    The staff at Park at Walnut Creek is amongst the most caring and kind group of people that I’ve had the pleasure of living under. I had to move out under unfortunate circumstances personally and was amazed by how caring and helpful the staff was during the whole process. If you’re looking for a place to live where management sees you as a PERSON and not just a rent payment, this is the place! Mrs. Kassandra was especially helpful and I wish everyone the same experience that I had.

    So grateful to Carlos and Andrew. They have resolved my maintenance issues quickly and effectively. I appreciate their experience / knowledge in handling the variety of challenges that I’ve encountered with my plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen appliances. They are also very polite and respectful of my space. I would definitely recommend them and hope they stay with Walnut Creek apts for a long time.

    I have lived and been renting in Austin for the past 30 years. No property is perfect, and all come with challenges to the tenants. It is unrealistic to expect a perfect living experience. I have been at this property for going on four years now and have experienced a now fourth management company.The newest, and current management company CAF has thus far proven to be the most consistent. As a long-time renter, this is the most important quality of a management staff to me. Prior to CAF, I hated having to interact with the front office because it was always different explanations, inconsistent actions and follow up. Billing was inconsistent, the portal was always shut down and required money-order payments, and excuses for variations to the property policies as applied to the residents.A lot of the renting experience is now automated and executed through portals. Our latest renewal offer did not allow for correction to our unit rate as we were locked into Covid rates. But I approached the front office and was able to discuss the situation and options with the staff. We were allowed to move to new unit on property that gave us a current rate and to take advantage of the first month free offer.During the process I had the opportunity to interact with all levels of the management team. All members were knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very professional. They are very accommodating and understanding. To be honest, calling the office unfortunately is not a great experience. Many times you are connected with an answering service. But I have had great success and follow-up by using email.I have been able to communicate and work with the property assistant manager, and property manager. I have had phone replies to emails. They are quick to work with me on concerns or questions on the automated billing, make corrections in real-time, and follow up focusing on resolution and a positive outcome.It has not always been perfect, but I can only compliment Kayla and Kassandra and all staff members for what thus far has been a positive trajectory for has been living on property.If you are looking for a perfect experience, buy your own place. You have to be reasonable and understand that not all negative experiences are the result of the property and management and are just the challenges of living in a community.My new place is not perfect, but we have submitted our maintenance requests and have had them addressed one by one. The property and management have my support and confidence. I am looking forward to all the changes this new management wants to implement.

    I’ve lived in the apartment community for 10 years, and while under previous property management companies in the past, the community had declined, under New CAF property management, I am seeing continual improvements to the community. For instance, with an impending winter storm with freezing temperatures approaching, the heater in our apartment went out. Maintenance… To include Joe and Andrew , jumped all over it, and while awaiting parts, ensured that we had portable heaters. Andrew, working after hours one day, made the final repairs and got our heater working just in time. In 10 years, Andrew is one of the best maintenance workers we have had on property. Kudos to Andrew, the maintenance team, and CAF management. I look forward to continual improvements over this next year.

Also, a good maintenance person is GOLD, and here there are several who consistently respond and do great work when I have a request or report a problem.     The apartments are greatBut this morning I was told that the parking spot that I have been paying for was never mine!!! And their system is updating for a month at this exact time so theres no way to prove that spot is mine except for THE STICKER THEY GAVE ME also OUR WASHER IS MESSING UP AND WE HAVE NO MICROWAVE WORKING FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS NOW

    I went to The Park at Walnut Creek to check out some apartments they have available due to the convenience to shopping centers. While we went with another apartment nearby due to availability, I was impressed by the way we were treated by the leasing manager of this property, Alexandra. She was very nice and attentive to our needs. She listened to what we were looking for and even provided us with a few ideas on how to turn the space into what we were looking for.

    Sonja, Ebony and Debee were great. My time at the apartments started off rocky but ended up a lot better. They accommodated me for the problematic errors and were very helpful and reassuring. Anytime I would come in the front office Ebony is always happy to great me with a smile. They are all very informative on anything that is going on around the apartments. Debee does a wonderful job sending out e-mails and text messages involving the property. Sonja all around from beginning to end helped me get into my apartment in such a crazy fast timely manner I can’t help but tell her thank you. Thank all of you ladies.

    Ive lived here for about 6 months now and its been great. Its super close to the trails at Walnut Creek for me to walk my dog and enjoy nature.Its quiet, it has a lot of green space, and Evan and the other front office people are great. He has been the person who stands out to me as helpful and super patient from the start. He showed me multiple apartments until I got the one I wanted, got the lease sorted quickly, and has continued to be the person I talk to to manage things when I have any issues. His email responses are quick, and he shares his charm with everyone who walks in. My experience so far has been great because of his hard work.I read other reviews and wanted to state that for me, usually maintenance issues are taken care of within a reasonable time, and anytime I notice even one bug-Evan schedules someone to come and treat the place so I wont have the issue again for at least a month or two. These things are important, and I think the M@WC team helps whenever they can.The people and dogs at the dog park are friendly, and most residents keep to themselves, making it pretty private and peaceful. I would have given 5 stars, except Im not a fan of the new parking situation that will require advanced notice for overnight guests. I mean dont I pay rent so that I can invite anyone over that I want to? I hope they find a way to manage it so its a bit more reasonable for those of us committed to living here even when there are other options.

    I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews here, so my husband and I felt like we were taking a chance when we signed a lease here. However it has been 8 months that we have been living here and we have nothing but good things to say about the location, our apartment itself, and the management. We did have a couple of maintenance issues when we first moved in and have continued to, but the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and they always work to fix the issue immediately. There has always been someone at the office to answer the phone and answer any questions we have had. We came in to tour bigger apartments to move into next year since we like the location and have enjoyed our experience, and they were able to accommodate us for a tour on a Saturday afternoon. The apartment complex has a nice park with trails next to it and it’s overall seemed like a very family friendly setting. All in all, a great experience, and hope it continues as we go into our second year here!

    I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. From the start of my encounter with management and leasing to the end, it was fantastic. The manager Trey was very friendly and nice. The leasing personnel was great. Gisela and Linda were very welcoming and friendly. They both were ready to help me as soon as I walked through the door. Both had smiles on their face and eager to help fill my needs. The Assistant Ashley was also very pleasant. She was friendly and helpful. Over all I recommend viewing this property. The front office team works as a team to make things happen!

    I lived at this property for two years and I was surprised to see the negative reviews. Natalie the property manager has always been so warm and helpful, as well as the other staff in the office. I found the maintenance team to be very quick to respond and also helpful. They seem to enjoy their jobs and satisfied when they help! Being next to walnut creek park has been a fun plus for myself and my little daughter! Great park right next to the property! I recommend living here, no doubt.

    Ive lived her over two years and I can honestly say it was my favorite apartment ever! From the beautiful location, the AMAZING staff it was a perfect experience. The manager there is so kind and caring and attentive. Im a single mom, and times got hard but living in a place thats drama free with a site manager that cares made me feel like my apartment was a safe place. I could always count on her to make sure we never went a day without anything we needed, an that my peaceful home life would stay exactly that! I recommend this place 100%! ILL BE BACK!!! (Only if the manager is the same though!)

    Ive lived here since January and love it! The property borders Walnut Creek park which is beautiful, and my apartment is very nice and quiet. Ive had a great experience working with Evan Foster in the front office.He has always been super responsive and great at keeping me looped in when it comes to maintenance requests or other things I need. Hes so helpful and has a great attitude. My experience here has been a great one, in a large part due to him!The only reason this is four stars instead of 5 is because Ive had an issue with bugs in the apartment and parking is challenging.

    I leased in this Apartment complex for a year and always enjoyed living here with my family. The location is peaceful and beautiful with well facilitated swimming pool,Gym and ample parking space, also being close to the Park was the best thing I enjoyed.The maintenance and pest control service is amazing and highly responsive. I am always thankful to Ms Sarai for great customer service I felt in my every visit to office.I had to move out of state due to my service station but always love this place.Highly recommend to everybody..

    I have lived at the Park at Walnut Creek for 7 years. It is a great central location, next to an awesome park, the domain, and east access to the downtown.The staff is attentive to any issues that may pop-up. The amenities are basic, but well maintained (24/7 gym, pool, gas grills)

    Great, budget friendly spot. I love this complexs location, its easy to get to all the major highways. Also love that walnut park is basically my backyard. The staff here is the best. I worked with the manager Trey both here and at my old complex and he is always so helpful. Then there is the assistant manager Ashley who is ALWAYS prompt to respond to any questions Ive had as well as being so friendly and sweet. Maintenance calls are always promptly responded to as well. If youre looking in North Austin this place is a great choice.

    PROS: Location is perfect. Great (!), friendly staff and smart, effective maintenance people. Adjoins to the Walnut Creek and Gracy Farms Parks and miles of wide concrete biking and hiking trails are available. Fellow tenants are friendly and upstanding. Pool and gym are smallish, but nice and well-maintained. The entire complex was repainted and upgraded nicely. CONS: Front exit is dangerous because cars move way too fast and there is poor visibility. Northland can be very strict about tenant patio appearance. Petty crimes against tenants by outsiders occur occasionally, like theft and vandalism to cars, but other than that, it feels very safe. Other than the hassle of getting the rent check to them once a month, it is a perfectly fine place to live. Ive renewed three years already! Live here, youll like it.

    In My Humble Opinion, Madison At Walnut Creek is the best apartment complex that I have lived in Austin, without a doubt. The complex is beautiful, full of lush trees that the Porter always keeps very well maintained. The two pools are always cleaned impeccably and the staff(Dustin, Joe, Kesia, and Ruben) working at the apartments are very friendly and efficient. If You have a problem, it is always fixed on the same day. The truth is that I do not have any complaint on this wonderful place.The Office staff (Carla, Nick, Whitney, and Natalie) have always been friendly and efficient. It makes you want to live at Madison At Walnut Creek forever.The office staff also treat you as special. Each of them always have a sincere and honest smile on their face, and they always understand the few complaints Ive had since I live here.

    This place has helped my girlfriend and I so much since we moved here. They were understanding in our situation, were very patient with us when we needed it, and were always friendly. The people that work there are always charismatic. Natalie is my neighbor and shes a great one at that. The guy Dustin that does maintenance is super cool. He fixes things right away, never struggles, just gets in and out. The trails behind the place are awesome but Id say the best thing about this places is the people that work here. Theyre good people and theyre fun to be around.

    The location of this apartment complex cannot be beat and to top it off, it conveniently backs up to Walnut Creek trail. I have only had a few maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly. The main maintenance guy (John, I think) is always respectful and thorough, and really seems to know what hes doing. All in all, I really like it here.

    I loved my apartment! I lived in the 1028 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 bath. Ideal layout for roommates. Regarding management, Evan Foster, quickly assisted and responded to emails when I had a question or a maintenance issue. The nicest and friendliest person in the office!

    I went by this community for a tour and the staff was so polite and friendly!! I absolutely loved the floorplan I viewed and I plan on applying for an apartment closer to my lease expiration in January! When you meet the leasing staff, who just know how to treat people with excellent customer service, it is a nice change of pace! :-)

    Lived here for a year and enjoyed the complex and being so close to the park. 121 steps from front door to the trails. Management was very responsive in repairs and communication. I ended up moving out of state, but Id have stayed otherwise. Neighbors mostly kept to themselves, but the ones I lived nearby were pleasant to interact with when I did see them.

    Amazing tour with the manager Ashley! Great personality, energetic and so fun. She took us through Walnut Creek Park which is right behind the complex. If you want easy access to running/bike trails, this is the property for you. The renovations are killer as well!

    Ive lived here since february 2017, and am in the process of renewing my lease for another year. i hope to call madison at walnut creek home for many years to come!im in a 1/1 that backs up to the walnut creek greenbelt. the views are fantastic! my neighbors are protective, friendly, quiet, and respectful of each other. the noise level is truly astounding. i cannot hear ANYTHING from my neighbors except the occasional dropped item from the couple upstairs. no loud TVs, no loud music, no drunken 2 am shouting... this is austin, so there is the occasional guitar that can be heard if my patio door is open, but thats a bonus in my book! i fall asleep at night to the sounds of birds chirping and awaken to the same. its fabulous. did i mention the firefly show every evening? beautiful!the office staff are just incredible people. natalie, the property manager, is the kindest, most professional, and efficient PM ive ever had the pleasure of working with. sarai and evan, the office staff, are knowledgeable, accommodating, problem solvers, and go out of their way to help whenever they can. ive learned to rely on them for any number of issues that may arise and i never doubt that they will deliver as promised.the maintenance guys!!! where to start? jose, joe, and dustin are an incredible team. they personally call as soon as they receive a maintenance request (which can be submitted ONLINE!!!). if they cannot fix the problem right away, they call in vendors who can. in a city this size, that can take awhile, but they manage to get the pros out quickly. i cannot overstate how appreciative i am of these guys! they rock!the property itself is undergoing a refresh, to include painting the buildings and pressure washing everything, and they are truly taking it to the next level! the walnut creek greenbelt is directly adjacent to the property, and the running/walking trails are immediately accessible outside my patio. the patios/balconies are kept to standard, and most are well done with flowers and nice furniture, which just helps this place feel more like home. the property is in north austin, almost directly between I35 and mopac off parmer, so getting about is very easy. we are in very close proximity to the domain, top golf, ACC, and little businesses like restaurants, coffee houses, gas stations, and bus stops, most of which are within walking distance.the rental price is exactly where it should be for what were getting. with the way the property is situated on the greenbelt, its amazing that we live in a city of almost 1 MILLION people! theres no traffic noise, no people noise... its truly fantastic. also, the utilities are very reasonable. for a 1st floor unit, i am fairly insulated, so i know thats a factor, but my gas, electric, and water/sewer total about $100 a month for all three. i LOVE being able to pay rent online! its so convenient. i pay all of my utilities online, as well.amenities - there are many, and they are very nice. we have a very large dog park on-site, 2 pools, a gym, and trails into the greenbelt outside our doors. the people around me are very conscientious about cleaning up after their animals. the property is well-lit, so walking around at night is never a concern for me. the hallways, breezeways, and stairways are all well-lit, also, and that certainly helps with safety and level of comfort at night.my only complaint - and i mention this only because to give a fair review, i need to address everything i can think of - is that our recycling bins are terribly inadequate for this community. if you truly recycle, and we do, your trash is negligible and your recyclables are vast. they pick up only once a week, and that is not sufficient for the sheer volume of material. we should have recyclable dumpsters and trash cans, not the other way around.overall, as you can tell if youve read this far, i am a HUGE fan of this property, the staff, the maintenance team, the location, and my neighbors!

    Im seeing alot of bad reviews and judgemental comments on here. I honestly feel like this apt complex is amazing, from the staff to the maintenence crew everyone is always willing to help and be of assistance. Ive personally watched in the office numerous times this staff including Linda be helpful and of assistance. All of the staff is friendly and attentive. If you feel otherwise I think you have a personal other problem in your life. Great job staff at The park at walnut creek! Yall are the real MVPs. The apts are nice and the neighborhood even nicer! I would totally recommend living here!

    Having been a resident at MWC since 2003, I can heartily recommend this complex. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to all issues, the office staff is very accommodating, the complex is very dog oriented and is located next to Walnut Creek park. Many people move here just to have easy access to the park, as it has a well known Mountain Bike park, among many other amenities. In short, I would not hesitate recommending MWC to anyone-John

    Ive been in Austin for 37 years. In that time I have lived in most every iconic neighborhood in town. From Clarksville to Hyde Park, SoCo to the funky East side - love it more than ever! Shade on all the nay-sayers who claim it is not as cool as it used to be. Austin has grown from a starry eyed hippy chic to a beautiful and cosmopolitan, cougar of a town. No where is this more evident than the explosion happening on the North side. A year ago I took the leap and left my charming cottage in Travis heights to ditch I-35 commute and lease a swanky apt closer to my work.Perched on the edge of Walnut Creek Park youll find the Madison at Walnut Creek. Blocks from the Domain, linked to Austin ever expanding network of bike lanes and the miles of single tracks in the sprawling oasis of a park that is no longer the citys best kept secret - this complex is the bomb! Well maintained, affordable and stylish - two pools, full gym with sauna - plenty of storage space, covered parking - hell I even have a garage! Just renewed my lease, Alesha, Natalie and the gang have made me feel right at home, attentive, friendly and eager to please. If you looking, look no further...this is the place to be.

    Ive been living at Park at Walnut Creek, located at 12113 Metric Blvd in Austin, for the past five years, and its been a fantastic experience. This community offers a great living environment with a respectful and professional property management and leasing staff. The maintenance team is highly responsive and promptly addresses any issues. The rent is very affordable, and I was able to take advantage of a great deal with six weeks of free rent. Among all the communities on Metric Blvd, this one stands out for its competitive pricing and great offers. I recently upgraded from a 2B1B to a renovated 2B2B unit, and the transition was seamless—the team handled everything efficiently without the need for follow-ups. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
