I recently secured a lease at The Kenzie, and I have to say, the staff there is absolutely AMAZING. Back in June/July, I toured the property knowing I wouldn’t be moving until October/November. The tour was exceptional, and every one of my questions was answered thoroughly. Now, fast forward to the present – the leasing representative I spoke with months ago not only remembered me but also remembered my dog’s name and breed. To top it off, they even sent me details about my dream apartment four months later! (Thank you Ashlynn). Their genuine care and dedication to helping me have made this experience so special. I cant wait to move in!

I dont usually post reviews, but these guys truly deserve recognition for going above and beyond in everything they do. Having lived in many properties before, I can say from experience that the entire team here is genuine, attentive, and always works to find the best possible solution. The office environment is outstanding. “Ashlynn” greets you with the warmest smile, “Alexa” and “Angela” communicate in soft, reassuring tones, and “Debbie” listens patiently until you’ve said everything. “Roger”, with his upbeat voice, handles “maintenance” with a great attitude. If I were in a corporate setting, I wouldn’t change a thing about this team—it’s rare to find people who work so well together. They’re truly a dream team. Also a special thanks to “Ashlynn” for her outstanding effort in resolving a billing issue. Thank you all for welcoming me as a resident and for delivering exceptional support in property management.

Where do I start 🙂🙂.. The property itself is very beautiful and its located in a very vibrant & social location in the Domain. Needless to say the property sells itself, but what takes it over the top is it staff, from the leasing agents to the property manager. Debbie was very personable and professional and friendly, Needless to say that the property & staff has made my top 3 prospect list... I will most definitely refer this place to co workers & family & friends.. Great job team Kenzie.

The maintenance staff is amazing!! I would like to thank Adrian a maintenance staff who rescued my jewelry from the sink drain.I am happy living here :)

Whats more, its prime location places restaurants, bars, and shopping centers within easy reach. Not to mention, Ive always felt safe during my nighttime strolls. The Kenzie is a beautiful property right in the heart of the Domain so you get access to both southside and northside very easily. You have immediate access to Dog Park volleyball shopping nightlife you name it. It’s there. The onsite team has always been pleasant and professional energetic and fun to work with

The Kenzie offers a welcoming community right in the heart of the Domain. The property is managed exceptionally by an amazing staff who are the most helpful and friendliest group of property managers I have ever dealt with. The leasing manager Kayla went above and beyond during the application and moving process and continues to be a great resource in the building. The other tenants and occupants of the building are super friendly and very inviting. The property is well kept and is constantly being improved. It is on higher end of price but the amenities and location do make it worth it.

The management team is very responsive when I have been unhappy and have made every effort to correct issues I have experienced. The location is great!!! You have access to everything you need and I do enjoy the apartment layout. I feel safe here, which for a single woman, is paramount. Secure parking and secure lobby and gym.

Really loved living here. The public spaces were always kept extremely clean, there were always fun and free events for residents, and the office staff were literally the nicest and most helpful people on the planet. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the floors were pretty thin and you could always hear what the person above you was doing which definitely got annoying sometimes. But otherwise, it’s a great community, amazing building, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend living here.

We LOVE the staff at the Kenzie because they always go above and beyond for anything you need and are so sweet to fury babies ( treats included ;) ) .Sara, Sloan & Valencia make you feel like a part of the community the minute you come to visit. This particular staff is very special y’all . They all work so well together, coordinate fun events, and are always happy! Who doesn’t love happy?! The energy is filled with goodness that’s all I can say, which in turn, creates the best environment for future and current residents. Absolutely LOVE THIS STAFF! If there is an issue, they are on it QUICK! The maintenance staff is AMAZING as well and is friendly but even better, dog friendly ;) ! Brett, Maintenance Manger , knows our dog is vocal and will take his time to say hi to him when he enters our apartment, not to mention when it comes to completing jobs he’s on it! We’re just so happy we choose the Kenzie to live. Located 7 minutes away from our salon and spa, we are able to make more appointments more often and still come home for lunch and a walk with the dogs which the Dog Central Park is located right behind the Kenzie! Prime location for you dog lovers . Highly recommend

The thing that separates the Kenzie from the others communities is their customer service. Maintenance requests are addressed as soon as possible and any resident requests are handled same day. Pair that with the high quality of living spaces and you have a 5-star community😅

Wow hard to believe this is my last day at the Kenzie. I just wanted to let you all know that the Kenzie is an outstanding apartment place to live. Within walking distance to several restaurants, retail shops, park areas to walk your dog and easily one of the best residential teams I have encountered in the Austin area. The Kenzie team is highly responsive to resident questions and maintenance concerns. They don’t just refer to policy guidelines and letters (book answers)- instead they are a dynamic team that aggressively works towards maintaining high quality of life standards for all of their residents. I am going to miss this place and so won’t my dog Rockin Horse but have changed careers and needed to relocate. Just go by the Kenzie and look around at all of the available amenities for high class apartment living. I think you will love it!

Overall, the Kenzie staff were very professional, kept the place clean, and did a great job hosting social events for the people staying there. They have, in my opinion, the best location of all apartment complexes in the Domain. I lived at the Kenzie for 9 months, and the check-out experience was smooth with no hidden surprises. As far as the basics go, they get 5 stars. I wanted to take half a star off for a few minor issues, but it doesnt appear like that is allowed; so Ill round up. In particularly:(1) Car theft/break-ins seemed especially high (although thats somewhat true for all the Domain). This is a bit out of their control, so hard to penalize them too much.(2) They were fairly unresponsive on fixing gym machines and following through with promised improvements. Since I was in there most days, it impacted me a bit more than most.(3) While their cleaning staff did a great job and worked hard, pet accidents left uncleaned by owners were fairly common, and they probably could have done a bit more about encouraging pet owners to clean up after themselves by making cleaning products easily accessible around the building.

Pretty quick respond time (if they have materials by hand). We asked for pest control during midnight and they send us a professional team the next day just after noon. But for fridge filters it took them over 3 months to find a new filter.Id like to say the stuff are really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here longer.Moreover, the location is too good for Domain

Very professional and friendly staff, top tier amenities, and in the perfect location at the Domain. The Kenzie is only a few blocks away from the heart of the Domain, so the best restaurants and shopping are a quick walk away but its not in the middle of everything where the noise could become a problem. I couldnt be happier!

I love the fact that I can enjoy all the amenities this community has to offer from the inside to the outside. The park is really close and the pool area is perfect for get togethers . I retired from the Army and moved to Austin for a career change. With that said, I spent the last 25 years being part of an organizationfull of systems, processes and procedures. With that perspective for solid organizational business practices, my two cents:I am happy to report that the entire staff at Kenzie (Sarah, Corbin, Alex, Vivica as well as John and the maintenance crew) have been absolutely accommodating prior to leasing, during our out of state move to ATX, and our post-move in assimilation into the surrounding areas. They have assisted in everything from the administrivia of the leasing process to answering our questions of who, what, when and where to get things done in and around the area. Our seemingly (according to us) nit-picky maintenance requests were remedied with lightning speed upon move-in.I highly recommend Kenzie! Dont let the reviews fool you. We are completely satisfied with our choice at Kenzie. We did do a house-hunting trip to Domain prior to our move. Upon arrival, and touring the luxury style apartment offerings at the Domain, we rapidly disqualified all but Kenzie.....sign the lease:)
