Being here has been such a blast from being close to stores to having the emergency room and children’s hospital with in the walking distance and having the best neighbors. I’d recommend being here even if it’s for a short time. Having access to the amenities has been so nice.

We are currently residents and we love it here!! The staff is amazing and they strive to make Villas on the Hill a great place to live!We were in the process of signing our lease and moving in during the recent tornado and though our unit sustained damages that required us to push back our move in date, Lilly and Moriah did everything in their power to make sure we were well taken care of and able to move into our desired unit as soon as possible. Even with small projects, Maintenance has been nothing short of great and responsive. Though the complex still might have some minor repairs to be fixed (caused by the tornado) the staff here has been working diligently to repair and fix any issues that were caused. I have nothing bad to say about this complex! We are happier everyday that we chose to move here.

I have been a resident at Villas on the Hill Apartments for almost three years, and my experience has been exceptional. The property staff is second to none, always professional and helpful. The grounds are impeccably maintained, creating a beautiful and welcoming environment. Additionally, the community is fantastic – my neighbors are amazing, and its a pleasure to be part of such a friendly and supportive neighborhood. Highly recommend Villas on the Hill Apartments!

Villas on the Hill is one of the best apartments in Temple so far. What I like about this place is it’s location, which is conducive for all your need coz it’s near to most restos, hospital and store outlets.It has also some amenities like gym and pool for you to relax and have some events as well. Another thing is, it’s cleanliness is above average. Lastly, all of the staffs are so friendly. They are very helpful with all your needs and respond quickly to any matter. You deserve a five star.

I lived here for 2 years and it has been wonderful! The girls at the front desk are responsive, professional, and kind! Happy to have lived here during my time in Temple. Also, maintenance is fast -- things are usually fixed or addressed same day!Thank you Villas for making my time in Temple easy and fun!

The community is clean and the pool is very clean. The clubhouse and fitness center is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very nice and helpful and willing to assist you. The residents are very friendly and also very helpful. I love living here and the location is very convenience. The maintenance get everything done as soon as possible. My family and I really love it here. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

Toured here with a friend recently. The apartments are beautiful and we could definitely see ourselves living here. The amenities are amazing and the community is super well maintained. Most importantly, the customer service was superb with the friendliest staff. By far the best experience weve had so far touring in the area.

Villas on the Hill is a very elegant, peaceful community located near many Baylor Scott and White facilities, restaurants, grocery stores and establishments. Additionally, there is a park in walking distance too! I enjoyed living at Villas on the Hill for roughly 2 years. The management team, leasing agents and maintenance are all easy to work with and try to find the best possible solution to any problems that arise. I highly recommend Villas on the Hill as a home for anyone looking for an apartment in the Temple area!

Pretty good place to live; not many bad things to say. The facilities are nice, and the amenities offered are good quality. The gym is small but pretty good for an apartment complex. The pool area is very nice. The employees are good for the most part. My biggest complaints are that you can tell the apartments were built in a hurrying you look closely (some power plugs, for example, are crooked). Secondly, and I can’t stress this enough, if you refer someone to live here and they put your name on their application as a referral, make sure they retain a copy. The online application disappears after they submit it and your name disappears with it.

Seen a one bedroom. It is all new, it is a good size for one or two. But the rent is more then some houses you can rent to own. If you wanna spend that much why not get a little bang for it and slowly buy it. Not something that in 5 years or more you still dont own. 1350 a month is 16200 a year. Thats half the amount of a vacant lot in some spots. Or more for a house needing repairs that the own just wants out from under.To the owner @ 12/22/22Your employees and your establishment is very polite and respectful. My issues was price. I have found a place more in my price range. But thanks for reaching and replying back. Ill increase rate to 4 from 2 as the issue was price not anything wrong with service.

This place, Villas on the Hill is wonderful. From great office staff to super maintenance men. All top quality. I have lived here 5 years. Clean, pretty landscaping, quiet and the most convenient place to live. Close to everything. Hospital, clinic, grocery store, pharmacies, Walmart, Sam’s, cleaners, veterinary services, and many restaurants. I hope I never have to move. Garages and storage rooms available. This is the place!! And having three beauties in front office does not hurt a thing. ❤️😜

I lived there for 3 years and honestly have nothing bad to say about the Villas. The staff is incredibly helpful, very prompt and thorough and Megan is a superstar! Being right across from the hospital was always incredibly convenient as well. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s a heavily trafficked area and often the main gate had issues that would take some time to resolve. However this didn’t really detract from my overall experience and I’d still give it 5 stars!

Lived at this community for the last year and a half. Fantastic! Could not say better things about this place. The overall experience has been the best I’ve ever had with apartments. The staff is the best! Namely, Cody Newton, the assistant manager has been welcoming and always willing to provide the best service any resident could ever ask for. Would recommend this community and staff without reservation!!

We moved to Wildflower Villas in November 2022. The office staff is fantastic. The maintenance guys are great. Repairs are done same day they receive the report. Quiet and neighbors are great.

I have lived here about 2 months and absolutely love it. I work at the hospital and can come home for lunch, they have events routinely where you can meet your neighbors, the apartments are new and great layout and management is very professional and responsive to residents needs. Cody, Christian and Megan are amazing! I would definitely rent here again!

It’s been a great experience living here for our first year in temple prior to buying our home. We moved from a bigger city and wanted to be super close to our new job at BSWH. The villas had socials, holiday parties, superbowl parties which were fun to attend and meet other medical professionals in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful when we had problems with our heater and ants. It was nice to be close to work, Starbucks, grocery store, target, Marshall’s, and big streets to get onto the highway (Austin or Waco). And of course we enjoyed the gym and pool! It’s really a complex of medical professionals!

We love VoH! The front desk is always exceptionally helpful, and maintenance is always prompt and efficient. The coffee selection they have is awesome! The common area and gym are perfect for the times you want to leave the confines of your apartment but not really go too far. The front office will put on monthly events that are very entertaining and fun to go to! VoH also has a prime location in respect to the hospital, mall, grocery stores, and eating places.

I don’t leave many reviews, but I’ve stayed in many apartments over the years and Cody is hands down the most honest and professional landlord I have ever had. My family and I stayed here short term and EVERY SINGLE agreement Cody and I made he came through on with no hassle. No quarrels over price, concessions, or anything else like nickel and dimming you to keep your security deposit. No games here, arguing over contract terms or any of that. He does what he says he will do and if there’s a mixup ask for him, he corrects it. I’m super impressed with the honesty & engagement and would recommend this place in a heartbeat. If only we could have this type of customer service across Texas.

My husband and I moved here when he got a new job... and for two city folk like us, its been an awesome transition! The apartments are VERY reasonably priced compared to what I was used to in Houston, the location is unbeatable with tons of restaurants, the hospital, HEB and Walmart all within a .5 mile radius. Apartments are updated, clean, and cozy. Our dog LOVES playing with the other pups at the dog park. Thats probably one of the complexs greatest features in my opinion. All of the dogs get along and its a nice way to socialize with neighbors in the evenings after work. The only thing I would say is we dont go to the pool often because it seems to always be overrun by people that dont live at the complex....hmm. Hopefully they get tighter on restricting that. They continuously change the gate codes so hopefully that helps. We highly recommend Villas!
