Happily to say we will be renewing our lease at the Vineyard, If you are looking to stay at a nice property consider living here. Management and staff have always been nice and helpful.As a resident myself i want to live in a nice and clean property and over time things are improving which we are very happy to see. We are thrilled to have a new property manager, she is extremely nice and helpful and because of her our community is looking amazing and our neighbors agree. Like any other community, unfortunately theft can happen. We have never had issues regarding our cars, i have spoke with several neighbors and they have mentioned if their car was stolen they either left keys in car or car was left open.Management has always been helpful, If you need anything David and rest of maintaince staff is amazing and will always be there on time in anything you may need.Due to new management, things are changing for the good and we are now able to enjoy the pool for residents only, security is now by pool area and only residents are allowed to enter.I hope to bring good feedback to anyone wanting to live here, as me and my husband have had a good experience!

Great place to live in. The management team tries to resolve every issue in a timely manner. The staff is professional, kind, and understanding. I have never had an issue with them. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. I love their amenities, specially their 24hr gym. The apartments are beautiful and luxurious at a reasonable price.Special thanks to the management team for always keeping our gates functional, and for quickly responding to my emails whenever I have questions.The current management team has been the best I have ever worked with.

I had such an incredible experience while visiting The Vineyard, management is absolutely amazing. Matt, the community manager was able to answer all of my questions and truly cares about the community. His leasing staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their community and the neighborhood.From living here for a few months I am absolutely in LOVE with this complex. From the quick turnaround from maintenance to the kindness shown by the office staff, everything is exceeding my expectations. My apartment is spacious yet feels comfortable.

I work for a pest control company and these guys really help make my route faster and easier. They’re super friendly, even offers me drinks or snacks every time I show up. Tbh, the layout of the apartments are also pretty cool!! I personally wouldn’t mind coming to live here. Amenities are really good, maintenance team is super helpful even when they’re short staffed, just really feels like home. Love coming to service here when I work!!!

These apartments are brilliant, beautiful, and breathtaking! Hephzibah was an amazing tour guide. She is extremely enthusiastic, relatable, respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I loved Vineyards apartment complex layout, style, and amenities.

I’ve lived here for 16 months and If this was close to my job I would have resigned my lease in a heartbeat! I’ve lived in apartments for years now and this has been one of the cleanest, most well kept and upscale apartments (for the price) that I have found. The amenities are incredible, the maintenance team is super fast and easily reachable by phone or through an app, there’s so much green areas to walk your dogs and outdoor amenities if you have guests over. Every apartment complex has its downsides, or it’s issues it has to work through. With this being such a massive complex your bound to have issues with some of the amenities but the management has been so quick to fix a lot of the issues the other recent reviews have mentioned.Since those reviews they have fixed a lot of the issues with the pool, from installing cameras to hiring a security team that’s easily accessible and putting locks on some of the gates. They’ve also vastly improved the cleanliness of the grounds, every morning I see multiple people out picking up trash and going through and ensuring everything is clean. They also started a new policy to enforce people leaving trash outside their doors that seems to be working as well.I walk my dogs in the early morning and late at night and I’ve yet to run into any safety concerns, my car has been perfectly safe the entire time and I have left stuff on my first floor patio for months and never had a single item taken or messed with.I really don’t understand how this complex has such a low rating because my experience has been wonderful. I really encourage you to stop by the office and talk with the leasing agents and see some of what they have to offer before you make a decision.

I had a great experience working with leasing agent April. I explained what I am looking for layout and price wise and she was able to show me a model unit that fit my needs. She was warm and welcoming throughout the entire process. I can not wait to lease at the Vineyard!

I went on a tour of the apartment complex and it is beautiful with loads of amenities. Its close to everything I need. The office staff members were pleasant and polite. I read the negative review and saw the photos. I must say that whovever lives in that building needs to clean up after themselves.

Moved in about 2 weeks ago, very friendly staff ! Assistant manager was super helpful on my move in day. Leasing staff, maintenance and property manager did handle a small hiccup at move in very well and is greatly appreciated.Love the property & my apartment worth the money I’m paying for it !My only complaint would be how dirty the stairs and hallways are but other then that I would totally recommend The vineyards !

Overall, the experience has been good. I have lived here for over a year. The most recent management team is good and helpful - very nice all the time. Generally, the grounds and buildings are clean. Minimal noise or other interruptions by other residents. The apartments have a nice modern design. Perfect for short term living.

Going on 3 years here. Overall it’s been a good experience and I enjoy living here although there have beefrustrating evenThey’re on their 3rd owners/management company in the 3 years they’ve been open.. not sure what has changed because they keep the same snooty office staff that everyone complains about. Matt is the only staff member who is actually helpful, personable and caring. The tall girl everyone has mentioned in the reviews makes you feel like you’re bothering her. She should not be in the front office or giving tours as she is stone faced and not welcoming. I’m sure she’s a nice person but I’m surprised she’s still here with all the complaints.They punish all tenants and close the pool frequently due to the same rowdy crowd instead of approaching this specific crowd and fining them like they promise in their emails. I’m sick of the pool being closed due to people I don’t even know being inappropriate. Most of the tenants moved here because of the amenities, especially the pool and we shouldn’t be punished because of one specific crowd.They NEVER answer the phone.We have Amazon lockers which worked amazingly but the new owners have tacked on $20 to our rent without consent or option to opt out to use Fetch, which we have to add our credit card on file with them and potentially be charged by them to. Extremely frustrating. Now we have useless lockers that were once very convenient.A man got beaten by the pool last summer to the point where he was unconscious and taken to the hospital in an ambulance. The cops came to take reports and the apartment complex never acknowledged it or sent a simple email letting us know something major happened where we live.Pros:Matt is awesome.The coffee machine has the best cappuccino I’ve ever had.. although I wish they provided to-go cups.The property is beautiful.The location is perfect, we’re close to everything.There’s a pond in the back that has a nice trail with dog parks.I’ve met some pretty great people here.They have food trucks and have added events which is fun.I would overall recommend living here in hopes that the new owners/management can improve on the cons.

Really enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and Hephzibah is very helpful. The pool is regularly cleaned and I enjoy the view from my unit. It is so much better than my previous residence.

My experience at the Vineyard has been awesome. The move in process was not complicated, the staff has been helpful, and maintenance has been on top of it. Great experience.My current lease is up in May, and I dont like to move unless absolutely necessary. I called the office to see if they had any 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments, and they do. The entire office has been phenomenal with this process, and I am ecstatic to be signing another lease. Thank yall.

I just moved in here and I love it! The office staff and maintenance are completely awesome! Very responsive and get things done in a timely manor. Brand new apartments with access to 35 and youll more than likely be the first person in your unit. The property is well kept, youll be happy here!!

There is always trash in the hallways and on the stairs, the hallways are dirty. I have had problems with the refrigerator for months, they check it and leave it the same. Really very bad service.

First of all let me say this property is absolutely stunning! There is an actual vineyard! My friend recently moved in and she is loving her apartment! The pool area, gym, and dog washing station are just a few of the amenities that make this place special. I toured the apartment with my friend prior to her signing the lease and let me tell you the staff in the front office is so kind and knowledgeable. You can tell that they really care about the experience residents and prospects have.

Let me tell you, the entire leasing team is super courteous, helpful, and I can tell they go above and beyond for their residents. Amber was my primary leasing consultant and she’s simply amazing! I don’t think enough great things about her willingness to help me can be summed up in words. On the times Amber wasn’t available, Ashlyn and Paula have patiently and kindly answered my one million and one questions as this was a 100% virtual leasing experience. They give you so many details, are super quick to follow-up, and really take their time in making you feel valued as a future resident.The application turn around time is super quick as well. The staff also seems super organized because even though I spoke to three different people, all of them were knowledgeable enough to help me on each thing I needed that very second, so there was no need for anyone to call me back with an answer. I have contacted 310 apartments in Austin for this move, and The Vineyard won not only for their gorgeous property but their stellar customer service.I’ll update my review after living here for a while but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. There is a real genuineness with this staff. You can tell that they love what they do. Oh and....it’s....a...vineyard...on...the...property. You guys...they have a vineyard! 🍷 If you’re thinking about this property, give them a call so you can see EXACTLY why I wrote this 5 Star Review!

Moving here was the best choice we have made. Ashley has been great helping us out throughout the process even finding the best apartment unit. We love our apartment and it’s view. The moving process was just smooth Ashley made sure we get the apartment ready in just 3 days it was a quick decision moving here but great customer service from Ashley and staff.
