    Love the new Upgrades! My wife and I have been here for two years now and is very peaceful, small community and great Management! What else can you ask for. The lease agent Ms.Roxanne is Awesome and very helpfull so make sure you ask for her

    Would like to mention, I am not a person who post any reviews of any kind, with this time being the exception. Ms. AnnMarie Reyes, the property manager is definitely a keeper. Since shes been here everything is a lot better. She cares for us as residents and the community. She goes beyond her responsibilities to help everyone to the point our children are always happy to see her. She seems to love what she does because as her smile shows. Ms. AnnMarie, is definitely the BEST WE EVER HAD. Hope she never leaves. Also, sad to see Mr. Jose leave as we know he has retired. Wish him well, and pray Ms. AnnMarie stays with your company for Ever!

    As a new resident who just signed the lease , im super excited!! Im very satisfied with how the management team has been very helpful, I wanna thank AnnMarie, and Also Iris!! They have been really helpful and goes beyond and above, to help out !! Im super excited for the new journey on my home!!! Again thannk you AnnMarie, and Iris for all the help!!

    AnnMarie (property manager) for this last yr I have been here has been super attentive to any issue I have raised to her (which has not been many) I would love to have access to more Cummunity amenities (pools, gym). This Community has been quiet, super chill, small and peaceful. Who can ask for more than peace.!!!!! Thank you AnnMarie for all your help this last yr, hope this next yr is just as great!!!!

    As a long time tenant of almost five years, I have seen this property at its worst! Everything from the grounds not being kept and dumpsters overflowing with non-residential garbage, to literally seeing AC units downright falling from the ceiling! I cant say that other reviews are all wrong, but what I can speak on truthfully is what I have seen the past few months.Since Lamppost Capital Mgmt and their team has acquired this property they work endlessly to get this place to a property in which tenants can be proud to call this their home. They have transformed the outside and it looks 10x better than before. They seem to genuinely care about their tenants. The maintenance team works hard daily to repair numerous issues, and they are very good at tackling tasks in a timely manner. If for some reason the issue cant be resolved quickly, they are sure to communicate with you.For me personally speaking, I love the fact that they are understanding. Recently I have found myself in a situation that has left me emotionally and financially stressed. A situation that I wouldnt wish upon my worst enemy. With that being said, I am amazed and extremely grateful for their empathy and willingness to work with me. This has created a new level of loyalty I have to them. Even though my ordeal is far from over, their understanding has been a huge blessing to me and my children in more ways that they will ever know. Its not every day you find genuine people willing to listen to you and hear you out. Roxanne has always had an open door policy; and I delight in the fact that there is always someone there to assist me and others.They purchased this property while it was struggling with a plethora of obstacles and things to repair, but they are making up for it daily. Kudos to the owners/management company and for Roxanne.

    This property is amazing, I love the manager AnnMarie. She has done a great job, before she came the property was mess! Definitely a place to live and I highly recommend it.

    I lived a few places in TX n im blessed to Have chose these To call me n my daughter home. very understanding n compassionate People that care bout your safety n well being living here .First landlords I have met that care bout there tenants n not just paying your rent.I love my new home its quite safe lighting at nite n working cameras n anything that need to b fixed the matainence guy is on it.The new management Roxanne to u sweet kudos to u honey your doing a wonderful job on the grade here n u gone b bless for blessing other people such as my self .Im not going no where im going to b your tenant for lifeπŸ‘πŸ™πŸ˜‡πŸ’ž

    New Community Director for Park at Woodland Trails is hands down the best thus far.... He is enforcing and implementing new things and policies....The change is noticeable.....
