Recently in the ATX area looking at possible locations with upcoming transfer. Visited with Brandon, and the new team there. Friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained process and procedures plus options for move in, carport or garages. Loved the layout of the 2/2 with the fireplace. The pool, workout room and the dog bathhouse… excellent perks!Definitely on my top two picks. For the area, price point and especially the people I met while visiting the property.Spoke with a couple of tenants and they all spoke highly of the property. Stated the new management team was on top of their stuff and that Brandon was there go to for anything. Speaking with current tenants was a game changer!

Living at Toscana has been great. The community is well-maintained and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. A huge shoutout to Brandon Taylor for making my move-in process seamless. He was always available to help, went above and beyond, and made everything stress-free. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out.

Me and my wife have been living here for a little over a year and we love it we got to know the staff and even amongst management changes brandon stayed and our mornings are always great we go in for coffee and tend to hang in the office for a few hours just talking to him and the others! This community has been nothing but amazing 100/100 would recommend!

My brother and sister live in this complex, so naturally I wanted to check out the rentals after my old lease was up!Needless to say I am amazed, when I applied it was a bit of a process due to them using a new system and trying to transfer and handle the daily of the apartment complex. They handled it like champions and shout out to Ms.Bea she really has saved the day more times then once! It’s a great place to live with so many amenities and the area surrounding is has a lot to offer!5-5 stars would recommend!

I love living here at Toscana! It feels safe, it’s nice and quiet especially at night time, and I’ve never experienced bugs or anything of that sort in my unit.It’s convenient and close to tons of restaurant and shops. The pool area is super nice, the gym is exceptional & Angie and Olivia from the office make you feel so welcomed and have the best customer service. I also enjoy the staff emails to keep residents informed or updated about upcoming maintenance work or community compliance reminders. They are on top of their stuff here! Overall such a great price for cozy, upgraded apartments with staff who are genuinely friendly.

My overall experience these past two years has been good. I like how spacious my apartment is, the apartment features, the amenities like the pool, gym, and the lounge you can rent out. For the most part, service requests are responded to and repaired the same day. What needs improvement is the communication with the onsite leasing team. They rarely answer the phones or respond back to emails in a timely manner. They are always friendly when I go into the office for something I need, so I do appreciate that. If I do need to speak with them, I have learned to go to the office during business hours versus emailing or calling. I only email as a backup. The other thing Im not so happy about is the raise in rates. While I do love my apartment, it got to the point where I had to non-renew. Ill need to look for other options come the end of my lease. Maybe I could possibly stay in a different floor plan but with the rates, it doesnt seem possible.

Today we got to have a tour with Haley and we had the best experience! She was so nice and welcoming! She offered multiple options to us to fit our needs, walked us around all the amenities, toured the model (and walked through the differences between floor plans), and answered all of our questions! She was super helpful and we are looking forward to getting to work with her in the future!

Ive now been at Toscana for almost two years and I have to share that its been a wonderful experience. I feel safe here, the leasing office staff is always so helpful, and maintenance is quick. Theres never been a bug or any other kind of significant issue. Im coming up to the end of my lease in a few months and Im so grateful to Shelley, who has been a humongous help. She listened to my situation, worked with me, and Im just left feeling really happy with the time I spent here.

We have enjoyed our time at Toscana for the past 7.5 years. We lived in one unit, then moved to a larger, updated unit last year. Honestly, we would stay but we found a larger house for the same price and our family expanded. Both apartments were clean and the complex is quiet for the most part. The office personnel are great. Pool area is top of the line! The maintenance was a little slow this past year due staffing shortage and taking care of issues from the big winter storm. Just give them a call every few days as a reminder.

I have been a resident at Toscana since 2021 and will be renewing my lease for a 3rd term. I want to first start off by giving a huge shout out to Tony in the front office! He has gone above and beyond to help me stay in my home. He truly cares about the residents well being and makes sure to show it with his actions. Please ask for Tony if you are interested in living at Toscana!!The community is great at Toscana. Friendly neighbors and staff who greet you with a smile! I havent had any issues with noise since Ive lived here, which is a huge plus for me. One of my favorite things is that Toscana is located near a lot food an entertainment options. The complex also hosts several events a year including pizza, on site food trucks, and wine night! They even paid for a food truck when the power went out during the 2023 ice storm. This was a thoughtful action that showed commitment to their residents. I regularly see landscapers blowing leaves, replanting flowers/grass and power washing the breezeways. As others have commented, the leasing team and maintenance is very responsive to emails and calls. Any problem I have had, they were able to fix! They also have upped the security by creating a gate around the mail center and onsite patrol. I have never had a problem finding an available treadmill at the gym, or a parking spot outside my unit. When the printer is down, office staff has always offered to print for me. All of these little things help to make Toscana a great place to call home. Thank you for all you do!!

I would definitely heed the reviews on this one. Beautiful property, but the reviews going back as far as a year saying that maintenance never shows up and they need to be contacted several times before anyone shows up, and even then its doubtful anything is going to get fixed. I really liked the look of this place, but I wont be renewing my lease.Edit: Ive changed my review as the apartment has gotten a new maintenance manager and everything is super quick now! Glad whatever the issue is seems to be resolved

We rented out the pool/club room for my kiddos birthday party and it was amazing. Kids brought their game consoles in case it rained and Toscana staff came on Sunday to unlock doors that were locked. Everyone always goes above and beyond. We love our little community here. Been here 5 yrs and still love it.

If youre looking for apartments, look no further. Seriously. This is by far the best apartment i have ever lived in! Everything is so beautiful and well kept. Plus the vast majority of the people living in the surrounding buildings are SO NICE and considerate. Id almost forgotten that people smile and wave during morning walks. Hell, some just have a quick chat and move on, its very refreshing!I moved to Toscana about 9 months ago from another place about 2 miles away called The Lantern... let me tell you, There is a WORLD of difference from the bs I had to put up at the lantern.Toscanas office staff and maintenance crew are truly top notch! Albert, Rochelle and Cesar really care about the community. Ive had to call em for a few things over the months, some of which were *ehem* my fault. Ive interacted with Albert the most. Hes very knowledgeable and awesome to talk to. Hes always happy to answer any questions i toss at him. (Im nosy and like to know how stuff works.) Hes fantastic at what he does.The office/front desk is no different. They actually want to help you find an apartment that fits what you need. Its amazing just how friendly, genuine and knowledgeable they all are.Little side note: I like to drop by the office almost every morning because they have this magnificent latte machine they let us use for free. The front desk employees remembered me by name the first morning i went in to get a latte. Its the little things like that which make me truly feel AT HOME here.I waited this long to post a review simply because i wanted the long term experience. Dude...even after 9 months of living here, Im still blown away by this place and truly happy to call this my home.

Isela showed me an apartment and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I loved how spacious the apartments were and the location. The trees throughout the community made it feel more like home. They even have walking paths if you want to go outside.

So far I love the complex and the amenities. Dog park is A+!! I also like that I can bathe my dog in the provided wash area. Very convenient and wont break my back bending over a tub. The apartment is nice, convenient, pretty and perfect for my husband and I.

The Toscana staff, office and maintenance, work hard to give the friendliest best service possible. Any emergency requests have been solved immediately and non-emergency requests are usually solved within 24 hours. I have lived here since November, 2011. The complex has been repainted, the parking lot resurfaced, and the pool resurfaced with new furniture added. The gym is being remodeled now. Management works hard to keep the complex looking new and to keep it safe. After living most of my life in my own home, I was skeptical about apartment living. However, this has been an excellent experience.

I lived at Toscana apartments for about 2+ years. The leasing office staff are always very friendly and courteous. They were also very prompt in their responses to maintenance requests. The noise level in our building was very low, we were in the back of the apartment complex. Our neighbors were also very nice. The only issue is that some residents would not pick up after their pets waste even though there were bags available to residents. Overall is was a great experience. I would recommend living there, I only moved because we bought a house.

I been living here over a year now An upgraded to a better apartment. with all amenities that I needed to be comfortable an continue to live here.Toscana staff had been consistent on there services. I can call the leasing office to place a work order when needed something to fix. minor problems done the same day or the next day thanks maintenance people!!The leasing office very helpful service you Explaining things really Thoroughly an some. I’ve since deleted my last review as I don’t think it stands for our experience as of late. It was a rough, rough start for sure, but I felt compelled to change our tune as it’s certainly gotten MUCH much better.We’ve been very pleased with management and maintenance as of the last 2-3 months. They’ve gone out of their way to take care of us with all of the issues we’ve been having. Communication has improved IMMENSELY and the maintenance staff has been professional and prompt as well.We continue to love love love our apartment, and it’s amenities now that they’re available finally.I would recommend living here for sure if things stay this path.

This complex outshines the competition in customer service, maintenance, and general grounds keeping. Any issue that does take more than a day is far less painful due to the office staff being reachable. Also, the green spaces between the buildings are far superior to any of the other complexes I visited.

Shelley at the front desk has been extremely helpful during our move-in process. One of the best leasing agents weve worked with through various apartment complexes. The process for requesting and executing maintenance requests has an extremely fast turnaround time, and if there is a delay (which is rare), they have been very transparent and communicative. For example, after move-in we wanted our garage painted. We put in the request on a Monday, they immediately called us to schedule it for that Wednesday, and it was completed on-time and as expected.We moved into one of the newly renovated units and love it. The appliances are brand new, along with the floor, paint jobs, base board, countertops, and more. We feel at home here and would recommend it to our friends and family.

I learned about this place through Smart Cities and I couldn’t be happier. The location is great (5 minute drive to everything you could possibly need), the price is great and the community is very friendly. I really enjoy living here and I miss it when I leave for a couple of days.The gym is a big plus. It’s very clean and well maintained. I would recommend anyone who is considering living here to do so.Also the available food is walking distance. Pizza, tacos, Indian food, Thai food. Everything is so close by and convenient. I love it!

Toscana is a great community with amazing facilities. The gym is adequate but could benefit from a supply of medicine balls. The pool is wonderful, no complaints! I havent used the clubhouse yet but it looks beautiful and very spacious. I also love that they have a separate dumpster designated for recycling.

Moved in to Toscana about a month ago. So far I’ve had a great experience. The apartment itself is newly renovated. The amenities are excellent and always available. I didn’t have wifi the two weeks here and I was able to work from the meeting room which was a life saver!

We just moved here this month so far it has been an easy transition. Ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful. The main rehab guy was super friendly and helped us learn about the Nest system. Putting a maintenance request was easy for the small things that need to fixed.

Every single time I’ve had to call the office, I had answers right away and the email blasts help out so much when they were doing construction in the parking lots! I hope they continue doing the food trucks that come to the complex. Besides the amazing staff and apartment, the location is super good! We are close to everything we need!

Ive been leasing from Toscana for about 8 months now and it has overall been a very positive experience. No bugs (HUGE plus), quick resolution to maintenance issues, upbeat leasing team. Its not overly pricey, but Im not yet sure if Ill re-sign next year due to the cost. It will honestly depend on what the increase is.

I liked living here from April 2015 to the end of September 2015. One great thing about these apartments was its fine swimming pool. That pool was great. And they had all kinds of community activities here like pizza parties, kolache giveaways, etc.. This was one of my best apartment living experiences in the Austin area.

The people in the management office make or break your experience with apartment living. We are very lucky to have Kevin at our location! This has been a very tough year for my spouse and me. Two moves, a new job, a baby. Kevin has stepped up to help us any time we had a need for the leasing office, or for maintenance. He is always prompt, friendly and professional. He helps my spouse with packages and mail when she has her hands too full with dog + baby. Very stand up guy! Toscana is well served having him on their team.

Jewelya was amazing, extremely helpful and informative. She answered all of my questions and if she didnt know the answer she found someone that could. Im new to the area so not only was she helpful about the complex she gave me great information about the area as well. The complex itself is beautiful. We looked at the model for the exact floor plan I was looking for and it was so quiet inside. I watched cars passed and never heard a thing. Thats a big deal for me in an apartment. All in all this was the best complex Ive looked at and I cant wait to move in!

Jewelya is a personal favorite Leasing person, she always remembers my name when i walk into the office and half of the time she even intuitively knows why Im visiting the office. She told me today that shes moving out of city and this is disappointing - I hope she gets a good referral from Toscana when she leaves. Also, Shelly is a big favorite, because shes always so warm and approachable, with just the right amount of small talk (while still being genuine) and energetic commitment to excellence. Both of these ladies are a pleasure to encounter when I go to the office.

Great place to live. Shelley and Whitney are amazing help the rest of the staff is pretty awesome. We are under a remodel, but thats ok things are going to look amazing afterwards.The remodeling crew are hard working and friendly people to talk to. Prices for rent are fair, wish they were a little cheeper during this process but still fair. Wish we had a half basketball court or a big community patio area by the pool with swings hanging from the large trees we have.
