    Daniel was an incredible help with my move to Arlington. He not only suggested places to live but also worked directly with the leasing office of the apartment I finalized. I booked a 2.5-hour moving service and expected additional charges based on past experiences, but to my surprise, the movers finished in just 2 hours, and only charged agreed $25 fuel surcharge. Throughout the process, Daniel checked in regularly, ensuring everything was going smoothly and addressing any concerns I had. His professionalism and dedication made the entire experience seamless.     Daniel is always Amazing to work with in my Apartment Searches. I literally don’t have to do anything, but tell him what I’m looking for and my budget. I have been searching for an apartment since 2020 due to my situation no one would let me in. I contacted him & a few days later he suggested an apartment from my apartment list. I was able to tour the property & I moved in after a week. They were running a real good special at the property which I had 2 months free as well. He is the best I told him what I was looking for and my price range and what location I was wanting and he sent several apartments to me to look at to tour!!     Ok so they are simply the best! This is the third time Ive worked with Chi Nafe on this an shes been so cooperative and proactive right since I try to din apartment to the time I actually move... Not only has she been considerate of what Im looking for, she makes sure she deals with the leasing apartment to get the Cashback! This time I used moving option instead and glad I did.. the movers assigned were so brilliant, they were punctual, followed up much before the appointment and finished the complete move in forty mins!( I was shifting from 1st floor to 2nd).     I was dreading my apartment search and was contacted by Michelle Hester from U Move Free. She was so patient and listened to everything I asked for, sent me so many options and even when I changed my mind (like 10 times) she helped, no questions asked. At one point I had to extend my current lease for about 6 months and Michelle said she could check back with me in a few months. So about 4 months later, she contacted me to assist me with locating an apartment that worked for me! I was impressed, most people would just not care. My move was so much smoother than I thought it would be! We accepted the 2.5 hour move and the moving company that moved us was great too, they took care of us in about 3.5 hours but were very efficient and made sure everything was where we asked it to be. Very professional and courteous. Overall great experience.

    This was my first time using the UMoveFree service, and I must say that I would absolutely do it all over again, as well as recommend it to my friends and family! Michell Lewis, was absolutely fabulous. I was initially contacted by her in June, after I had submitted my contact information to the company, but then changed my mind about moving at that time. When I decided to go ahead and move in September, I reached out to her and she was very helpful, and always sent me requests for additional properties, as soon as I asked for them. The movers that we were scheduled with, Green Ox Moving (DFW), & Gustavo, were also great and went above any beyond to protect my furniture and moved part of our possessions into a storage, and the other part into the apartment,, without any complaints.     The people at UMoveFree, specially Kim Mai, are AWESOME! I had to relocate for a new job within a month, and Kim found a much nicer and cheaper place for me within a week.     We were in a bind! We had to move and had less than 30 days to find a place and set up a move. Michell at UMoveFree came in clutch. I told her what we were looking for and our price range and she sent me listings until we found what we were looking for. AND since we chose an apartment from the ones that she sent, we qualified for a 2.5 hours of moving for FREE! I must say I was skeptical, but it was exactly what was advertised.
