    We have been here for about two years, and not only are the apartments very clean, and it is a safe community, but also all the staff are very friendly and very helpful they will do everything they can to get your issue resolved.

    We have resided in this apartment complex for more than three years and absolutely adore it! Our interactions with the staff have been positive, particularly with Becca, who has been outstanding and assisted us numerous times. The community is vibrant, hosting numerous enjoyable activities that we value and that facilitate neighborly connections. Although maintenance may sometimes be slow to respond, they are consistently diligent, as well as friendly and attentive.

    I have been at VATR for the past 9 years and I love it here. The maintenance crew are great, and the staff members are great. The grounds are clean and tidy, it is very quite and I feel very safe.

    I had an amazing experience today with Becca! She is so bubbly and has such a great personality. We didn’t have an appointment for today. But she squeezed us in and gave up time for us. She was super attentive of what our needs were. Very knowledgeable about her job and offers they had. She answered every question me and my husband ever asked. I am excited to call this place our home soon!!!! Give Becca a chance and let her help you! She is so amazing! Great personality and very professional I loved her!!! She made this whole experience worth it! I will definitely be living here soon!!!!

    Ive lived here before (for six years), and while its definitely changed a bit since I moved back (9 mos ago), it still feels like home. There are some issues- these buildings are aging, and like all of us oldsters, they need more attention. I read a lot about little issues here & there. Its definitely not like the olden days where we had same or next day service on our units, however, I will say Ben and his crew are trying to address everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. I like living in an apartment, and I love the gorgeous pools. The ease of living here, with a garage and a reserved parking space, a nice greenbelt between us and the fence/road, no outrageous utility bills, makes me really pause and consider staying after my 15 month lease is up. Is it perfect? Nope. Is it GOOD? Yes!! Definitely!

    I don’t live in this apartment complex but i just toured this community with my boyfriend as he is looking to move in. I am solely making this review because the positive experience we had with Becca. Becca was who we worked with and she was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Every single person we passed by she knew their name and was so kind. She definitely made the process more fun and inviting in comparison to other apartments we have previously toured. So thank you Becca, you were great!

    This place just might be my forever home. The staff is so responsive and caring. The community looks brand new every day. Lets talk about the pool - its literally like being at a resort with the outdoor kitchen and all.

    Ive lived at Villages at Turtle Rock for 4 years now and honestly, it has some of the most responsive, caring, and intelligent staff. If any issue arises they are quick to help us through it while also truly understanding how we feel. One such staff member is Becca who has only just recently joined the team but honestly she truly shines as a problem solver and great communicator. Recently one of my favorite staff members at Turtle Rock left and I was so worried the new members wouldnt fill her shoes. I was so mistaken. They not only filled her shoes but have left a mark on Turtle Rock that truly makes it a great place to live. Thank you to the staff and especially Becca for being amazing and for taking good care of us! Please consider this place for your next home if youre looking for not only a great location but also awesome floor plan options and wonderful staff!

    I love living here and I just resigned! The property is well maintained… I love the amenities! I use the pool and dog wash regularly. The management team has been great to me and every time I have a maintenance request it is handled in a fast and efficient manor! I suggest to my hair clients all the time to move and be my neighbors! I think it is so great of our property manager Tim to have gatherings for our community ie 4th of July BBQ… food trucks… breakfast in the club house. Because of this I have made many friends which is great since I am new to Texas!

    Villages at Turtle Rock is amazing! I’ve been living here since I’ve been in Texas and have no complaints. The amenities are always open and clean, and they even throw events for the community which is awesome. The office staff is always easy to reach and very attentive to anything I need and gets to any requests in a timely manner. My lease will be up within the next couple months and will definitely be resigning!

    I just had to mention an amazing experience I had with an employee named Becca at this property. My 17 year old son left his wallet at the property while visiting a friend. A kind resident brought it into the leasing office, and this young lady went out of her way to get in touch with us to make sure we knew it was there at her property… She didn’t have to do this and because she did …he did not have to get a new license and close out his checking account, etc.… I just respect and appreciate people with such awesome customer service and wanted to make sure that she was recognized… Becca~ thank you for everything you did to get my son’s wallet back to him… Your community is lucky to have you representing them! 👍🫶😎

    Iv lived here for about 4 1/2 months now and i have to put a review. This place is well maintained, maintenance is quick and detail oriented, Leasing office staff are sweet and professional, the landscaping is constantly well kept, consistent improvements to the property, neighbors and people are super nice, gym is cleaned well, as well as the pool. very happy to have found this place, its hard finding an apartment complex that really does it all and at an affordable price. keep doing what yall are doing

    Great place to live with helpful staff. Love living here. Nice gym, pool, and pet spa. Coffee bar is a major plus too! Property manager is easy to talk to, she makes you feel like an actual person instead of just a number. The staff always answers my questions very quickly and they’re all super friendly. 10/10 would recommend to live here.

    I lived at Villages at Turtle Rock Apartments from July 2019 until March of this year and I can honestly say I enjoyed my time and experience here a lot! The apartment was brand new when I first moved there and never had a problem with the appliances or the upkeep of the apartment. The community there is really cool and the leasing office staff are very helpful too. I didn’t ever have a problem with the staff at the leasing office, they’re all friendly and nice people. If it wasn’t for my job being on the other side of Austin, I would’ve stayed there probably for another couple year or more!

    This has been my absolute favorite apartment complex that I have lived in since moving to Texas last year. I lived in Pflugerville at first and disliked that we were basically living in a noisy truck stop/industrial center right off of I-35.Turtle Rock apartments is quiet suburban paradise and a place I can finally walk my dogs and ride my bike. The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The new community manager Tim, assistant manager Lene, and their leasing team are very sweet and welcoming. Ben and his maintenance team are respectful, efficient and really care about the property upkeep.I am enjoying all the amenities, especially the dog bathing/grooming room!! Looking forward to resident events and to explore more around the area!

    Nice property, decent price for location and living space, polite staff. The amenities are a bit lacking though. The dog park is more of a flood field with just tall grass, and plenty of water, mud, and dog droppings. The clubhouse is very beautiful since the renovation, but doesnt come off as inviting and community events arent very frequent. Lazy neighbors with dogs rarely clean up after their pets making walking on the grass not as enjoyable as it could be. With that being said we still love our apartment. We find it very affordable for a couple that wants to live in a quiet area, set away from the city noise and hub bub. Their maintenance staff is very quick with repairs which is very ideal. Recommend the 3rd floor apartments if you can handle the climb because of great ceiling height in the living room, higher view of the area, and dampening of any noise from neighbors. Neighbors are generally polite and keep to themselves. Overall a good place to live and would recommend to others.

    The hubby and I absolutely love our apartment and the community. The office staff are friendly and helpful. There were a few hiccups with parking in the beginning, but I didnt mind so much because the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Everyone who has come to visit us has loved our place. They were impressed with the layout and how spacious the apartment is. The patio is the biggest one Ive ever seen in an apartment community! The grounds are also very clean. I have some disgusting neighbors that dont pick up after their dog in the morning, but its cleaned up by maintenance by the time I get home from work. And all of this is super affordable as well! Only thing I can think of to make my place better is an updated kitchen. It doesnt look bad now, but it wouldnt hurt to update it.

    This is a great place to live. The amenities are nice, the apartments are good quality, and the management is super helpful. Shoutout to Alex at the front desk, he was amazing first showing me the apartment, even going to the length of downloading zoom on his phone to video call and show me the apartment because I was moving from out of town. He was then helpful with any issues I had throughout my stay here. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

    This week we will complete 15 months and renew the contract.My family and I love living here.We applied for this condominium when we lived in another state, I didnt know it, we rented it due to the positive comments we read, from the distance contact, to the delivery of the key, we count on the patience and good service of the girls at the reception. Thank you!I have nothing to complain about, the neighbors are polite and discreet, there are moments when I look from the balcony and I wonder if we live here alone, so peaceful (at least in the block we live in) the condo is clean and organized, the apartment is spacious and full of closets and the staff who work here are just great. Very helpful.The maintenance team is 5 stars. They perform the service and then check if it is working. I do not speak English, but I communicate whenever I need by e-mail and I can always solve the outstanding problems, the name of which is goodwill, wanting to resolve ... In the midst of this pandemic, which many of us were affected, we can count on understanding and sensitivity of service management.Thank you.I really like living here.You are to be congratulated.Jaime Silva

    Nice apartments. Never had a issue with the neighbors. Lots of space for the dogs plus there is a big field across the way for the dogs to run around.Only downfall Austin rent is getting HIGHOverall lovely experience!!!!!

    From day one of just walking in to get information on leasing, we got the best service anyone could ask for. The whole crew was very professional, caring and shared many smiles. Our A+ winner was Kelsey Mosher. She was highly professional on answering questions and she provided much needed information on the property. The tour that was given excited the motivation of wanting to get in an application to the apartment. After getting in the applications we continued to keep in contact with Kelsey. She was always just a phone call away, and if she wasnt available, it didnt take her long to get back with you. Her outrageous determination got us approved and ready to move in. Im excited to see the outcome of living in the complex of the Villages at Turtle Rock. Thank you Kelsey for your hard work!

    We recently toured this apartment complex and it is absolutely beautiful! Dania Gutierrez was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. She walked us all around the complex, toured the apartments, and she even walked us to multiple units to show examples of what was available. She answered all of our questions and we are looking forward to working with her again soon!

    Overall, its a good community with no major concerns or issues, except for maintenance request resolution time. In my experience, most of my maintenance requests take more than a month to resolve. The reason for rating it 4 out of 5 instead of 5/5 is due to the very slow process of handling maintenance requests.

    I moved in mid July. I was in a bad situation and needed an apartment ASAP, they went out of their way to ensure I could move in a couple days before the apartment was supposed to be available so I didn’t have to get a hotel. The process was flawless! After living here for 7 months, I love it so much. The pool is amazing and the apartments are nice. Haven’t seen a single bug or had any issues at all. Leasing staff is very friendly. I don’t like how expensive the garages are but I get that they’re in high demand. The only other issue I have is the brand new clubhouse is only open during business hours, the entirety of which I’m at work. They balance strictness and leniency very well, so the place is kept up well and doesn’t have unsavory characters, but it’s lenient enough that you don’t feel uncomfortable or restricted. Ive lived in many apartments and this place is by far the best!

    I have lived at VATR for 3 years now and would recommend it (and have several times  ) My first year I subleased from another couple and they made it very simple to do and have resigned 2 years in a row after that. What I like about living here:-First and foremost, their staff and management is super friendly and helpful. When I did have an issue, the staff was super quick to respond by calling us and ensuring that the issue was taken care of immediately which shows that they care to keep their residents happy.-They have started to ensure that it is a community feel by hosting monthly (sometimes twice monthly) happy hours.-Their maintenance staff is great! (This is very important when living at an apartment complex). They are friendly, quick and efficient, and promptly arrive after you put a request in.-The grounds itself are nice, as they have landscapers work weekly (or more) to ensure you continue living on a beautiful property-The apartments have nice new appliances.-The amenities are nice. The pool is great (many other residents get together and have volleyball games in the pool) They just replaced the propane grill for a charcoal grill (yum) The gym- yes there are the elliptical which could be upgraded, but everything else is nice. They have free weights, treadmills, TV’s, cable machines, and plenty space to do your body resistance workouts.-How dog friendly they are! They have a dog park and I was not fond of at first because of how difficult it was for my dog who is missing a leg to get up and down the hill to enter the dog park—but they closed it down for construction recently to accommodate to dogs such as him (so it shows theyve listened to my previous complaints)I will continue to live here and to recommend it!

    Location for Villages at Turtle Rock is awesome. Super convenient to the Domain and the Lakeline area as well. It’s located in the middle of a sun division - so there is a great “neighborhood feel”, and also located right across from Deer Park middle school.I love all of the trees and green spaces.The clubhouse and amenities are modern and so pretty. Also, love the pool area!!

    Villages has been a great place to live. During Covid and the winter freeze the staff and management always worked with me! They were patient and kind and really did everything possible to help me. The office staff was always responsive, maintenance staff was quick to handle any work orders as well.     I have only been here 3 months and I have been so pleased! From the beginning of the process to getting keys to apartment, I cant name just 1 staff member from front office because they have all been very nice, friendly, attentive from phone calls or walking in to office with questions or such. The only down fall is the gym is only open during business hours and by appointment but if you think about it, its for our safety and theirs during this crazy 2020 pandemic so as much as Id love to go to gym at my convince, I understand. The area is very nice so its given me the opportunity to enjoy the outside workouts again.

    The Villages at Turtle Rock has been my absolute favorite place I have lived thus far! Great staff that are very understanding and helpful. Beautiful pool and if you have a fur baby, the Massive dog park is the best around! Gated community and well kept facility makes you feel very safe. They send me a personal birthday card stating youre more than a resident to us, youre family! Id recommend this wonderful residential community to anyone.

    I loved living at Villages at Turtle Rock. I lived here with my family for 5 years total. 2 years in a 2 bedroom and 3 years in a 3 bedroom, and it was great. The service team was responsive when needed and the office management team were always responsive with any questions I ever had. I definitely recommend Turtle Rock and would remind readers to take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Your experience anywhere is most often up to you and your perception. Most of the time people are leaving negative reviews its because they were held accountable and didnt like it.

    The property is fairly well kept. The common area around the pool is nice. No gas grills though. The maintenance work is average. The office staff are very friendly and know me by name - they are great! Biggest downside is the huge fees ($300 non-refundable) + deposit (around $200 - refundable) + monthly pet rent (about $15) for a dog. Same fees apply whether your pet is large or small. My other frustration is that I had to purchase a reserved covered parking spot because there is not nearly enough open parking for all the residents. There were times at night I could not find a spot to park. There is a lot of covered parking that goes unused - it seems like the complex wants people to pay for covered parking. (the upside is covered parking is fairly cheap around $35/month) I plan to renew my lease because of the close proximity to my office and the friendly staff, but the pet fees and the parking are frustrating.

    Upon moving in I had an issue with noise complaints that I feel were unwarranted. The leasing office are wonderful people and worked with me on the complaints. They went out of there way to ensure that despite the noise complaints, I am comfortable living at the new home and assured me that together we will work out the complaints so both parties are happy. This kind of stuff happens everywhere, but the professionalism and willingness to help from the leasing office staff is not something you get everywhere else. Im happy to be a resident at Turtle Rock! The floor plan is awesome, and I love the gym.I dont think Ill ever have a problem here and couldnt be happier!

    I really appreciate the way Alex Sanchez helped us from the day we came to check the apartment until we moved in. He has a wonderful gesture and a welcome smile all the time. This itself makes a huge difference, and on top of it the apartment is beautiful and found everyone in the office also helpful as we met Lene after move-in and she always greet with wonderful smile and so ready to help and guide on anything.     So far so good. Just moved here couple days ago. Eveveything is just as we wanted clean, calm, convenient to stores, urgent care, and main importantly is schools by walking distance. Happy to be part of this community 🙏😇 And greatly appreciated to management leasing office especially mss Lene, she is wonderful and deserves even more there. As soon as I told her we urgently looking to move into appartment cause staying in hotel and my child needs to be registered into the school, she immediately started the process of application by explainingeach step very carefully and patently even after calling her 10-times for which I deeply sorry. We finished almost everything within 1 day, for which I really thankfull and had to say its priceless what she has done for us. Its not about the business or doing her job ofcourse its also matters in there, but first thing which I personally feel and should mention is that each employee should have a is humanity qualities like Lene, how she cares and understands peoples situation by trying to help them as much as she can. Im new in Texas as well, so this was my best experience for which Im happy and grateful for . Thank you again guys for welcoming me 🙏💜

    This is a great apartment for families with kids. Its right across the street from Elementary and Middle School in Round Rock ISD.     I spent a whole day visiting various properties and Villages ATR was somewhere in the middle. I instantly liked the area and felt comfortable asking questions to Sierra who toured me around.After seeing other places I still couldnt help but remember how much I liked what I saw at VillageATR. After seeing all the properties I went back to the property and worked with Sierra to apply for a unit.The process is very straight forward and Sierra was beyond helpful. I cant wait to move in next month.
