    Rene, the leasing and marketing agent at Tintop is outstanding! His tour is very thorough from start to finish. He knows the property through and through! He took his time very detailed, and he helped us find a beautiful apartment home after a very long weekend of trying to find the right place to live! I highly recommend when you tour at TinTop, you request to tour with Rene! he is the reason why I want to live at this property outside of how beautiful the property is! And I say this with experience, you can live at a beautiful property, but if the leasing team doesn’t treat you with hospitality and respect from the start, that shows you what you’re signing up for a long-term! Job well done, Rene! I look forward to living at this magnificent property..

    Tin Top Apartments are located in the newly developed, safe, and upscale Creamery area. The location is exceptional, boasting meticulously maintained public areas. It’s great for people who work from home as it offers a free conference room and office desks.A walking trail adjacent to the building connects to the famous river walk. Restaurants and major attractions are just a walk away.Convenient parking is further enhanced by the presence of EV chargers in the parking garage.It would be ideal to have a bike stand in the parking garage, considering the proximity of scenic trails just a few feet away.

    I’ve lived here for about 7 months now. I really love this complex and the best one I’ve ever stayed at.Things that I look for and you will get here is:1.) safety- key fob access to enter building and to go up and down the elevators2.) Cleanliness- large clean gym, stairwells and halls kept really clean, no cups/cans around pool3.) Top notch maintenance- very quick and attentive maintenance who actually fixes things in a timely manner4.) Quiet complex ( I am facing Ashby place)5.) I haven’t had any issues with any dogs and I’ve been in the elevator with many and all are on leashes. There’s also stairwells at every elevator so you can avoid other dogs if you have one.6.) Awesome finishes in apartment. The appliances are name brand and it’s nice there is no carpet. I rarely hear my neighbors above me in a 2 bedroom.7.) the people living here keep to themselves and are also very friendly.8.) plenty of parking spaces in the garage and guests park on the street. Sometimes that can get a little tricky for guests but it’s better than living here and not getting a spot in the garage.I HIGHLY recommend living here!

    To start off, I chose tin top because of the amazing reviews left by other residents. I’m happy to say, they did not disappoint. Tin Top is by far the best place to live in San Antonio!The office staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are fun community activities almost every other week. The biggest part for me is how incredible the maintenance staff is. They are so quick to respond to an issue, clean up, and are just friendly guys.Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, it’s honestly better than a hotel! The amenities are great, the gym is 24/7, ample work space/hosting spots. Only downside is pool doesn’t open until 10, I hope they eventually move the hours to open earlier.

    Ive had a month to think about my experience at Tin Top and over all, I believe it was a success. Some notable pros and cons. The 2 month special at the beginning of 2024 was very generous. The grounds are kept and the facility is well maintained. The Cons... no place is perfect and while there was a hoodie jacket figure that broke in, there havent been any serious crimes like grand theft or shoot outs that I experienced in La Cantera. Biggest pet peeve was the elevators routinely break down and theyre operational about 26 days of the month on average; never heard of anyone getting trapped tho. The stairwells all smell like shit, be warned.So as you know Im Military and the Military clause is in the Lease and they fully honor it, for any JBSA AD in the area looking to call Tin Top home. I will say dont let TMO pack up your pool bands bc the front office is not forgiving AT ALL and will charge you 75 bucks even if you offer to ship them back. I had an A4 and the storage space is epic. I just got PCSd to USAG-Miami and storage is a commodity here. The pool is nice, roof top is nice, but dont let anyone tell you that the speak easy is accessible lol, its not and only if you rent it. Be warned to get home early on days they do the annual garage power spray cleaning, parking is insanely premium those days. The front office staff is polite, kind, and professional. The Maintenance is top notch and rapidly responsive. I put 4/5 stars because there is room for improvement, but overall Tin Top comes recommended.

    Toured the property with Alcestis. She gave a great presentation ..very thorough and informative. This community has it all. The location is right on the northern reach of the San Antonio river walk just a block away from shopping, dining and entertainment at the Pearl Brewery. The units offer premium finishes and the amenities are five stars. The gym, pool and co-working area are the best I’ve seen at a downtown community. A big bonus is the six Creamery spots to hang out right out the front door ..cafe, 2 restaurants, Amelia cocktail lounge, easy baby speak easy and roof top lounge. Tin Top sets the bar high for downtown apartment living.

    Just moved to San Antonio and this was on the top of my list! Alcestis, the leasing agent, was very cheerful and detailed throughout our tour of the property. She was genuinely interested and concerned with finding us the perfect place to settle in; overall making our experience great. She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend anyone touring to request her. I was very happy with the overall customer service of the staff and environment of the property! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to move.

    This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. First of all, the management and faculty here are not only very kind and professional, but they put together events for fellowship among residents every month. The amenities here are first class and it feels like you are living at a resort. I highly recommend TinTop Flats for anyone who wants to live near the Creamery and the Pearl!We love our Management and Maintenance staff!

    It is a fantastic place to live; the Tin Top team is terrific and filled with energy and enthusiasm. They are always eager to help with anything needed and have significant events for the residents! Also, the courtesy officers are very transparent and easy to communicate with, keeping us all safe. The shorter one is my favorite; they are always so nice. Overall, 10/10. Everyone is so friendly and talkative, too. Highly recommended.

    So glad to be living at Tin Top!Location, location, location, for one thing; eateries, shops, places to see and be seen galore within easy, easy walking distance.Tin Top is shiny and new, with fantastic amenities.The roomy well-equipped gym is nicer than any Ive belonged to, and there are multiple well-appointed common spaces – indoors and out -- to work, chill, converse and play.Reliable high speed wi-fi in many areas on multiple floors, including several private work-space offices.Staff are the bees knees -- thats right, the bees knees -- from front office to behind-the-scenes.Professional manager is extraordinarily well-versed in the workings of loft community living and fosters strong connections with residents, staff, vendors and service providers.Walking/biking trail alongside Tin Top runs from an adjoining quiet neighborhood to the Riverwalk, with Brackenridge Park to the north and the Pearl, downtown, the Spanish Missions and beyond to the south.OK, sure, maybe youve looked at other places.Great.Now take a look at your new home, Tin Top Flats at The Creamery!

I also met some of the office staff who were professional and very kind.     Tin Top is a pretty quiet and relaxing place for anyone wishing to live near all the action downtown. Its a few blocks from the Pearl, St. Marys and much more.They do host events from time to time, the most recent one I attended was for Fiesta, which any tenant can appreciate. I recommend anyone who can to check the place out and look into living here!

    Everything and everyone has beem great so far, from the front office to maintenance. Been here a few weeks and the buildong is well taken care of, amenities that i use are great.     Walked in with no appointment and was helped by Jennifer right away. The property is beautiful and appears to be very secure for such a big building. The recreation/game room is awesome. Very clean and modern. Great location, so close to restaurants and walking trails/parks.

    Im delighted I found this place. I recently relocated to San Antonio, and of all the apartments I looked at, Tin Top is probably at the top of my list because its brand-new, has all the facilities and new equipment you could want, is in a terrific location, and the staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Sam, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them because they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Working with them and witnessing how we interacted was what ultimately convinced me to move here, and I adore it. Ive always looked for good management when searching for a place to call home.

    I had a great experience touring the entire property with Alcestis. The quality and design of Tin Top speak for itself at every turns. Then to have Alcestis patiently showing me different apartment models, and answering all of my questions, made the tour a 5 stars experience! I submitted my application as soon as I got home yesterday.Also shout out to my realtor, Juan Chapa, who introduced me to this apartment. Having his assistance in this process literally took all of the stress away, highly recommend!!!

    I took the morning tour, expertly lead by Ces. She went out of her way to show me everything I had questions about, but the building and rooms speak for themselves. The accommodations were outstanding. The building inside and out is truly immaculate. If you choose to visit here, ask for Ces, she is absolutely incredible. The photos are amazing, but you really need to see this place for yourself to truly understand how majestic it really is in person. I am very much looking forward to moving here in the future.

    I decided to live in a house not far from Tin Top, but my tour with Jessica was outstanding! She was humorous and polite, and knew the building and its amenities inside and out! I toured four other apartments in the area, and Jessica’s tour was hands down the best!

    Tin Top is an amazing new community with plenty to offer in the area -it is a part of the brand new Creamery district that houses 5 new food concepts (Creme, Hook, Amelia, Easy Baby, and Lunatique) a quick 5 min walk to the Pearl, 10 min walk to St Mary’s, and less than 10 min to the airport! There are walking trails that run behind TT that cross under 281 to reach Brackenridge Park which is nice for all the dog owners and/or people that like to stay active running or riding their bike. I am a resident here and a staff member so I may be a little bias but I honestly couldn’t think of wanting to live anywhere else :)

    Honestly so far so good. I’m pending to use the pool but it looks just amazing. Staff has been nothing but amazing with my accommodations and or asks. I haven’t attended any events but I am dedicated to attending that yoga session this Saturday. The place is clean, new, and I absolutely love it. It’s my first apartment ever and I feel like the bar has been set just so high.

    The place is beautiful and well designed. Many thoughtful touches like concierge carts in the lobby for bringing groceries and such to your home. And then there is Jessica. Jessica is an amazing leasing agent. I didn’t know they actually had finally opened and made a wrong turn driving by to sign a lease elsewhere. Popped in and she toured me through the entire property, including history lessons on the name of the building and the new Creamery District, plans for the 5 new restaurant’s, etc.Came back the next day and wanted to see the other color palettes and specifically individual homes to see the views they had and she accolades every crazy request I had without batting an eyelash.Ps. Signed my lease today, and can she that she was the deciding factor between the 2 places I was going back and forth on. Well her and the “Speak Easy” private space … it’s a must see!!
