    These are nice apartments in a calm area. The staff and maintenance team is awesome.The gym is nice and it’s enough for most, but you gotta be real creative with workouts, it could use back equipment and heavier weights.I like that you can register cars permanently, and visitors two days in a row. But multiple people including a friend had their car towed on night one. Our apartment had NO signal yet so we couldn’t register our cars until we got WiFi the next day.A better idea would be a warning, or maybe even a ticket sent by the complex. If unpaid or still unregistered then tow them. Towing should be the last step, it absolutely ruins people’s days.If they had an enclosed dog area for my dog to be off leash this place would be amazing.My next place will most likely be an apartment with a dog park, but Crown Ridge is Great!

    My wife and I have been living here for 2 years, and we absolutely love living here. It has been by far the best apartment we have lived in. The staff is very responsive of any of our requests and are always professional and courteous. Amenities are clean and well-maintained. From the office staff, maintenance, and grounds keepers-we are very satisfied. Our next move will be into a home, but we will always have fond memories of The View. Thank you!

    For the most part, the customer service at this property was good as far as maintenance and community events. Downsides are the pests that I noticed the first day I moved in and no matter how much you spray the apartment, they keep coming back. Also they will tow cars with no warning because it’s not registered, which I don’t think is right because the fees are expensive and things happen where you may forget to register a guest. Unhappy tenants can be avoided by just simply providing a warning first for towing.

    Relocating to San Antonio has been an effortless experience because all the staff at the view at crownridge have made it so easy for my son and I. Anna has been our go to person and everything is always taken care of without any issues, thank you for being amazing!

    Been here for a couple of years now & am so happy to see how things are going! The new staff in the office is amazing, always ready to help when i visit the office. Maintenance continues to be top of the line with their awesome skills! My apartment has the best views of the fireworks from six flags too! Far enough to see them but not hear them which is a huge perk for my family. Parking isnt an issue, just remember to register guest vehicles.

    Living at The View has been great! The NEW staff is friendly and professional, and my apartment was perfect at move in! The complex is well-kept with nice amenities like the pool and gym(please add a stair master). The location is convenient with easy access to the city. If you are an avid hiker you may also be interested to know there are tons of natural trails to explore in the area. I highly recommend The View at Crown Ridge for a comfortable living experience!

    Moved here early July and plan on releasing when given chance. The location is great and so is everything included with the apartment. The front office and maintenance team are very quick and efficient when you have any questions or need any repairs done. I do feel some appliances are a little older but when considering the price I think its completely justified. Would recommend leasing here.

    Love it here! The office manager Josie and team are very customer service oriented and really great! Very timely maintenance requests. I haven’t had any issues since living at the complex. Walls are thin, but hey that’s the price of apartment living.

    I recently moved to The View and I have loved it! Patricia made the process so easy and was very willing to work with me when I had questions prior to moving in. The maintenance is also very helpful and has completed all of my requests within a timely manner. The pool is by far my favorite part about the complex. Super family friendly! I was worried about noise due to living close to UTSA but I have not had any issues thus far.

    The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. I’ve had several work orders I submitted and the fellas who perform the work addressed these issues very quickly and professionally. The ladies in the office are great. They make sure their residents are taken care of and the events they set up are just another bonus. The move in process was extremely smooth and handle in just a couple hours. The first unit I was to move in I didn’t like the set up. They were very understanding and put me in a Penthouse with more of an open feel. My kids love them as well. The staff will bake fresh cookies for them when we go to the pool. Pool area is on point. Highly recommended. Great place to be while I build our home. Thank you

    My review is regarding the leasing manager Josie. If you choose to stay at this property, Josie has consistently displayed exceptional customer service. She is prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. There has not been a request that she hasn’t been able to address thoroughly. I sincerely appreciate her hard work and service at this complex. The property management team should continue to hold on to her for dear life!

    The view at Crown Ridge was my first experience with apartment living. From start to finish I was very impressed with the staff and the facility. I live there for approximately two years. The entire time the staff was responsive, professional, and extremely accommodating in every interaction.The only negative was the fact that the clubhouse recently began closing during off hours and not allow access to the coffee machine (which was a major selling point for me ;-)). However it was understandable, since the weekend and overnight parties would leave the clubhouse pretty trashed. Unfortunate but understandable.I found my experience at the view at Crown Ridge extremely comfortable. And I was quite sad to leave. I particularly like to mention Josie Vela and Stephanie Fernandez were always pleasant, super responsive, and accommodating to our needs as residents.If there is ever a need for me in the future to rent, I’m coming right back :-)Thanks for everything ladiesEldridge

    I loved living here! The leasing staff is great. Stephanie leased me my apartment and she was very thorough with every detail about the community. Maintenance made sure to respond to my requests within 48 hrs. Location is beautiful with one of the best views!

    Ive had a very good experience with The View! I love the area and I have felt very safe living here. The maintenance staff is great and gets things done very quickly. The pool and clubhouse are awesome and I really liked the apartment I lived in. The 2-bedrooms are very spacious. Very glad I chose to live here!

    Place looks nice and is very friendly. So far everyone minds their own, and are pretty friendly and nice. I have had great experiences so far and I plan on staying here for awhile. Great first timer apartments for sure.

    My husband and i lived here for one year and we would most definitely live there again! the staff were so nice, always helpful and maintenance always took care of any problem we had. yes the walls are a little thin but if there was any issues with parties or noise complaints, we were able to contact the police and they took care of the situation promptly. the facilities were beautiful and always able to be used. if my husband and i were ever looking for an apartment, we would come back to the view at crown ridge.

    My experience at The View has been fantastic. I toured numerous apartment communities in the area, and Kayla had me sold on this one with her tour. She was kind and really seemed to enjoy her job. Getting to see the exact apartment I was moving into was important, and they were able to move me into it the next business day. Paperwork was a breeze and the process was explained to me clearly and patiently when I had questions. I had a few maintenance requests to be filled in the first week and Angie was super helpful and very prompt in getting it done for me. Both Kayla and Angie have been really friendly and awesome to talk to whenever I see them around.The layout of the apartment is great, all of the rooms are updated, and the appliances are very nice (the washer/dryer and dishwasher are HUGE). The complex is quiet. I have neighbors to the side of me and above me and I never hear anything. Im super comfortable here and it is always nice to get home after a long day.Just to push back on the negative reviews. We live in Texas, were in the Hill Country with a beautiful view, there are bugs here... and a $5 pest fee is the cheapest Ive ever paid. With that said, I havent seen one yet which is pretty impressive. A $30 fee for valet trash is also a steal compared to many apartment communities, especially considering trash and recycling is picked up 7 days a week outside your front door. Rent is posted online and it is super easy to make a payment in advance from your cellphone.

    I’ve been here for two years now and absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, the property is extremely clean and of course the pool is one of the best in SA. What I appreciate about this community is that everyone is respectful of each other. The staff will sometimes provide breakfast and snacks just because. We also have yummy food trucks from time to time and I love that they take recommendations. The staff really cares about their residents. Anytime I have a concern the office and maintenance staff are quick to address the issue. I have zero complaints and I’m looking forward to renewing my 3rd year. If you’re reading this and don’t have a referral tell them I sent you, jk jk 😂😂😂💕.

    The view from my patio is Amazing! We live on the 4th floor but theres an elevator so thats a plus. Theres been a new change in management recently and she seems nice. We have valet service 7 days a week although like most other communities, they miss pick up occasionally. Overall Ive enjoyed my time here so far.

    I moved from out of state so I had to do everything online, which was a pretty terrifying experience. Angie was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process and I honestly couldn’t be more thankful! When I finally arrived in Texas, the apartment was everything I could have hoped for and the rest of the staff has been nothing but helpful to me! My two dogs and I LOVE our new home here! Thank you to all of the employees that made this the easiest part of moving!!

    We have been living here for a year now and have had very little issues as some other tenets have described. Angie and the office staff have always been friendly and quick to resolve any maintenance issues (the few we had) in a quick manner. Always professional and courteous. Ive had other issues in other complexes but the View at Crownridge is worth the money, dont believe everything you read on the internet. This review was not coerced or written with the promise of a gift either.

    Great apartments. Everything is new including the appliances. Management is super friendly. And if something is wrong inside the apartment you put in a work order and they are there within 30 minutes. No matter how big or small. It is difficult to get food delivered a lot just cause its so new. The gps has quite worked out the right coordinates for it so most times you end up having to explain to people coming over where it is rather than them just showing up. They have trashcans and doggy poop bags posted all over to keep the place clean as well.
