    Maintenance staff is amazing. Fix problems quickly. Answer all my questions and are generally professional and friendly.The maintenance staff are a big reason I keep renewing my lease here at the Villas.

    Beautiful tree-lined complex. The builders left the live oaks intact. Might want to ask about the train, though. You eventually get used to it, so not a reason to not move here. Maintenance is fast and good quality.

    **Review for villas at stone oak Management**Ive had a fantastic experience with the management at villas at stone oak. Especially Hope Dudley ,she is very professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly whenever i reached to her ( i call her super women), and the community is always well-maintained. I highly recommend this complex for its excellent management and welcoming atmosphere.

    I absolutely love it here! The Community here is extremely welcoming, friendly and CLEAN! . Very pet friendly. I was blown away especially with the very clean dog park! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Front office/management has been nothing but fantastic and exceptionally helpful. The maintenance team, is sure doing their job, the curb appeal is amazing! Thanks Villas at stone oak Ranch.

    Andrew (and Matt, who I spoke to briefly on the phone) has been phenomenal in getting everything set to go prior to moving in to the Villas at SOR. My move is from across the country and their office has been exceptionally patient with all of my questions and making sure I have the information that I need.Edits after move in: honestly, awesome building. The only challenge I’ve had is with delivery drivers finding my address, which isn’t the property’s fault. If you would be bothered by a train track nearby, I’d look in another area as it runs behind Parmer, but I have yet to have the usual issues with parking, AC, or noise.Maintenance is super quick with high priority issues - if it’s not an urgent issue (i.e. icemaker, in my case), it may take longer to get resolved but they called to apologize and assure me that it was in progress, so I can’t complain!If you’re not a fan of dogs, there are quite a few, and not all owners pick up, which can be frustrating. But it’s nothing unmanageable, most of that is in the dog park anyways.

    Hope is a gem for this property! I toured with her during my visit to the community and I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help me find the best option for my needs. She was very positive and welcoming which made apartment searching a lot less stressful. Ill definitely be considering this community for my next apartment home. Thank you Hope!

    I really love living here! Its been close to two years now since I moved to Austin and Ill be very sad when I have to leave this community. My apartment is spacious and full of light with very reasonable rent and the staff has always taken great care of me. The maintenance team consistently and quickly responds to requests on a next day/same day basis. I even got a brand new GE microwave installed in less than 15 minutes after filing a request for just a new handle! And going above and beyond, recently staff members tracked me down and kept their office open late when I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and it was found by a community team member. If youre looking for a safe (many families live here) and comfortable place to live, this is the place for you.P.S. Im very particular about where I live, work in the Domain, and was brand new to Austin when I moved here if youre reading this and in a similar situation :)

    I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Maintenance is fast, reliable, and very helpful. Jose especially is so great and has helped me and my roommates with multiple maintenance requests!     Delightful property! Villas at Stone Oak Ranch is committed to property maintenance. A team surveyed a few mildly damaged sidewalks and marked them for repair. In less than a week and during inclement weather, the sidewalks were repaired! Previously, I lived in an apartment complex where their sidewalks were seriously damaged and were marked for repair and two years later they were the same. Bravo to Villas and their wonderful and accommodating staff! It is a pleasure to live here.

    Its been a great 2 months since moving here. Good community with quiet surroundings. Good fitness center with maintained equipments. Timely maintenance request resolving also is a benefit here.     I came to tour these apartments and Kate was the one to show my wife and I around. She was absolutely amazing and we are deeply saddened that we are unable to join the community due to some life changes. I did want to go ahead and leave a review, because Kate was so understanding. We have never felt more heard and welcomed at any other apartment complex until we met Kate. So big shoutout to Kate! Thank you for being you and showing kindness, passion, and understanding throughout the whole process! Keep up the amazing work!

    I just moved into the Villas at Stone Oak Ranch & I am loving it so far! The community is fairly quiet (with exception of the people who throw extravagant parties at the pool), and the office staff is so friendly and easy to work with!Upon move-in, my apartment was clean and ready to go. The appliances are nice and newer than other apartments I’ve been in.The parking is a bit rough, so if you get home after 7pm you will have to get used to walking (I personally don’t really mind waking), but that can be a pain if you happen to be hauling groceries or something like that.There is a small sectioned off dog park area if you have dogs, it seems like a great way to exercise them :)

    Everything from the front desk staff to the maintenance staff here is beyond amazing! Team here is incredibly kind, quick to respond to concerns of any kind, and some of the best staff I’ve ever come across at any apartment complex. The amenities here are fantastic and floor plan is just beautiful! I love having two balconies and so many windows! Also love the huge tub and office area!

    So far, our experience has been exemplary! Not everything has been perfect, but the office and maintenance staff have been super responsive and addressed all of our concerns right away. The space is nice and there is so much natural light in the apartment, for which we are very grateful. Finally, weve been lucky to have very friendly neighbors. Hopefully our experience will continue to be awesome!

    I have lived here for a while, and I would give it 5 stars. We sold our home a few years ago, and we could not be more pleased with the Villas. Randy, who is in charge of maintenance, is awesome at his job. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved quickly. In addition, the update on landscaping makes the grounds look so pleasant.

    I have been staying at VillasatStoneOakRanch since Oct2015. Overall I like the community. They provide very good service for every request. Staffs at leasing Office have lots of patience to listen every request and handle appropriately. Rooms are spacious. You will definitely love the patio, even though you are looking for 1BedRoom. Pool view is good, recently there was an renovation. Used fitness center and liked it. Washer & Dryers inside unit is cool. Few Minus from my standpoint - No children play area, No trash collection on Friday & Saturday (Would have been better, if a common trash location can be placed on Weekend)

    My boyfriend and I moved here about 7 months ago. I love our apartment. The office staff us always friendly and able to help us when we need. Maintenance is done either the same day or the nest day we submit so super awesome! Also they just made an awesome dog park which my dogs love.

    I was a resident for two years and extremely happy with the management and staff for prompt response and assistance to questions or maintenance requirements. We did live at the back side of property near the railroad and it was not entirely quiet, but we were warned prior to leasing and so it was not entirely unexpected. I would highly recommend this property of any we have lived. If we had not bought a house, we would continue our residence at Villas of Stone Oak Ranch!

    Although I finally didnt sign with this place, Im writing this review for Jenny who made every effort to ensure I was informed and had all the answers in place for making the right decision. She gave me FaceTime tours and sent detailed photos and videos of the unit I was interested in. Shes been great to work with. The community itself looks well kept and apartments look spacious.

    The apartment community is well accessible. The leasing staff is very helpful. The maintenance activity is top notch. The maintenance is handled by very professionals and are resolved in a very timely manner. Good parks near-by.

    It was great coming to this place.Along with the leasing officer people are good and very helpful. Nice place to stay and enjoy. Pool and the gym are perfect place to spend some time .There are perfect walking trails used for morning and evening walk.Overall its a perfect place to stay.

    Great place to stay. Quite neighborhood and pleasant neighbors. Well kept lobby and the current management is awesome. Been living here for a couple of months now. I dont hear too much of the train, or maybe I just zone it out. But hasnt been bothersome.

    This place was a really good home to my wife and I for over 6 years. The staff onsite are incredibly thoughtful and friendly. Syed in particular is an absolute star and a real stand up guy. You cant go wrong here.

    Nice place, i like the apartments, and surroundings, few apartments have noise problem due to trains and some are facing parmer lane, i lived in building 17 so saved from both sides which was the reason for 4 star. they also have gym and pool but gym was not that big and pool was good, staff was also nice.

    I sent an email via their website, and they replied back with 2 business days (which is amazing turn around). Jenny, the person I was in contact with, had lots of information available and answered my questions with lots of details. Their customer service is great and will make sure to give you a great your of the unit and areas around it.
