Weve been living here for the last 5 months, and I can truly call this place home. Ive had 0 issues, and management responds quickly to any problems. The pool, the hot tub and the Gym are my favorite amenities 😊 Thank You Guys!

Impressive location and people. Sarah was fantastic! She answered all of our questions. Professionalism, courtesy and a willingness to assist in our search made for a pleasant experience. The apartments are upscale. The facility and grounds are well maintained. Centrally located within close proximity to a collection of businesses and services while maintaining a natural, forest-like setting.

Moved in about two months ago and absolutely love it. The amenities and the surrounding area is everything. The community is warm and inviting and provides scenic areas to walk, bike, and enjoy. The staff at watermark has made my time here an absolute breeze. Any issues that could possibly come up they have helped me solve and take care of it. Gabriela is the best!! She answered all of mine and my friends questions during our tour of the property, explained all the current promotions they were having on leases, and made the move in process easy with open communication and flexibility. Can’t wait to show friends and family my new home here at watermark @ GCP

I have lived at Watermark for one month now & I can tell you this is the best property I’ve ever lived at. The property is within a neighborhood where you have access to hike & bike trails which I love with my dog. Watermark property & the units are very stunning. I love being so close to the freeway & feel extremely safe. The office staff are very responsive & friendly. They truly care about making you happy. Look no where else. This is THE place to call home.

These are apartments are great! Awesome location in Grand Central Park close to the highway. Amenities are top notch! Kalyn was super nice and helped me out every step of the way. She always got back to me right away through email or over the phone. Can’t wait to move in!

Kalyn (and in her absence Sara) has living space.done a great job of helping us get organized in our new living space. She has been available when needed and has been able to address or help us work through any isses.She has a very pleasant personality that is easy to work with and represents the apartment complex in a very positive way.

2 men and a women walked right into the building and started yelling maintenance and was asking wifey that contract had ended and we needed to evacuate. told them to double check their registry and turns out they were wrong. they apologized and left. next time, don’t come without permission and checking your facts. rude and unprofessional. leaving 4 stars because i’m not a hater and i do acknowledge that they apologized.

Beautiful...need elevators...would love to live there. No traffic noticed and a clubhouse that is a dream come true also heated pool.

This place is nice. its a little pricey but thats because of the location. the girls in the office are very nice and helpful.
