    This is my new home. I absolutely love this place! The eminities are fantastic. They have a pool, multiple cooking/hangout areas. They have two dog parks and a dog washing station. The apartments themselves are also very luxurious. Everything is brand new, and they used high quality materials and brands upon install of each unit. The staff is very friendly, and the front manager Krystal, is a charm to talk to. They are very informative of things going on with maintenance and events and just general info. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

    I am embarking on a cross country move from western NY to Conroe next month! Jessica has been so helpful throughout the whole process, available to answer all of my questions and concerns, and very patient. Great move-in specials, transparent about all fees/deposits/requirements. I was able to set up a tour for my sister (who was FaceTiming me) to see the grounds, facilities, and apartments, and set up all services remotely. Thankful the staff has made this a smooth transition!!

    Absolutely love it here! Ashley is always so welcoming, helpful, and so professional. These apartments make me feel very much at home and couldn’t be better. The amenities are exceptional. Kassidy and Ashley are top tier at providing excellence. 10 out of 10 recommend living here!

    In May we were apartment hunting and came across The Madison at City Place! I called and spoke with Ashley Patton, she was beyond wonderful! I have two small babies and she was very patient with us! We fell in love with the community & ended up securing a 2 bedroom 2 bath! The units are spacious & amazing.Once we moved in there were a few things that needed maintenance, it was a brand new unit so it was to be expected, but the maintenance staff was very quick & they were so KIND & had resolved everything with ease and in a timely manner.We loved that The Madison had activities/ game nights! We met our neighbors and had a great time. So far our experience here has been nothing but awesome! Thank you to the amazing staff for making our time here so great!

    Nice apartments! Wonderful staff and great amenity areas. My family and I really enjoy the golf simulator!! Crystal assisted us with our move in and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area! Look forward to the resident events to come.

    I visited the Madison at City Place apartments during an apartment-hunting trip back in March 2024 and this apartment complex had everything I was looking for: 1st Floor, 2 bed/2 bath, individual garage, and a nice gym/clubhouse/meeting spaces. It is also a brand new complex as of the writing of this review, and several apartment buildings are still under construction. I moved here from Virginia at the end of March and so far I enjoy the apartment complex, the amenities, and the Management staff. Theyve been great to work with and the Maintenance staff have been extremely responsive to service requests as I break-in my apartment and appliances since Im the first occupant of my unit.I think theres definitely value in the rental rate as compared to my previous 1 bedroom apartment in Virginia/Washington DC. Im paying about the same total monthly rent but Im getting so much more for my money here at The Madison: 2 bedrooms, my own private garage, a better gym with brand new equipment, better & newer amenities, and everything is brand new. Not to mention the Management staff (especially Ashley) who have been super helpful and communicated frequently with me as I moved across the country. Im still getting used to the security features of the complex (gaining access to amenities via a phone app instead of a key or fob) but Im getting the hang of it!Bottom line, I like this apartment complex, the staff, and the amenities. From previous apartment-living experiences in multiple other states, theres value for your dollar at The Madison. Highly recommend. 5 Stars and I wish I could give Ashley her own separate 5 Stars too.

    When I came to tour theses apartment in Conroe, Ashley took me around the property and helped me look for something that met my standards. She was very welcoming and a very sweet lady. I am so glad to call The Madison at City place my new home ❤️

    I am so excited to call The Maidson at City Place my new HOME, soon! Ashley Patton, Assistant Property Manager was beyond helpful when taking my call initially, as I was seeking an apartment with a yard! She was so welcoming when I came in to tour, and has followed up with me throughout the entire process!They offered an UNBEATABLE special; I felt like it was too good to be true! I am counting down the days until I am out of my current apartment and an official Resident at The Madison at City Place. The amenities are unbelievable (gym equipment is ON POINT)! Anyone looking for a new place to call home should check this place out. You wont be disappointed!PS- Ask for Ashley! She is the BEST!

    Rebecca was AMAZING. Her knowledge of the community was spot on. The location is very convenient and is exactly what I was looking for. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of product you’re receiving. 10/10 recommend making this your new home.
