Absolutely best apartments in the dfw area, I’ve been here almost a year and couldn’t be happier! Every time I have a maintenance issue, someone’s always right around the corner to fix it! And the staffing in the leasing office is always helpful and friendly. My dogs love the dog park and it’s always pretty clean, the pool is also always clean and so nice. Honestly, I’m surprised I found such a great apartment for this price, seriously the 1beds are huge compared to like every other apartment in the area. It’s definitely a hidden gem! 10/10!

My wife and I have lived here for three months at the time of this writing. The ladies in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Kaylee made our move-in easy and had answers to all of our questions. We have also spoke with Elizabeth on occasion and she too was very nice and helpful. There havent been many maintenance issues for us since move-in, but one or two small items were taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. We requested pest control treatment to the exterior of our building and it was taken care of the following day. The porters and maintenance staff walk the property every morning and pick up trash so the property always looks clean. Landscaping is awesome so the grounds are in pristine condition. Dumpsters are emptied regularly as to prevent any over flow of garbage. There is a large, well lit workout facility and plenty of common areas with a large pool that is always clean and well maintained. There is no laundry facility, but each apartment has washer and dryer connections. You can have a washer and dryer provided for you or use your own for a reduction in rent. Parking seems to be ample with reserved covered spaces upon request and visitor spaces are available that require registration. It can get a little tight on weekends, but it has never been a problem.Upon move-in, our apartment was freshly painted and very clean. We have been happy with the amount of space and storage for our one bedroom apartment. I especially enjoy the light through the blinds in the morning. The air conditioning works well and replacement filters are provided upon request free of charge. The appliances are modern, the kitchen is large with plenty of counter space and cabinets for storage. The neighbors that we have met in passing have been pleasant and friendly. Overall, the property seems to be quiet and secure with two entrance gates. Residents have a web portal which makes service requests simple. Rent and other charges are all itemized so monthly payments are quick and easy. After three months we have been happy with this complex and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment. We approached several complexes in the area and are glad we landed here.

I cant say enough great things about my experience at Westpoint at Scenic Vista. From the moment I first toured the property, the leasing agent, Elizabeth, made the process seamless and welcoming. She is truly amazing. Shes always professional, kind, and incredibly helpful.One of the standout aspects of living here is the maintenance team. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve resolved it the same day with efficiency and professionalism.The complex itself is well-maintained, safe, and a great place to call home. Now that I’ve had a few weeks to settle in and see how things work after move in, I am able to leave my thoughts about the whole moving in process.First, I’ve lived here before a few years ago but due to my husband job we had to relocate, but found ourselves back in the area and we loved it the first time here even though management was different, so we wanted to get back in immediately.From the beginning Elizabeth was a gem; she was upbeat and attentive, helped us with our needs and got us a great deal on an apartment. She was communicative throughout the whole process, even when we were back and forth via email, which was such a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many complexes over the years who can seemingly ghost you. We had some trouble with our original move in date but Elizabeth was quick and got us in without much of any hassle!Since we have moved in she has still been great and attentive, the office staff in general is friendly and helpful!We’ve had one maintenance request thus far for something minor and they came out the next business day to help us, which is super fast from what I’m used to. Though we shall see if that continues. The apartment itself was spotless upon move in, compared to a few years ago with different mgmt where the apartment was dirty and had bug carcasses and dust everywhere; my only gripe is that there isn’t a ceiling fan in our bedroom and because our unit is hit with sun all day it can get stuffy because of it.That being said you get a great amount of space for the price too and the complex is well maintained and quiet, despite being right by the freeway.Shout out to Elizabeth for being great to us!

I’ve lived at Westpoint going on 4 years i’ve had nothing less than a great experience here everything is kept up and when a work order is put in everything is fixed in a timely manner. The staff has always been nice and helpful. I want to especially give big praise to Elizabeth, recently I had to renew my lease and take my other applicant off and even though it was a difficult situation for me, she was more than helpful and so sweet during the whole process and I am so truly thankful! If going with Westpoint I highly recommend working with Elizabeth you will not be disappointed she’s amazing! 🩷🎀

10/10 recommend we moved here in June and absolutely love it they are quick when there is a problem they saved us from a crappy situation in our last lease with a completely different apartment complex. Elizabeth was our leasing agent she had just started with Westpoint so we got to be her first renters. Not only was she an absolute doll her supervisors worked with her to train and answer her questions effectively and she absolutely nailed it. Not only was she a fast learner and bent over backwards to make sure we had our answers but that she absorbed the information to be able to help other future tenants as well… with our busy schedules they all were willing to work with us and even stay later then normal a couple of times when we were going through the sighing process.. this community is peaceful and tidy and furry baby friendly I know when the lawn guys are cleaning and trining our babies get in the window to say hi. The maintenance teams are respectful and very prompt.

We moved out of the Monterrey Apartments, into these. Ive gotta say, its been the absolute BEST choice we made. The front office staff are some of the best, the Maintenance men are kind, our AC went out and they were here within hours to fix it for us. The property is clean and very welcoming. The residents on the property are very friendly and everyone watches out for everyone. Its been the best 2 months, cant wait to see what it looks like when the holidays roll around!If youre looking for a place to live, this is it!

I had some difficulty on the move in and the front office folks were incredibly helpful in get the issues sorted. They were very good at getting things fixed quick and communicating when work was to start and finish.The apartment itself is very nice. The one bedroom has the single largest kitchen I have ever seen in an apartment and the bedroom closet is bigger than some bedrooms I’ve been in. That is not an exaggeration, you could put a table or organization stand in the middle of the closet. The kitchen isn’t big enough for an island, but two people could work in it without much issue (photos added to show what I am talking about.) It also has a sizable laundry room right at the front door, so I can ditch my dirty work clothes in the hamper before going on the carpet. The biggest thing for me though is the internet service. You can get AT&T cable or 5G internet or Spectrum cable with 200MBPS, 400MBPS, or 1GBPS connection speeds as options. This is the first apartment complex I’ve been to with this many options. It’s are really nice change of pace.The only thing I found that possibly detracts from the property is the road noise from 820. I personally find the constant drone of cars soothing, but I’m a mechanic who spent a good portion of their life on Air Force bases with aircraft using afterburners. The constant noise doesn’t bother me at all, but I realize some people may not agree.

I have lived here for the past 5 years or so. This place is great area separated from the busy and noisy streets (may change due to new neighborhoods). I have had no issue with the apartment and their services. When I do have a problem; maintenance quickly fixes it after sending a request to the manager.Recently my AC had some problems due to some wear and tear over the years. I was quickly lend a portable AC and the fix will come the day after (welding was involved).It is pricey but they will take care of you when you needed.

We were in Fort Worth looking for apartments and this complex was nice but a little far for our drives to work! Kaylee was polite friendly and she had great customer service! Well must really like it here and I do as this is my second time leasing here. I always feel safe even at night time being out on the property. The people in the community are nice and considerate of others. The 2 bedroom floor plan is very spacious with high ceilings, plenty of storage, especially the master bedroom closet, its almost the size of a small bedroom. The community is kept very well lit and tidy. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only thing I have a problem with is the kitchen cabinets werent made for short people and they are really tall.

Apartment complex is a great place to live! The staff are amazing and helpful. Alyssa and Kaylee have been a big help since we moved here about a month ago. The maintenance team are prompt at what they do. The outside is always clean and presentable. I love the apartment complex gives you a monthly update on activities or suggestions and things to keep the area up to par. The best thing too they have food trucks at least once a week and another thing that’s amazing as they do raffles to help with your rent.

My fiance and I love this complex. HUGE apartment for the money, the complex is kept clean, and in general it remains pretty quiet. The maintenance is great. They come out quickly and the problems are fixed properly. The girls in the office are always great to deal with and they put together nice community events every week for the tenants. All in all, no complaints.

Loved living here! The floor plans are incredibly spacious. They have an option to text to pay your rent, which was super convenient. They made it easy and their employees helped me with the transfer, lifting and packing. It took us 8 hours to do it and I was happy about it.

I just renewed my lease at this complex. The office staff are very friendly and fast to resolve issues if they arise. They just redid the pool area and have new furniture and the workout room has all the basic stuff you need to work out with. The complex is very nice to walk as it has sidewalks all around it and it also has a dog park, if you have a dog. The apartments are very spacious and the utilities for the apartment are very reasonable. Overall I would recommend this complex to live at.

I wanted to come in and update my review! I just renewed my lease again! The leasing staff are incredible and they tend to all your needs. Ive had my AC fixed overnight on a weekend, theyve come in and replaced lights, and they treat their residents with respect and make you feel welcomed at all times. Im so thankful you be a resident at Westpoint, going on 5 to 6 years. Theyve got great leasing specials and always offering cute things each month for prizes and drawings.I have lived at Westpoint for 4 years. Recently there has been a major shift with management and maintenance and it has been wonderful! Maintenance is quick to respond, kind, and professional. Management is quick with any issues or concerns. I am very excited about the grounds upkeep and the improvements that are being made on the premises. I will renew my lease once again! The apartments are huge and affordable. The amount of storage is incredible.

Been here for 2 years going for 3! Love the community. The apartments vary depending on which floor or building you get but still they are comfortable. You can always have a good conversation at the dog park or regular park. Haven’t had issues with maintenance, most of my issues get resolved in under a week. Highly recommend renting here!

My wife and I have lived here for 16 months and the area is pretty quiet for being so close to the freeway! The people who live here are courteous and respectful and the new management team in place is phenomenal! They always go the extra mile to make sure your concerns and needs are met and make sure to upkeep everything on the regular like the pool area and the landscaping crew that shows up every week. The maintenance guys are amazing with all the things that they do as it is always quick and properly fixed.

First, this Apt complex is Beautiful !!!!! The grounds are lovely and the pool area Amazing!!!To say that the 2 bedroom 2 bath is huge, is an understatement!! Both bathrooms are so large and the closet in the master bedroom is like a 3rd bedroom.The office staff is so friendly and so very helpful! Our sons car was accidentally towed. Thank you Sarah!!!!! You are amazing! We got his car back that day at zero cost.Our overall experience has been wonderful and I would reccomend this Apt complex to anyone!!

Me and my partner have lived here for a year already and we are on our second! We love everything about this apartment and we love how friendly maintenance and the ladies up front are. Any maintenance request are handled in a timely manner and any questions are kindly answered. When we had to quarantine due to covid this past year and our ac went down they even helped us with a solution until everyone was safe to come fix the issue. We are so happy to call this place home.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in and it’s my 5th. We have had a couple issues such as my husband’s motorcycle almost getting towed due to a miscommunication, but it was handled very quickly and appropriately. The grounds are kept very nice and they gates stay working and closed compared to my other apartments I lived in. The apartment itself is very nice and large! The massive closet is my favorite part! It’s pretty much the size of a small bedroom. The kitchen is also a great size with more cabinet space than needed and plenty of counter space. You won’t go wrong renting here!

I have been living here for a couple of months, so far so good! I love the online access to paying my rent and submitting service requests. Work orders are handled in a very timely manner, the grounds are also nicely kept. I literally have no complaints!Update- I completed my lease, and I must say, my review hasnt changed. The only advice I have is to get your carpet professionally cleaned before moving or be prepared to pay $90 for normal wear.

The vibes here are the best! You feel at home as soon as you enter the gates. Grass is always cut and green. It’s quiet, peaceful & has the nicest staff. Love these apartments!! its difficult to find an apartment with this amount of square footage for the reasonable price. The large kitchen sold me, as well as the huge walk in closets. Nice pool area to hang out with family or friends & other nice amenities. Havent had any issues, its a nice quiet gated community. Highly recommend.

This place is great! The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly learn your name! They respond quickly to questions and are always asking to make sure everything is OK. The price is high, but you pay for good quality! The apartments are HUGE, include washer & dryer and have plenty of space to be outside. We love Westpoint!

I felt right at home at Westpoint. Nice and quiet. I stayed there for two years until my job moved me. The apartments were really spacious - I had a six-chair dining table in mine; the staff really nice - frequent communication with things happening in the complex; and I loved when food trucks were there at the end of a work day - I didnt have to decide whats for dinner. It was close to shopping and places of worship. If you are on the third floor, your fit-bit (and heart) will love you.

My husband and I turned in our keys today after five years. We will always remember this place as our first home together. We obviously loved it or we wouldn’t have stayed so long. The only reason we left was because it was time for a house. You get a lot of space for the price and everyone in the community is very friendly. We have a dog and it’s been a very pet friendly environment, it even has a little dog park! Our maintenance requests have always been answered in a very timely manner and we have never had a problem with the office staff. In fact, they have been extremely helpful and professional over the past 5 years. I can’t praise this place enough. We will miss it! My only recommendation for new renters would be to try to get an apt toward the back of the complex like we did bc there is less covered/assigned parking and therefore more parking spaces.

I have enjoyed living at Westpoint at Scenic View. The management team has been extremely helpful and the maintenance team has taken great care of the apartment. I appreciate the quick response time when I have questions or work order requests. This apartment has a great layout with a lot of room. Definitely worth the time to stop and check out the one and two bedroom units if searching for a new place to live.

Ive lived here since February and I love it. As someone who used to work in the industry, Im pretty picky about things, but Westpoint has lived up to all my expectations and more. My apartment is HUGE! The master closet is almost the size of another bedroom, and the kitchen is FABULOUS!! The office staff is incredible. Adriana, Jen and Amber are great, and they are willing to go way beyond what is asked of them and it shows to all the community. Aaron the maintenance man is awesome. You put in a work order and its fixed super quick. I absolutely recommend living here.

Richard was absolutely the best in helping my fiance and myself with our difficult timing of moving. Our last apartment had been broken into and set on fire and Richard was able to get us in Monday after we filled out our application. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and insanely spacious for what we pay. I cant stop thinking him enough every time I have to drop by the office. And the pool and 24hr fitness center is one of my favorite things about the new place 👍

I have lived at westpoint for about 5 months now and I have to say it is hands down the best apt. Ive lived in. Truthfully. The office staff is attentive and great with communication, and their maintenance team always addresses (and resolves) any concerns or issues within a day. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, pool area is great, and my home is pretty much everything I could ask for in an apartment.Thanks for all your hard work, guys! Yall rock!

My roommate and I were on the search for the rights apartment for us. We spend 8 hours apartment hunting on a Saturday. The West point at Scenic Vista Apartment were the ones for us, we fell in love right away. The staff Richard and Adriana were extremely helpful and nice during the whole process from application and getting ready to move in. We started our lease in the beginning of May and are happy we made the right choice for our new home. I have a Maltese and we love our daily walks around the apartments and going to the dog park. The maintenance staff does a great job on keeping the apartments clean and updated. Also the landscape is very beautiful. Last but not least we do not have problems with bugs thank god.

Moving in was a great process!! My wife and I looked all over the DFW area searching for a large, luxury apartment home for a GREAT PRICE! We found it here!! The front office has an amazing staff! The maintenance crew even has an amazing attitude! Adriana (one of the staff at the office) has showed true customer service towards me and my family. She didnt just stop helping us after we moved in! She answers every question with an AMAZING SMILE!! If you are looking for a LARGE, LUXURY, PET FRIENDLY, AMAZING APARTMENT HOME...... I dont understand what all the hate is about on the reviews. I have found management to be VERY helpful and responsive to any issue I have raised. When I moved in my AC wasnt working, they fixed it in about 2 hours.Later, I needed a new air filter for the AC, the apartment smelled weird, and they got my one in 3 days when their order came in.They dropped a box at my door that came to the office because I wasnt home, and have been most helpful in working with me on an odd lease agreement due to some weird requests.Maybe the managers are new and are doing better than before? I dont know, dont care. You should live here, you wont be disappointed.I marked off 1/2 a star for no hot tub (booo) and 1/2 star for no patio or balcony. Everything else is great! No bugs, new carpet, dont hear my neighbors (except for upstairs every now and then), and beautiful grounds and swimming pool.Give them a try, you wont be let down.

Cant say enough about these apartments, megan helped me out so much during a very stressful time in my life. Worked with me the whole time and got everything worked out in a timely matter. Very impressed with her and the manager which I cant remember how to spell her name I apologize lol. Only thing that didnt go right was there system was down and couldnt generate a lease at the time but worked around it and made it happen and made it a great experience. Everytime I go in the office I feel like Im at home. They are amazing. If you are looking for a great apartment and not to mention huge apartment I would check these out. Super quiet and never have a issue with people being loud or crazy parties which is awesome. Seems like a very upscale place with very mature people who are extremely professional. I give it 5 stars because they deserve it. Again thank yall so much!

A lot of peoples complaints are situational and can happen at any apartment or home. Ive lived here for over a year and the staff has always been helpful with any problem weve had. Aaron (maintenance) has always been able to fix anything! If theres a problem regardless if its plumbing, AC, or killing a giant spider in the doorway (this really happened and I didnt have my shoes on to be able to kill the spider that was hanging out in my doorway) he is always there to help! We are lucky enough to have quiet neighbors and love the amount of space we have in our apartment! Our dog especially loves the dog park! Id highly recommend this place to anyone, plus you can get an amazing view of the sunsets as you drive up to the complex.

I moved in to these apartments in February, and I absolutely love them. I am not going to lie, I had a bit of a problem with the office staff before I actually moved in, but after moving in I have not had a problem. The only work order I have had to put in, is my AC not working, it was fixed the same day. It has easy access to 30 & 820. Youre 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart and not too far from downtown Ft. Worth. The only thing I can say I dont like, is the parking. From time to time I do have to park far, but I mean what complex doesnt have that problem? Lets be real people The pool, is not bad, ive used the grill twice and its had propane both times. From time to time I do see animal feces in the grass (which is why I walk on the sidewalk, they were made to walk on,) but unfortunately thats out of the complexs control. They inform residents to pick up their pets feces and even provide bags, what else can you do? There isnt staff 24-7, so its going to happen. You can lead a horse to water, but you cant make it drink it. Overall, for being 4 months in, I have not had very many complaints living here.

We were in need of a convenient location, not only for work but for our childs school. It finally boiled down to Westpoint and one more complex, so after we walked into Westpoint and met Adriana we were sold and signed the same day! By no means am I taking anything away from the rest of the staff (including the manager, because they are phenomenal as well), however Adriana treated my family as if they were part of hers. The pricing of the complex was very competitive, but when it comes to how you and your family are treated from day one, until you depart, PRICELESS. Westpoint at Scenic Vista is by far the definition of You get what you pay for and more. Thank you again Adriana and the staff of Westpoint!

Both responded quickly but I must say that when I heard our own Aaron Barry calling me back, I was immediately and completely reassured! The entire staff here is very responsive to the communitys needs, including maintenance emergencies and Mr Barron is a real asset!!

Got lied to when getting a tour about the grill area. Apparently, a gutted electric gril that people keep dumping charcoal in to use counts as a useable grill. Also no one seems to know how to clean up after their dogs so watch where you step, dog park is basically unusable with all the droppings being left there.EDIT: They have since replaced the broken grill with a functional charcoal grill. Have not had a chance to try it but it looks very nice!
