    Just moved out recently.. If you’re looking for a place that’s close to campus that is steps away from a park that hosts concerts, fireworks and other outdoor activities then this place is a great place to live. The property backs up into Wolf Pen Creek Park where all the activities are located. There’s a bus stop in front of the property that’ll take you to campus. The office staff is very helpful if you just let them know what’s going on. They’re constantly doing social media stuff on Instagram for giveaways etc. It’s also very affordable given the cost of living in CStat.. give them a look if you’re looking for a place to call home for the semester!

    So far everything has been amazing! I have not seen my apartment yet but when it comes to customer service and availability they have been awesome!! I have struggled getting people to return my emails and phone calls for a week. I am moving for my job and I need to move like yesterday. It has been so stressful but Siri and Mohammed made everything super easy! I applied and signed my lease all within the same day! Every time I called someone actually answered the phone and was knowledgeable about their leasing services. If the apartment matches the customer service I will be in a great place. Will post another review after moving in this weekend.

    I’d say for the price the apartment is good enough, however maintenance requests often delayed and needs serious improvement. That being said the leasing office staff are very helpful and friendly, specially want to mention Mohammed for always going the extra mile to address any issues.

    A few months ago I went in for a tour and the building and staff was on point! Very clean and maintained. The area was very nice and looked super homey! Mohammad gave me the tour that day and he was very professional and kind by all means.The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rent can be very affordable for student living. Its in a great location with easy access to Texas A&M with a shuttle route. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live!

    I have enjoyed living here for over four years. You cannot bet the great price and location. I love feeling like I live in the park, I can go running, rucking, and attend park event without having to drive anywhere. The staff here is amazing, they are always happy to help and will do their best to make sure everything is good.

    Move in day was amazing the office people made it super easy. My keys were givin to me in a timely matter and they had snacks and drinks waiting for me at the door. My AC wasn’t working but maintenance showed up in less than an hr just like the other reviews say “Maintenance shows up and is on top of things.”

    After signing my lease I was having second thoughts of moving in due to the reviews. Glad I decided to move in. Shortly after my move in they got a new manager “Tira” she is amazing and Im loving it so far. The rent is very affordable. Its in a great location with easy access to Texas A&M shuttle route and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is clean and well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live!

    People mind their business and it’s very peaceful. I thought it would be crowded since it is a big complex but there is tons of parking space that I should’ve noticed on tour! That really was my only concern. I’ve been here for a few months and noticed the amenities could use a sparkle but I was told by the LOVELY OFFICE that repairs will be made this year. The resident events are also cool. Again very peaceful and friendly! I’ve already renewed 🫶

    My experience here was not the best when I moved in last August, but things have turned around. Management and even better maintenance have completely turned things around, I even renewed my lease for next year which wasn’t a single thought in September. Super impressed with the whole property and the positive changes being made,. Good stuff

    Auden and the maintenance crew did a great job helping me out! I was ready to renew my lease but wanted to have a few small things fixed/checked in my apartment before I did. I asked and they got it done quickly, efficiently, and checked to see if there was anything else I may have needed. Looking forward to staying here another year!

    Ive lived here for two years, one year in a two bedroom and one year in a one bedroom. I havent had any problems. The rent is affordable (cheapest furnished I could find in all of college station). The location is nice, I liked being able to walk in the park and take the bus. I think they keep up with the pest control pretty well, so far I have only seen two bugs inside my apartment, both of them roaches. My one bedroom apartment is more updated than my two bedroom was (stainless steel/black appliances as opposed to white, and faux granite-looking counter tops as opposed to white). Ive never had a problem with maintenance, they seem to come out by the next day in my experience. The layout of my one bedroom was better than my two, and its actually bigger and better-planned than my friends who lived at Cherry Street apartments. I appreciate that they have laundry in-unit. Utilities seem a bit high, just so you know. Never had any problem with the staff, maintenance always notifies you when theyve been at your apartment. One thing I will say though is that my apartment is right next to the park so...critters are always around dumpster. Ive seen raccoons (in the dumpster, nearly gave me a heart-attack when they ran out), cats, opossums, and even a skunk, so thats something to be aware of if youre like me and tend to toss your garbage at night.

    Great place! Very clean and spacious rooms love the layout. Love that the property is close to parks and the mall , the grounds are well kept. Very peaceful and tenants are friendly never had any problems. I love the office staff they are very friendly and professional. They greet you by your name, I love how they make you feel at home. They are very good about communicating and announcing monthly perks. Maintenance people areQuick in taking care of your needs. Especially the manager, a shout out to Mrs. Virginia, I have never met a person that will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and follows up with tenants. Love the staff! Thank you for everything that yall do!!

    Lived here for 8 months now and no major complaints. Utilities seem to run a bit high. But the rooms are spacious and nice, the staff is very friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team actually fixes everything, even the small things, quickly and efficiently! Currently living in a 2x2 that was renovated last year. The apartments on the 3rd floor have vaulted ceilings which are lovely! The unfurnished apartments include an installed table (with chairs) and a desk and chair per bedroom. The microwave is SUPER tiny. The main pool is decent, but people only really use it during the summer. It might not be cleaned as often as it should. The fitness center is rather run down - at least the equipment is - but good for a pinch, or if you dont go to A&M and use their rec center. General property is nice, location is good (right by the 6 and with a bus stop to A&M). Right by the park and has a rather pretty jogging/walking trail. Technically in walking distance of the mall. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend wholeheartedly!

    The date I’m writing this Review for is: 09/22/2020First off- I want to thank the office staff for being so amazing at what they do- they genuinely listen to anything you have to say or suggest. I have never been to a complex (I’ve been in and out of apartments my whole life In both Texas and Nevada as well as in a couple of houses in both states) where the staff cares as much as they do and is so friendly! They make living at the trails a worthy experience. The apartments are also in pretty outstanding condition for their ages- they try to put you in the best units available that meet your standards. Both units (I’ve been in two different ones- a two bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom and a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Which I absolutely love because of the high vaulted ceilings and kind of private balcony with a view of the pool) I have been in so far have had beautiful and modern light fixtures that really open up the space available and I love the fact they have desks in every room- saved me money on furniture and I even used one desk in my babies room as a really cute DIY changing station! We even requested to be allowed into the apartments two days prior to moving in so we could paint the red walls back to a beige to match the rest of the walls since I wasn’t a huge fan of the two toned look and the staff had absolutely no problem with that! They understood I needed to paint before moving in because of having an baby and not wanting him to breathe in the paint fumes. The only thing is that they do expect you to paint them back the way the property had them prior to your move in which is totally fair! They also provided me with the paint name of the beige so I could have all the walls be the same color. The prices are also amazing here- definitely unbeatable for the experience and the space that you get. The location is also a plus! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked the trails at Wolfpen park right outside my apartment now- it’s a very nice and close by get away if you need some peace or want to take a walk with friends. I’ve also had to call maintenance in a few times for emergency maintenance and each time the problem was fixed ASAP and without much of a problem at all and when I had to move out of my two bedroom unit the staff was right there to help and make sure that I was just happy and satisfied with the fixed outcome. I’m not saying the maintenance Is perfect by the way because they’re not always. If you ever have a problem where they don’t get it fixed- just go to the office staff and they will absolutely help! Definitely suggest moving here (:

    My experience here has been pretty good so far! (about 4 months now) Utilities are high for my liking even with the air conditioner off, but I think thats just part of living in college station. Walls are a bit thin, but theres not enough disruption to say I dislike living here. I get packages and mail without a problem. Price is okay for the unit we got. We did have an ant problem when we first moved in, but after one visit from pest control the next day, havent seen an ant inside since.I do think the process for calling in maintenance after hours is long-winded when theres an emergency. the automated line is too long. There should be a direct line to someone on call available to residents, a separate work phone that is passed to the person on call, something like that.

    I really liked living at the Trails at Wolf Pen Creek. The office staff is great and friendly - always helpful (shout out to Jaime - she was great).I lived in a 1-bedroom apartment, and it was very nice. All the appliances worked great. Maintenance was fast. The quality was top notch. And the price isnt crazy (though it is a little on the pricey side).My biggest complaint was the pool area. If the pool is important to you, I wouldnt live here. It was literally never clean. Always leaves and twigs and stuff around it and in it, and the area around the pool is kind of run down.Overall I would definitely recommend The Trails.

    I had an amazing time at the trails! Parking was great and they really made me feel safe with Covid going around. My unit had a very spacious bedroom with a built in desk that really took care of my needs. I never had any problems with any appliance, and I noticed that the washer and dryer never had to cycle twice to get my clothes clean and dry! The accented wall in the apartment was a joy to see every day. I moved into a house after staying at the Trails, but if Im ever looking for an apartment again, the Trails will be at the top of my list! Oh and its only five minutes away from the best Dominos in town so if you order the large carry out special its the perfect amount of time to get ready, drive there, and get your pizza right as it is getting out of the oven.

    The Trails gave me the best experience compared to other more expensive apartment complexes in College Station. Bailey and the property manager are the sweetest people and always willing to help. I have not had any issues at all. All of my work orders were completed in a timely manner. The complex is a little out dated, but worth the price. Definitely recommend living here!

    For the most part this complex is pretty great. My boyfriend and I live in a 1x1 and on our side of the complex it stays relatively quiet. I will have to say though that the maintenance leaves something to be desired. If you dont put priority/emergency they will take like a month or more to come fix it. As we all know Texas decides when its winter, not the months so when it was kinda hot in December our AC stopped working. It was like 90 degrees in out apartment and still damn near 80 outside. We had to leave windows and patio door open to bring in some nice air as we waited almost three weeks to get it fixed the first time. And they still didnt even fix it, so I had to send in another and it finally was fixed after another week and a half.But management has worked with us paying lump sum and was even super understanding about us waiting for financial aid. Utilities for us have never gone past 150$ which I think is great. Id say try it out and see, because everyones experience is different.

    Hi,Ive lived here at the Trails at Wolf Pen Creek for a little over a year now and I have to say this has been a very pleasant experience for me.The grounds are well-maintained and are kept free of trash. The communication from the owners to keep us all informed about both fun events and property maintenance activities is excellent.But by far, the best part is the friendly and very helpful office staff. They even remember my name when I stop by to pick up a package! All of the above are the reasons I recently renewed my lease here...and Ill probably do so again next year.Im a happy resident...you could be too.

    If you live alone and need a 2 bedroom, the pricing is best here than anywhere else in cs. You would be paying what you pay here for a one bedroom somewhere else. In addition to that, the manager Amanda is the BEST if you ever need anything at all just ask to see her. Shes super down to earth and easy to talk too and cares about your problems.

    The trails has been my favorite out of any place that I’ve lived in the area. The staff and maintenance are super friendly and the property is nice. We have not had any issues with our apartment. I broke a piece of our stove one day on accident, and maintenance was out within an hour to fix it! The manager, Shelby has also been amazing to us— nothing but nice things to say about this community!

    I like living here because it is affordable, and I feel like I get exactly what I pay for. The maintenance is not that good. The apartments are in moderate condition, but I like the location and I like the complex tries hard to make it better for us.     Management and staff are very friendly, professional, and willing to help however possible. My son enjoyed his stay there, but had to re-locate when he received an out-of-town internship. They re-leased his apartment for the remainder of his lease term, saving him hundreds of dollars.

    Its definitely not the prettiest place but its OK. They host tons of events, are within walking distance of the amphitheater and mall, and the maintenance is fairly responsive. But since they are older apartments, it does feel like many things break at once, which is a small annoyance. It’s always a great convenience to hop on the bus and get to class with ease, The Mall is right behind me, and not to mention that White Creek Park and Amphitheater is right behind me.     This is a college town. I dont know why people are expecting so much from an okay-priced apartment in a college town. I dont expect a lot. Ive lived here for two years and I think the Trails has everything I need. I love being next to Wolf Pen Creek. I like to run and I run the trails often. The park also has a ton of events that we can just walk over to. No need to find a space for parking.I dont mind the community assistants. Theyre college kids so again, I cant expect for them to always be happy smiley.They put on a lot of events that give out free food and I cant pass up free.I see a lot of complaints about maintenance. Every time Ive had a problem, theyve come in a timely manner and theyre always friendly.

    I have enjoyed my years as a resident at The Trails at Wolf Pen Creek. My favorite part about living here is definitely the park and the surrounding area. It is a calm environment although the weekends are evidently more upbeat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves fulfill their part of the job.

    The Wolf Pen Creek apartments are spot on with everything! Great staffing, good location, very good parking areas, and great views. The worker Madison was extremely helpful through the questions I had for her. Move in was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

    Fast maintenance response, friendly staff, convenient location. Some buildings are older, wish they allowed pets. Loved having the park nextdoor, but prices are kind of high. Except at peak traffic, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the furthest park of campus (new vet school).

    Just moved in but so far we love it. We have heard alot of bad reviews, bit so far it has been great. The only thing I dont like is that we are on the third floor and Im elderly and my daughter has health problems which makes it hard. The staff has promised to move us to the ground floor as soon as one is available. Hopefully soon.

    Haven’t really had any issues here I stay to myself don’t go outside really so it’s a okay place for me had a major water leak but it is being fixed on didn’t take long for them to get on top of it roaches are starting to come called and talk to management about this issue and nests coming up from drains and they bite but have gotten kinda gotten rid of that problem hopefully they don’t come back

    I absolutely love this place, from the inside to the out... Its PERFECT for my family!!!! The staff here is always friendly and helpful when ever theres a need...they have great attitudes and Ive never seen them without a smile on their face, it surely makes LIVING here a JOY!!!
