I have nothing but amazing things to say about this apartment community! I lived here for one year, and if it werent for us getting a puppy during our lease, I would still be living here. Who knew that living on the fourth floor wouldnt be ideal for potty training a puppy?!Maria in the front office is so amazing and was so helpful during our time here. The real star of this community is Tony the maintenance supervisor. He always went above and beyond to help us with any of our questions and concerns, and always did so with a smile on his face. You can absolutely tell that he takes pride in keeping this community in tip top shape, and it definitely shows in everything that he does. This community was always extremely clean, and I have zero complaints on the cleanliness or maintenance of this community.The complex is gated, and during our lease here there were only a handful of times that the gate was not operational, but even with that being said they always fixed the issue in a timely manner with the residents safety at top of mind. One of my only critiques is for the community to fix the door by the pool to get into the building, as many times the door doesnt latch, making it accessible to anyone with or without a key fob.The Reflection hosts monthly resident events of all variety and type. A personal suggestion would be for The Reflection team to do more food trucks as a monthly resident event, as those were always easy and enjoyed by everyone. I personally did not attend any of the other resident events as they did not interest me, so i always thought that the food trucks were great and enjoyed by everyone.I had previously lived in the apartment complex right in Watters Creek, and The Reflection was such a step up from that complex. From the prices, to the cleanliness and overall safety and security of the residents, The Reflection should be everyones choice when finding the right community for you and your family.

It is a clean and safe city, and all means of comfort are available. There is a swimming pool, and the city gates are closed and cannot be opened except with a special key. All comfort services are available. I love it very much.

Edited to add that the resident experience has vastly improved since my original review. They are doing some fun events and the communication on issues is much better. Maria in the office is super friendly and helpful!My biggest concern with the new management is the massive lack of communication. The majority of emails that we do receive are written so poorly and with so many spelling and grammatical errors that it suggests a total lack of professionalism.The management team is rarely available. The phone often goes unanswered and the manager does not make herself available to residents with concerns. I do believe that much of this is because Greystar requires so much reporting from their managers that they do not have time for any quality time for dealing with resident concerns.The elevator in building D that goes to the parking garage has not been operational for far more than is normal. If management would at least communicate to the residents when it is down, the frustration of residents would be more manageable. However, if there is no communication this is when residents get upset. My husband and I returned from out of town this afternoon with two suitcases, a case of wine from an east TX vineyard and several grocery bags only to find that the elevator was not operational. We were attempting to take the elevator from the parking garage that we pay $100 a month for two separate parking spaces. If an email had been sent out about the elevator being down, we would have parked in the normal parking lot and would have been able to better prepare considering our luggage situation. Instead, we lugged two suitcases, a case of wine and several grocery bags up two flights up stairs.Greystar has done some good things with the signage and the screens at the end of the open air hallways (although they need to be cleaned).I am also extremely unhappy with Fetch as their level of customer service is atrocious. I do not like that I am forced to pay for a service that is sub par. I have most of my packages delivered to my work address yet I still have to pay for Fetch.Covid has been over for a while, yet we still do not have any resident activities that are engaging and that promote community connection. Food trucks are easy and do not require any employee involvement. There is a movie night for kids coming up with unlimited popcorn....but this event will not be appealing to the bulk of residents that live here. It would be great to have a resident event to gather together the adults in the community and have a little fun.I LOVE my apartment....I would just like to see some improvement in the communication, package service and resident events.

I have been living here for a little more than a year now, I am moving out due to family events.I LOVE it here, and Maria from the office is extremely professional, sweet and helpful!The amenities are great, always clean, and they do a lot of events for the community!They are very strict when it comes for late payments. I had some financial challenges on a couple of months and it is a steep fee to pay.

I have lived here since August and I love the apartment, it checked off all the boxes during my apartment hunting. The area/location is very nice and the apartment holds some great amenities. The staff is highly attentive to your needs but I will single out Ashley who was my leasing representative who is absolutely amazing. She really cares about making sure you are happy and taken care of. She was a great influence on my decision moving into these apartments. Also the staff holds monthly events such as happy hour and gatherings at the complex which is great to meet others and have something fun to do.

I have lived in about 4 or 5 different apartment complexes and The Reflection is by far the best one I’ve lived in. The staff is great. From the first day I moved in, Shante and Noel have been very helpful and gracious. All my communication with Carol and Lauren has been great. I have never dealt with a better leasing and management staff. They are all extremely nice and professional. The community is well kept. The apartments have good floor plans that make them appear bigger than the square footage indicates. The amenities are top notch. I highly recommend The Reflection, not only because of the apartments and amenities, but more so, because of the staff.

Ive been here for a few months & I really enjoy it here. The staff (noel,jennifer & ms.carol) have been very understanding, kind & helpful when I have reached out-- which goes a long way. The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet/peaceful & the landscaping is always kept up. The amenities here are great as well. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of this place. You can tell they care about their tenants and their style of living. I snagged a 1 bedroom this past weekend after my previous residency dropped the ball. I was stressed to say the least. Noel and all the other staff I have interacted with were phenomenal: ARE PHENOMENAL! They were so willing to help and accommodate moving me in as quickly as possible and making sure my moving trucks were situated as well. I really enjoyed the way I was greeted and treated throughout this move-in journey and I will continue to recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I recently moved into Reflections and couldn’t be happier! Our apartment is beautiful. The staff is professional, and everyone has been so helpful. When we got locked out of our apartment, Shantay helped us and was very pleasant even though it was early on a Sunday morning. The property is immaculate. The amenities are amazing. I can’t imagine a nicer place!

We absolutely loved living here. The only things I could think to complain about was the KEVO didn’t work about 80% of the time, and they made you pay for Fetch, even if you didn’t use it or want it. Besides that the place was clean, quiet, and the amenities were always clean and kept up with. We will miss living here!

I love living in an extremely clean and smoke-free environment like it is here at The Reflection. Having the valet-living services is great and comes in handy in many ways specially while moving. It’s also nice to live walking distance from Waters Creek.Overall, I feel really safe here and that has me sold.

UPDATE 5/13/2020 POST MOVEOUT:Moved out once our house closed. Here are my final thoughts on top of our original post.Everything was still nice, still loved living there.Pro: Thee monthly events were really nice. Enjoyed getting to go to an Allen American game. Halloween and other events where I actually got a chance to meet people I lived next to & staff.Con:Neighbor Dogs. Most of the dogs were super nice and friendly, but you def had a few dogs that were very untrained, one across the hall that barked a lot (AHHH lot) or 1 or 2 that seemed a little aggressive, but that was really rare. Owners were super nice and there were 2 neighbors who had dogs that we were always excited to see/pet.Valley Living:You pay an extra $59 per month & I wish we didnt have to pay it.They offer a lot of services, but we only took advantage of the trash and package office. Most of the other services were an additional cost. (79.00 for cleaning, 25.00 per gym class etc)I am already paying 1700-1800 a month why ask residents to pay for the service?I had a hello fresh order go bad one weekend when I mistakenly thought normal hours on a Sat and Closed on Sun.Amazon same day arrives later (2000) than Valley Living is open. They are not able to deliver to our doors due to access, so if you were expecting a package that day, you wouldnt receive next day. (Unless you did like we did and stalk the poor man!)Original Post,My experience with these apartments are based on 2 weeks of living here. I plan to make a review again in 6 months.First of all this is absolutely the nicest apt I have ever lived in.IMO. The price is high for the square footage of your apt (especially the bigger apts), but for me I love the location, the look of the place & they have a ton of 1st rate amenities that sold me after the first communication with the office.Valley living services team is amazing. They help with grocery, trash pick up, package delivery, some other services. Also really nice!Movedwe from out of state & had to do sight unseen. However Ashleigh went into the apt & snapped plenty of solid pics to help. Also was constantly helpful & pleasant through the whole process even though I asked tons of questions & had to change apt options a few times to accommodate my own situation!They really want you to feel welcomed to the apts.The complex is tucked away & near a new neighborhood & its nice to walk around. I always feel very safe.The apt building is always clean & quiet. Beautiful decorated in the public spaces,The gym is phenomenal tons of space, the machines are very fancy. (I can watch netflix, hulu, youtube on the treadmill while I work out)I look forward to winter so we can take advantage of the terrace.The common room has plenty of spots to relax, play pool, Checkers & tables you can utilize for whatever. Also starbucks coffee machine!Can add front loader washer/dryer rental for a good price. Love that!So happy we can pay rent online!!Cons, but not really bothersome.The parking situation. There are a ton of parking options, but I wish there was a better loading/unloading & covered spots close to main entrance for those days when it’s raining. That way residents can get there groceries, etc unloaded without get soaked.An extra fee per month does allows you to park in the underground parking garage, but right now its so hot & the elevator is kind of slow so I am sorta pondering if it was worth it! Perhaps in fall/winter/spring it will be better! Also I think only 2 buildings offer covered parking.The complex outside is very well lit, which is great for visibility/safety, but shines a tad too bright as it spills into my bedroom. But I do appreciate their intentions.I live on the 1st floor with very tall ceilings & my apt is never cold enough at night right now (its on 67) I am wondering if its the height or just so hot outside. But the ceiling fans help!Overall I am mcloving it & I think you would too.

This review is in response to Lee Pelmore. I first want to make note that the Individual that is writing such an unpleasant review happens to be the boyfriend of a disgruntled ex employee that is no longer here. I would hate for prospective residents to get the wrong impression of this apartment community. I have been a happy and satisfied resident since I moved in at the beginning of the year, and I have only positive things to say about this place. Where should I begin? How about the front door. As soon as you walk-in you are greeted with genuine kindness. The ladies of the office: Carol, Lauren, Noel, Shante, and Ashley are very professional, and are quick on their feet to help new and existing residents. This apartment community has fantastic amenities that appeal to everyone! Unlike most apartments, the Reflections at Montgomery Ridge actually have resident events 1-2 times out of the month which gives residents the opportunity to meet their neighbors and make new friends. They even offer fitness classes twice out of the week, because they care about us staying in shape! The maintenance team is phenomenal, which is so important when it comes to an apartment community, and best of yet the community is always clean! So renters... to me this sounds like an amazing place to call home!! (:

I recently moved in & my experience could not have been better. The asst mgr (Melissa) was a rockstar. She took the time to know my needs & showed me various floor plans. She responded in a timely fashion & addressed every question regardless how small. The day of move-in she was off, but she had everything in order. It took all of 5mins to p/u the keys & sign paperwork. I really appreciate her diligence to make this a great experience.

This place is honestly amazing. Management is beyond helpful and willing to email and help amongst themselves to deliver you good service. Usually if there are rules they seem beyond reason, so far everything seems to be great. Let me tel you the best part the walls are thick you don’t hear anything my neighbors didn’t even realize I was moving in! This place is 👍🏼. I wouldn’t wanna life anywhere else 😍 btw carol is amazing she made everything super easy and quick she even opened up an hour early to help us move in!!!!

The apartment layout is very nice with amazing facilities (do check out the gym) at competitive rates. Very good to interact with the friendly management staff who was very experienced and answered all my questions before I signed the lease.

This community is beautiful, well kept and in a peaceful area. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. They are alert if anything goes down/damaged. It is located in an ideal spot, not too far from the highway, everything extremely accessible and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. We highly recommend this complex to family, friends, and anyone look for a place to relax!

I lived here for about 6 months and absolutely loved it. When picking a place to live, I narrow down my selection based off of a four criteria: Quality, Price, Location, Service.1. Quality: This is a new build as of last year. The apartment is stunning inside and out (granite countertops, hardwood floors, kevo locks, walk-in closets, etc.). I had a great view too overlooking the neighborhood next to it, and the pool reminds me of what you would find at an upscale resort.Location: Right next to the shops at Watters creek (5 min walk) but located in a suburban area. I loved this because it brings the best of both worlds; quiet and homey feel of a suburb with the lively action similar to a downtown area just a short walk away. Easy to get on 75, pretty much near everything... even Chick Fil A

We recently moved 1500 miles from a home to this apartment complex. Needless to say, It was a big transition for us. On our second night, we experienced a significant lightening storm and early the next morning, a Sunday morning, I was unable to get back into the building. We called and Shantay came right over to help us. Followed shortly by Moises who opened doors, provided access and personally made sure everyone could get in. Their response to a lightening strike, an act of God, which was no fault of anyone at the Reflection, demonstrated to me what kind of people work there and how much they care.
