I’ve lived at Camden Greenway for around 3 years now and I absolutely love living here! Rosibel and her team are professional, courteous, and very kind. It’s obvious they love what they do. The property is always very well maintained and anytime I have work orders, the maintenance crew does an exceptional job. The gym, club room and pools are always in mint condition and the leasing team are always very warm, yet professional.

We had a great experience with touring for apartments at Camden greenway. Maribel was our leasing agent who took care of us and guided us really well with answering all our concerns in great detail. We really liked the property and the apartments she showed us. It’s a great location and our dream place to stay at but unfortunately we had to move more closer to my husband’s work so we had to drop the option of Camden just because of distance but if we ever have to move in Kirby area Camden will be our first choice always.

My wife and I moved here 3yrs ago from Atlanta. Camden wasn’t even on our short list of places to live but we stumbled upon it after getting a bite to eat in the area. The staff was super kind and we loved the area so much we decided to reside here. One thing I can say about living here it’s convenient to everything from places to eat, bars, parks, grocery stores, and the highways for our commute to work and out of town. The maintenance work orders are fulfilled super fast. Our A/C went out on a Sunday night and they were there within the hour and accommodated us with portable units, replaced our outside unit the very next day. Now there are issues with theft in the parking areas but we have been fortunate enough not to be affected by it, but hey what can u really do to stop thieves. We downsized from a 2br to a 1Br after about a yr and a half and the staff made our transition super easy and even made it so we could get the unit right across the hall. I don’t think we will be moving anytime soon bc we just love the fact that we barely have to drive our vehicles bc everything is so close. I highly recommend anyone looking to move to Houston to move here bc we have enjoyed every minute of it. Recently Hurricane Beryl came through and cause some power outages throughout the city, even though we only had to go without power for 1 day, there were other units that went a week. But management has fed us almost everyday since the storm and offer temporary accommodation for those affected. Even when a tornado came through back in April and tore up the city, we didn’t experience any power outage. There are 4 pools on the property so you can hangout at the main pool or if you want a little more privacy the smaller pools usually have no one in them. I also love the fact that we have charcoal grills throughout the property and not gas grills which is rare nowadays when leasing an apartment. Oh and Levy park(which is a stone’s throw away) is amazing for ppl with Dogs, small kids or if you just like hanging out. There is always something going on over there from yoga, movies in the park and a New Restaurant is about open over there which I can’t wait to try.

I’m new to the country and moved into Camden greenway within the first few months of arriving. The leasing agent that gave us a tour and onboarded us was Kaitlyn, who was friendly, honest and approachable throughout.Since moving here, I can say me and my family are happy. The staff are only a text away if you need anything, and the maintenance team is really effective too.Communication is generally very good, and they do fun things like food truck Thursday. I’m happy we chose to live here.If I were to offer any feedback for improvement, I would like to see more security presence. We are in Houston after all, and I know nearly all apartment complexes in this city have issues with crime.

Jennifer leased the apartment to me and she is wonderful! This is my second Camden community and I wouldnt live anywhere else because they have high standards.

I really enjoyed living at this complex. My apartment was very close to one of the smaller pools and I spent most days out there studying and I was usually completely alone. My apartment was very large and updated and had huge closets. The apartment was very well insulated as well and very quiet. The only noise issues we had were with our upstairs neighbor who had a child that liked to run back and forth all day. Other than that you couldnt hear people talking or just walking around normally. Another thing that was huge for me was the air conditioner. Being in a place as hot as Houston it was important that the AC worked very well and it certainly did. I enjoyed the valet waste but was frustrated some other occupants didnt follow the rules. I would also recommend living on an upper floor if you have the opportunity. Large roaches are a big problem in Houston and even though the complex sprays and we sprayed individually, they still got in frequently. Another thing we learned is that the apartments are so well insulated that you can have wifi problems within your apartment. This was easily fixed though by buying a long range wifi router in order to boost the signal. Parking is good in the garage but can be difficult if you want an outdoor spot. We did have a bit of trouble finding parking for the uhaul while moving in and out. I would really recommend this complex. Maintenance is very responsive and usually came within only a few hours of making a request. We liked living here so much that we moved to another Camden property when we moved out of Houston.

Why I love Camden at Audley Street location: (1) The office staff is very nice. Michelle S. was my leasing agent a year ago and I have since renewed. She is the BEST! I want to thank Rosie and Isabel too. (2) The location can’t be beat. (3) Levy Park. (4). Maintenance! I know most employees have been working here for years. They have been prompt and able to fix my request. (5) Crime. We do have security. Many residents work from home too. Neighbors do look out for each other. Another plus, the community board. If a package gets delivered to the wrong door, the residents are very kind and let you know they received your packages. (6) Lastly, don’t let the WI-FI , cable (included in rent) discourage you from renting. It’s fine. This has been my best experience renting.Once again, Michele S. really helped us. The entire staff is great! We are so happy here. Thank you Michelle for our beautiful location and apartment. We love it! And a shout out to the maintenance team! Top notch! Moving to Houston from Canada was a big change but the leasing office staff at Camden Greenway made it easy! Theyve been helpful every step of the way! Also, a special thanks to the maintenance staff who are always available for any quick jobs Ive needed help with so far. Camden is a great place to live, and the location is amazing!!! Probably a huge factor into why I chose Camden Greenway - and so happy I did! Walking distance theres an amazing park - Levy Park - which hosts free fitness, yoga, and zumba classes all week long! Properties well maintained - love the palm trees right outside my window.

This should have been written a long time ago as Rosie Gonzalez, our General Manager here at Camden Greenway, is the absolute best. But since we have been dealing with Beryl’s aftermath, I wanted to send out a special KUDOS to Rosie for her terrific customer service skills and her resident skills always making herself available if need be. When the going is tough, we especially note her positive and wonderful customer service skills, her quick and timely turnaround with communication whether it be email or by telephone. Rosie is a “hands on” presence, not just an electronic email or text presence. We have noted she personally walks the property, and many times stays late to do so. Her competence, her ability to get things done and taken care of in a timely way is something we as residents value more than anything. She always makes herself available to the residents and does whatever she can to help get things worked out or resolve an issue. Quite a few of the long-term residents here really feel very secure and comfortable because we know Rosie is here and no matter if it’s a maintenance issue, property issue she listens to and is available and many times she goes above and beyond. She has a calm demeanor, and you know when you talk to her, she does care about the residents and will do what needs to be done to always try and achieve a positive turnout.Many, many thanks Rosie! Those of us who have dealt with you long term truly do appreciate you, your great communication, resident customer skills set and your willingness to make Camden Greenway a wonderful place to live.

The Upper Kirby/River Oaks area is a prime spot for the move. Kaitlyn has been amazing - she has been communicative, up beat and knowledgeable through the process. We had been touring different complexes and the first time we toured at Camden, it was later in the afternoon and the team was very welcoming. This was important to us because we had just left a previous property where they said we could walk in since their system was down but when we showed up, they didn’t see us because they were short staffed. Although this was understandable, their energy at the time was not as welcoming. We came from another side of town and were stuck in terrible traffic of course with an accident that happened and even though we rescheduled with them for another day, we were bummed we couldn’t see what we came for but it allowed us to go to the Camden and when we were seen, have someone make time for us with a great tour from a walk in, it really outshined the place prior. We were impressed with the community, the amenities and it was just what we needed when moving closer to the med center for work.

Ive been a tenant of Camden properties for over 7 years now and recently moved into this location 5 months ago. Ive read the reviews and worried some about the crime but as an apartment locator myself I do know that crime is all over Houston especially the closer to the city you move.This is not The Woodlands, LOCK your doors??? are yall ok? Theres no violence or forced entries.. the break ins people are mentioning ARENT people breaking windows and kicking in doors... lock your doors DUH! Camden shouldnt be held responsible for those who lack brain cells. & buy some tire locks on Amazon theyre like $20-$40.. I specialize in this area of Houston in Real Estate which is why I moved over here and I can guarantee my clients who pay over 4k in rent STILL have cars on cinderblocks in their secured parking structures as well.. were 10 minutes from downtown, its a high traffic area.. this is 100% normal for big cities, stop being dense in these reviews. I feel extremely safe here, like I said, use your brain this is the city not the burbs!The maintenance is great, property is clean, no bug issues, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful, the location is absolutely perfect, the prices are reasonable, and the office staff is great.

I started looking for a new apartment a few months before my current lease expired. I started my search at came Camden Greenway. Since I lived here when I first moved to Houston, I decided to check it out again. Its not only a gated community, but conveniently located close to the highways, medical center & great shoppng. When I arrived at the leasing center, I met Kirby, who was awesome. I got a guided tour of the property, saw a few options for apartments, & saw what had changed since I last lived at the property. Kirby not only answered all my questions during the tour but after I left, kept me informed by email & texts about apartments availability for my time frame & updated specials being offered. It was surprisingly a great experience & definitely recommend.

I am only posting a great review to thank MARIBEL ! She’s the absolute BEST leasing agent I have ever encountered. She’s attentive to each and every detail, communicates quickly and effectively, and resolves any issues I have had in the apartment. Simply put, we honestly wouldn’t have signed here or renewed if she wasn’t here. She’s 5/5 stars for sure. THANK YOU for all you do, Maribel.PROS:I wouldn’t say that these apartments are luxury, they are normal and good. Pool is beautiful, gym is awesome, and Levy Park across the street is simply the best part. Maintenance fixes things well and everything works fine. Staff is always friendly and super awesome with dogs. They truly care about your dogs and always work with you for when they have to go into your apartment.CONS:BUT I do have 1 complain - the theft in regards to car tires! It was out of control for many months. Now, FINALLY, they put cameras on every garage floor - so we’ll see if it happens again. Hopefully, it won’t. Because that’s definitely a deal breaker! Just wanted to leave an honest review. Also worth noting: there are no roaches on the third floor! First floor? Skip it!

I toured Camden Greenway with Kirby McGriff and it was a wonderful experience. Kirby is so personable and upbeat. I could tell that he genuinely loves his job and wants to make sure that visitors and tenants are happy.Camden Greenway is a beautiful property. I immediately fell in love with the landscaping and the trees. Everything was clean and well maintained. The gym was my favorite amenity with 2 floors and plenty of machines and equipment. The multiple pools are a nice touch as well as it’s close proximity to a local park.I think this would be a great complex to call home.

The maintenance team, specifically Jerome, is absolutely amazing. All of my issues have been handled next day, if not same day, since I moved in. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. The complex is pretty quiet and I barely ever hear or see any of my neighbors. lolI see the team cleaning the garage daily and that’s a HUGE plus.Moving in Junus, and the rest of the office staff really tag teamed process and made my move very quick and easy.

The staff at Camden Greenway is incredible - especially Charity. Any requests or concerns are answered really quickly, which is not something Ive experienced at past apartment complexes. We love all of our leasing associates. We were away for 2 weeks and there was a small flood in our apartment, discovered by our neighbor. Charity checked in to our apartment regularly to make sure everything was taken care of and cleaned properly. Shes our pups favorite girl and we love her to death! All apartment complexes come with their ups and downs, but the staff here is really great.

My husband and I absolutely loved living here. The price is fair for the area, the units have been well taken care of, and neighbors and employees are all so friendly! The location is amazing with Levy Park literally next door. Everything on the grounds is beautiful. Again, the staff is responsive and helpful, always taking care of needs in a timely manner whether it’s leasing questions, maintenance requests, or anything else. Also a wonderful place to have a dog, the community and surrounding area has such peaceful places to walk and exercise. My job is taking us away from Houston, but if not, we would have loved to stay at Camden Greenway.

We have lived here for almost 3 years, and it has definitely been a great experience! The leasing office team is so friendly and helpful. If you have a dog, definitely bring them in often as they will receive lots of love and treats. Additionally, the maintenance team is quick and easy to work with - they usually arrive within a few hours for minor fixes and are very friendly. Living right next to Levy Park is also a huge plus, and Ive always felt safe living here. Also, they recently installed keyless entry for all the gates/front doors which has been cool to not have to bring my keys everywhere.

I have just moved here a few weeks back, but I have to say that the community is amazing. Its a nice balance between quiet, but it is also central to everything fun. The amenities are excellent too (Ive been to a lot of apartment gyms but this one definitely takes the cake in terms of capacity and equipment).Besides that, the management has been really helpful. Although, I have to give a big shoutout to Isabel. She helped me through all stages of the move-in process. All the way from emailing me consistent changes in rent rates so I could get the best deal when I sign, to questions about the area (moved from NYC), billing setup, tech support with the installing the smart hope apps, and the list goes on... Highly recommend this place because of the quality of the building but also because of its excellent management. Great job Camden team!

Moved back to HOU 2 months ago. During my visit to find a place to live. I found Camden apartments. Staff was very friendly Michelle showed my two unites. They both were beautiful which made it even harder to decide. The grounds of the property clean and landscaping is beautiful. After moving in staff remains nice and friendly very helpful. I have lived in property that once you sign your name on the line. The friendly nice staff goes out the window, BUT not here everyone is still very friendly and helpful.

Excellent apartment Complex! The staff members are beyond professional and quick response rate. Amenities are in really good conditions and clean. Smoking is prohibited and they are always checking on that. This is a family friendly apartment complex.Probably the most unique part is how well the neighbors communicate with each other. I havent seen this in any other place.Also, the location is amazing for public transportation.

I love living at this place! When my roommate and I were looking for a 2 bedroom, we fell in love with Camden Greenway. Anthony helped us out quickly and helped us find the right home. When our lease was coming to an end, I inquired about transferring to a 1 bedroom because I liked living here. I havent had any major issues with my apartment. My work orders are completed within a timely manner. Ive worked in an apartment community before so I understand how things work and the staff gets things done.For every 1 great review, there will be 10 bad reviews. Keep in mind that people write negative reviews if they experience anything negative but never if they receive exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a great place to live, I recommend Camden Greenway. I was in my 2 bedroom for 10 months and just signed me 14 month lease for my 1 bedroom. I dont see myself leaving anytime soon.

2017 update:There have started to be some hidden fees that werent there before. Currently we are REQUIRED to pay over $100 a month for a technology package. Additionally, I am being charged $300 for the staff to do paperwork for me to remove myself from the lease and add a new roommate to the lease. Theyll probably have to do 20 minutes of work. What a racket.2016:I love living at the Camden Greenway. I moved into this complex in 2013 and havent moved out yet. All maintenance issues are addressed within 48 hours, but usually within 24 hours. All rules make sense, and the residents follow them. The leasing staff is helpful and responsive, and they build relationships with the residents. The grounds, fitness center, game room and pools are well-maintained. Last, there is always enough parking for guests.

Camden Greenway has been my home for almost 5 years. The location is central and incredible for young professionals working in Houston. For me, the property offers an easy commute to the med center and proximity to other popular Houston neighborhoods and activities. Levy Park next door is a huge bonus too.Coming from an apartment complex in which the the staff were cold mannered and inflexible, the genuine and knowledgable staff at Camden are a big reason I renew year to year. Before, I felt my concerns were not validated and my presence annoyed the office staff. At Camden, employees are committed to excellent customer service. Their office environment is welcoming and helpful. Service requests are addressed usually SAME DAY! Isabel at Greenway is bright and friendly, she welcomed me to sit down and listened to my needs regarding renewal. She offered many personalized choices for staying in the community while also keeping on budget. I will continue to choose Camden Greenway as my home!

Ive lived here for almost 15 years, and still love it. The renovated units are very fairly priced. My annual increase in rent, including the renovation, has been about 3.2% annually, which is around the rate of inflation. You cannot find a place this nice near this neighborhood at a price per square foot this low.The best thing about Camden Greenway is the staff. They are really smart, have great personalities, and are always helpful.The property itself is beautiful, and is maintained essentially daily. Its a great place to live.

Best apartment ever!!I lived here for the duration of my 15 month lease and I can honestly say I have never experienced a better apartment community.First, my apartment. Granite counter tops, great lighting, peaceful patio to read, great layout, tons of storage, and hardwood floors. Everything about it was great, and my decor made it even better.Next, the community. 4 pools, a dope club house, huge 2-story gym (not just a fitness center), amazing grounds and landscaping, dog friendly, and across the street from Levy Park!!! What more could you ask for? And they have a recycling program???👏🏽Lastly the staff. My leasing agent Isabel Gamez made my whole experience easy and stress-free. She was so knowledgeable, polite, energetic, positive, passionate, and engaging. Anytime I had a question, she was available to answer it. The whole staff feels like they are there to help. I never had a bad encounter with anyone here ever! Special shout out to Isabel for walking me through the process of transferring from one Camden to another Camden apartment. It was quick and easy. Had an apartment in 2 days. Great #lifehackThanks, Isabel!!! Youre the absolute best!

It is a fantastic location with easy access to any part of the city, but still quiet and calm. I have always felt safe in the community and the amenities are wonderful. I have already convinced a coworker to move here too! The management staff is helpful and I only have positive reviews.

Camden Greenway was an amazing community to live in for two years. Its location is a few minues away from midtown, the museum district, and the Texas Medical Center. There are also grocery stores walking distance and a dog park right across the street (as well as a small one inside). The staff are amazing, always happy to help the residents, communicative and address every concern. They host activities for the residents on holidays and invite food trucks every week. Amenities wise, our apartment was spacious, with a big balcony and maintence was always provided upon request. It has a big and well-equipped gym with view to the main pool, study rooms and a club house available for meetings. This is a modern apartment complex as it is mostly electronic/mobile access but that also comes with some technical issues for gate entry. Regardless, Camden Greenway has provided patrol security and and is open about issues that happen within the community. The communication is 100%, always available over the phone, email and community forum, where residents also write concerns, share services, sell items or notify about items they give out for free to neighbors. Overall I loved Camden Greenway and will for sure miss it as well as everyone I was able to meet upon my move to this beautiful community. Thanks Camden!

We lived here for one year and we love it here. Location is awesome- HEB, Kroger, Costco, RICE, TMC, Galleria, Museums are very close by (15-20min driving distance the most)...and Levy Park right next to it ! ( and there are other little parks within 10 minutes of driving)and maintenance is great. They usually come the day of or within two days to fix it. They also take care of the area very well. Pool is always clean. and very baby friendly depth. Staff are always nice and friendly- most importantly, gets work done on time. We want larger place to live with more bedrooms as our family grows, but I cannot find anywhere else with as clean, nice, livable, and affordable place as Camden Greenway.P.S.They have an very active app/website where residents can be engaged. it’s actually fun to read through.

She found the exact perfect location within this community and any and every single need she has gone above and beyond in securing a safe, efficient and responsive environment for us. We are now relocating to another city and because of the exemplary service, we are determined to transfer to another Camden location! Thank you so much to Camden Greenway for always being so welcoming and always having our littles feel so welcomed in the office pre-COVID. We highly recommend this community for any small families looking to move to the Greenway area. Being centrally located to everything including the best park right next door, an amazing elementary school, and the best restaurants within walking distance has been just perfect for us! The staff at Camden Greenway always treat you like their top priority. There is always someone at the desk ready to help and treat you with the utmost respect. Isaiah, Kendra, and Amber are all so friendly and always have a smile on their faces, you can tell they enjoy working with each other! The apartment complexes are all very well maintained. You can tell their landscaping is looked after because the walkways are pristine. They truly care about the safety of their residents as well because there are two-way locks on each gate surrounding the building. Keep doing what youre doing guys!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful! The facilities, clubhouse, and gym are kept nice and tidy with towels available for use. Maintenance is also pretty quick with completing requests within a day or so. Wifi speeds are pretty good around the area. Special thanks to Stephan Mims for welcoming me to the community and making sure the transition was smooth! There is also a nice dog park next to Camden Greenway and much more around the apartment complex itself. Great place to live! Would recommend!

We love living at Camden Greenway. The best thing about it is the location. We’re walking distance from leavy park and we’re obsessed with going there. The second best thing is the staff & maintenance they’re so friendly and helpful. We had a few issues upon move in, which was expected, but they were always eager to help and quick to respond. I even received Tiffs Treats from them for the issues we encountered which was such a nice surprise. The complex is also really clean and well maintained. Highly suggest this complex!

I have been living here at Camden Greenway with my family for one year. So far, our experience living at Camden is very positive. The Business Service staff is helpful and friendly and so is the maintenance. Although I would like to especially stress the assistance that Ms. Michelle Schick provides to us, residents. Ms. Schick is very attentive to our questions, she really listens to us, and she always leaves us space to express our concerns in order to provide us with some guidance on how to solve an issue – if that is ever the case. Michelle legitimately cares for the resident’s welfare, and she will answer all of your questions in a timely, professional and effective manner and kindness as well. If you are planning to move in, make sure to ask for Michelle Schick for your tour, and she will definitely help you to navigate the moving process and, if you are already a resident, talk to Michelle and she will help you with a great customer service!

The staff is very friendly and they are always hosting fun events for everyone! Whenever Ive requested maintenance Ive always received prompt response. Recent renovations to the leasing office building and pool area have been very nice. The fitness center is very nice for an apartment complex and they even host free fitness classes weekly! Almost every week we have at least one food truck newar the leading office cooking up dinner for those who dont want to cook or go out to eat. The only reason I would have to rate 4 stars instead of 5 is that Camden apartments recently stopped accepting packages in the office which was a valued service by residents. All in all though, Camden Greenway is a great place to live with awesome staff who work hard to make it that way!

No matter how much you look around, you wont find like Camden to call home. I have been living here for almost 7 years now, and I want to say that they value their residents so much. They really care and want the best. Not one time I had an issue, and they did not do their best to help. They are ON TOP OF IT. I want to thank Rosie specifically for being such an amazing community manager. She is THE BEST. She is super understanding and does her best to come up with a solution to any problem you have. I moved to Camden Greenway in May 2015 and I keep living there. I love the place for so many reasons: 1. I have a dog and Levy park is just across the street (my dog is my priority), 2. The maintenance personnel is amazing; they go their ways to help you out as much as you need. For instance, your cars battery is dead and you dont have the jumping cables, they will let you borrow theirs and help you get your battery charged. Another example, I had to move my all furniture outside my apt because I was donating everything, two maintenance guys came to my apt and moved all the furniture out. 3. The apartment areas are clean and neat. 4. the leasing office personnel are super friendly, every time I go there they are always smiling and having a very good energy, Amber, Veronica, Ashlie and the guys there are amazing people. 5. they price is great for the location and the amenities. I wish they sell a unit here, because I would definitely buy it.

The management and staff takes such good care of the place and residents, anytime I read a bad review on here about something, the next week I see Camden fixing that issue or addressing it. Amber Wegner has helped us very much throughout our year here and even bought us a gift since she hear we got married, they really do go the extra mile here at Camden. Not to mention, the complex is in a great location with gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars all within a block from you.

I lived at Camden for two years, and it was an overall excellent experience. The leasing/management office was extremely friendly and made consistent efforts to show their residents that they cared about our living experience. The apartments themselves are in generally excellent shape, as are the appliances. I would definitely recommend this complex to any of my peers looking to live in Upper Kirby/Greenway Plaza, as it is one of the most competitively-priced complexes in the area given the quality.There are a few somewhat minor reasons I did not give the full five stars:- Camden is a full-fledged garden complex. I lived in a first floor apartment, which means one major thing: insects. I knew going into it that we would have a good amount of critters, but I was definitely shocked by the sheer amount (and variety) of them. Camden does try hard to combat the insect problem and offers the weekly pest control, but it only does so much. We had well over 30 mosquitoes on our patio bug screen year-round, so we never once used our patio. When I was moving out, I found a number of dead silverfish in my kitchenware that hadnt recently been used. If youre considering this complex, Id recommend a second or third floor apartment instead.- The apartment light fixtures do a rather poor job of lighting the apartment (except for the bathrooms). You will almost definitely need to buy and turn on your own lamps/other lighting.- This complex did not flood during Harvey (yay!), but I was surprised by the lack of a hurricane plan on the part of the complex leading up to the storm. When I asked about their plans about 3-4 days out (when it was still possible it would be a major wind event), the management had no idea the storm was coming, and they still gave vague details about what they would do if it came. (EX: I asked about them boarding up windows; they said they didnt plan on doing that, which seems like a standard thing to do for a potential Cat 4 hurricane. Also asked about shutting off power in case of flooding - their answer was something along the lines of wait and see which was not satisfying to me.) Thankfully, Harvey was not a wind event and spared Camden, but I implore the complex to come up with a more detailed and published plan for storm preparedness.Despite these things, I was very satisfied with my stay here! If they had my desired floor plan (a one bedroom with a study), I would have stayed (albeit by moving to the third floor!).

I will definitely miss being walking distance from Levy Park - great, social dog park and awesome variety of workout classes.

They made sure to check in and take care of each of the residents during the freeze, and even paid for a food truck to come out and provide us with food, once the power came back. Also, the maintenance team is super quick and efficient in fixing service requests. It is also in a great location with great restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and plenty of other activities nearby. Maintenance is very responsive and the staff are always pleasant. The units have been renovated at least once since it was built but the complex is older and dated. Wi-Fi and internet are spotty and you’re forced into taking basic cable and basic internet from Comcast xfinity as part of your rent. Of course you can pay to upgrade from the basic but the price is outrageously expensive. I’ve never connected the cable box so it’s just a total waste. You are also forced to pay and use valet trash which I think is a cash grab invented by property management companies. Personally, I’d rather pay extra for a valet package delivery/pickup service but no one asked me. Lol. The pools are nice but not heated and shady so they’re too cold for most of the year for swimming but nice for laying outside with a book. Like all older complexes, the gym is an afterthought. It’s small and has an odor but better than nothing. My apt is 11304. It’s in a quiet building attached to garage 13. Some cars in this garage & garage 16 have been broken into, tires stolen off cars and catalytic converters stolen as well so be cautious where you park. My patio overlooks BB’s back parking lot which is usually entertaining. Although when the weather is warm you get wafts of seafood garbage and weed smoke coming from BB’s. Also the garbage trucks empty BB’s dumpster anytime between 4am and 5am so be prepared for that noise if you’re in Building 11. Close proximity to Lamar HS, if you have kids. I don’t so the school traffic is a bit of a hassle. Overall, this place is overpriced for its age but it’s not a bad.

I picked Camden Greenway after reading the reviews. I also like the amenities and the location. So I gave them a call to ask some general question and I got Amber W. as my leasing consultant. She was great with providing me information and she followed up with me through out the week until we set up an appointment for me to visit the property. Of course I wanted to see if the gym was as great as the pictures on their website and I was pleased when I saw in person how great it was. After seeing a few floor plans, and seeing more of the great things Camden Greenway had to offer I was sold. Moving into Camden is one of the best choices of my life. The facilities pretty much speak by themselves, with multiple pools, grills, e-lounge, work station and 24/7 gym on the grounds. Everything is always kept neat and tidy, maintenance staff is abundant and extremely efficient. Also it’s a great location, I feel almost deprived from the famed Houston traffic.But there’s still something else to add, it’s the wonderful staff that works here. From the maintenance crew to the leasing office, everyone is helpful, courteous and always available. They even got a 24/7 line for urgent matters!I can’t tell you how happy I’ve been to make this my home. We are a community of diverse people, from families with children to college students, there’s something here for all. Give em a call! You won’t regret it.

After looking at at-least 20 different apartment complexes, my boyfriend and I had no hesitation when it came to making the decision to live here at Camden. Charity, who works in the front office, was very professional and responsive to all the questions we had (we had a lot, being first-timers) as well as every one else we talked to. Though it is a very large apartment complex, we have had no issues with over-crowding, and it has been very quiet and clean. The only issue we have run into is that some of the tv/wifi screw ins dont work, but XFINITY, (who you go thru when moving in) quickly came out here to fix it and set it up for us. The area is safe and close to everything you could need or want.

I’ve been living at Camden Greenway for nearly 9 months, and I’ve not regretted my decision once. The location is great, the maintenance is fast and efficient, and the leasing staff are all always kind, and helpful (I love Ms. Veronica).I think it’s also important to mention that a few weeks ago I was having some mechanical issues with my car. It had been sitting in the parking lot honestly a while, and the neighbors had started to complain (understandably). All this to say my little hoopty was at risk for being towed!To make a long story short, I received a call from Isaiah one of the leasing experts in the office, and he offered to help get the car moved. I was thinking maybe he’d help with finding a mechanic or suggest I have it towed myself. To my surprise, this wasn’t the case . This guy is so nice, he personally accompanied me to my car, changed the flat (in his nice business slacks and shirt might I add), and helped jump start the car as well. Did I mention that it was freezing cold, and well past his work time? It was late in the evening, and the office had already closed yet he went out of his way to help! Now this is what I call exemplar service. I am so grateful for his help, and will never forget his kindness. If this doesn’t prove the integrity and the awesome service residents receive at Camden, I don’t know what will. If you’re considering moving here, please do. You’ll love it here just as I do!

Great community in a great location as I have lived here almost 5 years now. The updated apartments are nice, as well as the 4 pools around the grounds. Maintenance is usually fairly quick with any problems, and recently after and apartment flooding they had me back in another unit within 2 days. The only downside I have is the Camden policy of not holding packages but there are other avenues I can use for that.

Lived here for 9 months or so. All around solid apartments: clean and well kept common areas, nice quality room, easy covered parking, and great staff. Nice and quiet location.Only complaints include: Somewhat thin walls (commonly hearing shouting, barking, scratching), a couple medium sized roaches even on the third floor (disappeared after the first month, but cockroaches can be seen around the bbq areas at night). Water shutoffs maybe once a month due to maintenance or flooding. There were a couple instances of stolen cars and broken security gates (left open), but I believe management responded appropriately.None of my concerns significantly impacted my impression of the place, and I’d seriously consider returning if I needed to.

The staff is welcoming and helpful, the amenities are beautiful, and maintenance is responsive and keeps the entire area in good working order. Most apartment complexes start at $1600 for a one bedroom floor plan. Most here start at $1000 and provide the same or better quality and management. Move into Camden and be blown away like me!

I have lived at Camden Greenway for almost a year and have loved my experience here! I am moving out of Houston for a new job and will sadly not be renewing my lease. The first thing I did when I got the job was check to see if there were any Camden properties there because I have loved my time here so much (sadly there aren’t)!The location of Camden Greenway is phenomenal! You get all the perks of the River Oaks area without having to pay River Oaks prices! It’s walkable to tons of restaurants and just across the street from Levy Park! I work in the TMC and had a easy commute from here. I also love running in the River Oaks neighborhood! Camden Greenway is close to several major freeways in Houston, so it’s easy to get out to further areas if needed.A few other great things about this complex:- The fitness center is a great size for an apartment and has very nice equipment (and it’s open 24/7)- Several comfortable and shady pools (a must in Texas)- There is always parking available in the garage, and plenty of visitor parking!- Alarm systems in every apartment (at no cost)! I love the peace of mind this gives me, even with my own home security cameras- Food trucks every Thursday- Technology package that includes internet and cable for $100. I don’t think you’d be able to find an internet and cable bundle for as low as that!- Amazon hub lockers, which were great around the holidays!- Never had any issues with flooding or pests. If I did have pest issues, I could request pest control every Monday as needed!I can’t say enough about Camden Greenway! If you are considering moving here, I highly recommend it! If I ever move back to Houston, I’ll be back at Camden Greenway!

While I ultimately did not decide to sign a lease and become a resident of the Camden Greenway community, I was very impressed and appreciative of Kendra Skaggs who took the time to show me multiple units, the grounds of the community as well as the parking garages. Safety was a major concern of mine coming from another community in Houston and Kendra was more than attentive and pointed out many of the different resources that they have on the community to make it as safe as possible.I definitely recommend that you take the time to visit this community to see if this would be a fit for your needs. Kendra is a very helpful, friendly and attentive staff member and is more than capable of handling your needs as a potential resident.

Every one of my work orders have been taken care of within 1-2 hours after making the request. Amazing!Additionally, the apartment complex hosts socials for the residents and provide food, wine, and beer. How cool! Ive been able to meet my neighbors this way.The staff is friendly, and I love knowing my dogs are safe as the complex is enclosed with a gate in case my dogs get out. There is a parking garage for us, a cool 24/7 clubhouse with coffee and tea, and my dogs get treats when we visit the leasing office. What a wonderful community!We love it so much here. Its my first apartment experience and I am wonderfully impressed. My husband has been in other apartments, but has not experienced the high level of customer service that camden greenway has provided.We highly reccomend.Plus, its walking distance to the dog park. Too perfect!

I never say this about apartments, but Camden makes me never want to leave. Its clean, convenient to everything fun or interesting, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. Ive never been an apartment that truly cares for their customers and pets. I was with them through Hurricane Harvey, and they kept us updated and even checked on a few tenants pets that were left behind. They are easy to reach, very accommodating...I really cant rave enough about this place. Its perfect for young adults looking to live amongst like minded, driven people. Ive never had any problems here and Ive lived here for a year.Btw, super shoutout to Stephan! He always takes care of me when I walk in. If you want to lease, ask for Stephan! Hes very chill and knowledgeable.

I have lived at Camden Greenway for sometime now, and I have to say that the service and staff are top notch. The level of customer service and willingness to help and assist tenant needs is far beyond anything I have experienced at a Gables, or Finger properties in Houston. As a constant reminder of their helpfulness my puppy kept chewing up the flooring at the apartment. I would have to call and schedule appointments for maintenance to come and take a look and fix the issue. Dealing with Tonya, Stephan, Kristin, Amber and Jesus for this issue and other questions has made my life easier at Greenway. The entire maintenance team and office staff are always pleasant and courteous when you see them around the apartments and seem to go out of their way to say hi. I relocated to Houston from Dallas and the staff made it really easy for me to transition into a new city. They were easy to communicate with via phone and email and even coordinated with my movers to move me in while I was out of town. I love that I can park right on my floor, which makes grocery shopping easy. The location is perfect as I work downtown its a quick trip right down there and back and is even centrally located to do other things around the city. It is very dog friendly with lots of surrounding grassy areas to walk your pets and go to dog parks as well. I love the valet trash pick up...that is definitely something that I never thought I would appreciate but its a really nice addition. Moving from Dallas I already had a bunch of furniture so the layout and square footage of my apartment was a perfect fit for all of my things! I am enjoying living here and its the perfect location to be in as I explore and learn all about this new city!

TL;DR - Location is worth the price (even the required extras). Repairs take time (some are Camdens fault, others are not). Pet Friendly, meet your neighbors! Unreasonable and irresponsible tenants are the worst.I absolutely recommend Camden Greenway as your next apartment. The location is key if you desire to live within the loop. Rice village, Upper Kirby, Galleria, 610, 59, MidTown, Buffalo Bayou, The Heights, etc. These are the places you can drive to, if you want to walk? Kirby Ice House, Queen Vic Pub, Levy Park, Kirans, Jack in the Box, BBs, Velvet Melvin Pub, etc. You definitely need to take advantage of this, otherwise you will lose out! Also, another bonus: I lived on the first floor of the 9th building. I did not experience any flooding. I was stuck at home in Harvey, but I rarely lost any power. Unfortunately, I did hear that some people in other parts of the complex did.Aside from the location, the staff is great, especially Amber and Jordana. They give so much love to my pets, and greet my dog every time we go to the office to visit. The service staff are great too! They are very responsive and can fix minor issues within a day or two. That being said, there are some major issues that do take time. This involves the gates, construction, power washing, pool cleaning, landscaping, etc. Most of these will take about a week. The longest waits Ive seen during my residency: fixing the gate (due to tenants running into the gate) and a major leak in building 10. These issues took longer time because parts and renovations/construction.There are also lots of extra fees. This includes the technology package, the pet fees and deposits, and the valet waste/trash. They add up, but you will find that this occurs frequently in complexes within the loop. And most of these fees are dictated by Camden corporate.Now the worst thing about this apartment is the

Its officially been a year since weve been living at Camden Greenway and it has been nothing but great! The office staff (Amber rocks!! and Kristin is super helpful and friendly) always greets and addresses issues quickly. The maintenance staff is courteous, very professional and our service requests are completed within 24 hours.The grounds are well maintained and the breezeways and walkways are always kept clean. The complex is a garden style (lots of trees and greenery) so walkability within and around the complex is great and ideal if you have a dog. There are poop stations situated in and around the grounds for residents convenience. While some residents do not always pick up after their pets, Camdens staff do an excellent job at trying to keep the grounds poop-free.The 2 level gym- cardio machines on the 2nd floor and weights on the 1st- is 24 hours and is amazing compared to other complexes fitness centers weve seen.The complex is overall safe. We have never experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews during our year here. Parking is plentiful and never an issue. There are three levels for resident parking and the 4th floor is for guest parking.Youre walking distance from Levy Park, Kroger, H.E.B, Starbucks, BBs Cafe and Kirby Ice House to name a few. I don’t know from where can I start? But I regret every year that I wasted living in other complex, I wish if I knew about Camden greenway long time ago. Manager and office staff are the friendliest people on earth, when we moved here last month we had some issue in our new Apt, the community manager Rosie Gonzalez fixed it for us within less than 24 hrs, and replaced everything with a brand new stuff. Maintenance fix any issue you have in the same day. You dont have to wait, you dont have to keep calling. All your neighbors are young very professional people. You don’t hear any sound or any weird people. They are all quite and friendly. Pool clean 24 hrs. Gym are super nice. I cancelled my LA fitness membership because I have everything that I need here. neighborhood Very nice and quiet. My only complain that I have to pay for a technology fees that I dont use because I work for the cabe company and I’ll my service are for free, but no big deal I hope they can change that in the future. I love my new Home ❤️.

This is our 3rd year living at Camden Greenway and its by far the best apartment living experience Ive had after moving almost every year since 2008. The management, office staff and maintenance are by far the number 1 thing that stands out from this complex. It can really make or break your living experience but we have nothing but good things to say about their services. I like that theyre constantly working to improve the complex (updated interiors, pool area, gym, club room) and make leasing a very easy process.A few things to be weary of...Ive seen wheels get stolen from cars parked in the garage and the apartment across from me was broken into which is all very worrisome and scary but could really be a problem anywhere.Sometimes the other tenants can be loud on their patios during late hours, leave messes in the hallways or not follow the trash/pet policies which is bothersome but overall, you cant hear your neighbors when theyre inside and management does their best to try and address those problems.For the location, service and amenities, this has been our best find for the price.

We have lived at Camden Greenway for right at a year. And I can say that I am really happy with my decision to move here.-Office staff is great and always friendly. Maintenance works fast and great-The apartments are very nice and are upgraded upon residents moving out. So most of the time you get a freshly renovated apartment with brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new dark cabinets, new flooring (new carpet and new wood), new granite countertops, and beautiful mirrors in the bathrooms. Which who wouldnt want to be the first residents to use the new upgrades?- The gym is HUGE (2 storys) and they have lots of personal training classes that are offered for free with a personal trainer (I like the Yoga but ive seen kickboxing, tabata, all kinds) and they have 3 pools.- The community has a pretty young professional demographic I would say mid-to late 20s. Pretty quiet community all together.- I really love the large trees on property and there is a park across the street Levy park for the pets.Theres a really great farmers market in walking distance on the other side of Richmond on Eastside that is so much fun as well.There are also a few bars within walking distance- Velvet Melvins is a hole in the wall bar but its filled with locals and they have great drinks specials. Cellar bar is across the street, and BBS Cajun Kitchen is also on the same side of the street at Greenway on richmond and has not only great drinks but amazing po-boys and Crawfish.Ive already signed one renewal (only initially signed a 8 month lease) with Camden Greenway and plan on signing another!

I just moved in a week ago and Like it a lot! The sign up process was smooth- I didnt even come to see my apartment before signing but was sent pictures and got to talk to the leasing office multiple times. As for the apartments- it is very safe, great appliances, very clean, and they have an incredible entertainment center/ pool/ gym. Although the TV and trash are included in the rent, it is forced upon you and you have to sign up through Comcast- which is a PAIN at the local store. The price is high, but you are paying for the area and the newer building too. Overall, highly recommended for young people or if you have pets.

Ive lived at Camden Greenway for about two months now and I am extremely pleased and would certainly recommend considering it!The management team did a great job showing me around the place and made the decision to move here easy(kudos to Stephan). And they have continued to be friendly and helpful ever since.The location is great, being within walking distance of several great bars and restaurants and a very short drive into Rice Village/Downtown/Midtown/Montrose/Galleria. There is also a park next door that is currently under a multi-million dollar renovation, but I suspect it will be a great place to be so close to when it opens in January 2017. It is called Levy Park if you want to look into that.The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The pools are clean and there are several. So if one is too busy, there are a few others to try.The gym is very large for an apartment complex. It is well maintained, they offer clean towels, and usually it is not too crowded to use the equipment you need. Also there seem to be several resident personal trainers operating out of this gym if youre interested in that.The apartments themselves are very nice with excellent layouts and nice appliances. Watch out for lack of shelving in the pantry though. It is just an empty cabinet. When I asked the office they just said you have to put your own shelves in the pantry. Also, the cabinets are both hung low(standing at my stove cooking, the cabinet blocks my view of the temperature dials) and short, with several feet of blank drywall between them and the ceiling. Definitely could have made better use of that space. Additionally, I either have very quiet neighbors, or the units are reasonably soundproof. I rarely hear more than the occasional muffled shout or bang through the walls. The door is the only weak spot in the sound barrier. You do hear everyone who walks by. Both the clip clop of heels on concrete and voices as people walk by your door. But hasnt really bugged me(besides when Im in a tense scene of a movie).Maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders, does excellent work, and are very friendly as well! I came home one night to a broken AC and very hot apartment. Maintenance arrived within the hour with a portable AC unit to keep me cool until they could do a full repair the next day.The parking garages are conveniently connected to the apartments making access very easy. There are always plenty of spots. However I wish we could use a remote clicker to enter instead of having to swipe a fob across an entry pad. It is inconvenient to have to fish your keys out of your pocket(I have a keyless push-to-start vehicle. I guess you would have to unclip the fob from your keychain if you use them to start your vehicle) when you want to enter. Its especially not fun to have to roll down your window when its raining!Last point of note is that the office doesnt accept packages so theyre delivered straight to doors. This is understandable considering the size of the complex. Accepting and holding packages for ~750 units in this online shopping age would be a huge task. However, there are complaints of packages going missing almost every day and management hasnt taken any real steps to devise a safer system for delivery(such as package concierge). Amazon got tired of replacing missing packages and paid to have secure package lockers installed, but only for Amazon use. So you just have to risk it with any other purchases(or have them delivered somewhere else, which isnt the end of the world, but certainly an inconvenience). If not for this one issue, Camden would have a full 5 stars.

I have lived at Camden Greenway since May, and I dont plan to move any time soon. First of all, the location is amazing! If you are hungry, you can walk downstairs to BBs Cafe. If you want to go for a drink, Velvet Melvin, Cellar Bar, and Kirby Ice House are within a five minute walking distance. If you want to go out to Montrose, Midtown, Washington, or Downtown, an Uber is rarely over $10.The staff is incredibly friendly, and the office hosts resident events for you to meet your neighbors a couple times a month. If anything happens within the community, Kristin will send you an email within minutes. Even when I have a problem in my apartment at 4 am, there is someone who will pick up the phone to help me.As far as the apartment itself, the counters, flooring, and cabinets are updated and well maintained. The built-in desk in my apartment is a great space saver. I was finally able to throw away my tacky IKEA desk. If you are looking for a nice apartment with great service and a better location, look no farther.

Staff is the absolute best! Every single staff member tries to get to know everyone, and maintenance is the fastest I’ve ever seen. Sometimes almost inconveniently prompt if you wanted to get out of the apartment before they fix something. There are so many pools, so much to do with Levy park, and several bars right next door. It’s also SO conveniently located right next to I-59/69. I don’t need to hit any stop lights to go to work, and that makes me never want to move out. They are also the most accommodating place for pets!

ALL staff are very helpful and friendly, Stephan, Amber, Veronica, Kelly, Kristen, and all maintenance crew. They really try their best to resolve any problems at a quick time frame. Camden is very central to supermarkets (Kroger, H.E.B and Fiesta), bars (Pet friendly), restaurants, gas stations, NEWLY renovated Levy Park and other stores. My wife and I are pet lovers and Camden is the place to be if you love pets also. Greenways events are pretty cool because it gives you the opportunity to meet and mingle with you neighbours. Also if you are into fitness or want to get into it Camden has a really equipt gym. My wife and I will be renewing our lease with Camden in a couple of months for sure.

Hello, I have been living in these Camden Greenway apartments for a few months and I want to tell you that we are very happy, I know that crime has happened in this place, but believe me, it is bad wherever it is, if we want to end this, we must start educating our children in house on the good path, I also want to thanks Maribel Mounts who assisted us when acquiring this apartment and to date is a very kind and efficient person, my wife and I are very happy for her attention, she deserves all the stars just like Camden Greenway 😁

The staff here has always been very friendly and easy to work with from the beginning to the end! I appreciate living in a safe environment, and the maintenance team is always on top of any issues, which Ive also appreciated. If I had to complain about something, it would be the small parking spots, but once you get used to it, its hardly an issue. Overall great place.

Pretty good, comfortable place to live in. Great maintenance team, really good gym, awesome security guards. Have a lot of trees :)The internet package has pretty good wifi speed as well. Glad i choose to live here 😌 I guess the only drawback is that it feels a bit unsafe after 12:00 am

PDwalks has been living at Camden greenway since 2012 and its been the best experience ever. property is kept clean, maintenance responds promptly, and the staff at the office is just amazing in helping and providing our needs whenever needed and possible. Have lived at Camden Greenway since the beginning of July. Absolutely love this community. Its a very large urban apartment complex; but, the courtyard design of the buildings creates a much more peaceful, and garden-like environment. Its definitely not a big concrete complex like so many other apartments in town.What I Love:Management Staff is first-rate. Friendly, professional, and they take care of you quickly and with a smile. Staff arranges lots of fun events including a food truck on the property every week.The grounds are immaculately kept. Nicely landscaped, and very GREEN with mature trees. You definitely dont feel like youre living in an urban area once youre in your home.Multi-story parking garage next to your building. Car is protected from weather, and its close to my place. PLENTY of visitor parking on the top floor of my parking garage. Huge issue with my last home - where there was not enough parking and located on the perimeter of the apartments.Very pet friendly. Tons of dogs - plenty of waste/baggie units located throughout the complex. A ton of green space for dogs, and there is a dog park located right next to Camden Greenway.Neighbors are great. Professional crowd, all ages. Weve experienced nothing but quiet and respectful neighbors.Love our actual apartment. Definitely doesnt have a typical apartment feel. Wood-looking floors if youre on the first floor, taupe-painted doors and crown molding for a nicer, more upscale look. Matching granite throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Stainless fixtures and appliances. Large closets - plenty of storage.Maintenance team is great. And, they are quick. Usually respond the day of your request, which is pretty amazing considering how large the complex is.Security on premises. I feel safe here. Were still in the big city, and I need to be aware; but, I feel safe here.And, location, location, location. I LOVE where we live. Upper Kirby district with great shops, restaurants, bars and atmosphere. Amazing value for the rent, considering the location.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years and I love it! The location is great - walkable to several restaurants and bars and right next door to Levy Park. This staff in the office is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is great - if I put in a service request it’s handled very efficiently by a friendly team. The community has great amenities and the apartment homes have good layouts and nice finishes. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I just have a few things to say!! I visited Camden greenway last week and let me tell you I was FLOORED by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I wanted to move in just because of how nice and relatable Rebecca Pulley was. Then of course the units speak for themselves...beautiful modern elegant!! and then what really sells you besides the great staff.. are the amenities and the community programs the complex offers...the gym is state of the art...the pools are inviting I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE APT. if you can afford the rates you will not regret spending the money!!

Wow. Just wow is all that needs to be said. No comparison to all of the other apartments located in the area. Kendra and Jamie were awesome. Kendra actually cared and was not annoyed with our questions. She went above and beyond. When you are moving somewhere being able to trust the people at the front desk seriously makes it feel like home.

Im a dog trainer, frequenting many complexes across Houston to provide training and walks. Kendra in the leasing office at this place offered by far the best customer service I’ve seen in the industry. She was friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough. She approached and greeted me, showed care for the dog I was there to walk, got me what I needed, and followed up appropriately by offering directions to the unit. All of which seems to be foreign language at most places. I really appreciated it. Thanks Kendra!

Im a student, and this is my first apartment off campus. I visited several other apartment complexes in Houston and the process was overwhelming. I came to Camden Greenways leasing office on a Sunday afternoon and was approached by Rebecca and Aline. Aline took me on a tour of the complex and was able to beat other competitors rates. Camden Greenway is a very secluded, aesthetic complex and maintains/updates all facilities/units. The leasing staff is one of a kind and will make you feel at home.
