I highly recommend this complex as your next home! The apartments are spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The management team is incredibly professional and friendly—they respond very quickly and handle any issues smoothly and stress-free.The maintenance team is excellent—efficient, professional, and always on top of things. I have never lived in such a perfect complex where both the management team and the maintenance team work so quickly and professionally.If youre looking for a safe and welcoming community, this is the perfect place. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Great experience and support by team. Most of the support requests are fulfilled in 24 hours. The management team Karin, Rich and others are amazing, always available and make sure the work is done. House quality is good, community feels safe even during night. Have seen some wild animals like coyotes in the night as it is next to green belt. But amazing time.

From the moment I toured the apartment I knew I could call this a place home, for the time being. Sam, Rich, & Karin have always been by far some of the greatest people to interact with. Their customer service skills are by far exceptional! Anytime I’ve needed assistance they’ve been there to provide! I really can’t thank them enough for the hospitality, over the last 14 months. I truly appreciate you all, including the maintenance team. You guys make the apartment living lifestyle worth it all. Thank you again for everything!

Finding a new place in a hurry can be a real challenge! But let me tell you, when I was connected with Karin at The Trails of Canyon Creek, it was like a breath of fresh air. She not only rescued me from my stressful situation, but she also handled my frazzled nerves with grace and professionalism. Every phone call was promptly returned, I was approved in less than 30 minutes, and I was moving into my beautiful apartment within three days. And let me tell you about Rich - he made signing the lease a breeze, even with my frazzled nerves!Unlike other places I applied to, where the process was long, drawn out, and difficult, the staff at The Trails of Canyon Creek made everything easier than I could have imagined. I recently moved into Trails at Canyon Creek and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience so far. Their location gives a sense of nature which I love and is a must for me. My dog loves his walks on the trails and all the pets he gets from the neighbors.The staff goes above and beyond to keep residents in the loop about any changes or updates. Whenever there has been an issue in my apartment, the maintenance team has been quick to respond no matter how big or small the issue, theyre on top of it.I truly feel like the entire team is dedicated to taking care of their residents and creating a sense of community.

Wonderful apartment complex, great staff, great residents and great amenities! Love how quiet the neighborhood is. Also in a great location, you don’t get a lot of homeless people out here which is nice. Lots of shops and stores near. Only thing is the parking and traffic but that’s unavoidable anywhere in Austin. We are very happy here so far!

Ive lived here for 12 months! The apartment staff is so wonderful and helpful and kind. Ive only seen improvements with our new management. They power washed and repainted the buildings beautifully, trimmed the trees and ensure clean breezways. The community manager, Kelley Bailey, is especially helpful. She fixed an issue I had within 24 hours! Our maintenance ladies are super nice and have fixed all of my requests. Our front desk guys are very knowledgeable and patient. My only gripe is that I usually have to call several times in a row to get someone to answer the phone. But Ive enjoyed my lease here. Its a quiet community with peaceful pools and a lovely trail. Good for families, but good for singles like me as well.

A few days ago, we visited most of the 620 condos from 2222 to Anderson Mill looking for a short term apartment. Definitely, The Trails at Canyon Creek surpassed our expectations. Remodeled, well maintained facility condos with a view to a green belt. Apart of being a relaxing office, its administrative assistant Karin, was the cherry of the cake with a welcoming attitude and beautiful smile. She made sure to understand all our needs and did the best recommendation. Thank you Karin!

We toured this apartment complex this weekend and had a wonderful experience! Rich P. was so welcoming and friendly. He allowed us to look at all the amenities and ask any and all questions we had! He was so friendly, honest and engaging! He even recommended restaurants and other advantages to the area. Excited to get to work with him again soon!

I have lived here 4 1/2 years. I love it here! I I The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always work with me on my concerns and listen. This company has improved the operation and property enormously since they started 2 years ago. My service requests have always been promptly handled and resolved. The Trails has been a peaceful, quiet community with fun events, as well.

The apartments are nice, a family-oriented complex - our 5-Star Rating is attributed to Rich the leasing agent. We arrived on a Saturday morning to tour the apartments without an apointment. Rich who was alone that morning was able to squeeze us in between other tours that day and showed us two different units that were available within our budget. He was friendly, funny, and extremely helpful, despite the stress of having multiple people waiting for tours and having one of his colleages call-in for the day. Although, we did not end up renting at this apartment complex, I dont think enough nice things can be said about Rich and his professionalism.

As a vendor, I have been working with Jackie Whitley for the last few months. I have to say that as the Property Manager, she and her staff really care about the residents, they go above and beyond, and this is a great community. The location of these apartments are also great, so close to great food, shopping and fun things to do. Jackie is an extraordinary example of what you would look for in a community manager, and if I knew of someone looking for a wonderful community, in the Northwest Austin side of town, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend The Trails at Canyon Creek.

I have had a very positive living experience at The Trails. If something isn’t right they work with me to get it fixed to my satisfaction. Dawn, the maintenance crew supervisor, is fantastic! She goes out of her way to communicate and really listens and cares. She’s even come over the same day. Super fast, efficient, and finds time to be friendly - as does her crew. It matters.

I’ve been living here almost a year and have really enjoyed the fact you are out in nature, it’s truly a beautiful community if you love the outdoors. Mansfield Dam is right down the road so it’s easy for me to take my kayak out. The staff is outstanding so all in all, 2 thumbs up!
