I enjoy living here! My unit is nice and I’ve never had any serious problems. If I have run into any issues, I would contact maintenance and they would come as soon as they could. One time my dryer was broken and it took maintenance a couple of weeks to come to my unit, but ever since then my dryer has been working perfectly! The pool is nice, but there’s been a lot of unsupervised children that swim around late at night and take advantage of dirtying the unlocked gym. The gym can be nice to work out in though, it’s limited equipment but still pretty cute! There’s a lot of little cats that roam around too so if you love animals that’s a plus! 🥰 Another plus is that there’s always food trucks in front of the office! It’s awesome to support small businesses! I would recommend living here especially for mid-range prices with nice units!

I visited this property two weeks ago and met with Courtney who was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very hospitable. I visited two apartments and settled on one. I was happy to be able to actually view the apartment I would move into rather than a model. The apartment is spacious especially for one person. I move in today and hope this is a great experience.

I just moved into these apartments and I love it so much! The apartment was nice and clean upon moving in and very spacious. The layout of these apartments are great and not “Crammed” at all. So far the neighborhood seems very nice too.

I looked at a lot of places but because of Courtney I decided to stay here. I been here for about a month and I really enjoy it here. It’s really quiet and I got lucky with a balcony that faces the trees which is nice to me.

I love where we live! Courtney in the office is the best! She came personally once to help me on a weekend with a non-emergency issue. Our maintenance is great! My washer recently broke, and they came by during a time that worked for me and took care of it. I truly love living here! I have zero complaints!

Ive lived here since late 2021. The staff has always been super helpful whenever Ive needed anything. Theyve worked with me on payments when issues came up. Theres never been generic apartment nonsense. All the maintenance guys are awesome and friendly which is always better. All my issues get fixed quickly and Im not having to hound the office staff all the time to get them done.

I toured this property on a Saturday, and Courtney was a wonderful ray of sunshine, giving me all the information I needed. It is a very nice property, and I love that washers and dryers are included in every unit. Nice weight room, and coffee bar inside the office. Nice big pool with BBQ pits, a playground and basketball area make it very home-y. Looking forward to signing a lease and moving in!

We would like to thank everyone at the Legends at Kitty Hawk office and RPM for the many recent upgrades/repairs in our community. My son and I appreciate every team member and hired contractor that have done work to make our community safer and more enjoyable. We sincerely appreciate the office managers and maintenance crew, and we especially appreciate the leasing agent Courtney. She is professional and on task with all requests and work orders. We are extremely blessed with all on the Legends of Kitty Hawk team!

We love our home. We recently renewed our lease and are very happy here. We do not have any issues with our neighbors, everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves. The office ladies are amazing and the maintenance team is very professional and always quick to take care of requests. The gym also recently got all new equipment, which my husband really enjoys. We were even given a turkey with stuffing and pie for thanksgiving and they had pictures with Santa for the kids! This is a great community, so glad we found them!

Absolutely phenomenal! This is by far the best community Ive experienced. Clean and well manicured, safe and secure, punctual and thorough. Ana and Nancy are very kind and patient and they communicated consistently throughout the application process. Elizabeth has done a wonderful job managing this community. Everytime I see her she is bright, kind, and intentional in providing quality services. My family and I are extremely pleased and were grateful too call The Legends at Kitty Hawk home.

Living here is wonderful! Elizabeth is so welcoming and a weath of knowledge. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Nancy is absolutely lovely and very helpful. The office staff is great and very attentive. The maintenance crew is also friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this property.

Edit 02/15/24I believe in second chances, and I can say now that communication and service have improved 180 degrees!Courtney, Nancy and Liz have been pivotal in making the necessary changes and communication to bridge the gap that previously existed.Thank you, ladies for getting it done!!0/10 do not recommend. Poor communication both internally and externally. I have been waiting on repairs for over a year. Do not move here.

I went in to get information on an apartment and was greeted by the nicest property manager I have ever seen. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. All the office personnel were friendly and made me feel welcome. This property is very nice and seems to be quiet as well. It is tucked a way off the main road which is nice. I would recommend this place to anyone just based off the staff.

So...legends of kitty hawk! Well Ive had my fair share of ups and downs from the beginning with the manager Jessica who was moved recently. THANK GOD. She was horrible from the beginning and very disrespectful especially concerning my particular situation. I wont go into detail.but Id say for your sake and safety of packages, unlawful entry so forth get a ring doorbell. That takes care of any BS off the bat. Everything else has been a breeze besides some occasional issues with pot smokers passing into my apartment air ducts. How idk but it happened. And now it doesnt. After reporting anyway. Nancy is the best I mean A1 customer service from her... ask for what you want and you will get it done right the first time if not ask again. I will say I am happy here. Treat others how you want to be treated and you will not have problems here.

We were there this weekend to inquire about an apartment and the leasing consultant,Jazmyne,was amazing! Shes very nice, professional, and informative. She has amazing customer service skills. The proprety itself has many amenities such as gym, valet trash pick up, washer and dryer in the apartments, business center, and a gift wrapping station! Ive never come across a property with that service! The community is very clean and quiet. i just hope we get approved so we can move in next month! I cant wait. 😊

Stayed her for 2 years, only moved because we found something that was cheaper and closer to work. Nancy is the best when is comes to finding out solutions to any problems you may have. Cons will have to be limited parking by the back buildings, so you have to pay for a parking to be close. During the summer we had a gnat problem, but went away in winter. If facing the pool beware it can get quiet noisy at times. We were lucky to not have any problems during the snow storm beside no power. Stores are close by and 5 minutes to freeway. 10ish mins from the forum/Ikea. Only problem we ever had was with gates not working every now and then.

I have lived here for almost a year and let me tell you theyve been nothing short of amazing. I was getting out of an abusive relationship and needed a home quickly, they found me one and even worked with me while I was canceling the lease at the place I was leaving. The staff has ALWAYS been kind to me and I think theyre under appreciated. Chelsea isnt there anymore but she was wonderful. Christina, Sonia, and the assistant manager always drop what theyre doing and help everyone who enters the office. My place had new carpet when I moved in and was freshly painted. I love it here!

We have lived here for two months and couldnt be happier. The complex is quiet, has excellent security and I feel safe and at home. They provide so many things to make life easier, full size w/d and a trash service to pick your trash at the door. The staff is amazing and friendly. They remember my name every time I see them and are so quick to get back to me with any questions I have. I can easily say it is the best living experience I have ever had!

Jessica the manager is great all the ladies in the leasing office are proficient, experts in there field. I’m a local firefighter and realtor an I feel safe in this community. The maintenance crew are well knowledgeable especially ray and quick to get things done ASAP usually same day!!! Been here 6 years and I have loved everyday of it!!!

The experience I received since moving in 2 weeks ago is overwhelming. I have never met leasing agents like Chelsea and Wendy. They ensure that your every need is taken care of. Chelsea allow me to move in on a Sunday, I had never had someone so interest taking care of the tenant like she did. She ensured I was aware of all aspects of the apartment complex. From the pool to the Zumba classes on Tuesdays and Fridays. I will encourage anyone who is looking for an apartment and be welcome like family, look at the Legends of Kitty Hawk

Ive been here for about 6 months and I dont have any complaints. When I moved in, my apartment was like new. I havent had any issues here outside of my washer and dryer not working correctly but maintenance took care of that quickly. I have to say this is the best apartment complex Ive lived in.

I just want to say “Thank you” to the office and maintenance staff at The Legends of Kitty Hawk. My husband and I have been residents for a little over a year and could not be happier. My husband either works out of town or overnights and he was worried about leaving me alone. But we can not express enough how much everyone that works here has made us feel like “family”. My situation called for a very quick move in after originally agreeing on a certain date, they were able to accommodate a change in move in date for me. The legends of kitty hawk is a great community. The office staff are very nice and help out when asked. During the pandemic i feel that safety was a concern and the apartments acted well. I am a current resident and dont mind living here. There are very few things wrong and they are very minor.

I am living since one and half year here. Good apartment community with nice swimming pool, basket ball court, play ground for kids and gym and more over great manager to have. My experience is really good with the leasing office as they respond very quickly. So friendly smiling staff to get good service. I got nice discounts too.

I was looking for apartments for the longest time but this apartment was on the bottom of my list, untill i came off of Fort Sam and i decided to pop by and let me tell you THIS place is such a warm complex,They welcomed me in and showed me the apartments and i was SOLD i love this place. My husband who is in the Navy wanted pictures to see and i asked the nice ladies to send me pictures and more information and they did. My husband was happy it had every single thing him and i were looking for in apartment. I cant wait to move in hopefully in July.

I won’t go into detail about the situation but I will say that the staff here are really helpful and are the exact opposite of most landlords that I’ve heard horror stories about. They are always on top of things and if they mess up (because they are still human) they will not let you leave their office without a resolution. I just renewed my lease and I plan on being here a very long time. 10/10 customer service from their entire staff.

My boyfriend lives here and its really nice. Everything looks nice from the outside, the landscaping, and the inside of the apartments. They are pretty over priced. I have an apartment much bigger and pay about 1/3 less than he does. Other than the prices everything else seems pretty good.
