    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10I WOULD!!!!!!!I can’t say enough great things about Lindsey at Villas at the Palms!From the very beginning, she was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful in my transition from Miami to Baytown, Texas. Moving was very stressful, but Lindsey made the process smooth and reassuring.She went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and welcomed in my new home.To top it all off, on our very first day, she even bought us pizza! Her kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the residents, Lindsey is the person to go to!

    I have lived here for 7 years in many different units and this management team has always done right by me and always helped me with whatever I need whenever. The maintenance man will show up and fix whatever needs fixing at a moments notice and they are always very good at updating you on whats going on within the complex. Couldnt have had a better experience living in an apartment than living here .

    Don’t regret moving here. My experience here has been good so far. Quite property. That’s a plus’s for me. Affordable rent and the manager is on top of maintenance issues. Lindsey is a very kind manager and will go to the extent to make her residents comfortable and happy.

    I lived here back in 2016-2017 it was a great place to live, quite and clean. 2024 still a great place to live the managers Tory and Lauren get things done, from making sure the work orders are complete, to insuring youre comfortable and satisfied with your Apt. Appliances and ceiling fans are all updated, has washer and dryer hookups as well, I dont give reviews since Im not easily impressed but I can honestly say I am impressed by the property up keep after all these years. Not so true about other properties, kudos to the owners and management.

    If your looking for a great community to live in come on down to the villasatthepalms. This is a great place for living. For pets, familys, & friends. There very affordable and the management is very awesome here. Also the management has very communication skills and will work with your reason doing.. this Is good environment to open your front door n smells the fresh air of the villas 🌴 give it a try you wont regret!

    My family and I just moved here a couple of weeks ago and so far we dont regreat it at all! The Lady’s at the office are THE BEST! We received a Free Dinner from them on our first week, and I absolutely LOVE the attention they give to the community and how welcome they made us feel 🥰 10/10!

    Ive lived here for about 2 months now and I have to say that this place is 10 times better than my last apartment. The office lady Bianca is really proactive and is always concerned with any issues I may have in my apartment. I havent had any serious maintenance issues. Bianca and Tori have made sure maintenance fixed any minor issues within the same day. The staff is very friendly as well. Im definitely glad I made the move and chose these apartments.

    Clean apartments, responsive maintenance, and Kim, the property manager, is great, she went out of her way to make sure we had a place to call home when we needed it. Also really love how this complex charges for utilities, you don’t have to sign up for individual accounts, your power, water, and gas are charged to the complex and then added to your rent.ETA: we are moving soon and we will be so sorry to leave such an excellent management and maintenance team. Although Kim is no longer here, here replacement, Bianca, is awesome, as are Tory and June who have been here a long while. Maintenance is competent and knows when they need to call for extra help, such as when we had a minor electrical issue earlier this summer. I have never dealt with such a responsive and competent management team. Are the apartments super glam? Nah, but they are affordable, the square footage is great, and as previously stated, you could not ask for a more responsive and competent property manager.

    Very comfortable and safe place to live, 6 months into my 12 month lease Ive had no maintenance problem or issues with any neighbors or staff. Its very quiet an well kept. Im glad I chose this apt for me and my son..I will be looking forward to renewing my lease and if your looking for a nice clean apartment complex in Baytown I recommend this one. Rosie has been more than helpful accommodating everything for me be sure to ask for her if youre looking to lease with them.

    Bianca is a God send. She made the impossible possible! I got relocated for my job and needed a safe, nice environment for my daughter and myself to live....and in a hurry. Bianca made it happen. The apartment is so spacious and clean and I met my neighbors the very first day. Everyone is so nice and I highly recommend these apartments. It’s also so close to everything! I love it here! Home sweet home at last.

    It was my first time moving into an apartment like this. I was very nervous and took me about two days of searching and reading reviews. I’m blessed for coming here when looking for a place to stay. Bianca helped me soo much. She was very friendly, welcoming, organized and sufficient. The process was fast and she was on top of everything. She made me feel welcomed and safe to make the decision to stay here. I really love the environment and how calm is in here. I really recommend this place.

    Bianca is amazing! She is very passionate when it comes to her job! Once you walk in the leasing office and she speaks you automatically feel her energy! My kids babysitter lives here and I feel so safe with my kids Being there. It’s gated, it’s quiet and the playground is awesome! It’s a great friendly community! Yes, I RECOMMEND!!

    I just moved in this month. Despite the current pandemic the leasing agent, Bianca was able to process my application quickly and was very understanding towards my specific request. She is friendly and very knowledgeable of all her residence. This complex is the best I have lived in. The property is well maintained-exterior and interior. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly . I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a family oriented complex.

    I moved in last February, a year ago. The apartment is a great value. The staff are friendly and helpful! Tori and June are always available and have wonderful sense of humor and always try to find solutions! They both are very attentive and truly listen. Anytime I need a repair, friendly maintenance man comes out almost immediately and fixes the problem in a timely manner. The residents are friendly and always willing to help out.

    I moved in here November 2010 and I love it. This is my first ever apartment on my own and I am loving it. The owners are so awesome and the property manager, Tory Jenkins is the best manager around. She listens to you and your needs and is right on top of everything. Its the kindness and big heart she Jason running the show here is why I stay.

    I have several friends that live in these apartments. Every time I visit I feel comfortable knowing that my car and me and my children are safe since it is a gated community. When I walk by the front office I love talking with Bianca she is so friendly and welcoming which makes me feel like I am home! I always see maintenance men on site getting things done I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Baytown area!

    If you are looking for a place to live I definitely recommend! Rosie the leasing manager is very professional and willing to help with an concerns or questions you have! She really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience! Toured the property , applied and got accepted very quickly! Just moved in this week and we love it! Definitely feel at home in this complex.

    Bianca and the other staff are absolutely amazing!! After having to make an unexpected move to Baytown, they were able to work with my partner and I to move in immediately. The apartments are well taken care of and very peaceful. Also, there is plenty of parking so you never have to worry about finding a parking spot close to your apartment!!

    Im a very skeptical person so Ill start with that.. I needed a place to move into in a hurry I tried other places and I feel like everything was such a mess until I spoke to Bianca and June. They assisted me with whatever I needed info on and were reluctant to help with whatever I needed. Bianca even went as far as trying to put me into a unit while another one was getting ready. Ive never seen landlords go so far above and beyond. They have contests and rewards just for being tenants. Overall.. my skeptical nature was put to ease and Im loving my new apt. Thanks again so much for everything you ladies do. ❤️

    I have lived at Villas for many years and I absolutely love it! Office staff is very nice & take good care of their tenants. The new playground is such a good addition for the kiddos. Apartments are upgraded and downstairs apartments have washer/dryer hookups. It’s also gated which is a super plus!! If I could give more stars...I would. ??????????

    After touring many apartment complexes, I finally found the perfect fit.The property is clean and well maintained.The units are also very clean, and a great value.Rosie (the manager) is hospitable, professional, and helpful.     Great great place to live! The office manager Tory is the best most caring & loving person ever I’ve known her for years & im telling you any issues go to her and she’s got you! Also maintenance has never been an issue here for me. When you call in an order they’re there the same or next day! Also villas at the palms offers washer & dryer in the newly renovated apartments on 1st floor. & they also have laundry rooms on site! As well as a playground for kids & grills Incase you want to enjoy your weekend cooking out! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home!

    I inquired about openings here at The Villas and bargained more than what I could ask for. I called around the area to gather information about upcoming leases and while they answered all my questions, none of them really exceeded my expectations. That was until I called The Villas and spoke to the Property Manager, Bianca. Bianca provided stellar service! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during our conversation. She ensured all of my needs were met. I commend that staff at The Villas for providing exemplary service to potential tenants.

    Bianca took her time and made sure that I had the answers I needed as far as understanding the pricing and charges for the apartments. She was very genuine and made everything very clear. By her being empathetic to my needs as well as all my questions, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this.

    Everything so far has been amazing , when we first saw the apartment there were things that needed to be done but when we moved in 4 days later , they difference was very impressive . They promised that they would update the apartment and they fulfilled their end . Bianca has gone out of her way to make us feel at home , and if anyone is worried about safety don’t , I work 24/7 and haven’t seen anything that would even make me question the apartments .

    Love it here it’s peaceful and my dog Bella loves it she loves walking all around. No issues at all if theirs something wrong maintenance comes fast to fix it they don’t delay on it. It’s nice to live somewhere where you know you can count on management too Rosie has been a lot of help any questions or concerns we have she answers them in a timely manner she’s very friendly. I’m glad we moved here.

    Me and my family have lived here since November 2015. We have lived in 4 different units and have enjoyed every one. We have always had good neighbors and we love the management. I always say I won’t live anywhere in Baytown but the Villas. Tori and Beyoka are great managers. If we ever have an issue it is resolved within a business day. It is a quiet community as well. Safe for your kiddos to play and pet friendly. As I have a pet elephant. Lol just kidding about the elephant. We have a lot of fun here. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a nice place to live come join us. You can even be my neighbor as long as you like Alabama football. ROLL TIDE.

    I’ve been living in The Villas at the Palms for 2 years, and the landlord and owners are very hands on. They respect you as a tenants. Are very understanding. Helpful in many ways. They always make sure you’re comfortable and everything is suitable for you and your family. As long as I’ve been here there has always been holiday activities for the children to participate in. And since I’ve been here I’ve noticed that they go over beyond each school year to make sure each child has a backpack and few school supplies to start them off. If we ever need anything Tory and Shawn are always there to meet are needs. I just want to say thank you to the community of The Villas of the Palms.

    Villas at the Palms are an amazing place to call home!! I left my prior apartments due to the negligent staffing. Bianca is the COMPLETE opposite!!!!!! She makes sure all my work orders are done in a timely manner. She loves what she does and it shows!!!!

    So far so good I was in a tight spot and the caring and friendly office manager mrs Kim was a game changer and life saver!! I feel comfortable here and for the most part it’s quiet and convenient close to family and essential places I have to govern.     Words can not express how I feel in this place😊 My daughter and I have had it rough for the past year. ..Now thats all gone.. we finally have a place to call home and actually hate leaving my unit to go to work lol but once I return oh how happy I am when I turn the key and step in....the neighbors mind their own business but are quiet and friendly. I often daydream about all the furniture and how Im gonna decorate this place...this is gonna be fun😘😘

    Small community, the maintenance comes when you call them no later than a day or same day if they are not backed up. Kim and Tori are nothing short of amazing, understanding, and work with you to the fullest extent possible. They hold my packages in the office for me and keep me posted. Coming from the big city to here was worth it
