    Love this property! It is beautifully maintained and the whole staff is amazing. Especially the manager, Nicole. She is organized, patient, and so sweet. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking!

    I have lived here for 1.5 years and so far I love it. Everyone at the office is amazing and helpful. And the maintenance staff is quick to respond to any problem Ive had. They also have events for everyone to participate in. I havent had any infestation problems or mold so far either. And neighbors are pretty quiet as well. My daughter loves the playground as well. The location is also very convenient, since all the stores are super close. So far we love it

    Compared to the apartments next door, The Residence is very nice and feels like its own little neighborhood. The maintenance is very punctual and actually fixes what may or may not be broken. They replaced my sink, and notice the door was getting stuck also so they fixed that without me even asking. Great place to live!

    The best apartment complex if ever lived. The management is top tier always has something going on for the community. Answers questions quickly and the apartments a just simply beautiful. Maintenance is great. Quick to fix the issues. If you’re looking for a new home look no further. well worth it.

    Ive been living here for three months, and I feel safe, comfortable and very much at home. I have a great balcony, quiet neighbors, a view of the pool and nicer kitchen than most places. My dog likes the Bark Park, all the grassy areas and the dog washing station (the actual washing, though, not so much).

    Staying here for my summer internship. Absolutely a blessing, Nicole was extremely flexible and kind. Worked with me on short notice and I’ve never been more eager to sign a lease. Beautiful and safe apartment complex and unit. Could not recommend more!!

    Since, I moved in. I love staying in the Residents of lake Jackson. It’s a peaceful apartment complex. You have your own home privacy. They don’t just barge in. They notify, if needed to be spray inspected. Me and my partner enjoy our privacy.The pool is always cleaned up. I love going to the gym they have. Just a great safe place to live & consider it home. 🏠

    I’ve been living here for several years and it’s been the greatest place. I’ve been thus far. The staff is super nice and very helpful and the whole ambience of the apartment complex is safe and quiet. And the management always have the best events every month to get a better community involvement.

    For the most part I absolutely love the complex, the amenities are great. Only complaint is the walls are very thin and you hear everything. The gate has also been broken since moving in. Other than that things are great complex is quiet and neighbors are all friendly.

    I have been a resident here for over three years. I greatly appreciate the peace and tranquility that this place offers. The staff members, particularly the manager, excel in their roles.     Overall great location in Lake Jackson, quiet safe area and close to everything. As only here for a year and would have stayed longer. They accept giant dog breedsIssues: Crazy amounts of roaches, even after being sprayed by professionals. Pool was always closed, turned green every week. Gate always broken.Pros: Easy parking, decent maintenance, different food trucks every week for residents

    Literally THE best property we’ve lived. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they ARE pet friendly! There’s a wide variety of animals and no one turns their noses up at you when you’re walking yours. The grounds are clean, maintenance is 10/10! I feel like properties always sell you a dream when trying to get you to lease but my unit and the property look exactly has advertised. And the staff is AMAZING! Nicole and Alyssa are so sweet and on top of their A-game! Nicole has taken great care of us since our first tour.

    The Residence Apartments was an amazing place to live! My family and I lived there for three years and loved it. Monica and Melissa always helped us out whenever we needed anything, and Jorge was always kind and punctual with any repairs. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the workout room, and the covered gazebo. Thank you Residence team for making our stay memorable.

    This has definitely been one of the best living experiences I have had. If I’ve ever had a problem I put in a request and they’ve always been here same day to fix the issue. Nicole has taken exceptional care of us while we have lived here. Also the neighborhood is very quiet & relaxed place, I 10/10 recommend.

    We are moving in next week and throughout the whole process Jessica has been amazing. We were up in the air on which floor plan we wanted and she was patient the whole way through. We got to see all the floor plans and she kept us up to date on when units would become available. The staff are just genuinely nice people who take care of their tenants.

    Great area for housing just off of a major roadway with secure gating and near a lot of shops. My only complaint was parking could be a bit tight.

    The Residence at Lake Jackson is a nice and quiet place to live, the rent is fair, there is a pool and gym which are nice as well, I havent had any problems living here. Management is great, the best Ive had living in apartments. The Residence is also only a few minutes away from gas stations, the mall, grocery stores, and other stores, ect.

    I love my luxury apartment the stay here has been very pleasant, they have a amazing office staff and club house where you can hang out with the kiddos or sit at the beautiful pool side. Or watch a football game and BBQ under the spacious gazebo. I myself like to work out in the gym. They keep the grounds very clean.

    I have never lived in a more luxurious home in my life. It is well kept and clean my apartment is huge and has made my stay feel more comfort. The staff is absolutely amazing especially the manager she is truly amazing she has made my stay so pleasurable i couldnt imagine ever leaving. Thank you so much for the hospitality

    Very quiet, nice place to live! Dog friendly and doesn’t breed discriminate. Maintenance is quick & the office also has a nice chill area & play area for kids. I have no complaints I love living here!
