Good morning, my wife and I just moved in 3 days ago, and I just wanted to express how wonderful the management team has been during the Lease and move in process. Holly and Krysta especially have bent over backwards to ensure everything has been covered, and it has. So far its been a great experience and I look forward to many years of living here. I will post more updates as my wife and I settle in. Thanks to the management team and the maintenance team for accommodating our needs...

I absolutely love our Lifestyle Coordinator, Gobby Hundza! She thinks outside the box with planning happy hours to events. Such as candy apples with all kinds of toppings, every thing yellow, including drinks that are only inyellow cans, etc. Shes so much fun and so very pleasant all the time. You cant help but just love her to pieces ❤️Betty and JW

I wanted to shout out a big thank you to an Orchards Market Plaza for letting me host my daughters first baby shower here in what we call the Great Room (GR)! I’ve added pictures of my family and friends, and wanted to expressed just how much living at this place and having a community means to me!

We love living at Orchards Market Plaza Plano. We have been here a little over three years. We love the amenities, programs and neighbors. The new manager, Megan is very responsive and proactive. That is a welcome change. Trina the lifestyle coordinator has lot of fun activities. Our favorite is Wine Down Wednesdays. In the summer we love the water aerobics with Miss Jan. Highly recommend you come for a tour.

So I came to visit this community recently and loved it. It was a great option for 55+. The staff in the office was warm and welcoming and the staff outside was kind as could be. The community was clean and looked well kept. I saw the calendar of events coming up and it seemed like some great options were offered. I was very happy overall and will definitely be telling folks about this place.

We love our place and the community. The staff is terrific and very welcoming and responsive to our needs. I especially appreciate the maintenance crew of Many and Henry. Megan, Holly, Trina and Krista do a great job. Highly recommend The Orchard as your next home .

Nice and friendly adult community. Dog wash , theatre, are my favorite amenities! Trina always has a full activity calendar if you want to be social. Nice place!

This is a long over-due review but I guess its good to wait just to see if the signature on the dotted line goes beyond and yes it does.Very helpful in the beginning; Gabriel explained everything, took for a tour and was invited to the first event just to get the feel and meet other tenants. The people here are soooo nice. Moved in and they have so many events for so many interests.I feel safe and comfortable here.Anything goes wrong and a work order goes in and its fixed.Lots of things has pros and cons; for me...I cant think of a con.

The community is by far one of the most beautiful communities I have ever encountered. The pool is gorgeous and has plentiful water fountains, and the Clubhouse is truly jaw dropping with its beauty and decor. The amenities as a whole are truly top notch and you will be blown away. You feel like youre in paradise living here. The staff are so helpful, always have a smiling faces and are there to lend a helping hand for anything you need. Would highly recommend to anyone moving to Texas to choose this community over anyone else in the Plano area.

I use a walker and occasionally a wheelchair. Due to features like walk in showers, front loading washer and dryers, and wide doorways, Im able to have a level of independence here that I dont have at other apartments.
