I relocated here from out of state in June, and the staff made the entire process seamless! They even surprised me with thoughtful move-in gifts. Torrie, Gabby, and Alexis went above and beyond to ensure I stayed within my budget and had all my questions answered. Their friendliness and genuine care for residents truly stood out. 10/10, I highly recommend! Be sure to mention I sent you!

I typically do not leave reviews for apartments but I have to share my experience at The Rosslyn. I have lived in different complexes in Houston and this has by far been my best experience. You typically see management change throughout a lease, but we were fortunate enough to have the same team during our 14 month lease. Alexis, Tori, and the rest of the team were on point since day one. From their effective communication to the care they extended to the residents, I have never encountered such a competent and effective management team. Apartment complexes will always come with a variety of issues since it is a shared space, however, this team made sure to put out any spark before it became a fire. During power/water outages, they rented a generator to provide our community with power and water while our whole street went without. Whenever a concern was brought to them, they handled it quickly and also followed up to make sure our concerns were heard. The community itself was also very helpful to one another. This was the first complex I stayed in that actually felt like a community. If my family did not need more space, we would have stayed here as long as the management team was there. The Rosslyn became our home, a hard feeling to have in an apartment. We will for sure miss this place.

Such an amazing experience been here for a year renewed to a brand new 1 bed room Alexis gabby and torrie hooked me up. The amenities to die for omggggggg. You guys have to check it out. Customer services is amazing and the apartment is always quiet kinda feels weird at first but you get used to it lol

If you are in search for a new home, the Rosslyn at Garden Oaks is an excellent choice. The location is ideal; easy access to 610, I45, 290, and I10. The community is friendly. The complex is well kept. Alexis, Torrie, Gaby, and Jenny do an AMAZING job communicating, helping new and existing residents with leasing questions, and setting up events for the community to come together.

I’m really in love with this property, fromThe staff to the amenities. I love how they make you feel special. Coudos to Everyone part of the leasing team. When I came in for my tour , Alexis was my leasing agent and baby when I tell you she knows what she is doing trust me I mean it . She is one of a kind …try her out…At the end of my tour I applied and got approved and was ready to move in .yup it was that easy . It Is soo sad to see all these negative pics about this place it definitely happened while they were under construction because they weren’t fully secured yet . Right now you can’t come in because our security doesn’t play . He follows everyone lol if you don’t live here or you aren’t a guest you can’t come in through that gate ….Thanks for the welcome treat

I have lived here since April 2023. I always enjoy living in brand new communities not just because it is new and I am the first person in the actual apartment but because I get to see how the management team handles all the issues that occur with new construction. Everyone thinks a new construction means no problems and that is not true at all. New construction means you get to see the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have seen recent post about the tires being taken and it is unfortunate but things like this I have also seen done at malls, grocery stores, and even gym parking lots. This has happened to me at another community where the office staff did not even attempt to give me answers. The staff at Rosslyn sent out multiple messages to the community about what had occurred and even shared description on what to look for. Since then, they have hired a courtesy office along with a patrol team for our community. Not everyone understands and usually lets their emotions block logical thinking. Torrie, Alexis, Gaby, and Dalia have all handled these unfortunate events in a better way than I have seen from other communities that I have lived in. I have seen Alexis walking the property at all hours from 11pm to 3am and for me, a staff who does the things that might not get seen by everyone shows that they take pride in the community and that is the type of staff that I will choose over and over again. This place is not perfect and yes things happen here just like anywhere else but the staff here at The Rosslyn is far and few and people deserve to know the staff here cares.

I toured this property yesterday (7/28/24) with my sister. Gaby was the leasing consultant who helped us and was absolutely amazing. We arrived around 1:30 and spent about 2 hours with Gaby. Gaby was extremely thorough, honest, transparent and willing to go above and beyond. My sister and I have been through some horrible experiences with apartments in Houston so to say that we are picky and diligent would be an understatement. Any imperfections we noticed in the units we toured, we pointed out to Gaby and instead of making up an excuse or just saying she would tend to it later, instead, Gaby put in maintenance tickets right there in the moment in front of us for those imperfections to be handled immediately. This shows me that if I were to move to Rosslyn, maintenance issues are treated with urgency. Gaby toured several units with us and even went back to some we had already toured but did not mind that we wanted to see them again. We were already there on the property and rather than cut our tour short or only limit us to seeing a unit once, she was more than willing to go back to a unit we already toured just so we could make thorough comparisons and decisions on which units we would like.Gaby is the biggest reason my sister and I are considering Rosslyn and are submitting applications for units there. Had Gaby not been so welcoming, helpful and willing to go above and beyond, answering all of our questions (which I am aware we asked A LOT and we knit picked every little thing), we would probably not consider the property. I have toured other properties recently and felt unwelcome by other leasing staff and they were not as willing to spend time and be thorough with us.The property was beautiful, new, decorated well, did not feel super cheap like a lot of newer builds. Again, Gaby was transparent about some of the issues. There was a trash smell and flies in the hallways, which Gaby addressed before we even could mention it. With the recent Hurricane Beryl, the building had an issue with the trash compactor and it caused a back up. I appreciated that she pointed it out, owned it and let us know it is being handled. Several times throughout our tour, I noted and thanked Gaby for her honesty. No property is perfect and I can accept that, but it matters how the property team takes responsibility for issues and how quickly they act to resolve it.Rosslyn, yall better give Gaby a raise!! She is the reason we are applying to live there. :)

The Rosslyn is an amazing, beautiful property. The staff and management are so friendly and helpful. They have been absolutely amazing at caring for and supporting the residents during the recent storm. Even going out their way to provide the property with a generator to restore power! This property is ELITE! And the residents are pretty dope. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience on my tour with Dalia! I originally came in for a specific floor plan and she helped me an even better one that I fell in love with. My experience @The Rosslyn has been wonderful so far! The property is very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are lovely and the top notch amenities are very thoughtfully designed! The leasing team (Gaby, Alexis, Dalia and Torrie )has been incredibly helpful and professional - I think each member of their team has graciously helped me at some point. I dont ever write reviews, but I thought this might be helpful to someone else reading the other reviews here! I think when people have difficult experiences they are more likely to post a review about it, but no one thinks to post a review when things are really well done! So, here is my contribution - it was a great decision to have move here! 😃

I recently toured The Rosslyn with Dalia and I truly had the best experience. Dalia was kind enough to give me a tour as a walk-in and showed me a range of different units. She was adamant that I was able to view the unit that I applied for which is always a plus. Dalia made the application process super easy and I was approved by the next business day. I also want to thank Alexis for promptly returning my call and answering any additional questions that I had. The Rosslyn was 1 of 3 properties that I toured all together. The care and professionalism of the leasing staff was the added bonus to the many pros that swayed my decision. Thank you both!!

Gaby was my tour guide when I toured the Rosslyn. She was patient and kind. She showed me multiple floor plans during my visit to ensure I picked the right one for me. While the property is under construction, she was able to explain how things will be once construction is finished. This also allows almost first pick for floor plans due to the property being so new. The property was beautiful and all of the floor plans and additions with the decor was so thoughtful. The Rosslyn is definitely on my list for places to move. I would like to tour one more time before making a final decision but all in all it’s a top contender.

I’ve been living here a week but a few things stood out to me during my apartment search. First, the leasing team (Dalia and Gaby), answered all of my questions immediately. They are extremely knowledgeable, organized and kind. They sent me videos of the various layouts and all of the amenities. They made the leasing process simple and stress free. Next, the construction of the building and my apartment is a step above any of the other complexes I’ve seen or leased through in the past. Great attention to detail. Lastly, the technology makes common tasks/activities easy yet secure. The apps allow you to handle anything within minutes. Overall, an excellent experience so far. This community is amazing! So beautiful. The floor plans are extremely impressive especially the B4. Alexis gave me and my daughter a tour of about 4 floor plans before we decided. Honestly finding an apartment in Houston can be really difficult because there is so many options! However, I am so happy I made the decision to move to Rosslyn at Garden Oaks. The staff has been nothing short of amazing!! Torrie & Alexis have both made this transition seamless. Not to mention I was having issues with the internet company late on a Friday evening and they helped and got a tech out the next day! You have to love it!

Not only was I greeted at the door by Alexis but by the end of the tour the manager Torrie (who knew me by name) introduced herself and took the time to speak with me. Not one manager from any other complex took the time to speak to me or deliver the extra degree in customer service. I cannot wait to move in.

I’ve been living here since Nov 2023, and it’s truly been a great experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive ( ask for Alexis or Gabby ). I’ve never had any issues, and the amenities are fantastic. The location is ideal and very convenient safe place to live (gated community with a security guard patrolling through the night) & only 16miles from the airport!Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to call home in Houston.
