Excellent service from the Resident Services staff and Juan in Maintenance that fixed my heat this morning. He was so professional, figured out the electrical problem immediately, offered to clean the area he had to fix (never has happened in my 64 years of living), and had heat up and running in less than 30 minutes. Love it here and very much appreciate all of the assistance I received this morning!

My boyfriend & i came to look at apartments on 1/8/25. We came to look due to work needs & needing more space than we initially had. When we arrived, Dajour helped us.From the get go she was helpful, informative and overall a great communicator (emailing with us daily as soon as we said we were interested in the apartment after checking it out in person).We moved in on 1/25/25 and have been here a couple days now — even when we had a random in-person question — Dajour was there and always eagerly ready to help. She’s rocks.Only reason we are not giving a complete 5 stars is because when we arrived on 1/25/25 to finish signing our lease & get our apartment keys - it took longer than we anticipated and had some trouble in the beginning with actually paying the rent to them (Resident Portal was down so we had to go to a money service to issue a Money-gram). Which was out of their control as they informed us they are changing a lot around here due to the new year.Overall, so far, it’s been a rather great experience here with the leasing staff.

I love my townhouse. The community is quiet and super convenient to the freeways. The office has community events almost every week which is super fun. And on the odd occasion that Ive needed to go into the office the Assistant Manager Soraya has been super kind & helpful.When Ive needed maintenance work, Juan has been on top of it. I just recently had a GREAT experience working with the management office at The Residence at North Dallas, and working with SORAYA VILLANUEVA in particular, who as a side note is always wonderful to work with/talk to.I recently needed some assistance with rent, and thought there was only one route through which would have worked but with some unpleasant side effects. However, after discussing with Soraya, she had a suggestion that we were able to agree to which saved me the unpleasantness and I was able to meet my obligation, and we are able to move forward with a better relationship than we even had previously.Many thanks to Soraya and the management team for your assistance, understanding, and willingness to work through the situation. I sincerely appreciate it!

I absolutely love the leasing office at RND Cliff is the man! He floats around the office helping everyone even when its packed and the entire team seems to work great together. Everyone helps each other and I work in sales so I know how toxic it can get! I will definitely be applying, Prices are amazing and i think its just the fresh start I need. I didnt have my ID but I will be back to tour on my lunch break!!!(DJour and Ayanni were the others in the office I think ..they were very helpful.....they told me a Jack was on Vacay in Japan so amazing! I hope to meet him soon if hes as nice as the rest of the office.)

I have recently experienced (and continue to experience) quite and bit of familial trauma and unfortunate instances that has resulted in the need for me to be away from my home quite often and a career requiring traveling more frequently than I’d like. Due to the above, I have made the decision to part with the community. Although I was unable to complete my lease duration, I have had the most amazing service with the leasing and on-site staff. I’ve worked more specifically with Heather and Kimmie and they’ve been exceptionally kind and helpful all while I have been managing what seems to be a never ending loop of grief and stress.While enjoying my stay at the community, a few elements that I admired were regular meetings for crime watch, controlled, gated and monitored community parking, maintenance that assisted quickly and thoroughly and kind neighbors. The location is very central to great dining, shopping and entertainment as well as off major highways for easy access throughout the city. Thank you again Heather and Kimmie for all you’ve done, helped with and for your unwavering kindness. I cannot express enough how grateful I am and how much I’d recommend this community and incredible staff!

Hotel is nice and well taken care of. Rating a 4 based on breakfast options and lack of other food options. The “included” Breakfast option at the Residence inn is basic and ends at 9:30 on weekend and 9am on weekdays. So don’t sleep in or you only option is to pay $19 for a pretty sparse fancy buffet.

Maxine was a wonderful helper. she was the only one who acknowledged us and took us on a tour the other people in the office was no help at all. The other ylady at the front desk attitude was horrible. She was not helpful at all. The only one to take you on a tour and very helpful is Maxine. The other ones will show you on your phone.

I have been living at this property for 5 years and for the first time ever I have suffered a financial hardship where I am late on my rent. I went to the office and talked to Soraya and she was so kind to waive my late fees for me. It makes me feel good that being a good tenant pays off because I got treated with respect and most of all kindness. I don’t ever plan on being late again but to know that the staff actually cares about me as a person makes all of the difference. This is an amazing community and the staff does the best they can to make sure we are okay. I know that at the end of the day they have a job to do but it means the world that kindness still exists. I will be here until I move into my forever home. Thank you guys for being compassionate. Keep up the amazing work!

We were driving around and decided to stop in to talk about apartments and pricing and maybe get a tour of the apartments. We spoke with Yvonne in the office and she did a great job at answering all my questions. She showed us all the different options and available dates that would best fit with our timeline. We still have a while before we can move but will definitely be looking at these apartments again Yvonne was super nice and it’s a refreshing change from my older apartment complex we’re used to.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Our community is quiet and safe. My neighbors and I speak and look out for each other. We also like how responsive the apartment complex is. Since moving in we have only had 1 issue with air filter, we called and the issue was resolved that. My son loves the pools in the summer and is excited about participating in the after school and summer programs designed for kids.

I have lived at the Residence of North Dallas for years and I love it. The Management Company is very attentive to the Residence needs. I needed some more time in paying my rent this month an the office workers, Soraya and Kimmie figured out a way to extend my payment with no late fees due to my good pay history. Thank y’all for taking the time to do that. I enjoy living here and would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be renewing my lease.

We just turned the keys in today, and I am so sad to do so. We loved our stay here, and would move back in a heartbeat if we could. The office staff are always so nice, and maintenance was always handled promptly. Some things were a bit difficult, such as parking at our area because the gates were usually stuck open, and visitors did not park in the visitor parking. They also did not enforce the 1 vehicle per leasehold, and one guy had 2 cars, one usually taking up a prime spot, but it didnt move for weeks at a time.

I lived in these apartments from August 2014-September 2015. The apartments were really nice and well maintained (I had the upgraded unit). The management was always nice and the neighbors were quiet in my area. The only complaint I have is the towing company that they use they stole my fiances car because it had a flat tire but the car didnt have a flat they never returned his car even at the request of management.

The apartments are pretty affordable, nice and quiet and theres tons of parking, but what really made us lease with them was the customer service from Maria Galvan. She was super cool and sweet, the welcome we were given once we moved in was amazing and completely new to us. Were so happy with our new home!

Maria Galvan was the Leasing agent that I worked with while relocating from IL to Dallas to the Residence. She was thorough, quick, detailed, and kind. She answered all of my questions prior to my moved and showed me to my apartment when I arrived. When I came into the office the week after she helped me resolved a mailing matter that was appreciated. A complimentary bottle of wine was included as well. I was happy with the cleanliness of the apartment, the location and suggestions I received from staff. I am glad for this to be my first home in Dallas. Thank you Maria.

I’ve lived at the complex since 2018 and have enjoyed my stay. Management has always been helpful and great. Maintenance is always great and respond to request in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give a five stat review is due to my off and on issue with roaches. If I didn’t need a bigger apartment I would consider renewing for another year.

I moved here in September of 2014 and under the old management I did have some issues as there was a direct tv dish by my window, (was there when I moved in) and I was constantly harassed about moving it. Management finally realized it was there before. New management have been pretty good at taking care of issues. The maintenance crew are the best. I really love how in front of my building where there was no grass they filled in the landscape with rocks (Looks so much better). Although I wish the neighbors would clean up behind their dogs who they let go in front of my balcony (people are irresponsible) I do not like to walk in S---. My neighbors have been great, very friendly and look out for each other. I am in my second apartment here. It is a large community so there will be children running and playing, but no harm so far. Hopefully everything continues to improve. It takes time, but the new management team is working hard to make the community a place people can call home. Oh and the monthly breakfast on the go and other activities are really nice.

We recently moved to the complex. We are a little family of 4 including 2 small children. The complex has been great this 2 weeks of being here. There is a park in the community that is fairly large. Tennis court. Dog park. My favorite is the large gym having 2 floors. Lots of different equipment as well. Nancy is the leasing office was very helpful finding us an apartment we would love. Misty in the residence office has been nothing but nice and helpful. She has helped us with every little thing we have needed making this move so very easy for us. The parking here is great lots of open parking never have to park far from my building. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thanks to misty and the management company for doing all they have so far.

This is my second year living here and I love it! It’s quiet, peaceful and they care about their residents. The maintenance team is amazing! Anytime I submit a service request, they are out to my apartment immediately. Herman on the maintenance especially. He gives A1 service each and every time. He’s friendly, attentive and gets the job done! I highly recommend these apartments as they are also affordable!

5 stars because the maintenance team here is spot on. I’ve never waited over 2 days for someone to come & assist my issue. They don’t enter your apartment when you’re not home unless you allow them to. I don’t have to call the front office ever to get maintenance in my apartment, I put my work order in online & that’s it, they see it & they show up! Lots of apartments are lacking in the maintenance department, but not here at Residence!

This place is totally different, clean, presentable, exactly what I was looking for! The time I spent in the lobby I saw that many people asked for a transfer in this very same area showing this is an amazing place. The lady that attended me was one of the best sales directors I have ever met!! Under all the pressure, stress, and business Nancy had in her back, she was able to help me and everyone else that walked through that door. Ive lived for here for a year and half now, and this is the best apartment complex Ive rented from so far. The grounds are clean, the buildings have been renovated over the last 2 years. The pools are clean, the fitness area is really amazing for an apartment. The walls are a little thin, but not too bad. So far I havent had any issues with management or maintenance. Id recommend these apartments to a friend and I may be renewing again for a third year.

Since moving to the Residence at North Dallas my experience and the service received has been phenomenal! From the leasing office as well as the resident center staff are friendly and respond to questions and concerns on a timely manner. I’ve been here for 2 months and loving it so far. If you are looking for a place to make your home come visit them.

When moving into the Plano, TX area, we visited around 15 different places to try to lock down a new home. Residence at North Dallas was easily the nicest, cleanest, most economical, and friendly of every complex we visited. They really went above and beyond every other experience we had. We were also impressed with the layouts and amenities available. Application process was a little tough due to some difficulties with the online system and email SNAFUs, but they aided us there as well.Overall, these folks earned our trust thoroughly and we cant thank them enough for turning what was otherwise a very hectic and difficult moving process into a successful lease. Much thanks to all parties involved.

I am very pleased with the professionalism from this management! Mr. Marvin has made my experience with this company easy ,satisfying and a joy. I felt very comfortable and was greeted with kind words and a cold beverage upon my arrival. I had a couple hiccups during my leasing process which Marvin helped me with step by step. I really enjoy feeling at home even when im away from my actual house and in the office. I had 2 other choices as far as a place to stay but with Marvins help and professional care i knew this was the apartment for me.

I lived at this apartment for 13 months and Karen and her team are amazing! MY favorite thing is the speedy Maintance. When I put in a work order it was complete in 24 hours or less honestly most times it was same day. Very well maintained community. Really, great place to live, the location is great too. Talk to Eric in the leasing office he is very helpful.

I have been living here for 5 months already and I have no issues with anything. The staff is very friendly and courteous. If I have a problem they are quick to come fix it. I love it here because it is very quiet and peaceful. It is always maintained and clean. Also, I like the fact that the staff and owners care so much about their residents that they have resident week every other month. I dont know any other apartments complex that does that. I am a very happy resident and I have nothing negative to say about The Residence of North Dallas.

Maintenance struggles to keep up with work orders. I think the last one took 3 or so months just to patch a wall. Ive been here for three years, when we moved out of our first one because of the pipes breaking and leaking into our first floor apt about 3 times we asked to be moved to an apartment that was somewhere quieter as well. So they stuck us by the pool which was fine. Except to make up for their maintenance issues the complex decided it was a good idea to throw a party at it every other week and blast music. Even turning the tv all the way up does not drown this out. If you have to get up early for work avoid this place at all costs. Its a living hell. It didnt use to be this bad though. The new management also lost our contract and had to call us for a copy.

Joselin was a God send, she helped me so much during a very difficult time in my life. Everyone was kind and helpful, felt like I was already home. I will be eternally grateful for Joselins hard work and commitment to a complete stranger.The assistant manager at the residence office, Sonja was great too, was very helpful with guiding me in all my questions I had.

I had some difficulties with moving in and Joselin was very kind to help me through it all. I appreciate and value her honesty. If it wasnt for her, I would have not considered staying in these apartments. Everything is situated and I have had no problems since settling into my new apartment. Highly recommend anyone considering moving here to go directly to Joselin. Shes also very sweet!

I moved in right before Thanksgiving and I have to say I love my new place. The property is well kept and suprisingly really quiet considering how big the property is. They offer so many different floor plans that you are bound to find one that offers all the amenities that you want. I was looking for a 1bdr with an open concept floor plan with flooring instead of carpet and thats exactly what I got. My 1bdr is large with a lot of storage space, washer and dryer connections, a large bathroom and walk in closet, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. I havent had any kind of issues with pest control or noise for that matter which of course is a plus!!! I absolutely love everything about my new place!!! My leasing agent Nancy found me my new place that met all my requirements, I even changed my mind regarding one apartment over another at the very last minute and she accommodated me with no problem. She even helped me when I had issues trying to get online. Everyone in the office are very nice and very helpful. My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend moving here and if you can make sure you get Nancy as your leading agent!😊
