These apartments are a prime example of the deterioration of our city. You cant polish a turd without the smell emanating. You can see how hard management and owners have tried to uplift the place. Its beautifully redone. The location is wonderful for shopping and services. However. It is almost impossible to have a wonderful complex in the middle of the crime waves sweeping the city. If you had armed guards at every entrance, it still may not be enough. Who do we blame? Management? Police? The mayor? Parents? Or, ourselves? We need to come together as a city, and take it back. Who is outnumbered? Law abiding citizens, or criminals? I do not blame the apartment complex. They are doing as much as they can, with what they have to work with. Maybe instead of complaining, it is not enough, we should all do all we can to help.

Looks like its improved since I stayed here and it was Nob Hill then! I didnt like how Nob Hill used to over charge for the utilities and make us pay there is no way a two bedrooms utilities in an apartment should be over $450 each month. But again this was back when it was Nob Hill

I am a new resident and I can say, I have enjoyed living here thus far. I have heard all the horror stories about the property after I moved in. Only time will tell if they hold any merit. However, I can honestly say that the young man in the leasing office Mickley is top notch. Ever since I have applied, toured an signed my lease. He has been above and beyond to ensure all my needs are met. He is truly a blessing and God send for the complex if the stories are true. He is a jewel. The management company needs to give him a raise on make him property manager. Cause, he makes his residents are taking care. I am grateful for him an always being available when I come into the office.

It all depends what area you live in....I use to love in the North area and at first it was quite then I would hear doors slamming, people arguing. Then windows were being broken. Then my truck window was busted and I parked right in front of the camera. Management did nothing so I moved to the front near Braeswood boulevard and I love it. Its really quite and clean and lit up at night. Today they were giving out breakfast and thats awesome because Im sure alot rush to get to work in the morning and cant fix breakfast. I love that. It they just get the north area under control that would be great. I work at senior living facility and alot of the residents are from this area and I have herd so many great things about these apartments and the original owners and how they kept it really nice inside and out. I like it here. I dont have to worry about bugs or plumbing or maintenance. I wish I would have moved up friend in the beginning. But Im very satisfied with my apartment I would recommend this place to anyone keep up the good work.

My brother has been living in these apartments 2 years, normal problems nothing major he has complained about. There is crime everywhere you go, my son applied today and he is a first time renter he is so excited to be close to his uncle and this will be a great start for him since there is new management.

I just moved in , and I have to say for an apartment complex I love it here ! It’s quiet . The apartment is spacious , clean , everything is new and up to date . The price is reasonable. Love the assigned parking . Staff and management is friendly . Especially McKinley . He is seriously a blessing ! Big thanks to him . He was so helpful knowledgeable kind .. an all around amazing person . On my move in date they even presented me a welcome home basket . They make their tenants feel like family . Highly recommended place to move . Thanks again McKinley ❤️ & life at Jackson square

The service agent work excellent and they do actually explain everything so you can had better understanding everything. During the process of staying in the community and so on. Mr.mckinley and Nile make the process to be understandable More faster. So whatever you see and you are concerned that actually we are going to make sure that you be care before you even move into the place. And the customer care for them is a plus they do accident job.

My experience from start to finish has been amazing! Everyone is respectful and very professional in the leasing office. My apartment is so beautiful! 1st: McKinley Sartin is the person that you want to help you. He is detailed, caring, patient, and will move at your comfortable speed that will allow all the paperwork to be done correctly. His personality and customer service is great. I was nervous moving to this side of town, but he made me feel comfortable to bring my family over here. 2nd: the layout I have is Amazing and with the special, it is even more affordable. I have no major complaints as its only been a couple of weeks but most people stay to themselves and they dont have washer/dryer connections. The living room, dining, kitchen, and clothes are my favorite and then the bedrooms. Make you you ask for McKinley when you want some information.

Mr. McKinley,He is beyond greatness. He welcomed me with open arms. He has been with me every step of the way. Every issue Ive had thus far, hes taken care of. Hes a blessing and deserves to be a property manager. Ive heard stories and seen some things. But, yet Im still satisfied. I dont know what you have to do, but keep Mr. McKinley on your team. Out of every where I have stayed, he was one of the best leasing agents I have ever experienced. Such, a wonderful joy.
