Upon our first arrival, they had dog treats ready for our pets, underscoring their pet-friendly ethos. The dog park is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with nearly all pets well-behaved, making it a paradise for dog owners.Additionally, during the initial tour, we were excited to learn about the possibility of having a fire pit with decorative marble rocks, adding a unique touch to our living experience.Arnold, the head concierge, consistently delivers exemplary service. All the concierges are friendly, professional, and consistently go out of their way to assist residents, whether itā€™s making reservations or locating a lost package. Their efforts significantly enhance the living experience here.The leasing office staff are exceptional, always on top of things, and they go out of their way to assist you with any needs or concerns. Their dedication and responsiveness truly stand out, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.The property boasts a very well-stocked gym, which recently added a Smith machine, much to the delight of fitness enthusiasts.     I absolutely love this building! Iā€™ve been living here for almost 3 years. So many greats things: the views, neighborhood and beautiful restaurant next door! The concierge/valet/management staff are such a delight - always profession, well mannered and quick to problem solve! We will be leaving them all pretty soon - I am going to miss Marlon, Arnold and John! We had such an amazing experience living here. 10/10 would recommend this building.

    I have lived at this property for the past 3 years. From the first day I toured the property, until the present the property remains the same - high quality. From the buildingā€™s construction, high end appliances, art gallery, professionalism of the staff, to the attentiveness of the concierge team (Marlon, John, and Arnold). it has been an amazing three years. Iā€™m especially impressed in the concierge team who takes the time to not only get to know the each resident, but are willing to always provide a helping hand. I cannot say enough about this wonderful property I have the privilege to call my home.

    Love living here. Itā€™s sophisticated but never pretentiousā€¦made to feel like home by the class and friendliness of the residents, but mostly by the staff. The concierge guys are exceptionally hospitable - John, Marlon, Candido and Arnold are like familyā€¦always taking care of anything, everything and everyone graciously (including our guests). The leasing team leads that welcoming culture by being a tight-knit group that seemingly loves what they do. Maintenance is always on it and responsiveā€¦keeping the building in close to perfect and brand new condition. The restaurant and bar staff just steps away are soooo good to all of us as well with a really solid and perfectly elevated food and beverage program.The personalized service across the board, the quiet across walls and the tasteful and artful design makes it sometimes feel like Iā€™m the only one living in this beautiful place of peace, comfort and vitality.Thank you to all for making 3411 Yoakum a place I canā€™t wait to come home to.

    I come home, walk through the entry hallway, and immediately admire the beautiful views. The building is quiet. Sunsets and thunderstorms are a spectacular show. The valet, concierge, property staff, and neighbors are welcoming and kind. Easy to get spoiled living here, especially our dog.One thing I wish the property would do is make the pool heated so it can be used most of the year.

    Luxury atop uniquely quality service in an enviable area of town that cannot be matched!I have lived here for nearly 4 years now and have lived all over the country and grew up in this city and must say that the building has remained the most effortlessly luxurious living situation I have yet to encounter in all my 28 moves. You will find yourself very quickly drawn into a friendship with the close neighbors you have in the bespoke building filled with priceless artwork as the residences allow for intimate relationships for those that prefer them ā€“ and if not, you are welcome to keep to yourself and will not be bothered regardless of having so few neighbors per floor. Beyond being welcomed as a regular at the hotel directly beneath you, you have access to a discounted hotel stay for you and yours, a location that cannot be beat and has yet to ever lose power in any major weather event regardless of it being a freeze, tornado or otherwise, along with regular room-service style delivery of all hotel food items throughout summer by the pool, along with countless residential appreciation parties throughout the year both on site and off. I have never lived somewhere with a staff that bends over backwards to the extent that this staff has regardless of pandemics, construction, power outages, hurricanes and major city failures, etc., and they have always kept us all safe and feeling so regardless of the situation.Furthermore, the price is unbeatable for all the luxury included. I rarely stay in one spot beyond more than a year but this place has proven to be the exception to that rule. I have worked with both Sariah and her sister Janine since I moved into the building and could not have been happier with both of their help along with Sasha who has been akin to another sister to me that I always feel comfortable reaching out to. Regardless of the request, they are always happy to help and be as accommodating and friendly as possible and never have once treated me as a mere leasing resident ā€“ they treat me more akin to a condo owner and they truly do not ever disappoint. I have been more impressed each passing year and hope to remain for many years to come ā€“ could not recommend this place more for both new to and long-term Houston residents ā€“ you will not be displeased!

    This brand new apartment complex is up to date, modern, and clean. Management is responsive to issues in a timely manner and put forth good solutions. Safety is never a concern with 24/7 concierge and security. I canā€™t speak highly enough of the valet and concierge teams that really go above and beyond and have become friends :). Highly recommend.

    I love living at La Colombe Dā€™Or! Definitely the best apartment complex in Houston! The amenities are incredible (beautiful bar and restaurant, room service, pool-side drink service, soon-to-be heated pool, free fitness classes, plenty of resident events, etc). The residents and staff are all super friendly (Michael is amazing), and the location is ideal. Highly recommend!!!

    My wife and I have lived here for a year and just renewed our lease. We love the location, the amenity spaces, and the friendly camaraderie of the residents in the building. Being able to walk over to the hotel to meet friends for drink is a great perk that we use way more than we thought we would! Our actual apartment is spacious and well done - with high ceilings and great views of Houston. Highly recommend if you are looking for city living in Houston.

    Have lived here for a few months and the experience has been great! The management, valet, concierges and other staff are attentive and professional. The other residents are friendly and respectful of one another ā€” most seem to be young professionals or young retirees, but there are also a few families. The property has a security guard, and fobs are required everywhere. Each fob only allows you to select one floor on the elevator, which limits non-residents tailgating. However, the concierges make it easy to receive food deliveries.Apartment finishes are really nice, the bedrooms can accommodate a king bed and the 1B+study layout is well designed to maximize usable space in the sq footage. The common areas are kept impeccably clean. Amenities werenā€™t a priority for me when I was looking, but the WFH area and free coffee bar have ended up being really valuable perks.The building is pricey, but for me the service and amenities justify the cost.

    My wife and I love this place. From the floor plans to the amenities we havenā€™t seen anything better in Houston.The area is very walkable with a lot of good restaurants to walk to.The staff is very friendly and theyā€™re always organizing happy hours at local restaurants or other tenant events.I work from home and the accommodations they have here certainly meet my requirements.Itā€™s also a good mix of ages in this building and theyā€™re all friendly.We made a great choice in originally coming here and our experience since then has only affirmed our choice.

    Weā€™ve been living here for just under a year now, and so far everything has been perfect. The security issues expressed by others have been largely addressed, and there are now 24/7 security guards on site to prevent any issues. The floor plans are incredible and the finishes make each unit feel like a real home. The shared amenities with the hotel makes the experience above and beyond any rental in the city or even the region. Above all, the leasing and management team are the absolute best in the business, and have addressed every need weā€™ve had quickly and effectively. The package system is so easy to navigate, and we can always trust our packages will be safe and secure until we retrieve them. Weā€™re so happy we found La Colombe dā€™Or!

    I didnā€™t get an opportunity to meet the other leasing agents but I toured with Alicia Walker and if all of them are as friendly, attentive, and thorough as herā€¦then I have a lot of great people to look forward to! Alicia skipped no stops during our tour, took time to explain all the details down to the custom wood flooring, and I could feel how much pride she takes in the community and what La Colombe has to offer which ultimately rubbed off on me ā€” I applied the same day! She maintained great efficiency and communication throughout my application process as well. I was never left waiting on information, answers to my questions, or wondering what stage Iā€™m at/whatā€™s going on. Itā€™s wonderful when the property is beautiful, but even better when itā€™s being supported by the right people and I definitely got that impression from touring and moving through this process with Alicia. Being a person of color, Iā€™m sure weā€™ve all seen our fair share of reviews from people stating how we were treated unfairly or felt judged in these settings. It was so refreshing to see people that looked just like myself throughout my tour, and be given the same respect and level of service as everyone else throughout my tour and applying. Super excited to continue my journey with La Colombe!

    Fabulous apartment. It smells good, looks good and the staff are wonderful. AirCon and Heating system is almost silent. Build quality and appliances are all high-end. Being connected to a boutique hotel is also a major bonus, bar and restaurant are first class. Any minor maintenance problems Iā€™ve had have been fixed within 24hrs. Canā€™t fault this place.

    We have lived here for little over a year, and we absolutely love it. We just signed our second-year lease agreement with them if that says anything. The concierge, valet, facilities managers, and staff are great and extremely accommodating and helpful. The community managers Lyndsey, Janine, Alicia, Sasha are always very welcoming. Overall, the building, staff and community are top notch and if youā€™re looking to live somewhere in Montrose, I would highly recommend coming to La Colombe dā€™Or.

    I fell in love with this building from the beginning. This place is an experience. From the valet to the concierge, maintenance down to the office, everyone has treated me with the level of courtesy and respect one comes to expect in luxury living.The views and amenities are amazing, but I was honestly sold when I saw each unit had a wine fridge. Lol!If that doesnā€™t hold enough wine for you, you can always go downstairs to our favorite watering hole. Nothing beats having a great restaurant and bar an elevator ride away where everyone knows your nameā€¦and if you donā€™t care to venture down, you can always order up room service - a nice touch that always impresses guests.Honestly, where else would I want to live in the city? Itā€™s a great building with great people who are all serious about their respective careers. Love it.

    Definitely one of the best if not THE best place to live in Houston.Ive been a resident here since 2020 and just renewed my lease for the 2nd time. The fit and finishes of the building and apartments are top notch and I love how this building is also very pet friendly. The convenience of having an upscale restaurant/hotel attached to our building is also an added bonus. After looking at other places in the immediate area I just couldnt find any other community that could meet or surpass what La Colombe dor has to offer. The managers and the rest of the staff are always great, and security and concierge always go above and beyond. When the day comes, it will be very difficult to leave this place.

    Absolutely phenomenal location, amenities and staff! We are thrilled to live at such a classy and chic apartment complex. We worked with Kristen M. to lease and view the property and she was more than accommodating, informative, thorough and helpful through the process. We ultimately decided on this apartment because it felt more than just an apartment to lease, but also a new home! The top-notch amenities, such as the art gallery, fitness center, pool, remodeled hotel with 24 hour room service option, coffee bar and lounges along with the welcoming staff made this a no-brainer for us.The location is convenient and perfect in regards to walkability from a night out to brunch or a visit to local museums. The on-site valet option is a big plus along with the cleanliness and boutique-feel of the property. We highly recommend this apartment as a residence and are looking forward to having family and friends stay at the newly remodeled hotel once it opens!

    The facilities here are incredibly well kept. When visiting, the concierge team were a great help in directing me to the leasing professional that I had my appt with. They were incredibly knowledgeable and had an answer to all of my questions. This place is also in a great location near one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast (Snooze). To say this staff (including but not limited to senior management [Kristen], leasing agents [Holly] and maintenance staff) is amazing would be truly an understatement.I am blessed to be able to call this place home.

    I had a fantastic tour, the management was extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home, The community manager even came out and personally introduced herself. The building is very clean and concierge and valet are very professional.

    This place was very upscale I didnt have a clue existed till this place.im fr the country so when I seen this place I knew rite off it would be an experience.the people there was alot more sociable then I even expected.being I had boots and jeans on.the only thing I didnt like was the feeling that I got fr the lady at the desk looked at me as if she was better then me....not hardly and thats what she got told in the end
