First off, I NEVER leave reviews for things on Google, but I felt obligated to. We were very unhappy with the prior management before The Standard came in this summer-- the place was quickly becoming run-down over the course of a year. Since the new Standard management has taken over, I have become proud to live here again. They repainted certain parts of the buildings, added dog-trash cans, added more canopies throughout the complex, installed an additional grill, GOT RID OF FETCH (the worst), communicated events and food trucks, and truly gone above and beyond to help make the apartments feel like luxury living again. Its overall so much more well maintained and just a better vibe all around. Huge shoutout to the maintenance staff for being quick to address problems and support as thoroughly as possible. The front office staff are very friendly as well. I am so happy with what they are doing here now, and I am glad we are continuing our lease! The Standard definitely holds themselves to higher standards.

Honestly this place should have a lot more stars than it does. I moved in shortly after it was built. My family and i have had the most wonderful experience living here. The office staff is great! And i havent had any issues during my stay here! If your considering moving here your making a great choice. This is the first apartment i’ve lived in that truly cares about their residents

When I first moved in, I was a little disappointed, one neighbor threw trash in the hall and left it there, would allow her dog to use the restroom anywhere and just leave it there, my upstairs neighbor was always so loud it was ridiculous especially when they wake me up after 11pm. The one neighbor is gone so the trash and dog waste is not any longer an issue, however the noise is still an issue. The floors are stick and peel and come up very easily.HOWEVER I want to say, during the recent storm the management and staff were really great, they kept us updated on the outage, even provided food and drinks one day, (even though I was elsewhere, I thought that was really nice). they also came into my apartment while I was away and made sure my refrigerator was unplugged so that there would be no issues when I returned.

Property looks nice overall. They need some kind of stop here by the exit gates (because they come inward and theres no warning leaving you to back up quickly or damage both gate and car). Not everyone that comes in is a resident (guests, delivery people, etc.) *I stand corrected on detention/retention pond.*The property is managed by Greystar and apparently its a long time for a deposit return and Greystar is difficult to reach according to their online reviews.

New review 5/21/24: I had to come on here to follow up with my review. I am completing my 15mo lease here and came on to first of all say a BIG THANK YOU to Prose for showing the residents love yesterday - it was day 4 going on night 5 without power and they went out of their way to get catered gourmet sandwiches, chips, cookies and drinks for the residents. They also rented a generator and added light at least to the from part of the property which gave me ease while we are going through power outage from Storm. Just as we run and review something when mad, we should take the time to do so when happy! Its the little things sometimes that make us feel the best in rough times.On to say, I had a great experience living here. I lived toward the front and can say was a quiet area. the loudest are peoples surround sounds but my neighbor never complained about mine and I didnt complain about theirs. I am glad I didnt get careless neighbors or people who just do not take care of the community. Office always answers maintenance requests, calls and emails! I would recommend to anyone! The only con: yes, they need to mark where to stop on one side of gates, because the gates swing open toward your car but if it hits it, it just taps it HAHA - yes, it hit mine once.****************************************************************i love the new place but dont get too comfortable. my fault, left car door unlocked but everything was taken out of front seat including loose change! so this is just a heads up. no matter if gated or not we are never too safe. Thieves could live on premises for all we know.

I moved here at the end of July from out of state. Crystal was super nice and provided me all the information and videos I needed. It’s been almost a month. I’ve enjoyed living here so far. The complex is well ran and well kept. The amenities are nice. The only thing I can say I dislike is other residence leaving their trash in the hallway during non trash pick up times. They do fine for this and the floor below me has not left the trash out again so maybe they were fined? Either way amazing complex with amazingly friendly staff that make you feel welcomed. I recommend moving here as a solo woman because I feel safe. Gates always working.

Pros: The exterior and interior of the homes are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. From the beautiful stainless steel appliances to the spacious cabinetry, its very pretty. Front office has always been friendly when I call or need anything. The pool is always clean. Lawn services are regularly maintenanced.Cons: Dog owners dont pick up after themselves often, pamphlets and advertisements have been left on vehicles despite this being a no solicitation complex, and there are several loud cars that run up and down the streets at all hours of the night. Finding parking later in the evening is also becoming an issue. Many times Ive had to park several buildings away.

Absolutely love the layout of the apartment! The front office and maintenance personnel I’ve met so far are awesome! The only issue I’ve experienced would be that the app I was supposed to be able to use to open my door doesn’t work. Hoping they can get it working soon or find another company to use!

I been living here for a year. I was actually the first tenant to live here. Place is always clean outside, cute little kids area and dog park. Front office staff are super nice and helpful. Overall quite and safe community.

So far Ive had the most AMAZING experience!! The people in the office are the sweetest, they have helped us with everything and there through the whole process of filling out the application to payment to moving in. Ive never had an experience like this before, Prose Cypress Creek is the best! I will definitely recommend this community to anyone whose looking for a place to call home!

I applied on 3/4/23 and got approved that same day! This team is by far the most welcoming and helpful individuals you can ask for in a living community. Jase is my go-to guy and he made sure I did not leave my tour without falling in love with the place. Crystal is the manager and she is so professional and helpful. I also want to thank Paige for her amazing efforts to ensure I love my new home. Thank you all again for such an amazing application process. I would recommend anyone to come see this beautiful place.

The staff here is very helpful! Crystal from the beginning was kind, all ears and answered each and every one of our questions. She was very patient with us, knew our names, and when wed give her a call she was more than willing. The apartments themselves are outstanding and very modern, for the square footage you cant beat the price!

It is a beautiful place to live, very nice, all good service, maintenance is excellent, and I want to thank Christopher, the boy who treated us at the reception and showed us the apartments before we moved in, I give him 5 stars for his friendly and warm attention!
