The staff here is the best! The lake view, pool and work out room are a plus!, the apartments themselves are beautiful with garden tubs and granite counter tops. Were excited to move here soon!

My wife and I just turned in our keys to our home of three years, it was extremely bittersweet as we LOVED living here. We just moved into a home so didn’t leave The Pointe for another apartment complex. I spent a lot of my time walking my boxer dog Maze, the area in and around the complex is very open and huge so plenty of space to release her energy. The pool area is so beautiful, the fitness room has updated equipment and is always very clean. The community and neighbors were always very kind and polite, I enjoyed getting to know everyone. The leasing agents are amazing, polite, and always very helpful. I would often see Mikesah’s smiling face in the office, she was always very kind and really cared about helping with anything we needed. I will most definitely miss living here, thank you so much for a wonderful living experience!

Did an apartment tour for my parents and was greeted with the best customer service I’ve experienced a while. Abriana was our tour guide she was knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and inviting. During the beautiful and detailed tour Abriana was able to refer to several residents by name and they all spoke back. Which speaks volumes to professionalism and integrity of the facility. The apartments are gorgeous all of the amenities we well kept the pool is open all year round!!!! 10/10 I would certainly live here!

I wanted to hold off on giving a review until I have had some lived experience at these apartments. We chose these apartments not only because the premises are beautiful, but Mikesah was incredibly helpful and personable. After 5 months living here I have to say it is a very peaceful community. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly, they even know tenants by name. Maintenance is quick and responsive as well. The few issues we have had were resolved quickly. The only complaint I have is the parking. There is supposed to be two parking tags per residence and a designated visitor parking area, but we often find several cars without parking tags parked all over taking up resident spaces.

I’ve been here for going on three years and can say that I have enjoyed every moment. From the convenience of a shopping center close by, the beautiful lake to walk by, to the amazing staff. Adriana goes above and beyond for all of the residents here and my little pup, Tofu, absolutely adores her! I’ve never felt more at home!

Moving into mine and my fiancés first apartment was a big step, and honestly, we were a bit nervous about the whole process. Thankfully, we had the incredible opportunity to work with Mikesah, who turned what could have been a chaotic experience into a delightful journey!From the moment we connected, it was evident that Mikesah was not just knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about helping people through their transitions. Her warm and patient demeanor instantly put me at ease. Unlike other services Ive encountered where we felt rushed or pushed to make quick decisions, Mikesah took the time to really understand our needs and preferences. It felt great knowing that she valued our input and was dedicated to finding the best options for us.Throughout the entire process, Mikesah was incredibly responsive and supportive. No question was too small for her, and she always made herself available to provide insights or just lend an ear when we needed reassurance. This level of care made all the difference; We truly felt like we had a partner in this journey rather than just a service provider.

Very beutiful place to live. Staff is absolutely amazing. Apartment living meets luxury in a whole package. Apartments are wonderful, modern, beyond nice . Staff is friendly, accommodating and willing to jump thru hoops. Game room awsome for weekend fun . Gym is top notch and always clean. Mail room is organized and nice . They have a locker system for mail as well with a code system. Pool is luxurious , big and clean. Complex is kept very nice and clean. Maintenance is accommodating. Trash is picked up @ door 90% of the week. Great place to live !

I would rate this property a 10/10 I toured with Adriana and I was really starting from scratch and she took the time and showed multiple different floor plans that would be best for me. We were so happy with the property and leasing staff we applied and signed a lease as soon as we got back. Ask for adriana and micksah they were so welcoming and we can’t wait to move in! They both made the best process very smooth and easy and answered all our questions !

DO NOT USE BRIGHTSPEED! You have been warned. The complex itself is wonderful. The staff is always helpful and kind. I loved living here. The only reason I left was due to new job location. It is peaceful. My dogs enjoyed their walks along the waterway. The pool is great and the other amenities. My Unit was great, and I loved having a large kitchen. It is also in a perfect location. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the area.

We love living here at The Pointe! The scenery makes us feel like we truly are at a resort. Fun weekly events. The up keep is always on point. All of the staff are respectful and nice. Our experience at The Pointe has been great! We really enjoy the peaceful environment! The overall apartment complex is incredibly beautiful, with a great pool and a fun game room! The area is very quiet and close to so many great attractions.The girls at the office are the best! Calla, Chelsey and Ashley are professional, friendly, and want to make sure you are taken cared off, will go the extra mile to solve whatever problem you might have. My husband and I love living here! Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a beautiful new place to call home!

Great place staff is constantly putting on some kind of community event! The lake to fish in is great as well as the pool is beautiful the complex feels safe and is lovely to walk around in! The actual apartments are very well done and are very nice to look at! The maintenance orders are done almost always the same day if not the next day. I moved in with my fiancé in July 2022 we both love it here

UPDATE: Been living here for about 10 months now. My 5 star rating has not changed! Staff are amazing, from the office to the maintenance. Every issue or question we have had, has always been promptly addressed. The amenities do not disappoint! The pool is amazing, never feels crowded whenever we go, there is lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Residents are nice and friendly, have met some great people living here! Brunch for the residents on Saturdays is a plus! Great way to meet your neighbors and mingle with the staff. Would STILL recommend this community! Just received our renewal offer and will definitely be signing another lease!Was greeted promptly and welcoming by office staff. Was shown 2 units by Ashley (who was incredible!). They had 1st floor units available. The unit, community, and amenities were more than we were expecting, which is great! Submitted our application, was approved, and got our keys in a timely manner! Would recommend this community!

Amazing scenery and community. We recently moved in and Ashley was amazing, she really helped us get the best deal for our one bedroom. We called every two days and every time she answered with great information and attitude. I would really recommend moving here and make sure you ask for Ashley!

The property is well kept / maintained, the faculty here are truly 5 stars alone! Calla and Ashley have been an all star team, since I first signed my lease. The Resort pool area and Lake View are amazing during the day and definitely at night RELAXING! The Amenities of the HUGE Gym, Computer area and Game room are amazing perks... NOT to mention the extremely peaceful / quiet environment, during the day and night time compared to other apartments I’ve lived at before.

I can’t begin where to start at about how wonderful living at The Pointe has been. I’ve lived here for two years and it’s very nice, peaceful, quiet with a safe atmosphere feeling. The maintenance crew is awesome when you call they come immediately to fix your problem. The office staff is WONDERFUL CALLA, Ashley, Leann & China are very professional, and care for their tenants they always make time to talk when needed. I love it here.

Loved visiting this complex! I received tour of the facilities and the amenities; I was so impressed the gym is 24 hrs and is HUGE compared to other apartment gyms I have seen. The complex is so close the the Valley Ranch shopping center which has most stores I visit on the regular. So it’s super convenient! The area seems super safe! Another plus us that there is access to the lake and a 10 acre nature preserve!

Did a tour today with Andrea and she was the sweetest soul ever! She did such a great job of being informative and welcoming. She covered every basis and will make you literally want to pack your bags to move in tomorrow lol! I appreciated watching her smile and engage with any resident she encountered while on tour. This lady literally sold this community.. definitely a class act. Oh yea and every single floor plan seen was beautiful!

The Pointe is a great place to live. We have had new construction challenges but the ladies and gentlemen working at the Pointe have always been great. They address and fix issues in a timely manner. The other residents are great as well. We love that everyone seems to have a pet and are very understanding if my dog barks here and there.

My boyfriend and I looked at 4 different apartment communities in the area before deciding on The Pointe. Out of all 4, Ashley gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel heard, cared for and comfortable. We carefully considered all aspects of all 4 communities including location, price and amenities and The Pointe was a clear winner. The move in process was smooth and so far he is happy with his choice. I’d highly recommend this community and Ashley!

There is a lot to say about these apartments. We’ve been living here for 5 months now and I don’t ever want to leave. The whole place just feels like home. All of the girls who work in the front office are super professional. Calla was the one who helped me with the whole process of moving in, she is the most sweetest bubbly person I’ve ever met. She made our whole stressful situation be a breeze. I have zero complaints about these apartments. Everything here is just so perfect. There’s a sense of security about this place, we have never once felt unsafe. My husband along with our two toddlers take walks along the property which is just amazing at night. It’s so peaceful with all the scenery of the lake and trees.We also walk from the apartments all the way down to the valley ranch shopping center. We almost never leave this area. We have everything here.We have a water park that is 5 mins away from us.The apartments have a huge lake right in front where my husband goes fishing.We have Walmart, Kroger, hobby lobby, academy, James Avery, a cute bakery and Chick-fil-A in close proximity.Please just do your self a favor and look no further. This place has it all.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of community activities here and free breakfast often. This place is beautiful! Very pet friendly. Maintenance is great. My only complaint is the extra service fee they add on to your rent which is mandatory.

We love our new place and are very thankful for Brooklynns assistance, professionalism, and hospitality. We worked very closely with Brooklynn, who has been AMAZING! From start to finish, Brooklynn has done everything to make our experience smooth and seamless. This is a beautiful apartment with the friendliest and most courteous staff. It has a nice size gym and pool. The lake view is amazing. Plus, the private gated yards on the 1st floor are so convenient for anyone with a dog.

I was visiting my brother last night at The Pointe, and we decided to take the kiddos to the pool. When we arrived, we noticed there was a pool monitor there to ensure that everyone was safe, and compliant with the community pool rules. His name was Jayden, and I cannot brag about him enough!! This young man had outstanding professionalism! Jayden was super courteous to everyone, and was wonderful at addressing those that were not acting appropriately. It was so very hot yesterday, but I never ONCE saw Jayden even sit down, never once saw him playing on his phone like most would. You could definitely tell that Jayden had great manners, but most of all Jayden had the drive and commitment to grow within this company. I, along with my family, were very impressed with Jaydens work ethic, and I pray that management sees this review to give him much due praise!! I hope this review helps Jayden to reach his goals, as I see his as a huge asset to The Pointe! ..and good job to the management for placing Jayden in the role that was much needed! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Cant wait to visit again, and Ill be sending tenants your way for SURE!!! Thanks again!

READ FIRST.... if you want decent internet over 100mps(speeds in 2005), you will have to look elsewhere, the only provider we found is no where close to delivering 1000mps internet. And when I say close I mean like over 1 year away, so if your a moderate user, stream HD Netflix, have 4k tvs or have kids that use internet, you will need to trudge through low speeds,buffering and lag for a long time... We found no other options and are very disappointed such a luxury apartment has such 3rd rate service, no Att, no xfinity, no major provider. So if like us, you need to work from home, while still being able to stream and use your wifi... Sadly the best speed here is just 60 to 100 megs per second max speed to router, that is probably like 35mps on wifi laptop...even IF it could maintain full 100mps, thats 6 times slower then my current DL speed!!! Still an 8 star place if your internet usage is low or medium, but if you like to be connected and like to have fast internet, multiple devices on wifi... Sadly this property will take a long time to get there. Make sure you know this before diving in! Yes the place has fiber and once a provider gets there that does carry faster service it will be perfect... But thats a long time away, and no you cant just pick any provider, they have 1 provider CenturyLink. We are extremely sad this 1 detail has us back searching for a place to call home. We hope it helps save someone else the frustration.Original post...We were pretty much decided on another apartment until we visited the Pointe at Valley Ranch, and it totally changed our mind! It has everything we were looking for and all brand new! The pool, the lake, the views, the layout of apartments, just amazing. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. Will give a review again after move in and a few months living there. Save yourself days of searching and just come here!!!
