The management team at the office was spectacular. They troubleshooted many issues that I had whilst visiting, would highly recommend their attention to detail, warm welcoming atmosphere, luxurious facilities, and great hospitality.This is best suited for anyone who loves the ease of trail access, has a love for fur babies, and wants to take luxury living serious in west seventh. Did I mention they have shuffle board and pool in the lobby?Thank you Chris, Eric, Sherwin, and Ozz for providing exceptional services!

Just moved into my second unit at Trailhead and can’t say enough great things about the community and complex. If you’re looking for a great spot with respectful neighbors and good vibes with smart people who care about maintaining the quality of the community they live in then you’ve found it here at trailhead. Eric, Ozzy, Chris, and Sherwin have made my move and time here stress free, enjoyable, and have been accommodating and ready to help at every opportunity. Can’t say enough good things and am so glad to have found this spot here in east austin!

I started living at Trailhead in May 2023. I enjoy living here. The complex has a swimming pool and a very well-equipped gym that is always tight and clean. The place is very quiet; you barely hear any of the neighbors, and it feels very safe. One of my favorite parts is the front office staff, who are always very friendly and willing to solve any problem quickly. Especially Chris. He is fantastic! His hospitality spirit makes you feel at home. Overall, I think Trailhead is a great place to live in Austin.

Im thrilled to have chosen Trailhead as my new home in Austin! My wonderful locator, Beverly Paulis, recommended this complex, and during the tour, I was guided by the fantastic Sherwin Bicera. He assured me that this apartment was perfect for me. With ample storage, a stunning walk-in shower, and built-in speakers, I was sold! The numerous dog parks and nearby trails make it incredibly pet-friendly for my daughter (a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix). I highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to be near downtown without overspending. Thank you, Beverly and Sherwin, for making this the smoothest move Ive ever had!A quick note: the complex has no elevators, and valet trash is required from Sunday to Thursday, as there are no garbage chutes in the hallways. If you have heavy furniture, I recommend hiring movers.

We have been browsing for a good place for a while now and even if the place was nice, hospitality wasn’t. Then we heard about trialhead and yes yes this is the place! Beautifully located and very high quality. The pool that is in there feels literally like a vacation spot. We’re lucky to be shown the place by Sherwin as we already heard that this guy is super friendly and professional and yes he was amazing!!! Thank you Sherwin to be very knowledgeable helpful and answering all our questions. You are definitely best agent that we have been talking to! We toured this community in August 2024 - amenities were top notch and complex had a great, modern feel. The best part of our experience was Sherwin, the leasing professional we toured with. He had a great energy, sense of humor, knowledge base, and transparency about the community + process. He was even well-educated about neighboring complexes and what they had to offer. We toured another apartment complex immediately afterwards and were greatly disappointed by the level of service we received. Part of that was that particular leasing professional, but the other [larger] aspect was in attributed to Sherwin setting the bar so high. Thankful for that experience and wishing him many years of success.

The amenities and proximity to the boggy creek trail and the airport are great.But I’ve been here for barely 2 months and the fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night 4 times now. At this point even the fire department won’t show up before the place burns down, even though they’re right next door.EDIT:The management got this resolved fairly quickly, it’s been around 3 months since the alarms went off. Without this issue, I would definitely recommend Trailhead.

I have been living at Trailhead for a year and have had a great experience. Looking forward to resigning my lease. Its fairly quiet and clean. The pool and amenities are incredible. Ive had pleasant experiences with the leasing office. I love being right near the park and all the walking/biking trails nearby. The apartments are great - I havent had any issues with appliances - no maintenance requests needed either.

Lived here for about a year and a half and only moved because I was interested in trying out a new area and the fire alarms were getting annoying when my lease was expiring. The units, amenities and overall community was great and the proximity to downtown was also nice. I have a dog so the park across the street was also great for walking when weather was nice

Good customer and professional service is so rare to come by these days and Mr. Jose -the service director and his maintenance team did just that. They assisted me with with a work order for my AC and did an excellent job. They were puntual, knowledgeable, and prompt and resolved my issue timely. Mr. Jose was friendly and respectful. Recommend!

Lived here for a little over two years. Very minimal complaints besides some issues with the homeless.. which is a problem throughout the entire city.The pool is easily one of the best in Austin, and the entire complex is cleaned on a regular basis. Every morning there is someone out there cleaning the pool, grills, fitness center, hallways, etc.In addition, the leasing staff is very friendly & easy to work with. Never had an issue with neighbors, or people being too loud at the pool.. especially with living on the poolside.Overall, I really enjoyed living at Trailhead. Definitely recommend it for anyone moving to Austin, or looking for a place to live on the Eastside.

I love everything about this property, it is gorgeous and has great amenities. The pool is a standout. The new management has been very communicative about how they’re addressing the concerns we’ve been raising for months now, through the old management. It seems like they’re actually trying instead of just generically answering. I’ve always enjoyed living here but it seems like things will be improving which is great.

I have lived in this complex for almost two years now and definitely have considered moving to another complex on multiple occasions. But recently we got new property management and they’ve completely made a 360. Everything has been made more seamless and hands on, I definitely appreciate their friendly customer service too. I wouldn’t have recommended this complex a year ago, but with the new management now I do!

Jackie was hands down the best leasing professional I have ever worked with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and worked with us to make the most informed decision we could. Even after moving in, she and the rest of the leasing office have been super helpful, from informing us on how to add a pet to our leasing agreement to renting us out a moving dolly for particularly-heavy packages. From dropping everything to let me into my building when I was locked out, to fawning over my new cat, she has been a rockstar!The apartments are incredibly nice, and even with the price tag being high, the amenities/location/benefit of being the first to live in a space is a huge bonus. They also have lower pet rent/fees than other apartments in this price range in Austin. So far, the complex has felt really safe and I have not yet heard of anyone suffering a break-in to their car or unit. Trailhead also just changed valet trash service companies, so this mandatory feature will also be more consistent in the future!If there is a downside, its that if you live facing the train tracks, the trains can sometimes come between 9 p.m. - 3 a.m. and have even parked/stayed running for over 24 hours. The apartments have good noise reduction, but youll definitely still hear them.Overall, if you want to live in East Austin and are able to make the price work for your budget, this complex is one to seriously look into!

I’m so happy I chose to live at Trailhead. It’s such an enjoyable place to live. All of the staff members are extremely personable, accommodating, and go out of their way to ensure you have a positive living experience. The apartments have plenty of natural lighting and are spacious, and the community is friendly and welcoming. This area of Austin is super green and the premises is extremely well-maintained with additional landscaping/ammenities. Compared to my last place, anywhere really would’ve been a step up but Trailhead takes that to the next level and then some.

My husband and I have loved living at Trailhead the last year and a half. Not only is this location amazing for being in the thick of the east side, but the trail has been an integral part of our time here. On top of that, weve loved our unit and amenities, and have been so lucky to have the best management team taking care of us!From being quick to respond to questions/requests, loving on our dog, and even checking in on us when we were in the hospital awaiting the arrival of our son, the Trailhead team has played such a big part in why Trailhead has felt like home.I do want give a huge shoutout to Socrates, the Service Supervisor at Trailhead. Socrates has taken such good care of our family and our apartment here at Trailhead. He made sure our apartment was in perfect condition before our son was born, he and his sweet family made sure we had all the baby essentials, and he always calls instead of knocking for a maintenance request so he doesnt wake the baby. Its been amazing to live at a property where you are truly taken care of as a tenant and we could not be more grateful to Socrates and the entire team for an incredible time at Trailhead!
