    The manager Karen was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She seems to really care about the community and tenants. My mother really liked the apartment and hopes to move in soon. We have heard nothing but good things about this place from a friend who lives here and so far I agree.

    So far I have enjoyed living here. Miss Karen is a wonderful lady who works hard at making sure everyone is happy and I appreciate everything she has done for me. John is a great maintenance man and has helped with any issues I have had.The apartments are set up nicely, contractors didn’t do so well with painting and building, but otherwise they are pretty nice.I have met some wonderful neighbors, and it makes staying here more comfortable. It’s pretty quiet for the most part, which is really nice.

    I Love My New Place!!! The Appliances are Absolutely Beautiful As Well As The Fixtures & Ceiling Fans. So Peaceful and Quite. The Office Staff Is Very Nice & Addresses Any Problem You Have In A Timely Manner. Grounds Are Kept Neatly!!! You Wont Regret Making Villas At Pine Grove Your Next Home. Theres A Pool & Dog Park Also.
