I have lived in The Towns of Chapel Hill for probably almost 20 years. I first lived in a lovely one bedroom apartment upstairs for about 8 years I think. I then transferred to a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom townhouse when my boyfriend moved in with me. We have been in this apartment over 10 years. The office staff is great. The grounds of the complex are so beautiful. There are tons of trees and it is all beautifully landscaped. It is quiet and like a neighborhood and not just an apartment complex. Last thing to mention is our maintenance team. They are seriously above and beyond. Marguerito and his team are the very best at their jobs and probably why this has been our home for so long. Thank you to the amazing staff of The Towns of Chapel Hill for making our home so wonderful!

I have lived at towns of Chapel Hill for over 10 years, and am still very happy with the place I live.The community has a family feel to it as there are a lot of families with children who play outside!I feel safe in this community, and in the evening it is nice and quiet!Apartments are well built, and more sound proof than where I lived before, which is a big plus!Our maintenance team are very responsive in getting work done, and i feel confident in trusting them to my apartment when I am not there! I would really miss Margarito if he ever left - he always has such a cheerie attitude!!Office personnel are very attentive! When I renewed my lease they made me feel like I was appreciated as a resident, and I ended up feeling happy to renew my lease! Thank you Megan and Katie!

I have been here the past 3 years, and I will say the Staff has been the best that I have dealt with. They do a really great job doing everything that they can to make sure any maintenance issues are fixed and any other issues are corrected. I am REALLY thrilled to see that they have listened to Resident feedback and have made huge strides and improvement to the Grounds around the Property. I am looking forward to their next project coming soon. I would highly recommend this Staff for the excellent job they have done to make this home for me. Cheers!

Great place to live and a good community, close to Barksdale elementary and pet friendly.The apartments are not luxurious but they are well maintained and updated.Management is always nice and they try to have activities for all the residents including the pups.

I have been living here since December 2023. I love it !! Very peaceful community. Maintence guys are awesome ! And the staff are great, specially Megan she is amazing. I would recommend this community for sure.

Lovely apartment. my fiancé and i lived here for a year before we had to move out in order to get a bigger place. the complex is very calm, quiet, and well kept. the pool is small but nice, and management is very good. anytime we had a maintenance request, the maintenance worker would come out within 2 days max to fix it, was very kind and even played with our dogs when he came over. i would live here again if we were staying here, and would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone in the area!

Town of Chapel Hill... this is a very nice community! Nice and quiet, clean and very pleasant staff! All staff are nice! Especially, Megan and the maintenance staff!!!!! Megan is very attentive to the residents and actually follows up on everything she says she will follow up on! If she does not have the answer to a question you can bet your last dollar that she will find the answer and get back with you!!! She is awesome! Margarito and Chewy are very knowledgeable Maintenance staff that can fix ANYTHING! I love it here! Thanks guys for doing an AWESOME JOB!!!

Ive lived at this apartment complex for about a year, and have had the absolute best experience. The office staff (Candace especially) is always so sweet, patient, and efficient. The complex is very quiet, safe, and well maintained. The units are extremely spacious and feel like home. The maintenance team are the most friendly people youll ever meet- and they are very quick to resolve any issues you may have in your unit. Great location, anything you could need is within a few miles distance. 10/10!

I have been resident of Towns of Chapel Hill Apartments for more than 3 years now and it has been a wonderful experience right from the start. The location is really great with the Shops at Willow Bend and the Tollway being just a stone throw away. The team at the leasing office are really helpful and maintenance is usually taken care of pretty quickly. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great residential community in Plano.

Living here has been nothing but wonderful. My husband and I have always dealt with terrible apartments, loud neighbors living above us and we were so sick of it. Finally we found an affordable townhome in a wonderful part of town and we couldn’t be happier. The staff the maintenance workers and our neighbors are awesome. I highly recommend moving here if you’re tired of apartment living in want to feel peace in your own home.

We have been living at Towns of Chapel Hill for almost 7 years & will definitely be renewing our lease again. This is a safe, family oriented community. Office staff is awesome and the maintenance workers are polite and always do their best. This community has a great pet policy and you will not see pet poo everywhere like most other communities. TOCH is also in an excellent location to freeways and for shopping. We love living here!!!

My experience here has really made this the first complex I’ve felt 100% comfortable and safe in. Everyone (residents) are extremely respectful and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. I would recommend anyone to live here, from my grandmother to my friend to my boss.

I lived here roughly 3 years ago and after living in several other apartments, this ranks at the top.Maintenance was always quick to respond and resolved our (very minimal) issues. Never saw as much as an ant in terms of pest control. Quiet community with respectful neighbors. The ladies in the front were great (not sure if theres been any turnover). Didnt have any trouble moving in or out, fees and all.If I didnt work so far away, I would consider living here again in a heartbeat. Finding a good, honest apartment isnt as easy anymore

We have been living here for almost 4 years & will be renewing our lease again. We couldnt be happier! Office staff & maintenance staff are great, as they have been since we moved here. All apartments & townhomes are updated as tenants move out. Unlike most other communities, this property has an awesome pet policy & you dont see pet poop all over.Towns of Chapel Hill is in an excellent location, too!

I recently toured the apartments and while the bedroom layouts are a little weird for my liking the staff made me want to live here especially Brandon. He was such a joy to work with, his personality is so infectious that even though I didnt sign a lease he made my experience a win.

My Wife and I have lived here going on 4 years, and we have not had 1 single issue. Over these 4 years the Office staff has always been exceptional, and the same goes for the Maintenance staff.I was shocked to see a few reviews saying the maintenance staff is bad, and that the grounds arent kept up with. I previously worked in the landscaping business for 6 years, and have always been impressed with how well the grounds are taken care of. Also anytime we have needed anything replaced, it was taken care of promptly.If I had to just nitpick, which in no means I am, I would agree that the gates do tend to mess up at times, but they are always fixed quickly. I would say if that is the biggest complaint we came come up with, then thats 5 stars all day!

Have bounced around several apartments in Dallas and finally have found a place im happy with. I have lived here for a year just renewed my lease. Neighbors and staff are great. Any issues are taken care of quickly. Love the green space and nearby park, great for taking my dog on walks.

Never been in one apartment for this long and dont plan on going anywhere! Very quite and safe location and never ever hear my neighbors. Love the granite counters and all the other upgrades in my unit. Great people in the office and maintenance is always so fast to respond. Would recommend to anyone!

The employees make this apartment complex terrific. Davia took her time to make sure that I had the apartment I wanted as well as needed by her being empathetic to my needs.The entire office and maintenance staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. There extremely accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to any issues that arise. They handle all issues professionally with respect for your time and concerns with a working relationship you can trust.The apartments are old with the condition of the cabinets and appliances that are included excellent.The complex is very close to department stores, restaurants, and food stores. The Shops at Willow Bend are across the street with Walmart, Target and Tom Thumb 5 minutes away.

I have to admit out of all of the apartments that I have lived in, I really do love the small community here at Towns of Chapel Hill. The management does a lot to include their residents, for example movie night, trick or treating for the kids, or breakfast for their residents.Maint is great. They take care of their tickets fast and everyone here is very friendly. Love it!

@Nancy T. I’m a resident of the Towns and it’s a great place to live. That leasing agent was actually talking to me (a current resident) about my vacation because she recommended a few places to go prior to. That the kind of top notch above & beyond attention that is given there. All (including the blonde) will not hesitate to do anything to accommodate you. It’s a shame you won’t get to experience it.

It is wonderful place to live, beautiful homes , feeds in a great school and the staff tops it up with their helpful attitude. I specially thank Felicia(assistant manager) for the super awesome person she is, always ready to assist. Daniel (manager) is very positive person and helpful as well.

Stayed here for a little more than 2 years. Happy to have called it Home. Best maintenance team, lovely and friendly staff who are always happy to help. Great location, access to Tolls, shops, School, DART, Park and ride. Loved the fact it had Gas cooktop. Great and fun events organized. Leaving with very fond memories.

I give it 5 stars. The staff is wonderful. When I have requested maintenance I received response very quickly and issues have been fixed withing 24hrs. My apartment is not outdated it has new appliances and I love this place. I am new to Texas and have only been living here for 4 months. For now I am very happy and will give it 5 stars.

Went in for a viewing of the townhomes last week & had the pleasure of meeting w/ leasing agent Candice(Awesome by the way); She was very informative, knowledgeable & professional. She made us feel comfortable and was patient during the walk through...we’re going back again to view! The townhomes are beautiful & has the amenities I’m looking for. Spacious & bright.. Floorplans were well thought out & kudos to the maintenance guy as well for taking time from his off day to help a new tenant w/ a kitchen sink issue; MAJOR plus & Candice’s disposition, euphoric personality & honesty throughout our visit made the entire process a breeze; she’s sold us on this hidden gem & we’re looking to move in sooner ☺️

I have been living here for almost 3 years now, and have to say its a great location, friendly neighbors, and great staff at the office. The management has changed recently, but they are quick to help when there is an issue in your unit, or problems within the community. I would highly recommend this location for anyone that is looking for a great location in West Plano. Additionally, its right across Willow Bend Mall (walking distance)!

We came in on a Saturday at the open time without an appointment but Jenn was super helpful in providing us a thorough tour with detailed specifications of each apartment. Furthermore, she provided us additional details after the tour and kept an open line of communication for our many questions by email. I have lived in TOCH since the summer of 2009, needles to say we are pretty happy here. The management has always been very attentive to residents needs and the condition of the property. The community is very family friendly and feeds into an amazing elemtary school. If you have a family and are looking for a place to call home, look no further.

I had lived here for 2 years and loved TOCH a lot. First of all, it is located in a good place. Not only I could go to the Barksdale elementary school in 7 min by walk but also in 5 min by car to Costco, Walmart, the Shops at Willow bend and so on. Also, it has kind staffs. They were very prompt to any of my requests and always helpful. Furthermore, they sometimes host parties for the residents. I will be missing all of those parties such as a pool party, movie night, Saturday brunch, etc. Thank you, TOCH staffs, for all of your efforts for the residents! I miss yall.
