Just recently moved here and we love it!The apartment are very well designed and stylish, game lounge, and pool is beautiful, and the gym is so spacious loving every moment here. The staff are amazing too. Special thanks to Logan and Destiny who help us move in.

I had a great experience touring and completing the application process. Everything went smoothly and was very straightforward. My leasing agent, Destiny, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was clear, informative, and kept me updated every step of the way. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend coming in and working with her—she truly makes the process easy and enjoyable!

I recently had the pleasure of moving into Whitlows brand new apartment building! I couldnt be more happy with my experience. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I loved all the amenities and the apartment appliances and finishes. But what truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Destiny, the leasing agent. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to walk me through every detail during my tour, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable with the leasing process!

I have high hopes for this apartment complex, and while the amenities are great and the area is nice, the communication from management left a lot to be desired. I was given the wrong WiFi code, which prevented me from working since my company blocks guest networks for security reasons. Additionally, no visitor code was provided, which was another inconvenience.Another major issue was the difficulty in reaching the office. When I called multiple times with several important questions, my calls went unanswered. However, when my mom, sister, and grandfather called, their calls were picked up right away. This inconsistency was frustrating and made me feel like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.When I finally did get through, the representative who answered was unprofessional and dismissive as it pertained to my internet connection issues, which only added to my frustration. However, despite these issues, I still have hope that Logan can improve. The property itself has great potential, and if can work on their communication and professionalism, this could truly be a great place to live.

The Whitlow is AWESOME! It is so eclectic in style.and design; I LOVE IT! The staff is very approachable and very attentive and I truly appreciate that as a resident. The amenities are second to none, they have so many communal spaces to chill or hang out with your neighbors and friends and the gym/yoga room is top notch!

I have been living at Whitlow for a month or so now, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Here are a few highlights of what makes this place exceptional. The management team at Whitlow is outstanding. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The common areas are clean and inviting, making it a pleasure to spend time outside. The amenities offered are top-notch. From the gym, to the swimming pool, there is something for everyone. I especially love the game lounge, which is always clean and well-equipped. The sense of community here is very welcoming. The neighbors are friendly, and I always feel safe walking around the complex, even late at night. The security measures in place are excellent. More so, Whitlows location is perfect, with easy access to old town lewisville. It’s conveniently situated close to shops and restaurants that make going out so easy.Overall, Whitlow has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Thank you to the entire team for making this a fantastic place to call home. Shout out to Logan, Destiny, Joseph and Brooke who have made the move in process amazing and stay on top of everything!
