    Ms.T wqas a great help during our application time. She answered all our questions and was very diligent about following up on us after each step of the process. We have only just begun living here but all seems good. The complex seems relatively quiet and I love how close it is to the freeway for quick access.

    I recently toured this apartment complex with high hopes of making it my new home. While they didn’t have the specific unit I was looking for, I was still thoroughly impressed by many aspects of the property. The beautiful views of the surrounding woods created such a peaceful atmosphere, and the convenience of the location, with easy access to the freeway, was definitely a bonus.What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service I received from Yuliana. She took the time to ensuring I had a complete understanding of my options. She was incredibly patient and went out of her way to explain the leasing process, the amenities, and how each unit differed from one another. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer every question made the entire experience seamless. Yuliana’s professionalism and commitment to helping me find the perfect home were truly above and beyond. I sincerely hope to hear from them soon once the right unit becomes available.

    Shoutout to Deja and Tahiana. They are both incredibly helpful in helping out residents in the best way possible. The application process was a breeze to go through and they explain any questions. Whether it’s through email or in person they are quick to offer solutions that accommodate any circumstances one may have. Apart from that, the complex in itself is a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

    Since I walked into the office, Ms. T (Tahiana Sargenton) has been nothing but exceptional throughout the entire process. Answered every question for me, kept me informed and updated without me having to call and check in everyday. Anytime I had a question about something, she had an answer. She made sure the unit was perfect and prepared for me on move-in day and has even been available to address any questions or concerns since moving in. I’m happy to call this place home and glad you have someone like Ms. T working here.

    I lived in the Woods for three years. It wasn’t a bad experience. I had a few issues with the manager not responding to my emails but the issue was always handled. The office staff is very professional.

    To whom it may concern.Yes I Kevin D.Johnson used to live in the woods apartments 11 years ago and everything was nice and clean and right on point. I had to move because of my job situation I like to live closer to my job now that I have a new job in Duncanville the woods apartments would be for me 15 minutes away from my job. yes I would love to come back home. The staff is so so respectable if something break they come and fix it right away. I really love it because they have detached and attached garage so your vehicle will be safe it is so beautiful and so clean in that community Im looking forward into coming back home next year in june 2024 thank you guys so much. I have some stuff on my credit report that denied me from moving over there but I am working on it as we speak because I am determined to move back in the woods of five Mile Creek I just love it over there the best apartments I seen in oak Cliff I love their staff nice friendly and professional I feel so safe over there I love there gated community see you guys June 15th 2024

    Just a updated. Recently renewed my lease and I still absolutely love this property! It has such great amenities, but the staff is amazing! They are super helpful and always answer all the questions I have. Work orders are done swiftly and care. I recommend living here.These apartments are by far the best in the area, theyre maintained incredibly well and have wonderful interior features & mirrored walls giving it a spacious feel. The maintenance staff are all exceptional every work order Ive ever had has been handled in a very timely manner....Landscaping looks fantastic, the gym is always clean & maintained and overlooks the gorgeous pool & spa. The office staff are incredibly helpful & friendly, I absolutely LOVE this property!

    This is an amazing Property to live in. I’ve been here (going on my 3rd year) and I love these Apartments. Safe place to live, quietly, peacefully and plus the Management is amazing (shout out to Lavita and Yuliana and their staff!!! They really know how to take care of their residents. Also maintenance team is incredibly amazing, any maintenance repairs needed are done right away. Couldn’t ask more that an amazing community property!! Yes I recommend making The Woods of Five Mile your future home!!! 😊👍💯❤️

    Mrs T and the staff were so amazing with the move in process they were very patient and made sure everything worked out and they kept in touch the whole time. I’m being serious when I say amazing I would highly suggest moving in here

    Happy place with clean and very nice residents for families to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and dwelling architecture is wonderful! All visitors ask about rent costs and how they would love to live here soon! There is a awesome park nearby for mountain biking and getting back to nature! Recommend visit very highly to relax and breath in mother earths love for her children with gifts of her all knowing waiting to be given to the seeker of all truth that is unfolding in our destiny of the Golden Era now!!!🧘🙌

    The Woods at 5 Mile Creek is my current place of apartment living. The years Ive stayed here have been non stress, quiet times, resident friendly, and I am glad to reside here. The residence staff members, do a great job in making sure that their residents are happy. I am so thankful for all their hard work and I truly hope this continues since we have a new manager and asst. manager aboard. I would definitely recommend The Woods of 5 Miles to my friends and family members. I appreciate the opportunity for allowing me to reside here. I hope this place will continue to be an awesome place to live.

    The complex is kept clean by maintenance and the landscaping crew. Trash occasionally builds up in front of the community dumpster on the weekends but it is cleaned up by Monday when maintenance gets back. Maintenance requests are always fixed within the next business day. We have not had an emergency maintenance request since we moved in about 6 months ago, so Id say our unit stays in great shape. Rarely do I hear excessive noise from neighbors, the community overall stays very quiet. Little to no crime that Ive observed since being here, I would say that I feel very safe here.

    I have been in my new home at The Woods for almost 3 weeks, and I must say I have had the best experience thus far. Elena has been the best and such a great help with my transition. She has been very inviting and has met all my expectations and more. The staff here are the best. I definitely would recommend these apartments to others and would send them right to Elena!

LaToya has called me throughout a 6 month period to just say hello and checking on me.The apartment I’m waiting on has no openings anytime soon and I am willing to wait.I’m looking forward to when the opportunity comes up and myself and my family to call this area, home ☺️

    I am not a resident yet but hope my son will be soon. I just wanted to say that I went to the website and enter our information for a call back and LaToya called us back within 30 minutes! I cannot tell you how may communities we have sent emails to and left messages and have NEVER received a response back. If todays experience is any type of indicator of the type of customer service focused management they have here at The Woods, then I am looking forward to my son living here and my visiting often!!

    I have been living on this property for about 3 years now, and by far this is the best property ive stayed at so far. Everyone in the office is polite, ad eager to help. The Maintenance Staff always complete work orders (if any) in a timely manner most of the time the same day depending what time the request is put in. This a very quite property day/night. The ground is always up-kept.. Big plus is the location! Its alot of grocery store and department stores near. Love this place i would def recommend

    Excellent communication! Maintenance actually fix things in a timely manner. Great customer service all the way around from management to maintenance! Ms. Latoya is awesome and took care of all our needs and follow up as well.

    The buildings have few units, so the community is small. Thats always a plus. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance will address issues when needed. Theres a trash concierge service which is an awesome plus.

    Just moved here coming off a deployment. Leasinf consultant was more than helpful with readjusting dates and times as far as my return. Only thing I was told I would have a garage close to my resident or near by and that didn’t happen. Not sure if I’d be able to move garages but I don’t think so. I don’t use it but I’m paying for it.

    Honestly, this complex has been a breath of fresh air, I have been looking for an apartment and was searching the whole of Dallas. Just when I was about to give up I came to this property, Ms. Latoya greeted me answered any questions that I had even went above and beyond when i ask to see the apartment twice before commiting In cant wait ! Its going to be an amazing experience I would definately recommend this place if i could 10 stars i would!
