One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is great and they do take the time to take care of all of your needs. The best part for me is I had some health issues recently and they made sure I was good. This is one of the best staff I have ever worked with. At least once a month they do things for the residents. For apartment living I would definitely recommend this.

We have lived here for coming up on a year in January and have absolutely LOVED our time! The property/community is gorgeous and well maintained and it is in the perfect location to shops, restaurants and entertainment - even within walking distance! Not only do we love the community layout but we also love the apartment design and upgraded features/amenities. Finally, the entire staff from the leasing staff (Rueben) to the maintenance (Daryl, Danny) and Management team (Heather, John) have been absolutely phenomenal! Very friendly, helpful, kind and willing to help with anything we need. The few maintenance requests we’ve had have also been handled very quickly and efficiently! Coming from Property Management myself, I cannot commend this entire staff ENOUGH!! We cannot wait to renew our lease for another year, it was a no brainer!Thank you Link at Twin Creeks community for all you do!!!

I just moved in and am absolutely loving it! My leasing agent, Madison Strong, was amazing! She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different floor plans and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs! I also love how there was no pressure to sign a lease immediately after I toured. I felt like the staff genuinely wanted me to make the right choice for myself rather than just trying to gain another tenant. Upon move in, my unit was super clean- even the little things like baseboards and fan blades were spotless! Once I turned in my inventory form to the manager, Heather, she went over any concerns I had and made sure that I felt safe in my unit- taking the extra time and care to ensure that everything in my unit was in perfect condition. I submitted one maintenance request and they had someone over within the hour. The maintenance team was super friendly as well! Overall, I would highly recommend living here as the units are very nice and the staff truly does their best to ensure the satisfaction of their customers.

I have been living at The Link at Twin Creeks for almost a year, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The community is friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home from day one. The management team is always responsive and goes above and beyond to address any concerns promptly.The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained pool, a fully-equipped gym, and beautiful green spaces that are perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes.The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. So far my stay has been without any issues. Ruben helped me and he’s extremely great at addressing any issues and walking you step by step through the process. I would recommend this apartment. Listed are a couple reasons why I would recommend- Respond fast to work orders- Quiet neighborhood- move in process is thorough and well put together- the staff members are friendly- close to stores (walmart, target etc)

I went in with my sister who was looking for her first apartment. The apartments were cute and the community/amenities had me interested too! But Madison was so sweet with my sister. Very patient and helpful. Madison was sure to answer so many questions, which may seem like common knowledge, but for a first timer it was refreshing to see somebody take the time to explain things with a positive attitude! Thank you Madison for taking care of my sister! If youre in the area looking for a great place with a great service definitely stop by to see Madison!

Never been so satisfied with an apartment complex. Ive been here for almost 3 years, never had any complaints that were related to the staff or the complex. Only complaints are neighbors, which is out of their control. The complex has had a couple of management changes since Ive been here but it has never led to bad management. Maintenance is always on it, minimum 1 day after putting in a order, sometimes 2 depending on the severity. There office always hosts events, answers phones, and present. Very clean and safe area. Prices are about average for a apartment, the garage is a little pricy though but not going to discredit the 5 star rating for it. If your considering moving here it definitely should be your top 3.

Lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it! Barely any noise around the complex, nice pool, gym and dog park. Staff was very nice. Only gripes I had was my unit had terrible water pressure, toilet would get clogged easily and cannot even fill my bathtub with hot water which maintenance said there was nothing that could be done about that, being that I was on the 4th floor. Apartment community was also cool they held events every month! Overall this complex is very nice and modern and in a great prime location :)

I lived there for 2 years, an awesome place.I may be a little sensitive to sounds, you can hear footsteps, air units from above and bottom neighbors.The clubhouse is great, but it is reserved most weekends.Staff are great and friendly, currently 10-2023, it was not in the past.There is no microwave vent to the outside but it is just recycling.Apartment services are great except, I see it is over charging for garbage collection.I will update for more later.

I just moved in and this has been an excellent experience! Tiffany was such a delight to work with. She answered my many, many, many questions over the course of 3 months. She was patient, professional and kind and was determined to make sure I had a great experience moving here. Did I mentioned she walked me directly to my door the day I moved in? When the door opened I was greeted by a Sovereign bottle of wine, because we all know moving is stressful! What an amazing touch! Everyone who works in the office is so kind, professional, and eager to help their residents. Lina is so sweet and even though I worked with Tiffany to find my new home, Lina is quick to offer assistance if Tiffany is not available and she always welcomes you with a huge smile. The property is beautiful and so well maintained. In taking a walk this morning I observed employees skimming and cleaning the pool, and someone walking around cleaning community grounds and the gym. It is clear that the employees take pride in ensuring the property is properly maintained and the residents are happy. The best part is that the apartment itself is so beautiful and modern. It is so quiet and clean here and I am excited I made the move.

The Links at Twin Creeks is a great community. I was delightfully surprised at how walkable it is. Its minutes to grocery, restaurants, shopping, and walking trails. More importantly the staff is excellent. The events they sponsor are thoughtful and creative. Jordan was my point of contact when considering this community. He was very helpful and patient. Our interactions are always pleasant. I know most of the staff by name from the office to maintenance. They are all genuinely friendly. Consider The Links at Twin Creeks if you prefer a modern interior design, easy access to Hwy 75 (one block away) and other conveniences.

Danielle in the front office walked us through the process as well as helped me with the issues I was having with my prior lease! Once we were settled and moved in she made sure all was well and asked if we needed any further assistance!Danielle is someone I would recommend to any friend or family member moving into the link at twin creek! Through the process she was always polite and answered every and any question no matter how small! I wish every apartment complex had a leasing professional as amazing and efficient as Danielle!!

These are great apartments in a great area. We are still in the process of finding a new apartment that makes the most sense for our family, however I had to review the property solely on my interaction with the staff; specifically the management team. We were immediately greeted with a smile, they were extremely friendly and quick to respond to all and any questions we had. We were impressed with the amenities of the property, the cleanliness of the grounds and community spaces, and the spacious living area in the apartment itself. Whether or not this is our next move, it would be an amazing space for anybody to call “home.”

I visited over 12 apartment communities before deciding to live at Sovereign Twin Creeks. Ashley was in a temporary office and when I called asking to see an apartment she quickly came to the apartment to show me around.She was so helpful and patient through the entire process. Her knowledge of the floor plans and finishes was impressive. She made us feel comfortable and always responsive to all my communication.At the end I did not move into the property due to job change but this is the place to live. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice property without closed corridors and with garages that open into a hallway. I would ask for Ashley she is the best!

Just recently moved in and am so grateful I found one of the last one bedroom apartments on a ground floor in Allen. Ashley and the entire staff couldnt have been more professional and accommodating during the entire process. Its basically brand new with many extras that other places I searched didnt come close to providing their tenants. Its a very family friendly, pet friendly, singles friendly mix of people Im hoping to be apart of as long as theyll have me. Even the maintenance guys Ive run into around the grounds have been very polite and professional ready to answer and do whatever necessary make my newbie status feel not so awkward. As for whatever bug reviews Ive seen Ive had no issues so far and its Texas anyway, theres bugs here. Thank you Sovereign staff, youve proved above and beyond I made the right choice.

Everything was super clean and well-maintained when I moved in.Daniell from leasing office was super helpful and informative, and shes very responsive to my requests and to any issues I’ve had. When I first moved in, the lights were very dim and not comfortable , but it still works, but they replaced it the next day without any questions.

Suggested by a friend (who was also moving to the same community), we too booked the apartment.It is such a pleasure staying here.1) All the Office staff(Specially Lina Ike and Tiffany) is very helpful and supportive.2) Maintenance services are really quick.3) Top Rating School District.4) BEST thing about Sovereign is the Monthly parties ROCKS. That is an opportunity to know Neighbors and make friends. Organizers of these monthly parties Feliciana McClain and Tyler McClain are superb. I still remember the joyful Thanks giving Dinner party and Christmas party. Every party is very different and party ideas are out of the box. They also organize Aerobics, Title Boxing, Cycle Bar, Yoga Classes to name few. Love them.That adds to one of the reason of renewing our Lease here.Hope they keep on organizing such beautiful parties in future too.

The front desk staff are friendly, its within walking distance of Tom Thumb and a couple restaurants, and the place has great amenities for the cost, however it seems theres always something small but annoying that has to be fixed. They are generally very timely about fixing these issues, with apartments and in the community at large, but communication about specifics could help smooth things over. For instance, my A/C was out last week and was told it would take 5 days to get a part for it. I was fairly unsatisfied with this, as the portable unit they gave was not enough to keep the apartment reasonably cool, and 5 days seemed like a long time for one part. However, the part they ordered was an entire A/C unit. If I had known that, I would have been a lot less worried about the time to fix it, as overhauling my A/C would of course take more time than just getting a part replaced.
