    Deja and the staff made me feel so welcome moving in especially coming from a house so I was so confused on how getting an apartment works but she walked me through the process so I love my spacious apartment home to well as I renewed my lease because everything I need is in the area I couldn’t ask for a better location and comfort!!!

    I lived in these apartments for almost three years and its really due to great service. Staff has always been great and quick to respond to any problem Ive had. Maintenance responds fairly quickly to work orders, theres always food trucks, and some sort of residence events. Family friendly apartments that are really affordable. Walls are kind of thin and parking can be bad sometimes but overall great complex.

    My experience with the leasing sales representatives was exceptional. Everyone is so friendly & professional. Not to mention they’re all beautiful woman lol. They really pay attention to what you’re looking for and go above and beyond to find you the perfect floor plan to call home. Working with Nuvia was an absolute thrill. She is filled with excitement just like I was and that just made the whole experience enjoyable. By far, one of the best communities in the Humble area.

    Deja has been amazing from beginning to end! Literally from day 1 when I first expressed interest into the Pointe at West lake, Deja went above and beyond and even got me in on the same day for a tour. From there the rest was history! The apartments are beautiful & located in a nice area. She was very knowledgeable about the property & truly took her time to explain everything to me. She legitimately answered any question I had & even gave me recommendations for electric companies and renters insurance. I am new to Texas and Deja was truly God Sent! Deja truly helped to put my mind at ease. I can’t wait to move in!!

    I relocated to Texas from New Jersey, this was the first apartment I called home. I took a leap of faith by not seeing the premises until I moved in, I wasn’t disappointed at all. The complex is well very kept, from the grounds, the pool, to the fitness room. Any issues with my unit maintenance took care of it promptly. Very quiet complex, no issues with loud music or partying, I slept good only hearing the crickets throughout the night. The lovely ladies in the office are great at what they do. Big shout out to Mela, Nuvia, and Deja. The display of professionalism and service is top tier. It felt like family anytime I went in the office. I spent two years here, the only reason I’m leaving is due to job relocation but the Pointe will be missed. I would definitely call this place of solitude home again.

    I’ve been living here for about a week now, and so far everything is great. I love my apartment, the area, the amenities everything is nice. I would like to also thank the leasing agent Deja who helped us, she was really sweet, patient, knowledgeable and had awesome communication skills during the entire process of our application. Overall I have no complaints! Maintenance team works pretty fast, we love it here. Thanks again!!

    This apartment complex has by far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I expressed interest the staff made sure I was accommodated and made the process seem-less. So far since being here I have been appreciative of the wonderful amenities that that have set up here. The weight room for one is beyond those of most apartments. I will update throughout my time here but I am so far beyond impressed with everything from staff, to the looks, and community.

    Absolutely the most amazing property I have ever lived at! First of all, they truly care about the appearance of the property. It is always well kept and up-to-date. The exterior is absolutely beautiful and it stays that way! Second of all the staff where do I begin, From the moment I came to view the property they were professional and kind and made the process easy and seamless (and even after I moved in, They continued to be kind and Professional) anytime I have an issue with anything they address it immediately or at least within 24 hours! Ask for Nuvia, Deja or Miela. What I love about working with the staff is that No matter what the issue is you can count on any one of those ladies to take care of it regardless of their job title! As for the units, they are absolutely beautiful on the inside and once again, well kept! All appliances, counters And cabinets are up-to-date! And the spacious the floor plan is Comfortability at its best! Don’t pass up your opportunity to live here this is my second year here and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!!

    I have been here since March of 2021 and wanted to give it enough time to give a good review. This is a fantastic place to live. The location is great and accessible, the complex itself is beautiful inside and out and priced very competitively for how nice it is. It is well maintained and both the front office staff and maintenance are quick to respond and very understanding. The whole move-in process was enjoyable and painless. The only gripe I have is with the trash, in that some residents do not follow the rules on where, when and how to put their trash outside and there can and should better enforcement of it. There is also frequent overflow at the dumpster that could probably be handled better. However, these matters dont really affect me personally so they are easy to overlook. This is an excellent apartment living experience. If you are looking in the area, I would definitely give The Pointe consideration.

    If you ever receive the opportunity to move here; do it! I had the opportunity to work with Liz during my application process and I cannot say enough how awesome she is! This has been one of the smoothest application processes that I’ve ever been through! She always responds right away and is always so pleasant and joyful when speaking to her. Even when she was away, she made sure to let me know who would be available to assist me if I had further questions. I even needed to change my move in date at the last minute due to my job requiring me to take care of some things before moving to another city permanently; and that too was super easy and she was happy to assist as always! I am excited to be moving here and I’m glad that I found this property!

    I only rented an apartment because the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I went to so many other apartments and the staff acted as if I interrupted them by stopping and asking questions. The Rosemary actually asked me to come back in an hour because they were all eating at 230 pm. The Sarah was so unfriendly that it turned me away. My experience with The Pointe has been extremely top-notch!!!! My apartment is nice and clean. The easiest experience Ive had renting an apartment!!!

    I moved into Echelon at West Lake when they first opened under Alliance. When I first moved in I had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely fashion. I was shocked when I walked into the office one day and realized we had an all new staff and management company. I had never lived or experienced Roscoe Properties but Paul the manager was awesome. Anytime I had questions or concerns he and his staff were punctual and attentive. I lived in the one bedroom with attached garage and loved my apartment. The interior color scheme was very modern and stylish. Being in New Home construction I understand that issues can arise when moving into a brand new community. Fortunately I never experienced any of the issues or concerns other residents have discussed but maybe I was lucky. During my stay, and even after move out the staff at Echelon impressed me. Ill refer everyone I know and may come back if I get relocated back to Houston. I already miss the fitness studio and cycle room. Thank you for all your hard work and for making my stay at Echelon a positive experience.Destinee....aka....Dee

    Everyone here was incredibly helpful in laying out what was needed in order for me to secure an apartment! The office is full of welcoming staff that eagerly answered any questions I had and made sure I felt at home. Being a first time renter is nerve racking as is, but Liz was able to guide me through the process with ease. I can already tell that moving here was worth the wait and I am excited for the months to come!

    I had a leak in my apartment late one night. I called the Emergency line for maintenance they responded really quickly within 5 minutes of calling they took care of it right there and then and had it prepped for the next morning. They had to repair the ceiling and the carpet where it was submerged with water. They came out and did it within the following day or two and they did an amazing job. Thank you Management for your hard work. Maintenance; you guys are great! Thank you for hard work. 👍

    We recommend The Pointe as all the ladies (Brittany, Nuvia & Christie) are wonderful. It is a great community that has many events throughout the year. The property is gorgeous & we love our apartment. It is so well insulated that we have not had to run either heat or air since moving in a month ago which is a huge savings on our light bill. We downsized from a home to the apartment and have not regretted our decision. We love being apart of this community.

    Ive been living at this complex since August of 2022, and its by far the best complex Ive ever lived in. Everything from Cleanliness, Communication with the office staff, it being pet friendly really makes me happy that I chose The Pointe at Westlake. Also, they are always doing something for the residents; movies, food trucks and ect.. Ms. Liz is amazing by the way, sooooo professional and makes sure that youre happy.

    The designers who worked on this complex hit all the high notes. We love our floor plan and kitchen layout. Everything ties out, and the appliances are good quality. Yes, this is a new property, but the office staff are very conscientious while juggling about a billion details. The pool and exercise equipment are great. Its a good place to be in Houston. We love the location and the value.

    My wife and I moved here when the complex was named The Echelon. So when we found that another company purchased the property like others we were worried. But I must say it hasnt been terrible as we thought. First of all generally speaking bad reviews are almost always given instead of good ones most of the time which is why I wanted to give my review. The staff for me and my family have gone out of their way to be very accommodating to our problems and concerns to also go out of their way to help even when they didnt have too. The repairs we have needed have always been taken care of in a timely manner which none have been major. The floorplans are spacious and appliances are first class. The property is tranquil as well as appealing to the eye. So before you make a decision pay a visit to the staff of the point; take a tour and allow the staff to answer any questions you may have. Trust me ive stayed at enough apartments since moving to Texas to be thankful I have a management team I can rely on so I can simply come home and relax.

    Hands down Top 5 Rating... What would I do without the staff. Especially the people in the front office... Absolutely outstanding people... especially when I was working out of state... They made sure my stuff didn’t get stolen from my front door.     I have lived here since Harvey in 2017. The complex has always been a quiet, peaceful, clean, safe place for families. It is also in excellent proximity to schools for the kids; with Lakeshore Elementary next door and West Lake Middle School less than 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this complex and its outstanding staff. They are knowledgeable, polite, and always willing to go above and beyond for their residents.

    On July 9, 2017, we moved into Echelon Condos at West Lake in Houston, TX from Indiana. The reason for our visit was due to our son having surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The Condo manager, Paul, knew we would only be staying there for a few months, but knowing we were short timers made no difference to Paul or his office staff. They are the best! We could not have been treated any better. Paul has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and to meet any needs we had. This has been a difficult time for us being away from family, but we have been treated like family here at Echelon. The unit is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and grounds are meticulously maintained. We have had no issues what so ever. We highly recommend Echelon Condos and, especially, Paul and his staff. Thank you all for everything.     Very nice property. The people in the office are very friendly. The lady helped us with the language and gave us her best specials. We have been in the city for 4 months and he helps us with everything. We dont know much about the area and they were very professional in assisting us with all of our questions. The maintenance guys are very punctual/respectful and quick with any problem you may have. I arrive late from work and we have never had any problems with the parking lot. In the end they always try to fulfill everything for their client.
