    My partner and I absolutely love living here! From the moment we moved in, we’ve felt right at home. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and has everything we need. The natural light, modern finishes, and thoughtful layout make it a comfortable and inviting space.The management team has been fantastic—always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Speaking of maintenance, any issues we’ve had have been handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they care about keeping the property in great condition.The community is also a big plus. It’s quiet and well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. We love the amenities, whether it’s the gym, the outdoor spaces, or just the overall atmosphere of the complex. Parking is convenient, and we always feel safe walking around, even at night.Another thing we appreciate is the location. Everything we need—pizza, rumble, and parks—is just a short drive away, making everyday life super convenient.Overall, this apartment has truly felt like home for us. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, well-managed, and in a great area, we highly recommend it!

    I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, and I love living at the Lyric! The apartment buildings themselves are very nice, and they host a lot of fun events to get to know your neighbors. The front office staff are all incredible, friendly, and easy to work with. Corbyn and Marisol have both been especially helpful and awesome. I havent had any maintenance issues yet, but Ive heard from my neighbors that the maintenance team is also incredible, fast, and good at their jobs.

    Our experience touring The Lyric was absolutely fantastic, and it’s all thanks to Lexi! The apartment is stunning, with top-notch amenities, thoughtful layouts, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Lexi was the perfect guide—knowledgeable, patient, and so personable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. We were so impressed that we signed a lease and can’t wait to move in on February 7th!

    I had an amazing experience working with Cherilynn at Lyric Apartments. She was friendly and knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way through my moving process. Even with some last-minute changes to my floor plan, she responded quickly and ensured everything was in order. What stood out was that, despite her scheduled vacation on my final move-in date, Cherilynn went above and beyond by coordinating with other agents at Lyric to ensure I was well taken care of. Each team member she introduced me to was just as helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.It seems that the office tries very hard to bring fun events every month, and I cannot wait to participate now that I found my dream apartment here.

    I was greeted by Cherilynn with a beautiful smile and great attitude, I inquired about a 1 bedroom. Within minutes I had all the info I needed and we were touring my options. She helped narrow down to exactly what I needed, she and her team made the process incredibly smooth. I got my keys today and and I’m so incredibly happy to have a home I feel comfortable and happy in. I can’t wait to settle in and enjoy the amenities. I definetely recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

    I have been living here for over a year and just resigned for a second lease. The Lyric team is attentive, always available. Maintenance requests are almost always answered same day, sometimes within an hour, and if they can’t fix the problem, they make sure they find the person who can. They do events in the clubhouse frequently just to show appreciation to residents and create community. We have loved living here!

    Last edit: 6/14/24Again I hate having to write negative reviews. Please understand I do them as a last resort.With the issue of ants, the expected visit from pest control went from an approximate week to the next day with the review as well as a gift card to replace the loss. I was very grateful. Which led to this last attempt with the fridge to hope for the expedited help again.Marisol got a hold of me and was able to assure me that the ticket to the manufacturer had been sent same day the supervisor came. That visit left an entirely different understanding and made me extremely concerned we were waiting especially with the work order notes. After this morning they saw it was 64 F in the fridge. Theyre expediting and replacing it. I am happy with this. Thank you Marisol!UPDATE: 6/11/2024I hate having to post on reviews to get anything done but thats what I noticed works here.I have filled multiple, MULTIPLE complaints and maintenance requests with their new fridge. Again this is their newer building. Everything should be new. The fridge has been making loud noises, LOUD to the point I was getting migraines and taking Tylenol round the clock and hardly getting sleep. Multiple requests led to them thawing the freezer and dulling the noise but not completely taking it away. Once I had to make them come twice in a day to fix it. Finally the noise is gone after many months. Now its not cooling food anymore and its leading me to throw food out more often. I put it requests for them to fix it and they continue to thaw the freezer and fix the fridge. This has happened a few times but when they check its cold at 37-38. I opened it today and the fridge was at 54 F. Maintenance request portal was down unfortunately so I had to call and even now, 5pm when I called about 11 today its still at 54 F. Highest weve seen today was 57 F. I have to throw food out again. Their solution was to thaw it AGAIN and wait to see if it gets better. Im tired. They want to wait to call to replace the fridge after months of the same issue. This is unacceptable and extremely wasteful. With the price of groceries and risking food poisoning on top of it. Just a window of what to expect if something like this happens to you while youre here. I am extremely disappointed in how theyre handling this.Have been here officially a week today and its been so stressful I legitimately am starting to regret this move.1) the floor plan we thought we were moving into was not the same as the one we got. There was a discrepancy in the online tour/floor plan and what was the actual plan. That much was on paper and they acknowledged. The other was that we were told on the tour that both bathrooms would have tubs and L shaped balcony. We found out with the office that this was never going to be an option with this floor plan. They went through every optional floor plan to try to move us to what is available but it did not sit well with me that they were going to charge more for it even when they acknowledged there was a discrepancy. We ended up keeping our floor plan since it was the one we liked out of the options.2) We woke up today drowning by ants. We are the first ones living in this room. This is the new building. This is the top floor. Theyre coming through cracks that the construction team poorly sealed. Were still moving in so theres still boxes and theyre getting into the boxes There are so many and theyre getting into our sealed bottles of sauces. One already climbed up my leg while I was trying to save what I could. I can hear them when theres a cluster that fall together! Its not just the kitchen its all over. Its disgusting and unacceptable. Ive called emergency maintenance since its Labor Day weekend but this building should have been treated before having residents come in. There should have been better job done with sealing.The stress that this place has given me the first week. I dont recommend it especially for how much they charge and for it to be done so poorly.

    It has been a month since living here and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Cherilynn W. has been absolutely amazing, friendly, and responsive to all our needs. The organization around move in made the move peaceful.The community is clean, beautiful, and safe. Maintenance orders get completed quickly, which was a sigh of relief coming from our old apartment community. And the updates of the unit make living here enjoyable and refreshing.We are grateful and look forward to each day we get to come home to this wonderful place!

    I love living here at the lyric! The gym is always so clean and there is lots of room for outdoor activities. I can’t wait to use the pools in the summer time! The pond is always well kept so it’s a beautiful view. The gardening is always well kept and everyone living here is always so friendly. The leasing office is always putting together events for the residents and having food trucks come by which is great to interact with new people. The ladies in the leasing office are always super friendly and accommodating anytime I have questions! The maintenance crew is also great at completing requests in a timely manner. Highly recommend living at the lyric.

    A big shout out to Lexi who handled our issue with two extremely loud cars driving by multiple times a day. We explained to her about the issue, and she immediately notified the two drivers, and we longer have to deal with these extremely loud vehicles.     I had a great experience with the employees at the Lyric, both Shereen and Lexi were very helpful with apartment tours, information about the complex, amenities, pricing, and with the overall lease signing process. I had a lot of questions and they managed to keep me well informed every step of the way. I signed for an apartment offering a great deal and received an additional signing bonus!

    Living at the lyric been great! We stopped in to the lyric thinking we would just take a tour to see if we liked it. We ended up applying on the spot.     I recently moved into The Lyric, in Keller, Texas, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. The units are brand new, offering a modern and spacious living environment. The layout is excellent, with a good-sized kitchen that opens up to a balcony, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.The complex features two beautiful pool areas and barbecue spots, ideal for relaxation and social gatherings. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere.One of the best aspects is the convenient location. Its within walking distance to Milestone Church and Subway Sandwiches, and just a five-minute drive to gas stations, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. Additionally, its only 20 minutes from DFW Airport, making travel very convenient.Overall, The Lyric offers a great combination of modern living, excellent amenities, and a prime location. Highly recommended

    This is a fantastic apartment to live , the staffs that work here always try their best to assist the residents. Amenities are new and works great , and the services to fix any issues are quick with frequent maintenance to make sure everything is quality. Only thing to improve ( oh yes there’s one): The internet 🛜 For the bucks it’s not the best working internet , change that and this could be one best places to live in Texas 💯 Overall I’m having the best experience and also not to forget the events in the club room every month are outstanding , looking forward one more fun events. I recommend this place to everyone.

    We have lived at the lyric apartments in Keller Texas for one year. We just recently signed a new lease for the maximum of 18 months. The complex has events throughout the year. Two weeks ago they had a pool party. It was so much fun. Marisol passed out food and drink tickets and made sure we were having a great time. They had a DJ. thanks to Marisol for checking on everyone and making sure we were having a great time. She went above and beyond. Great job Marisol.

    We were a bit nervous to be leasing blindly, but Shereen made the experience unlike any we have ever experienced! She actively went out of her way to send us video tours of the apartment units, unit specs, and was was overall a wonderful individual.As for the other leasing agents and the property manager, all are happy to help and answer any questions you may have. They really make it feel like you are part of a great community.

    I recently visited The Lyric at Keller. I had very nice experience. Highly impressed with Shereen attitude and patience to explained all the details. She was busy in other work but she attended us and answered all are queries even if after working hours. Really appreciate her time and patience. This is brand new apartment with latest technology and facilities and ample of space for kids, I presume they have good maintenance guys too. Leasing office was so nice and decorated. Im excited to move. Cant wait... Strongly recommend.

    I have lived in DFW my entire life, and this is by far the best apartment I have lived in. Compared to other apartments in the area, they are upgraded, and the price is very reasonable. My husband and I worked with Ezequiel, and he is amazing! I asked for measurements of the living room for our new couch, and he went to our exact unit, measured it, sent pictures, and went above and beyond for us. I love our floor plan and everything this complex has to offer. The location is great, with lots of food and a great church. I could not recommend the Lyric enough!

    I came in with no plans just wanted to view these beautiful apartments. From the moment I walked in to the leasing office which gorgeous, I was welcomed! Sheridan truly took her time to answer all my questions and made feel like I already lived here! Took all the anxiety of getting my first apartment away! I love my home. Thank you Sheridan!     I’ll start off by saying I’m a month in so it’s still early here’s what I know.1. The people in the office are super friendly and very helpful!2. Brand new is great but it does have its down falls.1. Because the grounds aren’t established it super hot outside. Coming from a 20 year old property it was a noticeable difference.2. There are going to be things construction missed so check everything to be safe.3. The WiFi has had some problems but that was supposed to have been fixed completely only time will tell.4. RFID keys for front doors seem like a good idea until you realize the ONLY way to get a spare is paying $75 to the office.5. There are very few pet waste stations around the property. They’re still building but I don’t think that will change the situation. I’ve walked the whole property and I think I’ve seen a total of 4 one is in the dog park.

    I absolutely love it here! Marisol was so patient, attentive and caring during my search. She made sure she went the extra mile to show me different options so that I could choose the perfect place for my daughter and I. Shereen is just as amazing. On move in day she stepped in and helped me and was very patient and helpful. Whenever I call for assistance with anything they’re always there to help! The property is absolutely lovely and I have no complaints thus far! 10/10 recommend living here.

    Sheridan and Nikki were extremely helpful since day one of my application. I couldn’t be more thankful to these lovely ladies for going above and beyond to help me and my puppy getting a place to stay. I thought we will be homeless on Christmas Day last year 2022 as my move in date was pushed on 2023 due to circumstances. But these ladies are so awesome on providing me a hotel and a storage for my stuff. They make my experienced a stress and worry free. Now, me and my puppy are finally in our new home and we loving it!

The application process was as timely as promised, which surpasses most other complexes. You will be amazed!     It has been a great experience in trying to get an apartment at The Lyric in Keller. Staff Shereen was very helpful and provided all the necessary information and also answered all my questions resolving any concerns. Any required clarification was obtained and shared with me in good time. She was a big factor in my decision.The overall process was very smooth though perhaps filled with many emails which were all informative. From a value perspective, the package I obtained was great, would have loved to get a garage but the fee was very high at $175/$200 per month. Also a 4% fee was applied for each of the 3 charge types each of which generated 2 emails. Should have been 1 charge amount of the overall total. Just 3 areas that can be modified - Fee for garage and credit card and 1 instead of 3 amounts charged.

No matter who helps you, the team works in unison to create a stress free experience from your initial tour, application and then move in. This process can be stressful but not with this Team.     This complex will be outstanding when complete. The staff, Shereen and others are truly amazing people dedicated to help during the entire process. Glad to have received such wonderful customer care and courtesy!

    Everything has gone smoothly since moving into the Lyric. The amenities are a plus and it’s in a great area. The space is beautiful and everyone is so friendly!
