The Retreat is a great place to call home. My experience there was very pleasant and taken care of , because of the help their leasing agent Vanessa gave us and the time she spent making sure we had what we wanted and were able to consider all the options. Despite having to move somewhere closer to the area I need at the time. The service there was excellent and I’ll remember the extraordinary time

All things considered, this is a nice place to live. The apartments are very well insulated. I had a downstairs neighbor that played the drums and I could only barely hear them if there was no noise in my apartment. Although I can smell what my neighbor through the wall is cooking. It’s centrally located to a lot of shopping, food and activities. There’s a very nice small gym open 24 hours and maintenance is usually very quick about completing work orders

The management, neighborhood, and maintenance are extremely friendly, handy, and everything you can ask for. Do not get me started about the ladies in the front!! THE BEST people I’ve ever worked with :)Just extended my 7 month lease to 12 months and it’s only been 3 days since I moved in.I knew these ladies, especially the manager, would get work done the day I came to tour the apartments and I saw a huge progress board to keep track of everything happening the around the apartment!

Its a very pleasant place to be. The grounds are very well lit at night. The gate functions and it remains closed. I feel safe within the complex.the grounds are nice and clean.once in a while valet trash will leave garbage in the courtyard. 🤷‍♀️Pool, clubhouse, and workout area are nice. Love it.

Bianca was the young lady at the front desk and Sandy Alvarez was there to help me with the application and show me the property Sandy was just filling in for the day but she is one of the most helpful and good hearted person I ever met in this industry. This is mine and my s/o first apartment together and we absolutely love it! When we first got it they lady who helped us was extremely helpful and explained everything to us thoroughly. When we moved in the neighbors were welcoming and so was the staff! Outside is very clean and well maintained. We havent had any problems in the apartment itself so thats also great! I would recommend these apartments to anyone! For it being our first apartment we love it!

Love living here! The management and maintenance people are amazing, very attentive and always respond quickly to any question, concern, or problem. I always feel safe, especially with the gate codes. Quiet apartments, never have issues with noisy neighbors. Updated as well, nice wood floors, and the kitchen backsplash is amazing! Haven’t had any issues at all!

I have lived here for over a year with my girlfriend and this is by far the GREATEST APARTMENT that I ever moved into. The staff and manager are wonderful, they have been super accommodating and helpful since the day I had applied to the day I moved in. I believe the new management has been working hard to fix a lot of past issues. If I ever have a maintenance issues, it is dealt with the same day. It is a nice property and I feel safe here. Would definitely recommend it.

I just moved from here and I only moved because of my job. The first management crew was really nice. They got me in with no problems. Property was kept clean and very quiet. Only problem i had was at the end of my lease. Asked to have a few things fixed 3 months before my lease was up & they NEVER came to fix it. Once I moved out I left the Apt. spotless but they still found SOMETHING to charge me for. Because of those 2 things thats the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Cant wait to see the new remodeling when it gets done!!!We have now lived here 3+years and love this place!!. The office staff are so willing to work with you. If we ever have a maintenance issue the guys are johnny on the spot to safely take care of the problem.We were afraid with all the craziness of the year/lack of work that our rent would increase beyond what we could afford. But it didnt!!! Thank you front office!!

During my stay, I have had no problem, neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly, the location is convenient...and dont get me started with the office people. The nicest people Ive met in Texas... if I could, i would go back and live there

I went into this Community to get info for my boyfriend . While there is was treated as a family immediately. Welcomed in and shown around by the wonderful staff . Everyone was absolutely amazing. I am thinking bout moving here myself after the treatment I received. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Polite and well respected by many now including myself . The yards and pool and fitness center was state of the art .A beautiful cozy place to live . Extremely happy for my boyfriend in his new place ...Thanks so much .. Your future tenant also ...

I lived at Retreat for 2 years, the entire time that I lived in Fort Worth. Residents that choose to extend their lease is always a great sign when looking for a place to live! This was a wonderful place to reside as I was finding my footing in Fort Worth. I rarely had maintenance issues, but when I did, the team was responsive and helpful. Office staff are kind and personable. The apartment interiors are nice as well, with a contemporary look. The surrounding area has everything you need - grocery stores, gas stations, interstates, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, etc. and you’re 15 min from downtown and 10 minutes from TCU, so you’re away from all the busyness and traffic of inner FW without sacrificing all the community needs. It’s its own humble little community in Southwest Fort Worth, and I would recommend this apartment to someone that’s starting out or finding their footing in the area.

World Class Service!!!After relocating from Southern California and viewing several properties, a friend referred me to this particular property. The staff are professional and answered any questions I had regarding my interest in securing a 1 Bedroom. Upon my move-in, there were a couple of items that needed to be corrected and management made sure they were resolved within 48 hours. I consider that to be World Class Service!!!!What I absolutely love about the property is the quietness, but maybe I am a hard sleeper....lol The location of the property is ideal for anyone who enjoys shops, restaurants and easy access to the highways.Hands down.....I will refer this property to individuals seeking a new place to call home.

Since it was a last day of move-in promotion, he ensured to expedite my application and worked with me to get all my required documents in and processed. He made courtesy calls during my first week of move in to make sure there is nothing that I need. This definitely makes me feel relaxed that Retreat at River Ranch have staff like Damon who truly care about their residents!

Living at The Retreat at River Ranch has been a great experience all around. The grounds of this place are beautiful and well maintained and the faculty is very helpful and friendly. I really like it here because of how quiet it is, friendly neighbors and it’s close to I20.. all the shopping near you! Oh and the rent is pretty good considering everywhere else! They answer calls and fix things in a timely manner. Just wish they had ceiling fans.. I like to keep it north pole weather at night

Out with the old in with the new. To put it lightly the the old managment team sucked. The new property manager Shiree turned things around very quickly and because of her and her new staff we resigned our lease for another year. Retreat at River Ranch is a great place to live! It is close to shops, restaurants, libraries and the interstate and toll road. It is quiet, secluded and I have made good friends. The temperatures are very high but Jose was able to solve my air conditioning problem. I am aware that it is not the employees fault that many times the air does not get too cold due to the high temperatures in Texas. Jose works did an excellent job and my air conditioning works perfectly. I make calls and if they dont answer right away they always call you back. Thank you!

I was very hesitant to move from Irving to Forth Worth but I must say that RETREAT AT RIVER RANCH has been a very nice and welcoming experience. The staff is very pleasant and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. Mr. José Mendez works hard to keep the property always clean and in order. My favorite part is the pool, always clean and lit at night.My stay here has been incredible!
