I have lived at The Laurel for 4 years and I am so happy with the new management we have! Catalina and Bianca are both very professional and personable. They have brought many positive changes since their arrival in November. The activities calendar is now outstanding and their doors are always open to residents.I am proud to call The Laurel my home!!

My how time pass. We are coming upon our two year celebration living at The Laurels. It was a process to find our feel like home after selling our own home. Driving up was such a pleasant site and once we entered the building we felt welcome. We were greeted immediately by the front office Manager. The Management team then and the Management team now How may I help you attitude Tia...Velma and the crew are Awesome, thank you guys for always addressing any and all issues that have arisen. Anytime we need something taken care of in our apartment its addressed the same day. If we have any concerns about our community (or just want to give a well done word) Tia the manager has that listening ear and or ready for a resolution, we are very pleased. A very hard working group of ladies. Velma always without hesitation...ready and willing... plus the crew thank you guys. My husband and I want to give you guys your props (Respect). Our Life at The Laurels...sweet...

The staff are attentive to the needs of the residents. While there have been unforeseen issues, they keep everyone updated. Another plus is that the staff are friendly and try to keep the calendar full of activities. The crew maintain the residences, quickly, when a service order is made.

I have an elderly family member living here and we love this place for her. I cant say enough about the office staff and maintenance, they truly are the best! They all go above and beyond for the residents and you can easily see their care and concern is genuine. Ive always been greeted with smiles and friendly conversation and any concern was handled quickly and professionally. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are very well kept.

This place and the staff are so awesome. My mom has felt more at home. After spending the week with her.I feel so much better about where she is living, and the staff that are so helpful with her in anything that she needs.

So far our experience with Laurel has has been the ABSOLUTE BEST that we have ever had as a prospective tenant!!!! Velma called over the weekend (on her off days! ) and walked us through the process and we were approved by Monday! Everybody may not have the same experience but I feel like I can guarantee that you will know that the team at Laurel is working diligently to help you meet your needs within their limits . These folks really care.Oh yeah, we are moving from Franklin, TN. But we are very much looking forward to our new home.THANK YOU VELMA!

As always, the staff at the Laurel is excellent ! I recently had problems with my thermostat. Within 30 minutes, maintenance arrived and resolved my issue! They are always polite and professional! I have lived here since December of 2019. They got us safely through the pandemic and the freeze! It is a wonderful place to live!

From the first time we walked into the Laurel, we felt at home. The office staff has been very pleasant each time we spoken with them or visited. We have been on a waiting list and have finally got our new home. Now moved in and love it. We have been here one and one half years and are not planning another move. It is like a family here.

We have only been here 2 months but can already say we love it. People are super nice and staff is helpful. We are anxious to get more involved. Its quiet and peaceful here with lots to do if you wish. We have now been here a year and half.... we we still enjoy our apartment. A shout out to William our maintenance man, he is so friendly and cares about all of us and his workload is heavy but he always has a smile. He is appreciated.EDIT it has now been almost 3 years and have seen a lot changes here and some concerning. For example: When things get broken here they do not get fixed like the fountain out front, it needs to be working. The printer in the Library... I have worked worked in an office all my life and fixing jams in a printer is not that expensive. We keep hearing its not in the budget , we pay enough rent it should be. Dont allow it to become a 2nd rate complex with first rate rent prices. And where the heck is William that was a huge mistake when he left !!!

Catalina was so professional. She showed the apartments that we may be interested in moving to. She answered our questions and was so knowledgeable about The Laurel.She is a great lady. Showing respect and taking her time with us.

These apartments are home for my husband and myself. The facilities are clean and well cared for. The apartment is roomy. Its already set up to be handicapped accessible. The pool and club house are beautiful. And the staff is friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to repair requests.The residents have formed a caring community. We go on shopping trips together. And trips together. Were enjoying our life in our little community.

This has been my home for almost two years. And management and maintenance crew have gone over and beyond my expectations. Every time I’ve submitted a request (they have been minor issues)they have been there in matter of hours. There is not one negative thing I can say about them or this place. At the contrary, they are an exceptional group of people that make you feel welcome. Am glad I moved here!

I was driving by late on a Friday- saw the complex and decided to check it out. Although, the website says call for appointments- Velma took me in her office and we talked about the laurel. One of the things she said that has stick with me is “ we all look at the laurel as a community “ Bridget, the other lady in the office showed me a calendar of events -the events were both the management scheduled and the rest were input from the residents. Very friendly and accommodating,

Its a wonderful life at the Laurel in Vintage Park where friendships are made and celebrated. There is a lovely, large clubhouse where we enjoy weekly social and recreational activities. Learning opportunities are available through arts and crafts, computer and tech instructions. The clubhouse also has a library which is equipped with a computer and printer, along with a large assortment of library books. You can sit by the pool and relax or join the aqua class .There are several apartment plans; maintenance free, all-inclusive. Laurel is conveniently located to nearby medical facilities, ,restaurants and shopping . We love our new home!!!

I work at the #1 trauma hospital in Houston Texas and my mom got really ill to the point where she wasn’t able to walk but she stayed in Dallas , Tx. I became sad because I take care of others I help others everyday 24/7 it’s my job and who I am as a person, Regardless if your my patient or a stranger that walks past me… However here I was; My mom is 4 hours away I need to help her ASAP! I emailed this property the next morning I received a phone call. Ever since I spoke to Velma she gave me hope and faith that everything will be okay. If you ever get a chance to meet or speak to Velma it’s a blessing in disguise. Here I am now helping my mother decorate her new apartment! My mother and I are more than grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to meet Velma and be apart of the “Laurel” Family! Thank you

The neighbors are friendly. Maintenance Team is very good when called on and they also do door to door trash pick-up. There are activities during the week and sometimes the weekends. We enjoy living here at The Laurel at the Vintage Park.

I am going into five years here at The Laurel my first time calling the emergency maintenance for AC assistant. Response within 10 mins on a Sunday afternoon. Staff members are friendly, concern with attention to hallways, parking, and outside grounds appearance are on point.

One of the gentleman that maintain our property is named Darius. Shortly after I placed the call regarding my Air Conditioner not working, he had it up and running in just moments. The Olympics may have been held in Tokyo; but here at the Laurel in Tomball, TX, he deserves a Gold Medal.

Maintenance responded to my request for AC service right away. The young guy is always helpful and kind. He never says he cant do something, he always says, let me check it out. He fixed my AC within 20-30 minutes and replaced the filter also. Thank you so much Darius!
