    After 3 years here, my husband I finally decided that we will not be renewing our lease. Although the leasing office staff has changed, and honestly gotten better with time, they are pretty helpful especially the leasing manager, who has been here for a while. The one thing that did stand out is the amazing maintenance men Steve and Chase. They are very prompt and funny, almost feels as if they are apart of your family. The community itself is very welcoming and diverse, which I love. i have NEVER had an issue with getting things fixed in timely matter, they are always on it. Great job guys.

    I went on a Tour of this property and I was amazed at how uniquely designed it is. The apartments we saw were absolutely breath taking, and our guide was the best ever. The property was very clean, and I couldnt help notice how clean and tidy the property was. I really loved the layout of the units I viewed, and it appears to be a well kept, quiet community. Keep up the good work, the young lady in the office! ❤️

    I struck a goldmine finding this complex! Moving cities is so stressful, but the staff at the Kelley made my experience a breeze! I toured on a Wednesday and picked up my keys the following Friday. Super convenient when you have to relocate in a hurry. Amenities, location, and overall aesthetic of the complex has made me & my fur baby feel right at home. BONUS: beautiful views of the river and downtown! (see pictures)Big thanks to Connor for taking the drama out of apartment hunting.

    I had a lot of complications with my move in and both Omar and Vanessa were very helpful in getting everything solved. The maintenance team also responded quickly when I put in an emergency order to get my AC fixed. Overall great experience so far.

    I moved in back in June of 2023. I honestly havent had any real problems. Maintenance has responded quickly.I feel like management does a good job on fixing things with-in the community. Ive used the pool (it can get cloudy, its a pool, people overusing it, peeing, using lotions can do that). Ive used the grill in the Beer Garden and the Firepit. Those worked great. Ive used the fitness center, thats also great.I will tell you that I cannot stand that residents put trash outside the doors when it isnt trash pickup day. This is nasty and I have to smell it all weekend.Office staff has always been very nice. The apartments are very nice. Parking can be tight, and YES, they tow, if you follow policy, you will not be towed. They offer covered parking and garages at an additional charge.Some of these reviews are just petty and they do not deserve the negative criticism.

    We’re in the process of transferring to a bigger unit now that our lease is up. Both Amanda and Omar have been so so nice and helpful with helping us get everything organized and taken care of while transferring units. The staff here now is seriously like night and day from the staff that was working here when we moved in a year ago. Overall, these apartments are great. No complaints!

    Complex just taken over by Greystar... Thats probably my only complaint. The staff is awesome especially OMAR , AMANDA, and the maintenance man Shawn. Ive been here about 3 years now and I dont think I am going anywhere soon. Close to downtown, great view of the Trinity River. Cool little activities for the residents like Sip & Paint and others. Every understanding staff.

    Honest review of the Kelley!My husband and I have enjoyed our stay at the Kelley. Location location location! Incredible views for the $$!Downsides:The pool is poorly cleaned in the summer, which is unfortunate. Green every week. The front office staff are very guarded when trying to connect/help. (I know customer service can be tough, but not everyone is out to get you).The gym equipment doesn’t get repaired which is a bummer. For our entire stay here the iPad has been “locked out” in the yoga studio which is a bummer... would love to actually have it connect with the tvs for its intended use. Also they have a “printer” in the community area however no ink and the office says they are removing it…however it’s still there with no ink for the past 2 years... (kinda false advertisement)People keep talking about the crime, but my husband and I personally never experienced this in the 2 years we lived here. We’ve also parked on the street almost nightly and haven’t had problems. (Maybe we don’t leave valuables in our cars?) idk.I will say when the complex is at full occupancy it is extremely difficult to find good parking especially if your unit it by the community area.Overall, it’s an apartment and no apartment is perfect.but we have enjoyed our stay here. Place would be 11/10 if the management improved. But overall a decent home for us.

    Original: Love the Kelley. As new residents were so happy we chose it. Amazing views of the river and downtown skyline. Its peaceful and quiet. Apartment in great condition with amenities to make it comfortable and easy to live here. Lots of dog owners. Theres a trail down to the river and birds singing in the trees, yet youre a five minute drive to downtown or the stockyards. If youre a nature or history lover who wants access to the city, Samuels Ave is the place for you.Edit: As of 2024 this is a Greystar-owned property. The team in the office is amazing. Landscaping is better. There are air purification machines in the public buildings. Maintenance is hit or miss now. Not very reliable for a quick fix. They had a really bad issue with garbage when the compactor broke and instead of setting up a way to haul garbage away from the complex, they asked residents to keep the garbage for a week+. The hallways were gross because people didnt want to keep bags of trash in their little apartments. The compactor area got disgusting and a raccoon moved in.My advice to potential residents is to check out the amenities you want on the tour, specifically go up and use them, and make sure they work how/when you want them. For example the pool doesnt open till 10 am and its closed at least half the year. The dog bath station exists but the water is only on for a very short window (its now June and its still turned off). They fixed the gate so it stays closed, but now you have to drive into a roundabout that large vehicles wont fit into. Its also not always closed even late at night. If you plan to work from the clubhouse, check the WiFi signal because its never been strong enough for me. TVs in the gym usually dont work. Social events are fun but they stopped putting up a calendar to know about them in advance. So you might find out a couple days before. In summer after 11 pm the spiders basically own the building entrances. I wish they had a daily, weekly and monthly checklist to check all the routine maintenance items here. I love the Kelley and these arent dealbreakers for me but they could be for others.

    Kelley was a great place. We enjoyed every second in there. We moved because we wanted something different but our experience with them was beyond exceptional!Our favorite things were:The gym was always clean and machines were fixed within a short period of time. The pool worked everyday and it was always clean and ready for residents to use it.The courtesy officer was AWESOME! There was an intruder who trespassed to property from the Trinity Trails and he managed the situation so well.The views…are just unbeatable. Even if your apartment does not face the River, there are plenty of common areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.

    I have been calling the phone number and leaving messages, but have not heard back. I have messaged on social media and sent emails which have not been answered. I started calling about two weeks ago. Not sure how to contact the leasing manager.EDIT: Once you go in person they are super kind and helpful!! I think they are overwhelmed with the phone but at the office they helped take me on a tour and answer all my questions!

    I have lived at the Kelley for over a year and have had a wonderful experience with every aspect of it, including after the new management took over. The view is utterly breathtaking, and I feel lucky to live here -- with the yard, 2 level dog park, and amazing pool. Thus far, I have had absolutely no issues with maintenance requests (I have made 2 so far) and have found the entire staff to be friendly. In fact, they know my dog by name, when we go in and give him treats. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

    I love living here!The management and maintenance guy are so friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful and modern. The pool with the skyline view of downtown Fort Worth is so gorgeous. A bonus part of living here is all the cute pups around. All the residents here are respectful and keep the property clean. The only issue is finding a parking space after 6pm. Sometimes I have to park far from my apartment.

    Ive lived here since 2019, 2 different apartments. Theres a reason I chose to stay here when lease was up, multiple reasons. Connor, in the office is always there to help me, I had accidentally put old address on an online order and she went and retrieved it, while I was working out of town. Office is open 7 days a week, everyone is so respectful, and enjoy being there. Insulation in these apartments are excellent, regardless if its cold or hot outside I always remain comfortable. Maintenance is never late, and always gets it done in one attempt. For as long as I live the apartment life. Kelley @ Samuels will be home.

    My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy living at the kelley. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and Dave is the problem solver. Hats off to the crew who did an awesome job on our bathroom when we had a leak from the dwelling above. The office staff is always polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean and tidy. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment especially with this new company in place here. The new management is very nice and seems to be on top of things. We see positive changes and look forward to the other positive changes we heard of recently from the staff.

    Been living here for almost a year and you cant beat the amenities for the price! I have a beautiful view of downtown/Trinity Trails from my patio, the infinity pool is amazing and the gym, firepits, bike storage, etc. are all nice features!New management took over earlier this year and they are MUCH more focused on keeping residents happy.For the value, you cant beat this place so close into downtown Fort Worth!

    I visited a friend who lives at the Kelly on Samuels Ave & was blown away by how clean & well maintained the complex was! The infinity pool was amazing! Loved the loungers in the water! Amazing view! We cooked on the electric grills outside and had dinner on the patio. I was amazed at how quiet & peaceful it was! We had such a relaxing evening! Went in the large clubhouse, was impressed with so many amenities! My friend has loved living there & I can see why! Another day we visited with the office staff & they were so kind & helpful. When my lease is up, I will definitely be going back!

    We have lived here for almost 1 year and love it!-G location - convenient to downtown and major thoroughfares which makes it easy to get places.- Wonderful, responsive staff. Anytime we have put in a maintenance request, reported a problem, or need help, the staff is always quick to respond and take care of it.- The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. You can pay more for a separate storage unit or garage if needed.- The kitchens are spacious and easy to work in. The appliances are nice and work well.-The maintenance staff are friendly and helpful- The amenities are top notch: beautiful clubhouse, business center, gym, and pool are the shining stars of this property.- Aside from a few times when the gates were broken due to weather, the property is safe and secure.- Very dog friendly! I do not have a dog, but the dogs that I see on the property seem happy. There are two dog parks with plenty of waste disposal stations.- Gorgeous landscaping that is maintained regularly- Views to die for. Even if your apartment doesnt have a view of downtown, there are plenty of places on the property where you can get magnificent views of the Trinity River and downtown. Bonus: great place for viewing fireworks.- There are weekly visits from a food truck!- The staff goes out of their way to plan fun events. Even during the stay at home orders, they hosted Zoom Bingo and gave out prizes.- The $3 monthly exterminator fee is well worth it. I have them come and spray my apartment every few months and have never seen bugs in my unit. This is an important service since you never know what people are bringing with them when they move in.- Mostly quiet, but apartment living is what it is and you will sometimes hear your neighbors. Buy a house if you dont want to hear your neighbors!- Only 1 disappointment: Since the hallways are open and exposed to the elements, they tend to get dirty. The cement floors are always dingy looking and there are a lot of cobwebs on the walls and light fixtures. I think an industrial floor cleaner (the kind they use in school cafeterias) would be a great investment. This would help keep it cleaner for current residents and make a better first impression for potential residents who tour the property.- I highly recommend this property. There is a nice mix of ages - young professionals to retirees who, like us, want quiet, upscale community living. 🙂

    Love not only the amenities of this complex but also the friendliness of the staff in the front office. Connor made the application and approval process effortless, and Gabby took time out of her day to give my daughter a tour who was anxious about moving/switching schools. We are very excited about the infinity pool overlooking the Fort Worth skyline, but especially the 24 hour gym! We have a baby and have to take turns working out while one of us stays with him, and it’s so much simpler to be able to just walk out the door to the gym- that’s FREE. Also can’t wait to invite friends over for dinner in the Biergarten. We are very impressed with Kelley at Samuels Avenue!!

    Of the many apartment complexes of Fort Worth this is the one I felt most at home and safe while on tour. The office staff is friendly and the amenities that come along with the amazing view. Maintenance looks amazing and well kept it is very pet friendly with 2 dog parks and access to trails. Will be looking forward to living here

    Right when we moved in the lock wasn’t aligned correctly with the door so we weren’t able to lock it properly or get in and the water seal was broken on the washer to do laundry which was a pretty big inconvenience. But I will say the maintenance guy was amazing and came out on super bowl Sunday to fix the door immediately and got us a whole new washer within less than a weekinstead of waiting on the new part to come in. Also the cleaning people are the SWEETEST, more hard working perfectionists!! Cleanest gym I’ve ever been to in my life. I see them every single day cleaning the gym.

    We have been living at the Kelley since 2018 and have loved every moment! The gym has a spin room and access to all Peloton classes, incredible infinity pool, and sitting outside eating dinner with beautiful views of downtown is amazing. Very clean place and the grounds are so beautiful and well kept. We love living here and will be sad to leave one day!

    Well I’m new here so all I can comment on is my lease application process. As usual it’s hard to make decisions when you cant actually get into the place you like to live in, but such as real estate these days. That being said, Shaylynn was extremely helpful and nice to me. And I even came back and went through the model a second time and spent a little bit of time staring off into space. I came to the decision to move in here. The location looks like it’s going to be a great fit and I look forward to being here for a while. Thanks leasing teamP.s. I still want a couple of flat benches in the weight room😊. This is needed. Then you’ll have a first class weight room

    Would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a small complex with great amenities. The infinity pool is in a great spot that overlooks the river and the gym has pretty decent equipment for being an apartment gym. There’s great trail access from the apartments as well. Dog friendly too! Management is great and the maintenance guy, Dave does an incredible job around the complex.

    I absolutely love my apartment and the community here! I feel safe walking around at night to take my dog out, the amenities are amazing, and I’ve always received prompt, friendly help from management! Abundant amount of parking (no extra charge!), valet trash, the beautiful workout facilities, pool (+stunning view from pool) are just a few of the reasons why i love it here!

Connor was so helpful with helping me understand my move out process, and what I need to do if I move back in the future. The apartment was in such a great area, and the amenities are awesome.     10/10 recommended if you’re looking for such an outstanding place to live . My friend & I are currently “ apartments shopping “ and we were amazed on the property’s structure . This place is amazing from such priceless views, and an amazing infinity pool to many more . I definitely fell in love more knowing the hard work every single employee/staff does to make this place such a liveable and amazing place. Not to mention how friendly the staff is from entering & leaving . A young man name “ Jonathan “ I believe he was the maintenance he was such a pleasure talking to him . He definitely is dedicated to his position . . He maintains several things in such a timely matter . I definitely have this as my #1 on my list on returning back and process my application to call this place “ home “ . Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

    This is a beautiful community in Ft Worth! Gabbie was so sweet showing me around. Their infinity pool is gorgeous with the view of the city.     Our experience these past few months at the Kelley have been great! The complex is kept clean, maintenance staff is always responsive, and the leasing office staff is courteous and helpful. It was hard to find anything that matched what the Kelley offers when one considers the location, amenities, and quality of the units. If you are considering the Kelley, Id highly suggest that you take a tour of the complex.

    Had a tour with Gabbie and couldnt be more impressed. The property is gorgeous. I am in love with the infinity pool and the two story pet park. They even have an 1800s home guest suite you can stay the night at. Gabbie had an upbeat personality and had an answer for the many questions I threw her way.

    A friend of mine was in dire need of an apartment and we stopped at these turned out that we didn’t need to go anywhere else it was so perfect the apartment staff was amazing especially Gabbie we got a tour on Monday moved in on Friday it was so fast and simple small dog and big dog friendly the infinity pool is amazing the gym. Tide cleaning service for your clothes and much more way to much to list you’ll just have to check em out for yourself

    I love the beautiful kitchens and large closets. The historic home and ancient tree create a homey feel while the apartments have every modern convenience. Gabbie was especially fun and professional as she showed us around the property, including the dog park and barbecue area.

    Th Kelley is a beautiful community with professional leasing mgt and friendly neighbors. Great dog community and events, special offerings unique to this community. I love that they dont let the Trinity River view do all the work for them, and the sunset over the river is truly breathtaking.
