I recently moved out after almost 6yrs. I never had any issues. I would have loved to stay, but it was time to move forward to something bigger. Paula was an absolute pleasure, she always greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. I will refer friends and family to come see her when looking for a place to live.

The apartments have nice finishes and are really spacious, but I dont like the location. The I35 frontage road has one lane and it takes at least 10 minutes to get to the on ramp. There it takes 30 minutes to go a few miles north to the 71 exit. people drive super fast through the parking lot and on farrah lane from i35. its so difficult to walk the dogs around this area.

I have lived here 5 months now. I am happy with everything! The staff is great. Price is good. I have 2/2 with yard. The yard is great if you have dogs or kids. I havent had any issues getting maintenance to come fix problems. The maintenance team is nice and responsive. My neighbors are nice. I The area is safe. I like that I can get to SouthPark Meadows Shopping Center from behind without having to get on IH 35. There is pretty much any store I need in a small radius. Not to mention Buda and Kyle are minutes away which also have very nice shopping centers. It is also close to Downtown!! I work in Central East Austin. The commute can be long due to traffic between 7:30-9am and 5-6:30pm. But if you get on the road earlier or after 9am it is usually only 18-25 mins. I recommend this complex!

Been here for almost 3 years now..love it, its chill, neighbors are nice. Maintenance is very fast and responsive. Front desk does their job well. The complex is clean but could be cleaner lol. May need to do some modifications or add some stuff to the dog park but other than that, great place to stay!

All in all, I do recommend this place. It is a good place to live. Fair rent, good location, friendly community at the pool, good dog park, and management that seems to want to help.Painting is maybe 3-star as there is overflow onto the floor and covered light switches. However the windows are 5-star in height. Great natural light in all rooms!I did have my issues at move in but do feel taken care of and feel as management will give me the benefit of the doubt due to this. Apparently this complex like many others took a hard hit from Covid so I do try to be understanding of under staffing at times.

I have lived at the landing since October 2018, and the staff has been great. The property manager has been so prompt with any issues I have when I go directly to her. Staff is great, and friendly. Months ago, I had left a 3 stars, but it was due to residents not picking up after their dog. However, that has been resolved and staff stays on top of that. The community is clean and pretty. The apartment community is in a great location, close to 35 and shopping. Having to relocate due to work, and we are really gonna miss living here. I have to say, its hard to find management that really takes care of resident requests. Id recommend living at the landing!

We have lived at the landing for 3 1/2 years now (one of the first residents) and have just resigned a new least! The staff is wonderful and take care of us. The apartments are fantastic and spacious. They hold many events to make it fill like you are part of a community and not just another number to them. I encourage anyone to take a tour if you are looking for a very well kept new home!

The apartments is rather impressive and lets natural light in well. Havent had issues with neighbors and management was welcoming but keeps out of your business. Painting was pretty left a mess on the floors but the walls look fine. Air circulation isnt the best in the bedroom or living room.I like size of the kitchen for cooking and I can get a lot of natural light in my room.

The community is really well maintained and apartments are in tip-top shape! Couldnt be happier to call Landing home! Love the size of the backyards, pool is gorgeous. Even my friends rave about the yards - huge, tons of sun. Office staff is always professional and willing to help.

Ive said it many times, but the management is really great here, they communicate, and honestly have really good memories - I hadnt gone to the leasing office for anything in probably 9 months, and when I came in to drop off a package for another resident, I was greeted with a smile, and she remembered my name (which I thought was insane). The community is really quiet, even though there is a freeway very nearby, you cant hear it at night... The maintenance is good, the layouts are nice - so much so that when I came looking at the units with my boss, who is a freakin billionaire, she was so excited about it, I even asked her if SHE wanted to move in to the space! I think the only complaint I have about the space is price... But, this is Austin, and accommodations are really expensive here for some reason, thats all around the city.And, Ill say, this is not only about The Landing at Doublecreek, my boyfriend lives in Houston at The Reserve at Garden Oaks, which is another Greystar property, and its the exact same experience there when I go to visit - this seems to be the standard for the company as a whole.

I moved into the landing double creek 11 months ago. I never got a chance to see anything in person but Santiago walked me through the process step by step. By the time I actually made it Texas I was pressed for time but I had no regrets or second thoughts about signing my lease here. Being 2000 miles away from home, the staff became my second family and took really good care of me. They always did me small favors and go out of their way to make you feel important. The property is nice, calm and quiet. The units inside are beautiful and you are not far from shopping centers or restaurants. I am going to be sad to leave.

By far the best apartment complex Ive lived in! The location is great and the staff is so so helpful. They are very understand and have helped us extend our lease due to unforeseen circumstances popping up. We greatly appreciate what they have done for us and we would highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to move to South Austin!

Absolutely loved this community! Great appliances, awesome floor plans, and extremly clean property. Rent is reasonable and realistic. Also, the staff is incredibly caring. They strive to build relationships with all the residents, which really helps make the experience feel personalized. Overall a great community to live in!

Ive been living here since Nov 2015 and I do not regret taking the decision to choose The Landing at Double Creek to live. Very nice apartments, atmosphere is calm, safe and staff are super friendly. The amenities of this complex are very good: security, pool, gym, bbq, excellent location, pet friendly, the rent is affordable, now all apartments have Google Fiber, etc. A fantastic place to stay😊.

I love this place! From the front office to maintenance, everyone has been so nice and helpful from the moment we first called up until now. Our apartment is so nice and spacious! Our neighbors are all so friendly. Parking is no hasle. I now have a carport for my own convenince, but before my carport I was always able to park. And I love that we are in between Austin and Buda! We will definitely be here for awhile.

The Landing at Double Creek is a fantastic place to live! The apartment we rented is spacious, with a backyard large enough that we feel like we are living in a house. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - away from Austin proper but close to city conveniences.

Ive lived here for almost two years (Im moving out of state). Here are my pros and cons of the place:Pros:-The apartments are gorgeous. My apartment is really spacious (900+ sq. ft. for a 1 br!), and the cabinets, backsplash, and (faux) granite countertops all give the place a nice aesthetic.-The office staff listens and they are attentive. Most of the time when Ive called or had any kind of issue, they worked to make sure it was resolved quickly. Hands down the best apartment staff of any place Ive ever lived.-If you call the courtesy officer at night, they will come. Ive had to call because my upstairs neighbors can get quite noisy (I tried talking to them first, but the woman got an attitude). If youre listening to music, and I can hear it (especially the melody and background music), your music is too loud. The courtesy officer helps to remedy problems like this between 10p-6a.Cons:-If youre not a dog owner, this might not be the place for you. My next door neighbors have a dog that I hardly ever hear, but when new people move in, it sometimes takes a while for their dogs to adjust. Sometimes dogs will bark all day and night.-Speaking of dogs...some of the apartments have yards. This is great if you have a dog. I live right above an apartment with a yard. The last person who lived there never made a peep in the yard, but the new people use it regularly. When people talk out there, I can hear all of it. Think of being upstairs in a house and people are talking in the back yard...its like that except I dont know them and we dont live together lol-The stairwells are kinda gross. They need some serious pressure washing. A bird died in the stairwell next to my apartment 4 months ago, and the birds dried up blood is still on the wall. Im thinking of having my movers go all the way to the other stairwell with my belongings, because I really dont want any of my stuff touching those walls.I really enjoyed my first year here, but Im not 100% sure I would have renewed my lease for a second time. I write for a living (mostly at home), and sometimes its a little too noisy here for me. As I type this, my upstairs neighbors are blasting music and talking really loud (I dont usually hear their voices), and Im trying to write because I have edits due tonight.

Jorge gave me a tour yesterday- he was the only person working in the office. I stopped by and saw that he was busy so I stopped back by later that afternoon. He gave me a tour of the property especially that coffee machine! While I haven’t made my mind up just yet where my next new home will be Jorge was understanding and not pushy as far as me not applying just yet.

Friendly staff, really nice finishes(dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, garden size bath tub, and nice flooring), and ample parking. Also, the community asked the staff for a dog park and they delivered. The new dog park is nice and spacious, a very convenient perk for dog owners.
