Overall, it’s a good community. Ppl in the leasing office are really nice, they always give you big smiles, which made me decide to live here. The pools are nice, I see ppl partying a lot. You got welcome packages on the moving in date, making you feel like they care you. However, camden Vanderbilt is not perfect. 1. The ‘technology package’ is mandatory, with very slow network, which disconnected me from zoom meetings multiple times. 2. One of my neighbor play loud music at 1 am, sometimes 2 am. We complained, the office said they sent notice to my neighbors, but it didn’t stop him/her/them. Other than these two points, I enjoyed living in Camden Vanderbilt.

A nice apartment locator lady referred to a few Camden locations after I told her what I was looking for with in my budget. I gotta crawl before I can walk so I applied for a nice one bedroom 🤠 at the beautiful Vanderbilt location. To my surprise it was located right around the area I go and dream at. Lol. Vanderbilt has all the amenities that are open and not closed due to covid yall. Gym 💪, 3pools 🌊, club house 🎉, storage space and parking 🚗 garages. Oh and the office 📠 center....... I had a few hiccups on my end but the staff helps me work out the kinks every time. For the two weeks Ive been here I already feel like family and at home with Jess and Liz. 💜 They are such sweethearts. ❤️ So if your looking to be a Camden resident come check out the Vanderbilt location. Its in Thee perfect area. I love it.(Im their future spokes person 😆)

I have been in Camden Vanderbilt since 2019 And I boast about my place all the time. This is a gated community!! Hello Security Guard team.Love love love the internal lake we have here, the facilities, gym, and pools are up to date and kept clean, and the staff have been eager and helpful with all of my concernes and any issues I have had living on property. Today is special as I am moving to another apartment here that is upgraded/renovated with all my needs and wants met at an affordable price range I had in mind. Thank you Camden for Continued support and safe living standards.

I visited Camden Vanderbilt in December and really enjoyed my tour. Camden stayed at the top of my lisit Jessica was my agent and she kept me updated and really listened to my needs now I have finally been able to reserve my new home. Amer also helped my decision making process very easy with all his help. They were both great help that I just had to call this community home. I can not wait to move in. The office staff is amazing. We had a a very positive experience with Tiffany Mattis as our leasing consultant. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made some great recommendations regarding apartments and the type of lease to get. She stayed in touch with us throughout the process, via email & text which made it very convenient. She had all the necessary information and helped with documentation and setting up access. Honest Review of Camden Vanderbilt:- Security patrol at night is nice.- Amazing location I just walk to Randall’s it’s great.- Overall living here has been very easy and solid move to Houston.- Maintenance technicians are very fast.- Location is super easy to get to.- The locks for the doors are easy to use.If I had to name a bad or my worst experiences so far:- I think minor overall details of the apartment feel like they have been overall glimpsed over the process of when I moved in. A lot of cosmetic damages in regards to doors not closing properly and other things like that before I moved in. I had to handle a lot of the repairs and noticing them while moved in, so noticing them later on in the process is kind of concerning.- Construction and road blockages are slightly annoying but very doable.- Aside from this, I think the process in getting a garage seems a lot more complicated than I initially thought? Parking is a slight inconvenience at times.

Camden Vanderbilt is the best place to live in Houston.When I moved to Camden in 2020, I was burnout from work. Day after day the beautiful lake, and the surrounding animal ecosystem, helped me replenish my emotional energy. A few weeks in, I started working out in the fitness center, which has a spectacular view of the lake. Inspired by the community environment, this has been my daily routine since then.Today, Im a different person. Ive lost 50 lbs and even increased lean muscle. I dont suffer anymore from anxiety, which was a constant problem. I dont drink or eat unhealthy food anymore. Im much more productive and dont get tired so often anymore. This community has supported me to be healthier than I have ever been before.The leasing staff and the maintenance team are always going the extra mile to make sure they are exceeding your expectations. Have you ever opened a maintenance request, and the maintenance team arrived at your door in 30 minutes? This has happened multiple times here. The leasing staff is always friendly and supported me every time that I needed it.A big shoutout to the Camden Vanderbilt team, which has been working to make transformations and experiences like this possible.

I feel safe in this complex. Raine has been very helpful since touring us around. Even after we moved in, she’s constantly checking in and making sure we got everything we need. I would recommend this place.

I wanted to wait until I lived here for a month before leaving a review. I chose 4 stars because nowhere is perfect but this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in.I live in the D floor plan on the 3rd floor and absolutely love the apartment. At first, I was worried about how to arrange the living room space but I was able to fit a tv stand, bookshelf, sectional couch, and desk without crowding the space! The bedroom and bathroom is so spacious and the built-in drawers in the closet are a big plus! The finishes in the apartment are beautiful and the overall apartment is spacious enough for one person.The apartment complex itself is beautiful too. All of my friends were in awe when they came to visit! The sound of the fountains in the ponds is so therapeutic to me. I love sitting on my balcony for that reason exactly. I don’t have a pup but the dog park is a great amenity. It never seems to be crowded and always looks clean!The only con, which isn’t even a big one, is that if you have neighbors that slam their front door you will hear it and it can be startling. Outside of that, it has been pretty quiet for an apartment complex… I can’t hear my neighbors through the walls, which was my biggest concern.Overall, I would recommend anyone to live here. Great complex, great location! Oh and Food Truck Thursday is awesome!Special thanks to Sylvia for helping me choose my apartment. I moved from out of state and she was a big help! We video chatted multiple times to make sure I chose the perfect apartment for me!Hopefully this review was helpful! I know I read so many in my search for an apartment.

I have been a resident at Camden Vanderbilt for almost 3 years (March 2012 to present day of February 2015), and Ive been beyond satisfied with most aspects of living here including the timeliness and hard work of the maintenance staff, the quality of living, and the staff in the leasing office. Firstly, the grounds are kept very clean, and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to any requests. Secondly, the staff in the leasing office are incredibly nice and friendly people. I have never felt intimidated or shy to approach any one of them to discuss any issue that I may be concerned with. They are eager to assist me. Georgina is the person who has helped me the most - she is super nice. Furthermore, Camden Vanderbilt is simply a great place to live - its quiet (compared to living in midtown, for example), its beautiful - with a pool, 2 lakes, and a great pathway for running and walking; and Camden Vanderbilt is in a great location - just 2 miles from the Med Center and so close to many key locations in Houston.Im the type of person who is a very hard grader. If there was a 10 point scale, I would have graded a 9 out of 10 though. Over the past year, a few of the weights have disappeared from the weight room and have not been replaced. Although I personally have always felt very safe and secure at Camden, there were a couple of car and apartment thefts reported over the past 2 years. Since the time when those thefts occurred, Camden has taken positive steps to prevent this activity. They hired a night-time security guard. Since that time, reports of thefts have been down. I am very happy about this and I now feel even more safe and secure. Great job, Camden!

I’ve lived here for over a year and I love it here. Very affordable and very quality place to live. The service is top notch. Edgar from maintenance came in to fix my toilet today. I was sure that it was gonna be a big long repair, and possible replacement of the whole toilet. Nope. He comes in, replaces the tank super quick, we have a great conversation, and he even took a look at my washer on the way out and fixed a minor issue with it making some noise like it was nothing. Also Alex in the leasing office is really good too. Godlike in fact. I always feel heard and taken care of. You know when he picks up the phone, you’re good. Basically, Camden Vanderbilt: 5 stars. Alex and Edgar: 10 stars.

I didnt end up leasing at Vanderbilt this time because of personal reasons. But Jessica Ordonez was super wonderful, helpful and kind in showing me the units that I was interested in. I even did a tour of the apartment twice because I was undecided and I needed to see the place again. She also promptly answered all of my questions. The facilities looked really clean, the apartment was super cute and it was very spacious. I was also really excited about the new dog park and how quiet and peaceful the apartment complex looked. Ill def keep Vanderbilt in mind the next time I am looking for an apartment.

I moved to Camden Vanderbilt apartment last week, and it has been really great so far! Molly, who was my leasing consultant, made my move-in process very easy and she has been very helpful from the day one I searched for an apartment. The apartment is in great location: close to medical center, close to groceries, cafes, and restaurants. High quality, reasonable price, great amenities, and friendly staff members. Apartment has rules for the tenants quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the place, and i really appreciate it. The maintenance is fast and up to my expectations. And also, beautiful lakes are in the apartment community. I cant wait for better weathers!

So I dont know where to begin but this has been one of my great experiences with apartment complexes. The management here wont even give you a chance to complain. Everything was exceptional and all problems fixed on the spot. From the gate to your apartment door from your apartment door to your room everything is high quality. Now because of Camden Vanderbilt on Buffalo Speedway my standards for apartments have gotten very high and Ill be moving out for awhile and I know Ill be home sick because literally Camden is my HOME now. Doors from the gate to the apartment doors are equipped with high technology which can be controlled from your phone, the community is VERY VERY VERY safe, alarm systems inside the apartment doing a great job, the whole area is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I can never forget the valet trash guys very efficient and smooth. I just cant say enough about the community and the management and special thanks to Raeni Doro and Elizabeth who were very friendly and professional with us. I highly recommend Camden Vanderbilt. Thanks so much for everything.

I have been a Camden Vanderbilt resident for almost two years and I have had a very positive experience so far. The leasing staff is very helpful and professional. They know me by name and treat me with respect, so I dont feel like a stranger whenever I need something. The staff is very receptive to feedback about the community, and a few times I have mentioned the lighting around the premises can be improved. They are taking initiatives toward improving the lighting, by spending a portion of their budget to increase lighting on the grounds as well as the top levels of the parking garages.Regarding the property in general, the grounds are always kept very nice and clean. The valet trash service is a wonderful perk about living here; you dont have to make frequent trips to the dumpsters. Additionally, the maintenance staff are quick and responsive to maintenance requests. My requests are usually answered the next day. The maintenance team is also very friendly and supportive of any issues that need to be corrected in our units.Overall I feel this is a great place to live in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and resident service. I am a very happy resident of the community.

I lived at Camden Vanderbilt for almost an entire year. I moved because I relocated to another city and I definitely miss this Camden! The front office personnel were so courteous and if there was an issue, they were quick to fix it. I hate to possibly set unrealistic expectations, but if I put in a service request before I left in the morning or the night before, it was fixed within 24 hours and usually before noon. I always felt like if I needed something or had something come up, they bent over backwards to accommodate my request. They also have food trucks come to the property on a regular basis. The maintenance crew is top notch. The premises were well maintained and I never had to deal with noisy neighbors. The property is also right behind a Randalls (walking distance) and other restaurants--and a dry cleaner too!* The only complaint I would have is that the computer room for residents is constantly in a state of warmth. The A/C doesnt seem to ever work in there * But I adjusted to it once I had been in there using it for a while.Camden Vanderbilt is a great place to live. I highly recommend it.

I loved living here. If I wasn’t moving to a different state I would’ve renewed my lease. I never felt unsafe to walk my dog at night or wake up super early to go to the gym or run around the apartments. Any issues I had with my apartment like getting locked because of my dog or maintenance request were accommodated fast. The ladies in the office are always nice. I would definitely recommend living here, especially since it’s close to any and everything!

I lived in this complex for 4 years and never had any major issues. Apartment is updated and modern. Complex is quiet with young professionals as well as families. Maintenance is very responsive. Ill place a request and the issue is resolved the same day before I return from work. I do remember getting community updates on car windows and apartment windows being broken into but that was never an issue with me. Crime seemed to have decreased as the complex increased security watch. I lived on the first floor, building 6, and my apartment did not flood during hurricane Harvey although I know a few others have. Did not lose electricity during the ice storm in February 2021. Random electricity/water outages here and there due to repairs. Didnt have crazy extra fees at move out despite what other reviewers have mentioned, and I got my deposit back. I did hire a professional cleaning company. Everyone was extremely helpful when I had issues getting my pod picked up during move out. I moved because I got a job at another city. If I stayed, I probably would have transferred to a bigger apartment. 4 stars for rent increasing ~$50 during each lease renewal...could be less or none.

I have lived at Camden Vanderbilt for about 8 months. The entire staff is great! They are extremely helpful and respond quickly. The community is large and gated in, so I get to walk my dog without ever having to leave the community. The location couldn’t be better with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. My closet space is hard to beat and I love taking advantage of the 3 pools :)

My wife and I have fully enjoyed our experience here for the past year. Most apartment complexes will reel you in with enticing signing offers and clubhouse amenities that you’ll probably never use. However, Camden Vanderbilt gets it right by being consistent with the important things: the landscape is kept nothing shy of impeccable, service requests are answered within 24 hours EVERY time, and requests by the community are listened to and implemented by management. Every time we’ve needed assistance with something the individuals within the management office are always cheerful and extremely helpful. We’ve consistently had positive experiences with staff members, namely Seth who always has gone above and beyond to get our issues sorted out immediately.

I just moved in this past week, and Im impressed with the place. I feel like safety is a concern and there were even additions to secure the outer perimeter fencing, which seemed like a positive measure. I worked with someone named Georgina from the leasing office, and Id highly recommend asking for her if you have questions or want to look for a new apt. She was extremely helpful and went the extra mile making sure I had all the information I needed without being clingy or bothersome in the follow-ups (which I know many apt people do that). I really enjoyed the experience and am so thankful I moved here. My neighbors seem pretty friendly, so thats a plus as well.

Camden Vanderbilt made the process of applying for my first apartment easy and quick. I’ve been living here for 4 months and heard of some break ins as well as car break ins that got me worried in the beginning. In contrary, I feel completely safe as a resident so far. Don’t leave anything visible or valuable in your car and locking your units entrances will prevent most of these incidents. My washer recently broke and after filing for maintenance, they completely replaced the washer and gave me a new one in two days! Their maintenance team has such great and hardworking set of individuals which in my opinion, make this complex such a great place to live in. I would like to especially thank R. Casco for being kind and giving excellent customer service. You’re hard work won’t go unnoticed. Thank you Camden!

I’ve been a Camden resident for about 8 years and lived at Vanderbilt for about 18 months. I like Camden overall because the company promotes excellence - and I’ve had great interactions here moreso than my previous complex. (Suzanne and Carlos are especially great!) Of course, small thing pop up and nowhere is perfect, but the staff is always responsive and willing to listen. Downsides are that, being a large corporation, pricing is subject to market value and can’t really be greatly adjusted. And if you’re new to Houston, they implement a steep cancellation policy you’ll see at most complexes (a surprise when I moved to this region, but it’s common almost everywhere). I love the granite countertops when some other Camden’s at this leasing level use laminate. I find the complex pretty quite and it’s well-maintained. In a complex this size, also great to have mailboxes nearby and not scrunched in one location. Valet trash is used - and unlike with some complexes you can use your own trash can (an unexpected annoyance at my complex before this, so it’s a perk you wouldn’t normally think of). Overall, I’m happy here and didn’t hesitate when I got my renewal offer.

I have called Camden Vanderbilt home for the last 6 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and have no intentions on leaving any time soon.Since Camden Vanderbilt is centrally located it’s a perfect place to call home making it easy to get around town in a short amount of time.If you are looking for an a resort style feel but don’t want to live downtown Camden Vanderbilt will be exactly what you are looking for.While I keep an immaculate home from time to time I need some routine maintenance. We have an incredible maintenance team who always does an incredible job with a SMILE!Just last week I got a nail in my tire on the wait home came back out to go to Randall’s and had a flat time. Like a knight in shining armor one of the maintenance guys Marvin happened drive past and noticed I needed help changing my tire. This was afterhours, and he was headed home, however he took time our of his own evening to help me change my tire. Thank you again Marvin!When it comes to the office staff I know that I am in the best hand! I would like to personal thank Tina, Dalia, and Brendon for always being so helpful when I contact the office. They go out of their way to personalize their care, and make me feel valued as a resident. Thank you guys again for working with me on current renewal, I am forever thankful.

I lived at Camden Vanderbilt for 18 moths. It was a pleasant experience. The condo has few swimming pools and gym, and a great landscape. The condo is very well managed and the few times I needed technical assistance it was in a blink of an eye after my request. Mrs Georgina Trevino manages very well the property and she is always ready to help. I really recommend this place as I did to couple of my friends.

Today we turned in keys to the place we called home at Camden Vanderbilt for the past 4 years. Our neighbors were great and not to mentioned the staff. Tina is always so nice and responsive. Carlos Cantú is always so helpful with anything that he is asked. Seth is the sweetest person and constantly checked in with us to see how we were doing. Walking into the office and seeing a Georgina smile and greet us was the best part of going into the office. The maintenance staff was always so wonderful!!! Rodriguez and Gavino always go above and beyond for every person here. It was the best living experience we’ve had! We only left due to location but we would definitely go back in a heartbeat if we ever look at that area again! Thank you Vanderbilt team for all you did for us during our stay!

They did not hide the bad news, when something happened they will send out the email to let you know it. Every time I report to replace or fix something the maintain team will come next day. Love Camden Vanderbilt!! Great two bedroom with upscale interiors, even has California Closets. The lake is very nice and great landscaping on the property. Its lovely for walking my dog. The location is super convenient to the med center and reliant stadium too. I love that Randalls is right next door. This complex is a relaxing oasis in the heart of houston. Tina the manager is very nice and helpful when we need anything.

Trevor was excellent! Spoke to him over the phone before I headed over for a visit. Met him at the office and he patiently heard what I was looking for. He then shortlisted 2 units for me to look at. We went and I gave him specific feedback on what I liked and didnt. He then showed me a unit that I liked very much. The only slight downside was that it was a little short on closet space. Trevor suggested that they had storage units for $10/month and showed me one of them. I left very satisfied. I wouldve signed a lease with Trevor on this last unit but found an absolutely amazing unit at a sister property (also a Camden) that I ended up taking.Overall an excellent experience. Notable was Trevors listening skills based on which he was able to suggest tangible solutions. I received A1 service from him and feel that many leasing agents could take a page from his book and learn!

Camden Vanderbilt has by far been one of if not the best places I have lived thus far and I have had my fair share of experiences in apartments. One of the biggest things that makes this place stand out is not the beautiful lakes, and the 3 pools, 24/7 Fitness Center, monthly resident events and more, but it is the very friendly and responsive maintenance staff! Leo has been a tremendous help since the day i moved in. He always responds to any request i have same day and its done right the first time! I also saw on their Facebook page that its maintenance appreciation week so i guess now is a better time than ever for me to tell Leo and the rest of the team thanks a bunch!

I like living here at Camden. I feel secure and comfortable, the grounds with the lakes are lovely, and most of the time it is quiet. I rarely have a problem with parking. Location is excellent. Sometimes it feels like they nickel and dime you to death,and the rent raises can be high. I do wish they would change out some of the older noisy AC units and I am not a fan of some of the blindingly bright lights they put around. They are pretty responsive to emails and requests. I just renewed by lease. Sommer and Seth in the office are great!

My SO and I looked at many apartments near the Medical District. No other place, within this price range, offered all the beautiful amenities and solitude that Camden Vanderbilt offers. I have been living here for about six months. So far, I have really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is wonderful, granite countertops, high ceilings, large windows, and great appliances. I can call Camden any hour of the day to make a repair request and they can put it in right away, which is convenient if you work during business hours. I adore the lake. You dont see many apartment complexes with lakes these days. The location is great. Randalls is walking distance which makes grocery shopping convenient. Its close to 59/69, the medical center, and rice village.Theft is a concern but I see that Camden is trying to remedy the situation. They send emails about the incident and explain what they are trying to do about it. Overall, I would recommend Camden Vanderbilt.

From the first moment I came to Camden, service has been remarkable. Every Camden employee Ive dealt with has been amazing, but Halli Sanchez, my leasing rep, has been exceptional. I moved to Houston from Canada, which of course led to some unexpected complications. I changed my move date several times, had some strange requests given that I wasnt in the country to handle things myself, etc. Halli was patient, friendly, and always went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. She took so much stress out of the move and I am very grateful to her!

My family and i have lived here since 2016. The area is great!! We mostly moved here because of the School (Mark Twain) the customer service is fantastic!! Everyone in the office is very helpful, Maintenance is amazing! Every time I need something they show up in less than 24hrs and fix the issue. They are very polite and very complimentary. They always go above and beyond for someone. They have always stopped to help me with groceries or trash if they see me as they walk by. They stop and play with my puppies when I walk them.

A few security issues- not really sure what the guard in the front guard house does, break-ins, etc. But I feel like in Houston, this is expected. The Brompton gate is constantly broken, but they really are doing everything to try and fix it in a timely manner. They seem to be very focused on making this complex a great place to live. Have never had any issues with our apartment, except wanting our refrigerator filter changed and it was done within a few days. We really love the area, and would recommend the Camden Vanderbilt!

I usually dont rate anything but I definitely have to here. I would give Camden Vanderbilt 10 stars if I could! I just recently moved in and I could not be happier. A friend of mine who has been living here for 3 years recommended it and Im so glad she did. Prior to moving in, the staff (specifically Georgina and Brendon) was very accommodating and helped me out so much to find the right apartment. One great aspect is that if you are unsure which unit you want but you still want to secure an apartment in the summer months when things get busy, you can sign up for one and still switch units anytime prior to your move-in date. Also, the whole process is very convenient as everything is done online, even signing documents is electronically done. I wasnt even in the country when I signed all the papers and I had no issue at any point. The move-in process itself was also quick and easy. They even let me change my official move-in date and come a day earlier. The complex is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. There are 2 beautiful lakes, 3 pools (one a lap pool for serious swimmers), and wonderful resting areas. The complex also organizes various events like weekly yoga, food trucks, pool parties, etc. I met more members of the staff, e.g. Seth, and they have all been very friendly and helpful. The office is open 7 days a week and you can reach someone 24/7 if you have an emergency that requires the maintenance team. The maintenance team is probably the best part of Camden Vanderbilt. I am constantly amazed by how quickly (within 24 hours - always!), thoroughly, and efficiently they repair things while always being friendly and kind. Sending a request for an issue is also easily and quickly done online. They help out with everything, even simple things like exchanging a light bulb. Even when youre outside e.g. carrying something they stop and offer to help. I dont think you can get that kind of service anywhere else. Last but not least, the apartment units are beautiful. I live in the smallest/simplest unit they have and I am still in love with it. I never hear neighbors, the appliances work great, everything was very clean on my move-in day, and its beautiful all-round. In summary: I am confident that anyone with high expectations will be extremely satisfied here!P.S. No one asked me to write a review and Im also not getting anything in return for this, so you can take this for an honest review.

The amenities in this community is awesome. First and foremost, they have pools that are well kept and the gym is well-equipped with up-to-date facilities. Its located at a strategic point where access to entertainment, shops, restaurants and schools are of very close proximity.I met a leasing consultant by name Alex Saenz. He was very helpful and helped me during my search. He was very responsive to all my numerous detailed requests and was always there to respond to my mails no matter how late I sent them.Alex gave me the assistance and support I needed to decide when I was looking for an apartment in the perfect location within the complex. If you ask of him, he’ll help you find a perfect fit in the complex.

Camden Vanderbilt has been a great property to live at! I have been here for about 2 years now and just signed on for a third. The property is conveniently located to all of the Houston attractions. There are plenty of grocery stores around that you can walk or ride your bike to. The amenities are great 2 leisure pools, a gym, and a nice man-made lake to walk around or even run. The property may not be as new as some of the newest apartments being constructed, but the price is great and you get just as much as if you went elsewhere.

This is a post regarding the awesome maintenance team here. Edgar Gomez and Carlos Torres worked in tandem to make sure that my sink would not have this problem again. They were super efficient and came to fix my problem within 10 minutes of me reporting it. It had been a reoccurring issue and now its permanently fixed. I love the Camden maintenance team. And I cant state enough how much I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of both Carlos Torres and Edgar Gomez. Thanks Camden!

My husband and I have stayed in this apartment for 2 yrs now since moving to Houston. This place is not just a home. It also feels like a vacation resort because of the gorgeous lake walkway where you can just walk your dog, not just get stuck on a dogpark and feel like you are in a zen mode everytime you walk because of the view.I love the many and well maintained swimming pools--there are 3 pools for the whole apartment! Also the spacious gym- not feeling cramped at all unlike other apartment gyms.Security I must say is A-, after all that security incident few months ago, Camden Vanderbilt has patrolled security day and night, added security cams and changed gate lock access-when I say changed its not just keyphob baby but access that can also be through residents phone. Maintainance are also available and easy to respond. They also do the job well unlike other apartments weve lived. The only downside is I guess the monthly rental fee. They could drastically increase easily after 1-2 yrs but I guess you are paying where you live because they do a lot to maintain the place.Molly at the leasing office is always very available to help us. Shout out to her awesome job. She has always helped us along the way.Overall, I love this place. We love living in this apartment. This is definitely a hidden gem for me in Houston.

I have not lived in the CV complex very long but I have been very impressed. The grounds are well maintained and I have not had any issues using the pools or gym. When I moved in, my apartment was very clean with nice fixtures/appliances that give it a more upscale look than other places I looked at. I love the garage parking with the walkway to my apt. One concern, while the garage is very well lit at night I feel like the complex needs brighter outdoor lighting. Sometimes its hard to see people who walk in the road at night while I drive though.

Maintenance is always very speedy with requests, office staff is great Dahlia is the best. Grounds are well kept, quiet complex for the busy area its located in. Only thing is the lakes aka retention ponds (that work well during storms) need to be better attended too, they get pretty full of algae and gunk sometimes. I would recommend these apartment complexes to anyone looking to live in the area.

All I can say is, like all Camden properties, the staff is phenomenal!I had a pretty big predicament where USPS sent an important package to my old address instead of my new one. The staff went above and beyond by contacting the current tenent and was able to retrieve my package.They understood that I lived further away and stayed an extra 10 minutes after closing to ensure I could pickup my package. Choosing to live here at Camden Vanderbilt has been a great choice. It is close to Rice, where my boyfriend goes to school. It is also fairly close to UH, where I go to school. Surrounded by many grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and coffee shops. Rice village is also a few minute drive away, as well as the Texas medical center. NRG stadium is also close by!Its a quiet community here. There is always people walking around the complex, so its quite safe. The staffs at the welcome center is always so accommodating. The maintenance crew is quick to fix any problems. People who live here are friendly and nice. I enjoy walking around the fountains with my dog. Parking here is not a big problem, since there is a lot of parking spots available. There was a roach problem when I first moved in, but pest control took care of it pretty fast. There is still some baby roaches, spiders, mosquitos, but I can kill them with my bug zapper, so its not a big deal.Please be advised to not leave any valuables in your car, I saw a car with a smashed window and immediately called the front office. They dealt with the situation quickly.Overall, I love it here!

The complex has 3 pools are well kept, the lap pool is definitely a plus. There is also multiple grill areas (must bring your own charcoal), the gym has a nice view of the lakes. Valet trash service makes life so much easier!This complex does not flood. Georgina at the front desk is very helpful.There seem to be an unusually frequent number of repairs, the complex is in such good shape that Im not sure they are needed.

Ive lived at Camden Vanderbilt for about 3 years, we are moving out because we need to be in the Woodlands for my fiances career. Camden Vanderbilts rent and amenities are competitive with similar apartment complexes in this area. Maintenance has always been responsive to issues we reported. The location is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and makes for an easy commute to the med center or downtown.If you are going to live anywhere in the city I would tell you to get wheel locks for your car. I have seen a couple occasions of wheels being stolen - but thats what happens when you live in a city so just invest in wheel locks so that it doesnt happen to you.

I have spent 3 years of my life here and do really enjoy this place. The staff keep the grounds very clean and maintenance fixes all problems I have ever had within 48 hours. The leasing office is very kind and receptive of your opinions and suggestions. Not to mention location, location, location!The only downfall that I see is, unfortunately, is its own residences. There are certain groups of people in our complex that tend to leave their trash everywhere, allow their kids to run rampant at all hours of the night, and pretty much have no consideration whatsoever for any of the Camden rules. The past couple of months however, Camden does seem to be cracking down on this so I have to hand it to them.Overall it is a great place to live, a great location, and all for a price that is much more reasonable than the majority of the high-end apartment complexes in the city of Houston.

The only reason I didnt award Camden Vanderbuilt a 5 star rating is becuase of something that is out of company control, the neighboring apartment complex. Its not a huge deal, but at times (maybe 2x/month) there are noise issues (very loud music/bass coming from cars, car alarms that wont go off for hours etc) late in the evening (1-3am).I realize that, those issues are largly out of managments control, but the issues are still are a part of my experiance living at Camden Vanderbuilt. Otherwise, this complex and managment team has been great.

Superb & friendly staff. Service requests attended with in 24 hrs maximum. A wonderful ambiance prevails in the complex. I felt very comfortable, safe & secure even when you go out for a week . Prompt service rendering committed staff. All basic requirements like Medical clinics, pharmacy(Randalls adjoining ), whole Foods with in 1.5 mile, Gas station with in 1.5 miles and centrally located . Enjoyed my stay here and I will give 10 out of 10 rating for this complex.

Camden Vanderbilt has been our home for two years. We definitely have to say this a lovely place to stay, specially if you are relocating or moving in to houston. It is definitely a very comfortable place with top amenities and great atmosphere. The pool area and beautiful landscape will make you feel in a permanent vacation resort. The staff is always helpful and we always get immediate attention when needed, specially from our great agent Georgina Trevino, who goes above and beyond in order to accomodate us. For those out there who dont know there are a couple of apartments to rent daily in case you have a big party visiting. Prices are very competitive considering the high quality offered. We have to say without a doubt that we look forward to spending another year here.

It has been a little over three years since I moved into Camden Vanderbilt Apartments. Everything about Camden feels like home. The huge green space with two lakes, four waterfalls, gazebos, and grilling areas are beautifully landscaped and inviting. Sidewalks all around the lakes allow for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. My grandkids love coming to my lakes! There are also plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sound of the water, take in the flowers and greenery, or just engage in a little people watching! Camden’s Zumba and Yoga fitness classes are a fun addition to the fully equipped gym provided for residents who relish activities that are a bit more vigorous!Literally steps away, there are restaurants, a large grocery store with Starbucks inside, a book store and mailing facilities, plus other shops youll want to check out for yourself. All this AND located in a very desirable neighborhood at Buffalo Speedway and Holcombe Blvd. in West University.The office staff is wonderful! Friendly and helpful, they find a way to deal with any situation that comes up in a fair and respectful way. The maintenance crew is superb! In my experience, repair requests are completed within 24 hours, occasionally longer if parts need to be ordered or the request is out of the ordinary.Another thing that’s great about Camden Vanderbilt is that I can be as social as I want or I can have as much privacy as I want. There are special parties planned for residents, as well as ongoing interest groups one can join along with other residents, such as movies, art, books, music, dancing, outdoors, and more. On the other hand, if peace and quiet is what you desire, the units are so well soundproofed that, once inside, you might as well be living on a deserted island… because you don’t hear another soul!There are even more good things about Camden Vanderbilt. Just left the leasing office. I’ve never had any issues with them and I think they’re all great up until I had to deal with Seth (first guy on the left). Considering he works in the front office (concierge) and represents the apartment complex, he was extremely condescending and rude. He definitely needs an attitude adjustment and tone down the sass. Customer service should play a key role in his job especially since he faces tenants and potential tenants.

Very nice complex. Wonderful floor plans. So few places have a study. My one complaint is tied to the cable. Every apartment includes a mandatory cable payment for Comcast cable whether the resident wants it or not. This means AT&T only offers barebones service, leaving residents with little choice. Finally, Camden Greenway, which is five minutes away and has the same required cable agreement, includes free HBO but Camden Vanderbilt does not.

I moved to Camden Vanderbilt two weeks ago today and I have to say I am 100% happy. The few hiccups, well hiccups to me because they were easy fixes to my leasing agent Zaynah. :) From the day I signed my lease back in April I believe it was, Zaynah has been AMAZING. Seriously, I can be a little neurotic about things and she never hesitated to always handle me with pleasantries. Everything I needed to happen happened, thanks to her. She still checks on me even after I have moved in. Let me not forget maintenance they have been on point and pleasant as well. If you are looking for a place check this one out and ask for Zaynah!!!!

I moved here this year and am really enjoying it so far. Aside from the unbeatable location, the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
