100% satisfied with my service here. My one big complaint is the way (some) residents act here. Youd think people would keep an eye on their children, but Ive seen kids as young as 5 roaming around the complex alone, playing with trash, breaking bottles, etc etc. And lets be honest, its these kids parents that need the real ass kicking. Kids dont know better if you dont enforce a little rules on them, sheesh. Ive debated calling CPS a few times, after seeing some of the younger kids playing in the dumpster areas. And the parents would probably throw a big huge hissy-fit and panic when the kids they dont even watch are taken away from them and put in homes with REAL parents. Im also going to point out that the walls ARE NOT paper thin, some of the residents are just very loud, and clearly dont give a damn about their volume. I love loud music too, thats the only real volume for music to me, but cmon. Oh and when someone knocks on your door to politely ask you to turn it down, and you act like you dont speak English, (when theyve heard said individual speaking English before, and what other reason would someone be at your door at midnight jackass) youre just a turd, nuff said there. But rest assured, the office staff is on the good residents side! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.Wimbledon Apartments deserve a good rating. Some of the people that live here should GTFO ASAP, their trashy, ghetto behavior is unwelcome.
