    I absolutely loved my experience. Total turn around was 48 hours . Ms .Tiffany AMAZING. Through the entire process she gave me step by step instructions. I applied on a Saturday morning. She called me first thing Monday with an update. Move in took about 10 minutes. Refreshing experience of outstanding customer service.

    If youre looking for a reasonably priced, quite, family friendly community RUN DONT WALK straight to the office of Tiffany (leasing agent). Shes very professional yet down to earth, answered every question, even some without being asked. Her work ethic definitely shows working past office hours to help get your application processed. And helping you find the best unit thats fits your familys needs and your budget. The process took 3 days with one being her day off. The unit itself is amazing with more than enough storage and did I mention the soaker tubs but she was indeed what sealed the deal. She had no problem with viewing multiple units some more than once just to make sure you are comfortable with making the best decision. Wish I wouldve found this hidden gem sooner.

    Lived here a total of 2 years now. Theres good and bad everywhere and this area & complex is no different. However, its a pretty good place to call home. Lots of lush greenery, happy kids playing every evening & not many late pool parties (has happened twice in 2 years I live near pool and it was always quiet by midnight. The parties were both on a holiday weekend. No big deal) Valet trash is super reliable. They have a small dog park, nothing fancy but it definitely helps a lot on a busy day. Theyve been making a huge effort this year to have regular food trucks & events. Theres a great walking path right next door around a bayou. During hurricane Beryl a large tree came down on the carport from a neighbors house and I heard from another resident the maintenance guys were out DURING the storm tracking down residents to move their vehicles away from the tree areas. It was an intense & scary storm & the eye came directly over us so I was extremely surprised they did this for us. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond and always pleasant to deal with. I have had repetitive AC issues both summers though and it has been tough to deal with. But I did notice a huge number of new units around the complex so I think the complexs AC units have just run their course like normal. The place is kept really clean. People seem really happy around the community. I have not noticed any lewd behavior even taking my dog out after 10pm.The only improvements Id ask for would be ability to reach office staff during office hours without having to be in person & an ability to schedule when maintenance comes by.

    My visit to The Villages of Briar Forest was great. Tiffany was very detailed about the apartment and was able to answer any additional information I had regarding being a future tenant. She was very friendly and really welcoming during a busy Saturday.It only lost a star because it didn’t have certain things i was looking for example like a well rounded gym and not being able to have the bedroom in interest available to show.

    All of the staff are so helpful, friendly and communicative! Tiffany in the leasing office is always there without a beat to get any of my questions answered or problems resolved. Most leasing offices are impossible to get a hold of. I know I can reach Tiffany with the drop of a hat.the community is beautiful and the renovated units are stunning not to mention the prices are great!! 10/10 would recommend!

    I moved here all the way from NC in May and Karina made this process SO easy for me! She’s so nice and you can tell she genuinely cares. All of the leasing staff are very responsive and quick to get back to you.The maintenance team also is AMAZING. Coming from an apartment in NC where it took AT LEAST 3 days for them to come out and fix something.. I wasn’t expecting much at this apartment but they were SUPER quick and the emergency maintenance also 100% works. I blew my breaker box at midnight one night and someone from maintenance came out within 10 mins and had it fixed within 3 mins.The location of this apartment is off of a busy road but this whole strip is nothing but residential and a school across the street so it’s VERY quiet. So quiet that if you don’t have your tv on when you go to sleep it’s almost TOO quiet (which I absolutely love)! You can tell off rip this is a family oriented complex with lots of children so it gives a safe feeling and atmosphere.For a new resident of Texas, I’m so happy I found this apartment complex as my very first in the area!

    This is a updated review. Not sure if I should have left the old comment :-). I just want say they have a new manager and she was awesome. After complaining about being sent to collection for a bill I did not owe, I emailed her and she promptly addressed it. She called who ever she had to and got it sorted for me. This was a new manager and I really do not remember her name, but I hope she is still there.

    The staff at the Villages of Briar Forest is outstanding. I relocated to Texas from Mississippi. The transition was very smooth.     I’ve had the pleasure of having my maintenance issues resolved in a timely and professional manner by Tiffany. I had a couple of maintenance issues which required some repairs that needed to be done. Tiffany, has bent over backwards to make sure the work was done in a timely manner. She even gave me a status update on a Sunday😉. Tiffany’s maintenance team responds to my repair orders quickly, and their quality of work is amazing. They even clean up after their work is complete. I want to say thank you Tiffany for your diligence, and for making my stay at the Villages of Briar Forest “pleasurable”😎

    Touring and Move in was perfect Ms. Mary and Ms. Theresa where so helpful when it came to this. Its been great so far. The only things that are negatives is everything in the gym is always out of order which sucks since it was kind of a highlight to the complex, and parking sucks their was a previous review that says after 6pm their is no parking and that is true. Other than that the complex is nice and the ladies in the office are great.

    Where do I begin!I’ve been living here For a Couple of months and it has been absolutely amazing. For starters on my initial tour of the apartment complex Melanie Case was absolutely amazing. I thought maybe because I was a new possible tenant she was just trying to win me over but after living here for a couple of months and she is so consistent with her generosity and her kindness and her professionalism. If ever I had any questions Melanie would make sure she got to the bottom of it in a timely manner. The complex is always well kept and the staff welcoming and professional! Amazing place to live!!!!

    We have been living here for a long time. Its zoned to some of the best schools, has tons of restaurants and right in the Energy Corridor. Over the years we had opportunity to interact with many of the office staff and maintenance staff. Its a tough job to manage such a big apartment community but the staff does a great job. They are friendly and always want to create a sense of community and belonging. All our urgent issues have always been resolved promptly. They prioritize the issues and address the tickets. I love their online ticketing system and all their community events (breakfast, movie nights, festival celebration and others). Keep up the good work!

    I have lived here for roughly a year. It is in a great lacation, close to schools and the interstate. The community is very quiet and most of the neighbors are pleasant but thats not relevant to the complex. The staff have always been super amazing to me and always able to help when I have an issue that needs to be addressed. The apartments are spacious and affordable especially because of its location. Better yet we stayed dry during ALL of Harvey which Im extremely thankful for. Do your due diligence and visit what could be your next home.

    Our experience mainly focused on the customer service side of it. I and my wife with our two kids visited Villages of Briar Forest on my 31,2018 around 3:00 pm with outsude temperatures 98 degrees Fahrenheit. Mrs. Melanie was our leasing agent.We asked her if a two bedroom and two bathrooms available.Mrs. Melanie. showed a great customer service reflection with an excellent willingness for fulfilling our request.She was highly details oriented on explaining all the amenities and servicesavailable. We havent experienced such a fantastic professional customer serviceexperience for a long time. Her genuine,and sincere desire to walk us through the apartment unit made us feel at home.     This is indeed a village like experience. Surrounded with lot of trees and good place for a kid to grow up. Apartments are spacious and recently painted exterior. Maintenance staff has become more responsive recently and I appreciate that. Leasing office staff is friendly and caring. Lot of places to shop and dine nearby. Main attraction to this location is the nearby Bush elementary school. I guess most of the tenants living here are Bush families. If you have kids they will have lot of play buddies at the play area. We have been living here close to 3 years at the time of this writing and so far we are enjoying here. Only downside is the lack of guest parking. Parking is very limited and guests are not supposed to park inside the gates. There are limited number of parking spaces outside the gates and they get filled quickly. So your guests may have to park somewhere else.

    The staff has been outstanding and beyond accommodating to my family after we moved here from Hurricane Harvey. They went out of their way to make sure our unit was move-in ready and took personal responsibility for helping getting us moved in, online, and up-and-running. It feels like a true community and I am so happy to be a member of it.Michelle at the front desk is outstanding and extremely pro-active, something I always appreciate. The management team also goes above and beyond even when it comes to the tiniest of requests.I have truly enjoyed my time here and although it is temporary, I will not forget the incredible amount of peace, comfort and safety this community brought me after the storm.

    These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.     Mary has done a great job with aiding me during my stay here.     Hi I recently moved to The Villages of Briar Forest Apartment Home and I’m very happy and comfortable here. The community is GREAT! We have a park for the kids to play, a doggie park, 24hour gym that is very nice and well kept, and let’s not forget the spa that’s always very clean.These apartment homes are close to the grocery stores, and a couple of really nice shopping centers as well as highway 6 and highway I10. I couldn’t have pick a better new home than The Villages Of Briar Forest I am sohappy and at peace with my new home.I would like to thank the awesome staff at The Villages of Briar Forest for all the help and kind words every time I enter the office. Thanks To God For My New Home!

    I just love Adrian!!! If I could give a million stars then I would. I was looking for and apartment and came across these. I came in stressed and just tired. After talking to him for 20 minutes I knew I had to move in there. I applied for the apartment and when Adrian called me and told me I was approved (I started praising GOD) Lol put so true. He was a god sent and his personality is amazing. You guys definitely have a Jewel in this young man. The entire staff was super sweet .Thank you guys!

    My experience so far has been Great. I would give it 5 stars if I could have been better walked through the leasing process.. Ive never done it before. I had many questions but didnt know how to express my thoughts when I had them on the line. They never bothered to ask prompting questions I may have had. Which is cool, I honestly didnt expect them to. If they had, they would have been going above and beyond my expectations. I have never done it, I wish I couldve been walked through the process. Anyone who takes the time to help someone who is nervous about your processes... Wouldve gotten an A +. This is still a positive review. The apartment itself.. is nice. Its in a nice area.     After 4 1/2 years, I still love this place. The staff is great. Rachel, Michelle, and Melanie are the best. The maintenance staff are very prompt with getting things done as well. Plus, I have great neighbors.

    I’m a new resident of Villages Of Briar Forest and I can truly say I’ve found a place called home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I appreciate the prompt responses to emails when i have a question, and the property is beautiful not only on the outside but inside is gorgeous as well. They are currently going under some renovations and I gotta tell ya I can’t WAIT to see the unveiling of the new features of Villages Of Briar Forest.

    MelloThey didnt have any units available for what I was looking for. However, Melanie was amazing. Even though they had no 3 bedrooms at the time she located and called different apartment homes in the area and referred me to another property. She went above and beyond the call of duty and she didnt have to. Thanks Melanie!!!

    I’ve lived here for 2 years & enjoy it!! The maintenance request are answered quickly usually 24 hrs or sometimes same day depending on how early you get it in! The ladies in the front office are always pleasant! Thank you all for a wonderful living experience!

    I just moved here and I know it’s kind of soon to speak on this property but application process was very smooth, got approved in that same week and moved in ASAP. Very quiet place plus my apartment is renovated so it’s brand new nice grey and white theme which I really like. Overall, I recommend this place and hope I’ll feel the same through out the whole year.

    I Love The staff and the property, I been here for about 5 months nothing but an excellent stay. When I call the office or put in a request Ive never had to wait. The staff are very understanding individuals. I cant complain I Love it Here
