They made the leasing process seamless and were always available to answer my questions.The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities that make daily life comfortable. I especially love the easy-to-use pushup/pulldown blinds as well as the patio with extravagant view. The layout maximizes space, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the finishes.The community here is fantastic. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and I enjoy using the Gym, Basketball Court Room, Theater Room, Pool, and Grill Stations for a well family setting. Its a great place to relax or meet neighbors. I’ve also made some wonderful friends in the community!Location-wise, The Lakes At Westview Apartments is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and a number of wonderful restaurants & parks making it easy to explore the area.Overall, I highly recommend The Lakes At Westview Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. Love it here, Annette, Ariana, Tatiana and Anna are always super helpful. The property is Beautiful. The two pools and the indoor basketball court are awesome. Mike from the maintenance team is always knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to us when completing our work orders. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve now lived here for a year and I still absolutely love it!When my refrigerator broke, someone was there that day to fix it. Maintenance is great and the office is super nice and helpful, especially Ana!! She’s been so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The manager is also great every time I’ve spoken with her.I also want to highlight that this apartment complex just feels so safe. I don’t feel scared to take walks by myself because everyone is kind and there are kids playing.There’s also nice green spaces, spots for pets, and the amenities are great. I love the pool area. They’re beautiful pools and great spots to hang out/grill.

I want to thank the management and maintenance man “Carmen” for their prompt and efficient response. I had a water leak under my kitchen sink, Carmen came early the next morning and replaced the garbage disposal with a new one. He also noticed that some trim was missing around my kitchen bar and so kind to replace it at the same time. He was professional and left my kitchen clean.Thank you 🥳🥳

I wanted to give a shout out to Ana Cortez! She was the leasing agent that assisted me with the application process. I moved from Dallas to Conroe about a month ago. Upon finding this apartment community, I met Ana who was very welcoming! She gave me a thorough tour, making it an enjoyable experience. She promotes the community well, making you want to live here. Ana is professional, courteous, reliable and an all-around sweet personality. She is the best leasing agent I have worked with. I highly recommend her if you are looking to move to the Lakes at Westview!

Going on 2 years at the Lakes at Westview!I would recommend this property to others!Iv never had an issue with the friendly office staff, especially Ana! She’s been great from the start! Maintenance is responsive, grounds are kept up. Parking is plentiful. The location is perfect! One of my favorite things about the property is the water features in the ponds. They help with road noise from 45.

I have been here happily for almost 5 months and I truly could not have picked a better place to live. It was a yes for me as soon as I saw the fountains and lakes all around. It never feels like I am at an apt.complexI. I always feel safe walking my dog Bentley “Cloud” as the girls in the office call him🥰 . We make a point to stop by and pay them a visit everyday, sometimes twice a day.. Bentley has made lots of friendly four legged buddies in the short time we’ve been here! 😍 Anna was very helpful when I was moving in and has been since then. Her, the manager and all the other girls in the front office are so kind and very helpful with your needs. They are almost like family to me.. And the maintenance has been great, thanks to David “smiley” he never puts me off when I am in need of anything. I had a/c issues and he was on top of the problem in no time and fixed it.. Anytime I need help, he is right there to help me! He’s such a nice and respectful guy...I highly recommend The Lakes At Westview.. Tracy 😊

David’s service was exceptional! The AC in my apt busted on a Saturday afternoon and he stayed way past working hours to fix it! All the parts were replaced and he waited until it was up and running again! I was so grateful! Also, Ms. Ana’s customer service at the leasing office is excellent as well! She is always in good disposition and extremely helpful. She was actually the one who contacted David for me that Saturday and she helped me put in the work order by walking me through the process step-by-step, as I didn’t know how to. Very very satisfied! This review has been a long time coming! I have lived at The Lakes at Westview since June 2022. My living experience, peace, and life just keep getting better and because of this place I call HOME. The two things that have remained constant since I have lived here are the friendly faces of Ana and Annette. They are the saving grace for this community. Every time I have had an issue, they have made sure it was resolved, efficiently and satisfactorily. Ana and Annette understand that this isnt just an apartment complex, this is HOME, and where we call home should be comfortable and meet our expectations. Most recently, Annette was very diligent in resolving a concern that I had and this has helped me tremendously. I would also like to mention that (Mary) was a part of the process and took care of this concern as soon as it was brought to her attention. Every since Annette was promoted to Manager, I have seen continuous improvements in this property. Since being in her role, she has made it a priority to ensure tenant satisfaction. Ana and Annette truly cares and make living here enjoyable. Ana is my leasing agent and she has always been the same since I met her. She is kind, sincere, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and the job is done professionally.I looked at many different properties before I chose The Lakes of Westview. I’ve been here for about three days and I will say the apartment is very nice, as is the community. Miss Annette in the front office has been the most amazing and helpful for my move in process. She really made sure everything was taken care of and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner.Mr. Winston the manager of the complex has also been really great to work with, he heard my concerns and problems and fixed the issues. Very professional and a great manager.I’m happy to call this community home.The amenities are very nice in the complex. Very pretty pool, waterways throughout the whole complex, indoor basketball court (it is a half court), movie theater room you can use as you please.

Ive lived at The Lakes At Westview Apartments for the past 2 years, presently renting here and have decided to renew my lease because of the wonderful experience that I have had here. I want to give out a special thank you to the leasing office staff and more specifically the Assistant Manager, Isabella for professionally, patiently and efficiently taking care of my concerns and needs throughout the time I have lived here. The maintenance staff is also professional and fast with repairing or addressing issues as they arise. These apartments are very spacious, recently renovated and effectively laid out. The outside views are beautiful and peaceful that gives vibes of a tranquil atmosphere. Add in the well thought out landscaping design and the natural looking water habitats throughout the property that really bring everything together for an amazing living experience that I can happily call home.Thank you guys so much!J.M.

This apartment complex is incredible, simply put. The application process was easy and quick! I’ve lived here for 2 years already. I’ve never felt more at home! The grounds are well maintained and upstanding. The staff is amazing especially the maintenance crew. The manager Hugo is always quick to attend to any issues we are having. I know im in good hands with the entire team members attentiveness, professionalism and dedication to take care of me. Ive had the best experience with them! My best friend recommended me to this apartment complex, and I’ve fallen in love since the day I visited. I went for it and submitted an application online the fees are affordable and understandable, because you’re holding the unit as well as the application fee. Annette was the manager helping me at this site, and she is great during this transition in my life. She was able to let me know the possible fees that may apply, and gave me all the information I needed before approval. The approval only took about a week, and the process is going pretty smoothly so far. I appreciate Annette helping me with everything, please take this place in consideration. The prices are affordable, property is clean, and tenants seem pretty nice from when I visited last. Thank you

First time renters here!! Staff was extremely helpful, my husband and I worked with Annette. She was extremely sweet and helpful explaining everything to us. Very efficient and on top of things, application went in on Wednesday and moved in that Friday! Every time I had a question and called back up there never once did I feel that “oh god they are tired of me calling” feeling. Which I appreciated very much!! Maintenance staff is very efficient and fast also which is awesome. Also staff has very great manners, yes ma’am, no ma’am, yes sir, no sir. Beautiful place to live and sweet staff all around.

I have been here for over a year. Leaving this place is the most sad thing. This place is more then home. Its well maintained.My AC problem was fixed the same day at 12am. The maintenance guys came at midnight right away ND worked till 2in the morning to fix it.Ana the lady who put us there. Because of her we brought 3 other talents .Annette and GG. They are the most helpful ppl in the office. They have gone extra miles to help. Cant say enough. I will be back to stay here in 2 years thats how much I like them.

Ive lived here for several yrs, & ive lived in several apt complexes from Huntsville to Houston to Katy to Conroe. i know what quality service is, & the ladies at the front office (Annette & Ana) are excellent, as are the maintenance crew.always friendly & professional, even if theres a line forming in the lobby. if theres a delay in the system, they will stay on top of it. if theres a maintenance issue, they will schedule it until its right.theres no such thing as a perfect apt complex, but at least here, they get customer service done right!

My project work requires me to travel often so i have lived at The Lakes at Westview for over a decade due to several factors.1.] The property is very quiet, clean and always well maintained and the grounds kept groomed.2] The four ladies that organize and run the property from the front office are very sincere, motivated and always willing to give an above average level of resident service. Very good at communicating and responding to resident needs and proactive with the property,s day to day operations..3.] The maintenance staff are polite, trustworthy and well trained and knowledgeable on the buildings mechanical & electrical systems. They always have responded quickly to the very few service requests I have had over ten years4.] Property location is well situated close to two freeway exits and there are dozens of grocery, restaurants and stores all with five minute drive from the front gate.I always feel confident when I leave for on the road projects that my apartment is secure and watched over by a dedicated and competent staff.

Absolutely love these apartments! Cant say enough good things. Ive been living here for several years. It is close to everything (I can walk/ride my bike to most everywhere.) and 75% of the price of comparable apartments in the area. I almost passed these up because I thought they would be too expensive. They have great amenities, the staff has been courteous and helpful since day 1. Ive never had an issue that they didnt help resolve quickly. The amenities are wonderful, although I dont get to use them as much anymore with work. The pools are very nice and maintained. The gym is very rarely crowded and recently had many nice upgrades with kettle bells, yoga mats, and more importantly better hours.I love walking around the complex because of the beautiful fountains and landscaping. It was especially nice this last Christmas, as many residents had decorated their balconies.In short, Im not leaving until I buy a house.

Moved into this apartment complex almost 3 years ago and the process to move in went very smoothly. No delays and apartment was ready on time. Weekend when we moved in & my a/c wasnt working as should (middle of summer). Contacted the office after hours number for maintenance thinking I would have to wait till Monday. I was wrong a gentleman by the name of Hugo appeared at my apartment that night to get my a/c back up & running. Several other times I have needed assistance & Hugo has always been Johnny on the spot. Anytime you see Hugo on the property he is always very professional and has a smile on his face. Truly believe if you dont have a good maintenance department you will not have a successful property. The Lake At Westview are truly blessed to have someone like Hugo managing there maintenance department. So, I want leave anyone out I also, want to give some praise to the office staff. Office staff is staffed by some wonderful ladies that always greet you & make you feel welcome. Each and every time I have visited the office they have always been very attentive to any issues I might have. Kudos to this property for having a awesome staff all the way around.

We recently moved to The Lakes at Westview. So far, we love our apartment. It is well kept inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. We do not have any complaints. We enjoy our lake view from our patio that is so tranquil after a long day. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Melissa Corley was the agent that set everything up for us. Shes very attentive, kind, and professional. Furthermore, shes very good at her job. On the other hand, I cannot forget the management team, Dan and Naomi, they are courteous and get things done in a timely manner. Overall, it is truly a beautiful place to live.

We picked a 2nd floor apartment because of the fountain below our balcony but the fountain has been off since we moved in. I have lived at The Lakes for five years and have been very happy here. The maintenance team is excellent as are the office staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoy the view of the lakes from my patio. It makes me feel like I am at a resort! The facility is very clean and well kept. I have felt safe here and never had any security issues whether it be in my apartment or the parking lot. I feel completely safe walking around the facility at night. I would suggest these apartments to everybody I know.

We stayed a little over a year here, all new to apartment living in US. The employees here take good care of you, there’s a steady work environment to put it that way. The office ladies are super friendly and express great service at all times, the maintenance guys fix every work order in good time and keep the place in good shape (also very friendly).Although the buildings are old, you get what you pay for in this market, and they don’t hassle you when moving out (my impressions are that many places do around here (US) based on reviews). The pools are pretty and practical for kids, they listen to people’s requests for improvement (in our case they improved one of the workout room). It might not be new and fancy, but it’s more valuable with steady nice people who are professional and do their job well.we had a wonderful time living here.

Shes been down-to-earth, and incredibly helpful every step of the way as Im preparing for my move.Many leasing offices have employees who feel inauthentic, that give off a kind of used car salesman vibe. They can crowd you and try to pressure you into making a hasty decision. Annette did not do that to me in the slightest - she gave me some space while I looked around the model unit and silently made my mental notes, and then answered the bevy of questions that I threw her way.*UPDATE*Ive now moved into the complex, and it has gone incredibly well. The office staff continues to be great, and Hugo and the maintenance crew are incredibly friendly and responsive!

The staff at The Lakes of Westview is absolutely the most professional apartment leasing staff I have worked with. I had to change my move in date two times - and they were incredibly gracious. As for maintenance - those guys are all friendly, polite and actually get the repairs done FAST. I moved in during 90 degree weather and the a/c wasnt cooling. I went to the online portal and put in my maintenance request... and low an behold it was fixed before I got home from work that day! I typically speak with Bella and she has an amazing record of PROFESSIONAL service. Apartments are typically known for high turnover and rude staff. Not here! I will renew my lease until I find a house to purchase.

I love love love my apt! Its a very nice place to live. I have been staying in this complex for almost two years and I stayed in a one bedroom and now Im currently staying in a two bedroom in phase 2 and I would highly recommend to anyone! The front office staff and maintenance are great! We love Chasity she is always a big help and she actually does her job well. The only complaint I have is the walls are a bit hollow but by far the apartment is beautiful!

I have lived here for over 4 years with no complaints. The grounds are beautiful and the location is very convenient. We’ve lived here about a month now and for the price, view (trees, fountain, water), amenities, and location, I don’t think we could have picked a better place. Isabella has helped us from the beginning and she has been amazing! We had a couple of initial issues in the apartment but they were taken care of immediately. Parking can be difficult to find at times so we decided to pay a little extra for a covered space which has fixed that problem. So far we’re very happy here!

The ladies in the office are amazing, always happy and treat you as if you are the only tenant. I have not had any major issues with my apartment. Little things like changing the light under the microwave and in the kitchen. When i put the work order in, they came the same day!.I have had a lot of issues with Entergy... In fact it has been a nightmare. My electricity has been turned off 3 times. Entergydoes not care weather you have power or not...This is where management (Isabella Rodriguez) stepped in to help me. I spent all day on the phone trying to get my power back on and they refused to do it!!!Isabella stayed an hour past closing on the phone with Entergy..She went out of her way to get my power back on, and also offered a place for us to say if they didnt. Thank God Isabella made it happen!. Awesome place to live. My family and I have lived here for 7yrs now and we just upgraded our apartment. I love my new place, its in great shape new carpet, fresh painted walls, shiny floors, kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded with new cabinets.....etc.. The staff here are all very courteous, especially Dan, Nohemi and Luis. The Property Management Team is great about repairs. Everything you need is close by, I love it here.

I can not rave enough about these apartments. I have lived here since March, and if I hadnt gotten a new job recently I would be staying. The apartments themselves are perfect- the layout, the square-footage, the lack of pest problems, nothing ever breaks, the price...everything. The office staff is the friendliest you will find- I am not the star renter, with my pay schedule I usually end up paying a week late every month. I of course pay all the late fees, but I am never treated different. I have had ongoing issues with my neighbors below me and they have done a great job and mediating and fixing the issues. No apartment is going to be perfect but this one sure comes close! Quiet community, friendly staff, clean and maintained grounds, gorgeous apartments... I mean what else could you ask for? All I can say is I am going to miss this place when I move out in June.

The community is quiet, despite being close to the freeway, and very homey with friendly neighbors all around. Our apartment balcony faces the fountains and they are so beautiful, you dont feel like you are at an apartment complex, you have your own piece of the outdoors. Its always nice to look outside of the windows and see grass and trees versus a concrete parking lot. We recommend the property based on the friendly and super helpful staff, gorgeous features of the apartment and just the overall class of the area.

I have lived at the Lakes at Westview for a couple of months. I really like my apartment and I feel safe in our community. I would recommend driving a little further to the Target and Walmart in The Woodlands though as ours is pretty outdated. The office staff are very helpful. They have handled all of my requests in a very timely manner. I moved from another state and Faith made the process very easy. She kept me up to date on my paperwork and has checked in on me several times since I moved. My only complaint would be that the dumpster in my area of the complex fills up very quickly and there is a man with a VERY loud car nearby. Other than that, I have had 0 issues. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The Lakes At Westview Apartments were very efficient with my application and answering questions before I moved. I like to ask a lot of questions so I can be well aware of everything I am getting into. Melissa Corley always answered my question efficiently. I moved in and it went smoothly. It did not even take long to fill out all those papers. Once I moved in everything was all nice and clean like it suppose to be. Everything worked. Have not had a problem yet. They recently started repainting the apartments making it look better than ever. If you love basketball like I do you will love the court. Even though it is pet friendly, I have never seen pet poop around. There is sprinklers that run every morning to keep the grass fresh. Parking is good too. Theres 3 options you can use to park and that is no cover, cover, or garage. All at great prices. The community is friendly too. There is mainly families and young adults here, but no loud music. Close to shopping too. Which is good.

Just renewed our lease here.Im usually against apartments, but these apartments are actually REALLY nice and the staff are so helpful and kind. Nohemi and Annette are always smiling and making you feel right at home as well as making sure you have no problems at all.These apartments feel more like a small gated community rather than just apartments. To add, youve got access to 2 large swimming pools, computer labs, game rooms, and even a movie theater! You can even rent out an entire clubhouse for a day for super cheap! Theres garages and reserved carports that you can add to your monthly bill as well if you dont want to park in the open community spaces which can be hard to find. The open parking is kind of bad. I used to have to park quite a ways away and walk a good ways then walk up 3 flights of stairs. Then I went ahead and got a carport and Im about to get a garage. I have lived in a lot of different apartments and this is by far the best one that I have found. The management is great and the maintenance team is the best that Ive ever had. I dont understand the comments about the office staff never helping people with their issues because every time Ive put a work order in, it has been addressed immediately and every time that I call the office the staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are everything you pay for, and some. Never had noise issues, parking issues, or poor service issues. I saw the post about the bike getting stolen and all that I can say about safety and security is that I accidentally left my garage open with thousands of dollars worth of stuff in it for at least 2 days while I was out of town and nobody took anything! That is one of the main reasons I renewed. I really enjoy living here and dont plan on moving any time soon.

I have lived here at the Lakes at Westview for almost a year. I am an elderly African American woman who is proud to call this complex home. Melissa and all the staff, have been more than accommodating since the first day my sister and I walked through the door. It astonished me to read that someone has labeled anyone at this community racist. That could not be farther from the truth. Melissa and the entire office staff have always been respectful and welcoming. I am neighbors with Melissa and Philip and I couldnt ask for a better family to reside next to me. Not only has Philip been a kind young man, he has helped me on numerous occasions. I have parkinsons and am unable to walk from the car to my apartment at times. This young man, Philip, has literally carried me to my apartment and made sure I was safe. This is not the act of a racist. I will renew here and its mainly due to Melissa and her lovely family but also because of the wonderful staff and maintenance. I would recommend this complex to anymore.

Nice apartments, beautiful pool area, gym, and a bball court! This place is very well managed and has a friendly staff. Also the maintenance crew is on their A-game. Great location and price as well. If you are looking for an apartment near Conroe, look no further. We really did enjoy our stay here and I just wanted to stop by and show some love.

I was looking for apartments in the area. And fell in love with them! The entire place looked well kept and remodeled.They are all super friendly. Faith helped me consign with my mother(5 hours away). Dan had made an appearance when I was signing my leasing information, he is absolutely awesome and quite funny too. Im looking forward to living here!

Ive lived here for several months now and cant say enough about this place. It feels like home!! It looks like a resort!! For starters the amenities are one of the biggest things that caught my attention 2 very very nice pools!!! There are gas grills at each pool (gas is supplied) An indoor basketball court, yes you read that correctly INDOOR!!! 2 workout facilities, a media room!! too many to list!!!! All of my neighbors are friendly!! Check the web site or the Facebook page!! Now as far as the staff is concerned!!!! I havent found any friendlier people anywhere. Faith Penney is currently assisting me with relocating to another home (Im downsizing for personal reasons). I couldnt ask for a more professional, knowledgeable, friendlier person. Faith is on top of her game!!! Anytime I need anything she has a response either immediately or gets back to me promptly with an answer. Any time She needs anything from me (like signing paperwork or a delivery needing picked up from the office) Im notified in a timely manner. Highly recommend The Lakes as your next home!!!!

Living here has made me wish I HADNT bought a new place. The buildings were built well enough that while you can sort of hear your neighbors (typical of apartment complexes), its not intrusive. The residents are friendly. Its close to shopping and the highway so its easy to get around. Pros: great staff-very responsive!, great location, lovely grounds Cons: could probably use a good powerwash and maybe a little updating in the units.

I have 6 months living in this place, and is my first time that I have the opportunity to live in apartments and trust me when I say that I love this apartments complex ....Let me tell you a few of the reasons:-It is always clean and neat, I love that.-The people working front in the office are AMAZING!, they are very kind and always ready to hear you and help you, if you have trouble, concern or question about your apartment.-Another thing that I love is the GYM, POOL, and BASKET BALL areas, always always in good conditions!-The cost living here is CHEAP and worth it, more than other apartments.-I feel like it is in the right place, because Walmart is next to, Sams Club, HEB and many stores and highways.There is a lot of reasons to recommend this place, so yeah, I highly suggest these apartments as a Good choice.... Good Luck !!!!

Lakes at Westview were the first apartments and only apartments I saw when I came to Conroe. It was the best decision. The staff and maintenance crew are always professional and friendly. When I do have a small issue it is fixed within the day or the following. I love living here, the views are great and the location is just extremely convenient.

Great price for the size of the property and square footage in the homes. Great office staff and no insane staff turnover, same crew. All the bad reviews are probably from the the typical apartment resident that ruin a good thing. Its apartments so always expect noise or petty b/s with people. NO COMPLAINTS HERE. The place is simple but has money in the fountains and property layout, so choose how you want to spend your money around Conroe. I chose smart and live here.

I loved these apartments! I lived there for a little over 2 years and recently moved out (nov. 2018). The staff was always friendly and willing to help, Nohemi went above and beyond MULTIPLE times for me. I never had any safety concerns, my work orders were always handeled in a timely manner and the only reason I dont live there anymore is because I moved out of Conroe.

This complex is top notch from the facilities to the office staff. Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure that you completely satisfied with whatever your need may be. Both pools are kept clean and are positioned accordingly in the complex. Great location in relation to food and fun.

I lived here 2 years ago moved out to a different complex which was so terrible so I decided to move back. This place is wonderful and reasonable for what you get. The staff is great and very helpful. Its a quite community with everything you could ask for. Parking is always abundant near my building. If your looking for a great complex this is the best in Montgomery county.

Good place and closed to many shopping malls. Nohemi whom is the front Manager is very helpful and kindness and great service. I think they have been improved a lot of service here. I don’t blame the staffs but please keep my comment to owner or who is manage or organize the properties that how come big apartment like Lake at Westview in Conroe 77304 doesn’t have security camera system at car parking or the walk way. I asked some staff at the office for security system check. I just want to check with apartment’s security camera on the walk way, entrance and car parking but she said they don’t have camera even car parking, walk way or entrance.I now feel unsecure when I sleep I have to check lock at door many times. I felt like someone might try to get into my room again. I hope the owner will improve about these ASAP.Regards,Saraiporn Pasco
