We didnt stop in because we found out our income wouldnt qualify us but the area is so well kept, the residents treat their balconies and patios are neat but also look well loved and welcoming for families, the school nearby is safe, the neighborhoods across the street are new builds so thats fresh too.

I love this place. The entire staff definitely makes it feel like home. Everyone so well respected. I love the patience they have for home renters. Maryann is definitely one of best, since the day we moved in to now still the best, as well Anabel always greeting us with smile and providing excellent customer service. We also have a beautiful community garden to enjoy our time. Beautiful place to live .

Sorry its late in the day I had a long day and wanted to post before going to bed.Looking for apartments with my nieces today(8/10). We were assisted by Lauren who greeted us as we walked in the door, her demeanor was pleasant, friendly and inviting and made you feel like she was a old friend! She was thorough when inquiring about what we were looking for, very informative of the apartment we looked at and the amenities offered. She was very informative and explained what to expect as far as amounts, fees, how the application process works and other option available. Thanks Lauren for your time on 8/10!

While living here a year I have overall had a great experience. Thanks to all the staff here at Scotts especially Lauren for being super attentive. She has always resolved any issues quickly and handle every situation professionally I would highly recommend anybody to work with her shes respectful and always so friendly..

I would to first and formost thank Brandy for being such a big part of my new journey on my new home. She was always keeping in touch with me never promised nothing she could not deliver. I am so happy in my new home. Its the people not the managements fault that things get out of hand. However they are handling it the right way which makes me extremely happy. I love these apartments! We just moved in, everything we wanted in our first home BUT one problem we noticed is that the laundry room is FILTHY! My boyfriend and I literally swept and disinfected everything! There’s detergent spilled all over the floor so it’s sticky & there was trash all over the floor and chips. I’m all asking is PLEASE KEEP UP WITH THE LAUNDRY room! I understand it’s not the people that works here fault but please try to keep up with it. I wish i had photos, I only have videos of the before & after but people that live here that are seeing this, pick up after yourselves

Even though I was denied at first Ms. Brandy, Ms. Nexus and the administration worked with me to help me accomplish in getting my kids and me OUR home. Im happy to be living here. A friend recommended that I move in to these apartments. A wonderful woman named Lauren helped me out with the whole process, got me the a good rent price, and the apartment is perfect for me. Very excited to be staying here soon.

The property is pretty quiet for the most part but the parking is horrible. One thing I don’t get is when the residents are told from the beginning DO NOT hang your close on the balcony. People still do it Building 9 is notorious for hanging there clothes over there patio rails which makes the property look dirty.

MS. LAUREN OUR SITE MANAGER HAS BEEN THE UPMOST BEST MANGER THAT I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE TIME AND THATS BEEN CAUSE IVE ONLY RENTED IN TWO PLACES . SHE HAS CLEANED OUR SITE UP AND HAS MADE IT A VERY SAFE COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING HER AS OUR MANAGER MAY SHE BE APPRECIATED AND COMMENDED FOR HER OUTSTANDING SERVICES THAT SHE PROUVIDES FOR US ALWAYS GOING FAR AND BEYOND .
